This was Bobs longest stay (6 nights!) and we were a little nervous, but as always, he had a great time being pampered and playing with his friends. He can't wait to come back and we are once again thankful for such a great resort for our giant puppy

We used fur baby this past weekend for the very first time, a three night stay. Online booking was super easy with tons of extras. You can choose optional services and treats to pamper your pet. Our puppy looked amazing when we picked him up and he was super tired, making us feel like he had a great time over the weekend meeting new friends and staying active. We will definitely be back. The store out front is clean and well organized with a lot of inventory. Everyone seems super friendly And helpful. Thank you for taking care of our guy and we will see you soon. UPDATE: We have been using this resort for almost 2 years now and it just seems to get better and better. We are very happy and comfortable knowing our doggo is in good hands.

we’ve had trouble finding a groomer for our dog since we moved to DE from NYC 2 years ago. He saw 3 different groomers during our time in NY and never had an issue, but the 4 groomers we’ve tried in DE always had an issue! One in Milton had him for 3 hours (!!!) then called me to say he’s too rambunctious to groom please come get him? Needless to say, I was extremely worried this would be another bust and I would have to either continue grooming my dog myself (which he just lays like a loaf when i do it) or end up getting medication from the vet so he could be groomed. However, all my worries are now gone thanks to Shannon! Not only did she do an INCREDIBLE job grooming him, he looked so happy when he was picked up - goofy tongue and big smile! I’m so thankful for this place now, and can’t wait to bring my boy back for daycare and - of course - more spa days for the foreseeable future. Thank you all so much!!!

I brought my dog to Fur Baby for a 7night stay. I appreciated the staff allowing me flexibility to add to my original reservation at the last minute due to changes in our travel plans. My dog was happy and clean when I picked her up. Thank you!

My doggies have been getting groomed at Fur Baby for about 2 years now and we absolutely love them. My dogs were awful for groomers, but they’re angels 👼 for them, because they love them so much! Most recently my Pomeranian has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and they went above and beyond to sanitize everything and keep her healthy. The doggies also absolutely adore all of the natural treats they get to buy and eat each visit 💕! Highly Recommend!

I regularly tell friends, family, colleagues, strangers how impressed I am with Fur Baby. As a small business owner I appreciate the discipline and teamwork that it takes to deliver such an engaging and consistent customer experience. And that's just as a pawrent. My Fur Baby Tater has participated in parties with photos, art work and themed snacks. She is always very happy and tired when she comes home. She has received nurse's office report is she gets a scratch playing. And after her first 2 visits as a shy pup, she is always eager to get through the door and into her friends.

This is my dog after his first play date at their daycare center. I used to work in kennels and this one has me impressed. When you first walk in it has a very clean smell and not overpowering of urine like I've experienced in the past at different kennels. Then you are greeted by the very friendly and informative front desk staff. I picked up Dewey and he looked very happy. They told me he was having fun playing with another dog named Holly and said how much fun he had. I was so happy with my first visit. I was even given a welcome goodie bag with coupons! We already have him booked for another play date and boarding. Speaking of boarding, they have very accommodating kennels compared to some places I've worked at before. The kennels are nice and spacious (think of your fur baby getting their own private room). I am so glad I'm so close because I think we are going to be long time repeat goers in the foreseeable future.

The best team this side of the Rockies! Radar loves spending time with his favorite four legged friends (and two legged friends) here at Fur Baby. The consistent care and detail that goes into keeping him happy and stimulated is truly appreciated. And he always comes home happy and exhausted :) After a weekend stay and lovely bath he is fresh and clean and happy. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you to the entire Fur Baby team!

Fur Baby Resort is the best! Our sweet Murphy just spent 14 days with them. He had a great time! He loves his day trips too!

We have used this kennel to board our dogs for years. Clean and reasonable. Excellent care provided to the dogs and detail-oriented for extra care, feeding, medical concerns needed. Bonnie and Shirley are friendly and attentive and run an excellent operation. We would definitely recommend and will return!

The owners are the best. I feel like I am leaving our babies to family members. They make it easy for drop offs and pick ups. The facility is very clean and safe for our "not so" dog friendly dogs.

This is a great kennel. My dog has stayed here several times and is always very well taken care of. Bonnie is super friendly, easy to work with and really cares about each and every dog. It's clean, very reasonably priced and you can definitely rest easy knowing your dog will be in good hands while you are away. Highly recommend!

I was worried at first leaving my dogs for the very first time but they were absolutely great with Bella and Bruno. They are friendly, kind and personable. I asked if they could groom them and they did a wonderful job with that as well. Now I can be at some peace going on vacation and leaving them and their prices are amazing!

