Providing Pet Sitting in the Montoursville, Pennsylvania
Friendly sweet couple looking to take care of your best friends!
Tatiana was an AMAZING sitter! I could tell she had a warm heart from our first conversation. She loves animals, and did an excellent job caring for my cat. She understood my cats unique needs being newly adopted, and made sure to give the best care possible. When I came home from my trip my apartment was SPOTLESS! It was probably the cleanest it has ever been. Thank you so much Tatiana, and I'd be happy to have you anytime.

Digital nomad looking for furry friends
We had such a wonderful experience with Helen as our housesitter. She is a most unique and interesting person who manages to juggle a demanding job with taking great care of our pets. Both of our animals -- but especially our dog, Gabby -- fell in love with Helen and moped around for a few days after she left. That tells you everything you need to know. We enjoyed getting to know Helen, as she arrived a day or so before we left, and she even played a few pieces on her alphorn -- an instrument we'd never heard played live before. She's an accomplished musician, a wonderful sitter, and a quality person. Much appreciated!

Trustworthy sitters with tons of love to give! You can feel peace of mind w/ us!
We were lucky enough to spend a bit of time getting to know Julie and Kim before we left for our trip. They are such kind and wonderful people. They completely put us at ease by sending us photos and asking detailed questions upfront before we left. Our dog absolutely loved them and continued to look for them after they had left. Julie and Kim both took incredible care of everything we love and made our first time using this service a huge success. We could not recommend them enough!

This was our first time using zeewoi and we were a little apprehensive, especially as we were going away for almost 5 weeks, but we really didn’t need to be. Mary and Kevin were fantastic from the start. They had excellent communication and put us at ease straight away. They looked after both our cats with lots of care and we came home to two very happy and content kitties. Mary and Kevin struck the balance just right whilst we were away by keeping us informed of how the cats were and sending pictures of what the cats were up to every couple of days. It was so lovely to know that the cats were enjoying themselves and being so well looked after whilst we were away. Mary and Kevin also looked after our house extremely well and we came back to a very clean and tidy home. We would definitely recommend Mary and Kevin to anyone needing a house sitter and would love for them to sit for us again if they were ever back in the area.
We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.
Becca was fantastic - we cannot say enough about how great she is as a pet and house sitter and as a human being! Becca committed to the sit 8 months in advance and was great with her responsiveness in communication during the long lead up to the sit. She arrived early and got the low downs on the animals and house stuff prior to us leaving. She woke up crazy early to help us get to the airport and picked us up when we returned, which made the traveling so much easier on our end. She left the house spot-less (and this is no exaggeration), with the linens cleaned, and a wonderful meal waiting for us upon our return. She is an absolute gem of a person with a great sense of humor and a kind and compassionate nature, and she really enjoys the animals in her care. Our dog and cat were very well cared for and totally at ease upon our return. If you are lucky enough to have Becca sit for you, you will be very pleased at how well she does the job!
Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.
Jenny was an absolute delight, lovely to speak to and patient with last minute changes. I have had bad experiences with trusting people with my cats before so was really anxious as Jenny is the first house sitter I have used from zeewoi. But, I felt at ease as soon as I spoke to her, she has a lovely manner and she came round the day before the sit to male sure she had every detail right. But I think the thing that helped the most was her regular updates about my cats. I could see from the videos she sent they were given lots of love and attention. My cats don't usually play with people but my little girl seemed to love her! My flat was immaculate when I got back as well, I am so grateful to Jenny for all her help and really hope to have her sit for me again!
Catherine was a wonderful sitter for our 17 year old cat Zabba. She sent us pictures twice a day and kept us informed about Zabba’s daily activities. We came home to a clean home and would definitely recommend her as a pet/ house sitter. My only concern was that she doesn’t drive and with an older cat, I just prayed that Zabba didn’t need to go to the vet…. And he didn’t 🥰. We will ask her again for sure.
Heidi was an outstanding cat sitter for my Luna! She was very communicable via calls or texts. She followed all my guidelines for feeding and care of Luna. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. She even pulled a large broken tree branch off my roof following a windstorm. I hope Heidi is available for my next trip because she is awesome. Jim
We couldn't have asked for better sitters than Pares and Mark. Since our initial contact, it was straightforward to communicate with Pares. We were lucky enough to get a chance to meet Pares with our dog Luna, and Luna got along with her immediately. During our time away from home, she kept us informed about how both our dog and cat were doing, and they were both cuddling with her since the first day. We got a lot of pictures and knew that they were safe and happy. The apartment was exactly as we had left it when we came back. Pares and Mark even ran the dishwasher and the washing machine for us. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and it made our trip very easy knowing they were taken care of so well. We'd have Pares and Mark back to our home without any hesitation.
Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!
Kristi was an exceptional house / pet sitter and we appreciate her being so flexible as were not sure how long our vacation was going to be. She was prompt, courteous, and even drove up the weekend before to meet with us. She took great care of our house and our dog snd cats loved her. I would highly recommended her.
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?
Veterinarians advising to leave cats at home with a pet sitter who will stay overnight in your home, boarding is not recommended for cats as they are stressed in a new environment, you can find a sitter who will care for your cats and home for free at Zeewoi.
How much should you pay someone to watch your cat?
At least $20 per visit, $20/day per overnight watching in your home, otherwise you can find a free sitter at Zeewoi.
What do people do with their cats when they go on vacation?
Inviting a cat sitter to your home, boarding the cat with a local business, asking a friend, family or neighbour to feed and check the well-being. The most efficient way to leave your cat during your vacation is with Zeewoi cat sitters for free, in this way, you will save cat sitting costs and make vacation not only for you but also for your cat sitter!
Anne was great! We called for a last minute boarding request for our 2 dogs and she helped us out... so thankful for that! Every other place we called was booked up already. The property is well taken care of the kennels are clean and organized. She took great care of our furry girls! Very happy and relieved!! Thank you Anne!
Boarded my dog here for a week, and I was very happy with the overall experience. The staff kept me updated on my dog, and fulfilled all requests I asked of them. I highly recommend them!
Trinity Farm is a fantastic place to kennel your dog. You can count on a safe stay for your beloved animal.
A bucolic location staffed by wonderful people. My dogs were happy, healthy and well looked after. Highly recommended!
Best place to board your dog in North Central PA! They care and really take care of your pet!
Best place to board your doggie. How dog lives it there and the staff is very understanding.
Great place to board your dog and beautiful location! Highly recommend
Went today for a sponsored Dog Walk...absolutely beautiful property, well run event.
Great dog boarding business in a beautiful country setting! Highly recommend
Very good with your pets. Nice venue and ownership
I cannot say enough good things about Hund Haus! Taylor is so sweet and kind. My goldendoodle, Finn, loves going to see Taylor for his spa time. She makes him feel so safe and comfortable while taking care of all of his needs. She is reliable, professional, and maintains a very clean shop. We are so lucky to have found Hund Haus!
Taylor has known my dogs for the past 23 years! A true animal lover, I’d never worry about leaving any animal with her. Our current boys, Bauer and Chip love going to see Taylor and come home smelling so good from their SPAW days. She’s an awesome asset to our community making and collecting donations for a variety of causes both human and animal! Love that the boys don’t have to be tied up on a short leash or crates while they wait. Definitely will return again and again.
Bobo's fur was a hot mess and I had a little trouble finding someone who was good with bigger dogs and didn't wanna take 3 hours to groom a husky. If nothing else, that length of time is just torture for a husky but once my daughter, who went to school with Taylor, told me about her business at Hund Haus, I took Bobo there and and was very happy with his experience how he turned out. He looks awesome and she is very reasonable on her prices! Huskies aren't the easiest breed to groom but she does it no sweat!
Taylor is amazing!! My dog, Harley, is a rescue and often times nervous around new people. From the moment we arrived, Taylor made Harley feel comfortable and took the grooming process slow so ensure she could gain Harley’s trust for next time :) well priced also! Highly recommend
My basset hounds, Odie, Teddy and Lucy had grooming by Taylor. She made sure each one’s needs were met and they looked and smelled so good. We were pleased with everything. Excellent service, Excellent atmosphere over all great place for your pets!!🐾🐾 …
Our fur-baby Rocky absolutely loves going to Taylor for his grooming. In fact, he could care less when I leave which is not at all his normal (if only she could watch him when we vacation :)). She spoils him rotten and his favorite part of it all is the ball pit and selecting his treat for being a good boy!