The only place I trust to watch my dogs! My husky was abused as a puppy so he is very hesitant and not one to trust. He loved the staff here and just knowing that made me feel so at ease during my whole trip. They were very accommodating and my dogs seemed to love it!

I was new to Shawnee with my two pugs. My other 2 kennels were booked, so I was in a pickle and nervous to go to one I didn’t know. My pugs and I were so happy we found Shawnee! It is clean with people who definitely love dogs! Highly recommended!❤️🐾 …

We’ve been using Westwind kennel for 11 or 12 years! Jeannie is awesome and is always accommodating and helpful. We always feel the dogs are safe and secure! No possibility of escape! And always well cared for. Clean and big space, indoor and outdoor space and a/c in summer.

Jeanne does have reasonable prices and the kennel seems clean. The owner is not friendly and every time we visited no one was watching the animals although she lives on the property. It made us wonder how much time was actually spent with our dog. Jeanne needs some customer service skills she is not a warm person at all! Price is not everything so we will be taking our dog somewhere else!

Our dog, Leah, always comes back cheerful and well cared for after staying at West Wind Kennel. Jeannie is awesome! We won’t go anywhere else.

The owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She hung up on me twice and decided to ask personal questions to my daughter and then told me it was none of her business. I would never deal with such an unprofessional person ever!! If she is this unprofessional who knows what she is doing when no one is watching her.

I have been boarding my animals here for years. I have never once had a problem or issue. They care for your dogs and have been nothing but kind to me. Prices are very reasonable and their kennels are always clean. I am not sure what the expectations of other people are but I have been VERY happy with their services.

Great place for your dog to stay when your away. Clean and safe kennels; caring, experienced staff - a great combination when I need to leave my dogs in someone else's care.

I will tell you that Mike and Jeanne are fantastic. They have always welcomed me with open arms, gone out of there way to make me happy, and pride themselves on a clean and well run boarding facility. Mike is a world class dog trainer and I have learned more from him in the 2 years we have been working together than you could ever learn from a book. I am amazed about how good at it he is. Great work guys! Highly recommend it!

We intended to drop our two Labrador Retrievers off today at this kennel, but after meeting and interacting with the owner, refused to leave our dogs here, ever come back, or ever recommend this place to anyone. Ms. Reed, the owner booked our reservation weeks ago, and after our explanation that our dogs were still puppies and rowdy, told us that was fine and that “I guess I’ll have my hands full”. Upon arrival, our dogs were pulling away from the kennel, as this is their first time staying any place but our home overnight. After expressing her disgust at our dogs, she became even more rude, explaining that Christmas was “her time” and that she “shouldn’t have to deal with this”. This, from the owner of a dog kennel who booked the reservation for the 23rd of DEC through Christmas. She also complained that we did not tell her the dogs were rowdy (we did twice – they’re both less than 8 months old). After getting the impression that she not only doesn’t enjoy dogs, but that ours were not welcome or safe in her care, we left. I do not recommend anyone trust their dogs to someone as rude, or someone who obviously has no idea how puppies act. We will post this review anywhere that will accept it.

Jeannie is great with animals along with her knowledge. I like her caring for my pet. Kennels and yards are all always clean and we'll cared for.

Barb is the best! She took care of my fur babies for years. Very caring, thorough and super reliable! We think of her as part of our family. Sometimes I think my pups are more happy to see her than me. If your looking for a dog walker or pet sitter don't hesitate to call her. You won't be disappointed. She is a true professional and animal lover, who will treat your pets as her own!

I had a great experience with Julie, who took care of my small flock of chickens and ducks while I was out of town for the holidays. She came out twice a day to care for my flock, and went above and beyond to solve a couple of problems with ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Julie and plan to work with her again in the future!

Julie’s Pack Pet Service came by for the first time to let our dogs out and to provide some play and exercise and a potty break yesterday. They seemed so relaxed and non stressed when we arrived home. We are now liberated to go on all day trips or more now that we have found Julie and her service. We will certainly use the Pack again and again.

I had to find a new pet sitter on short notice because no meet and greet was set up for my pets and my text message for a reminder to set one up went unanswered. The communication could greatly improve, very disappointing.

The sitter came for one day only, as arranged. Pictures were taken of my cat and texted to me and the litter box was cleaned. However, there was very little water left in the cats fountain. Not only was there little water for the cat, but also, the fountain motor could have burned up and possibly caused a fire. I called the owner, who did not return my phone call for 2-3 days. When I explained what happened, she she said that she would look into and get back to me. She never called me back. That's it for me with Pet Pack Services.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with The Pet Pack! Julie and Dawn are absolutely amazing with animals! If you love your pet and I'm looking for a top notch place to send them, look no further! You won't be disappointed.