She was amazing with my long haired cat, Charlie. It was his first spa day and Taylor was so great with him. I have recommended several friends to her and they have been more than impressed. 10/10 would recommend.
My Mollie girl loves seeing Taylor! She has been seeing Taylor since she was only a few months old - Taylor is very very patient and calm with nail trims. I won’t take my dog to anyone else!
Taylor is absolutely wonderful with our timid little pup. Other groomers couldn’t get trimmers close enough to cut his fur, but with Taylor’s patience and expertise, she has been successful at grooming my dog. He goes in and leaves happy. You can tell she loves animals, and takes great care of them. I 100% recommend.
Taylor is simply the best! She has amazing patience with my nervous rescue dog. The one dog at a time rule is something that has been hard to find actually being enforced and she truly follows that which is so important to us as reactive dog owners. Will always 100% recommend Hund Haus!
They did such an amazing job with our dog. He was very nervous when he got there and they were very patient and walked him around to help calm him. In seven years of having our dog I have never been so happy with a haircut of his.
They are so nice to my dogs. Thunder my old pit bull never liked anyone but he did like Melissa and now My Mazzy loves her to. I would definitely recommend anyone to have the dogs there either grooming or boarding great people.
I took my 9 month old bernedoodle to Holly here at Oberjoch to be groomed and she did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and my concerns. I knew she had some matts and I told her I didn't want her to worry about dematting and rather cut them out then put my dog through any difficulty or painful combing (she hadn't been groomed in a while and goes in our creek regularly so she was a hot mess.) We agreed on a length for her coat and she did call me a bit later to warn me she came across some matts that would require her to go 1 blade shorter which was perfectly fine. I got a text a few hours later to pick her up and she looked absolutely beautiful!! Though her hair was short (again completely okay with me because I know the difficulty with doodle hair and i'm more concerned about my baby looking and feeling good then having a long coat so she was trimmed very short at my request). She still looked professionally groomed, tidy and her ears, tail and top of her head were brushed out beautifully and trimmed perfectly with a final touch of pretty bows. My girl looked amazing, smelled amazing and seemed to really like the staff. Your dog will be safe and happy while in their care and the groom job will be impeccable! I know this is a difficult and labor intensive job and takes a lot of skill, time, energy, patience and love for your dog to come out looking so beautiful, clean and happy. I fully understand and appreciate the work that they do especially after needing to groom my dog during covid and losing our original groomer. It is difficult work and it would always look like a hack job when I was through, so I am truly impressed and thankful for the work these ladies do. Thank you so much for your time and taking great care of my dog! I will be a returning customer and bringing my BIG bernedoodle next time. Adding a before picture so you can see what she had to work with, and yes my doodle is an adventure water loving girl so the best care for her is a short coat vs combing wet lake/river/creek water hair.
Highly recommend Oberjoch for boarding. We have two rather shy/timid Chi-mixes that have boarded successfully three times now and have enjoyed themselves. I feel confident leaving our pets there because the staff is very competent and it's a place I can completely trust to take great care of our two dogs.
There are no words to describe how greatful I am to be able to take my Doodles to Oberjoch's for grooming and boarding. I don't know what we would ever do without them. My dogs love them so much!!
Always great to our Border Collie and Corgi. We’ve border here multiple times and they always have space for our dogs. Sometimes have called last minute and no worries at all. Highly recommended.
I take my boxer here for boarding and I am always happy with the care they provide. My dog is excited when we walk in which tells me he is well cared for when he is there.
Melissa has been the best groomer for Ozzy. I continue to go to Oberjochs because Ozzy always looks so good after his grooming. If I ask for a summer cut during the hot months, Melissa obliges. Oberjochs is expensive; but for us confidence that Ozzy, spoiled as he is, is treated well during his grooming, is our most important issue.
A wonderful boarding facility. The ladies take exceptional care of all pets. My first grooming experience was outstanding, my dog has never looked so great!
We have had our dog, Rocko, be boarded at Oberjoch Kennels a couple of times and we’ve always have had great experiences every time. They are affordable and take very good care of our fur baby while we are gone.
This place is awesome. I have a great pyr rescue who is fear aggressive. She’s a stuck up little diva, but Michelle gracefully took on the challenge of grooming her. Many places denied my dog due to fear aggression and her large size, but Michelle has a great relationship with her. It makes me teary eyed knowing my pyr is in great hands at the groomer. Pricing is amazing for all that they do. My dog looks fantastic and smells heavenly after grooming. It’s no easy feat either, as great pyrs have thick coats.
Always prompt, professional and reasonably priced! Our Libby girl is on our property except for her yearly visit to Michelle and her crew, which she loves! Thank you for offering your services to the community!!
Fur Ever Friends does an amazing job grooming our two knuckleheads. Michelle and her staff are professional and friendly, and the pricing is quite reasonable.
The best grooming experience I've had with both my tcup Yorkie & my 90lb mix. Nobody else was able to trim my 90lb dogs nails wout sedation due to a bad experience as a pup but Michelle had us in & out with ease. the prices are better then the others I've tried. My tcup Yorkie always looks beautiful & is happy when I pick him up. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Only place for the life of my dog she will go. I absolutely love this place, and Michelle is excellent with my pup. Recommend this place over any others.
Michelle is amazing with my two dogs! They both hate nail trims but Michelle takes on the challenge easily! Pricing is more than fair and I appreciate whenever she can squeeze us in for an appointment!
Michelle is talented, personable, and professional. Been bringing my English bulldog and Siberian husky to her for a year or two. They are always lovely and perky upon pick up. They love spa day with Michelle. Michelle communicates very well through calls and texts and is a joy to work with. She is my and my doggies Fur Ever Friend.
Outstanding groomers. Tried everyone locally but i always return to Michelle and Melinda. They know you by name after a couple visits, love your pet like their own, and are careful with elderly or infirm pets. I've got an old bulldog and an old husky, the Golden girls, and I will not trust anyone but Furever Friends with their care.
Michelle is amazing at what she and her team do. Extremely reasonably priced. Would recommend to everyone.
I wouldn't trust just anybody to not just groom my dogs, but also keep them safe and happy while in their care. Michelle is sweet, kind and clearly lives animals. I couldn't recommend her enough.
We were very pleased with new owner and staff. Recently boarded our golden retriever pup who is quite a lot. Although, we did use this facility in the past with previous owner, and we never had any issues. When we arrived for pickup, we saw Bella outside sniffing around, very content. Very detailed feedback from staff and owner concerning her stay. Was happy with detailed expenses, and walkin nail care. We have recommended them to family pet owners and will definitely use their services again. Happy they are close to our home.
I've boarded my three dogs here several times and never had a problem. Previous owner alerted me to a potential health issue with one of our dogs that she discovered while grooming and she turned out to be correct, so we were able to get it taken care of. Current owner is very kind and puts up with my daily phone calls to check on my babies while they're in her care. Of course these services are not inexpensive. Name me one thing worth having that isn't expensive these days. Animal care is hard work and these folks do it with kindness.
I boarded my 2 huskies here. It’s very expensive, and I was quoted the wrong price over the phone. The person failed to mention that if I pick up after noon I’ll get charged for 2 days instead of one, and quoted me the price of a single day. Thankfully the owner cut the price in half for me when I told her that though. The dogs don’t get walked unless you pay extra for it, same with the fenced in play time. I also was charged $2 extra each time they had to give my dogs meds. Really? Which of course I wasn’t informed of this either. I actually sent them detailed instructions over email of my dogs medicine schedule (which isn’t difficult to begin with) but when we got there the person at the counter asked me to walk her through it again and asked me the same questions over and over, not seeming to understand. I told her several times that’s why I sent the email and they didn’t even bother looking for it. The drop off took a lot longer than it needed to. The $1.50 additional dog discount is laughable. Without the owner honoring my quoted price, the charge would’ve been almost $200 for 2 days and 2 dogs. I paid for 2 playtimes and 1 cuddle time. They really need to put prices on their website. The building was also extremely loud with the barking and radio blaring. The building should be more spread out for that amount of noise or at least better sound proofing. Didn’t seem like a good environment, but then again I never saw the kennels and they don’t have pictures posted. Likely because they don’t want the owners to see them. The owner was very nice but that’s about the only positive. I won’t be taking my dogs here again.
My family and I have been boarding our animals here for years. Recently we found out there is a new owner. We started just bringing our dog in for the day while we go to appointments. I have to say my dogs reaction is different than it was before in all the good ways. I have a much warmer feeling leaving her behind for a bit. Place is looking great and my wife and I's Mazie loves it there.
I was able to get in on such short notice and I absolutely loved the services provided to my Cockapoo! I attached before and after pictures! By far the best cut Joon has ever gotten!
Warning: do not board your dog here if they have an Elongated soft palate or you may have emergency vet bills to pay. I’ve been hesitant to write anything about this place as it’s been a few years but it’s better to warn others so the same doesn’t happen. We boarded our dog who was only A year old at the time our dog is a purebred English bulldog and he was there for approximately five days. In those five days, we never got a phone call with any concern whatsoever. my childhood dog here got groomed here so I didn’t think that this was a bad place. I came to pick my dog up on a Sunday at 5 PM. It was also my birthday. When I came to get him, he was barely able to walk barely able to breathe and wheezing like I’ve never seen before, the person who brought him out was not concerned in the slightest and just said “he’s been been doing this the whole time he’s been here” like I said we haven’t heard one thing from the border. I took him to the car as he could barely walk. His fur was in clumps on his body. He was wet. He was slobbering everywhere once I got him in my car got the AC on him and he started vomiting all over. I immediately called the emergency vet and of course someone there Swiped me off and said to go to Sunbury. I ended up calling my husband in a panic and he said turn around and go to Watsontown. “He’s not gonna make it if you drive any further”, long story short if we would’ve taken him to the sunbury hospital he would’ve died within 30 minutes because his pallet was completely closed. He was unable to breathe at all. This cost me an additional $800 on top of the boarding fees which I did pay extra for extra attention for him. I was young and I was too scared to reach out during that time, but I would never want anyone to go through what I went through to almost lose your dog, who was like your child. I really never want to pull down a business, but if you cannot take care of dogs that have breathing complications to begin with then just say so.
I would never board our Lucy anywhere else!! They have such a caring staff. We love the way they spoil her and give her lots of love and attention. Many times we have her groomed before we pick her up and she's never looked better! The "shed-less" treatment with the furminator is awesome! No hair to vacuum for months! I highly recommend Warrior Run Petcare Center!!
Convenient hours. Very friendly staff. Always helpful and willing to accommodate the needs of my pets, as well as myself. There are many options available for activities and treats to spoil my pets while they are boarding or being groomed, and they always return to me happy! The place is very well cleaned and organized inside and out. Wide variety and very nice selection of retail. I highly recommend Warrior Run Petcare for all of your boarding, grooming, or pet supply needs!
The Warrior Run Petcare Center is truly a premier boarding experience for all of its canine and feline guests! Each member of the staff has the animals' health and happiness as their number one priority. The facility is so clean. Animals are checked constantly to make sure that their runs and cages are clean and comfortable. Homemade healthy treats are given to the "guests, "and playtime is filled with animals receiving huge amounts of attention and fun exercise. If you have any reservations about boarding your animal when you are away, please put them aside and visit Warrior Run. It is absolutely as close to a spa as my pets will ever get. Kelly King
I was hesitant to write this review at first but felt others should be aware what the kennels are like past the front counter. We have been using this kennel for several years and never went to the back when dropping off or picking up. Over 4th of July we dropped our dog off for an overnight but when I got there I was told that I wouldnt be able to pick her up the next day due to no personnel working the counter so an overnight turned into 2 nights. When I went in to pick her up after 2 days I was told to follow the employee to the back to get my dog. My dog is 10 years old and 90 lbs. I saw where she had been sleeping and was sick to my stomach that she had to endure those conditions. The cell that she was being kept in was way to small and the bed (if you want to call it that) was so small that im sure she had slept on the hard cement floor the whole time and that is if she got any sleep at all because with the radio blaring and dogs barking im sure she didnt sleep. I also noticed her limping when I got her home which was probably caused by laying on that concrete floor. I will not use this kennels services again.
Amazing kennel. The office area is welcoming with a display case of baked goods just for the pets! The staff was wonderful. Beautiful grounds everywhere you look!
I have taken my two dogs to Miller's Boarding for many years. They have always received outstanding care. The owner, Roxanne, is absolutely wonderful and recently accommodated my pets at very short notice. My mind is always at ease when my pets are at Miller's because it is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Been a customer for years! Roxanne’s Kennel is the only place my family trusts for our dog’s and cat’s care when we need to board. She provides a clean and safe environment for our pets!
Picked up my dog after a week while on vacation. She smelled terrible, had fleas from snout to tail, and the owner shaved her butt because she had an “accident.” Never once have we needed to clean her butt, not once. So disappointed.
We have used Miller’s Boarding Kennel as our dogs’ home-away-from-home for 10+ years. Our dogs have always been happy to go, and clean and happy when we pick them up. Roxanne is great. I am happy to recommend her business.
So appreciative to have this boarding kennel! Our dog is 1/2 husky and 1/2 coonhound so he is loud and rambunctious. I was always nervous of leaving him in the care of someone else because he can be a lot but she made traveling so much easier. She calls him her loud boy and is so kind and loving. 10/10 recommend!
My dog enjoys going to Roxanne. He always seems happy to go there and she takes good care of him. He gets to socialize with other dogs which is nice. I would highly recommend her for boarding.
My 6-pound long-coat chihuahua, Emma, was about 11 years old when she began staying with Roxanne. She had never boarded anywhere before but seemed content to stay there when I was gone, once or twice for almost a week. I felt very confident that she would be well cared for and I didn't have to worry as she would always stay in the small room with other small dogs. I was very, very picky about leaving her with anyone but after the first time or two, I knew she would be ok. Emma died suddenly in my arms about 14 months ago and I still grieve for her . I have another long-coat now, Hilda, who will be one year old tomorrow and I know one day she also will stay with Roxanne.
The only kennel we will allow Ridley to stay, Roxanne has our complete trust with the care of our boy, even though she nicknames him the wildman.
Our pups love Mrs. Miller! Such a blessing to have such a great place to leave our 4 legged family members for short stays!
We love Sudol's grooming. My 2 fur kids look and feel so good when they've been groomed here. They also smell so great. I've been going there for years. Great people and great service. ❤️
I am so thankful for finding Sudol’s! I was a worried pet parent, not knowing what to do when I had to go out of town. Sudol’s are very kind and caring people. I know my little Willow is well taken care of and played with when I cannot be with her. She always comes home so happy and playful, sometimes even a little tired from playing so much! I definitely recommend Sudol’s Boarding and Grooming to anyone who wants to feel at ease about making sure their fur babies are in good hands!
Absolutely thrilled with sudol's, they always treat our dogs like one of their own.
Sudol’s was absolutely wonderful to our chocolate lab! You can tell this family LOVES dogs and it makes it less difficult to leave your pup behind. Plus they offer grooming which means you get to pick up your pupper smelling fresh!
This is the go to for all of your boarding and grooming needs. Pets are well taken care of during boarding. Grooming services are exceptional. Highly recommended!
Very nice staff, great haircuts to my little dog!
Our dog doesn’t love grooming… but Sudol’s makes the whole process stress free for us. We have been customers for years and won’t consider anyone else due to a bad experience at a previous location. It will always be Sudol’s for us. They are the kindest family business in the area & make both pets and pet parents feel welcome.
My dogs get great care from grooming to boarding. When Toby goes in it is like going to a second home for him. He wants to walk around and visit with any dog in the kennel. Great place to take your pet.
This is a great place to board your dog or cat. The staff here are wonderful and great with the animals. They always have room for our last minute trips and love our dog Lohtse
We have a 1 year old Beagle and were looking for a trustworthy place to board him for vacations, the last place we tried before this made our boy terrified and was a nervous wreck. We did a day stay to see how he would react, he loved the people at Sudols and will be staying here when we go to Tennessee
Remee has been going to Sweet Dreams since she was 7 months old, now 4, as a border and daycare. We moved out of state a year and a half ago, when we visit , which is often, Remee goes to hang out for the day if we don't need to board her. She never forgets, half way up the hill she starts pacing and whining, trying to get out. It is absolutely 100% her happy place! Elmer and Linda, all of the staff are very friendly and attentive. Sweet Dreams has made my life as a dog mom much more manageable!! I highly recommend 💯
My dog comes home happy every time! Sweet Dreams provides great service, are very communicative and the level of care is evident in how happy my dog is going in and coming out after boarding. I love the customized options to each stay, which help match my budget for each stay. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and meets the needs of all dogs, big or small.
My husband and I took our kids on vacation at the beginning of August and we were stressing to find a place for our Princess to stay for a few days until we stumbled upon Sweet Dreams Pet Resort. We were a little hesitant since it was the first time leaving her in other peoples care. However, we were able to talk to Elmer over the phone as well as in person and they even allowed me a tour! He made us feel comfortable with our decision and has a great sense of humor. The day came for us to leave for vacation and my husband dropped her off with no problems. We got updates on her and pictures to let us know how she was doing (she was fitting in perfectly!) Fast forward to the day we were supposed to pick her up. We left a little later than anticipated so I called Elmer up right away and asked if there was any way Princess could stay one more night, and he was more than willing to allow that. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
Last weekend, I took my dogs too, Sweet Dreams Pet Resort for the first time to have them boarded for a few days. Yennefer and Asher had a great time there and were well cared for. The package that I paid for I did receive pictures which was reassuring, knowing that they were having a good time. The picture below is from their stay. The owner, Elmer Esh was helpful and reassuring, making me feel confident that my dogs were in good hands. I have already scheduled them for a week vacation at the end of July. I highly recommend them for your fur babies! ❤️
We were very pleased with our first boarding experience here! The facility was clean and comfortable, and Elmer and his team were so easy to work with. They sent us several informational emails in the days/weeks leading up to our stay, and we felt very prepared for what we would need. During our dog's stay, we enjoyed seeing her photo on the Facebook page, and we appreciated the emailed photos and report card that were part of the package we purchased! Overall, we loved working with Sweet Dreams Pet Resort, and we will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future!
It was our first time boarding and I was very nervous leaving Pippa. She's not the best in new situations around new people/animals, and Elmer was quick to assure she would be okay. Elmer was kind and didn't mind a quick call to make sure all was good! I enjoyed our little progress report as well. I would definitely recommend to any new/nervous boarders. I didn't want to be overbearing and call everyday but Elmer never made me feel bad for calling to check on my baby which was highly appreciated. I was able to view the resort prior to booking and drop off/pick up was seamless. I will definitely be using sweet dreams again!
Atticus has been boarded and groomed at Sweet Dreams several times. He loves it there and gets excited when we drive up the lane. The facility is very clean and comfortable for their guests all seasons. Elmer and every employee we've encountered there are courteous and always willing to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Sweet Dreams to anyone who needs to board their beloved pup or have them groomed.
We drive 45 minutes each way to drop our dog off at Sweet Dreams and it's worth it! Elmer and his staff do a fantastic job with the pets in their care. We love getting the pictures of our pup while we're traveling and have peace of mind knowing that she's not only safe, she's having FUN!
THE BEST! I absolutely love the consistent care that Elmer and his team always give my trio of dogs when they come to stay at Sweet Dreams. The facility is immaculate, the staff are knowledgeable and everyone always goes above and behind for my dogs. I can actually travel in peace knowing my 4 legged kiddos are in the best care.
Sweet Dreams took care of my precious 17 year old dog, Chloe! She had never been boarded before. She was there for 10 days and came home happy and healthy.
We had our boxer puppy here for 12 days & they went above and beyond ❤️ she had an activity everyday on top of what they already do for the animals. Updates daily on my phone and Facebook that I couldn’t wait to see! She wasn’t home for Thanksgiving. But they did something special for all the boarding pets!. It’s these little things that really makes this place amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I’ve used one other boarding place and had an awful experience so I was nervous coming! But, I Highly highly recommend this place! Amazing care!
We had our dog Dexter there over Labor Day weekend. Super nice people that work there, facilities are immaculate and our boy was so very well taken care of. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using you in the future to take care of Dexter while we're away!
What a great place to bring your dog. She is very afraid to get her nails trimmed and I have tried many times. She turns into a Grizzly bear! The groomer had her in and out in 8 minutes. Very happy! Will be going here for all my doggy services.
Christy Tucker does a great job! This was Kane's first time being groomed in a very long time and she was excellent with him!
Staff is great and they treat your pet like their own. Very clean place. This will be my dogs second home when we travel.
This is the only kennel we will take our Basset Otis to! Our last 3 dogs also kennelled there. You have peace of mind when you go away. They treat each pet like it was their own! It's Otis' home away from home!
Pine Creek Pet Resort and their staff always take great care of our two dogs, Zoey and Axel! They always do what's best for our dogs and are always patient and kind. I never have to worry about their care because I know the staff are passionate about what they do and truly care. Thank you for all that you do!
Best kennel around! This is the fourth dog we've boarded there. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Great place for your dogs to stay while you're away. They get so much love and attention from the staff. The big yards are an awesome place for them to run around and stretch their legs. The rooms and runs are kept so clean with plenty of room to move around. Each animal is cared for as if they're the staffs own family member. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a need for pet care!!!
My boys just spent their very first time boarding there and I could not be happier! Everyone was very sweet, and it was relieving to know my boys were in good hands while I was gone. We will definitely be coming back!
Highly recommend. The owners love all they board and have a passion for what they do for over 30 years. My dog is treated wonderfully and loved while I'm away. I trust all they do and give him a bath before I pick him up with a top secret home made shampoo that makes him smell great even after 8 weeks.
Been taking our dog there for years. Super friendly staff who adore their customers’ pets. The dogs are always exited when we pull up out front to drop them off.
Owners are wonderful and the kennel is clean and well maintained. My puppy is afraid of everything and they took their time with him to make him comfortable. We will definitely be leaving our dogs here in the future when we can't have them along.
Our pups love it! We use Pet Dome once or twice a year, and we couldn't be happier. We know that our boys are well taken care of, have plenty of room to play and get TLC from the owners.
This is the second time we have boarded our dog at Pet dome, and we won’t go anywhere else. The owner is great to work with and obviously cares about the animals in his care. Facilities are the best I’ve seen; clean and with plenty of space and light. We drive past several other boarding places to go to The Pet Dome.
I really liked the care they gave to my 2 dogs and the loving nature of the owners I would use them again in a heart beat but they are closing in Oct
***Do not leave your pet here unless you want them to be starved of food and basic attention.*** I selected this place because it had five star reviews but I am terribly disappointed with my pet's experience. She is well traveled and it's not her first rodeo aka first time staying in a kennel. My overall complaint is my cat was mistreated. The offenses are (1) that my pet was returned to me with 9 cans of tuna after a 2 week stay of which even included two extra unexpected days due to bad weather, (2) she was returned to me having lost 2 pounds, and (3) she was sick after her stay. To make matters worse, my cat was already in her carrier when I arrived, which is suggestive of how my cat was treated--always penned up in isolation. When I arrived, her meows were so loud I could hear them outside of the kennel. I opened her carrier immediately to love on her and she was so skinny (I took her to the vet two days later and she had lost 2 pounds from her stay). When we returned home, she was famished. She ate two whole cans of regular sized tuna. She had some dinner but mostly slept the whole day she was back at home. She was lethargic. The next morning she was so sick and had pieces of red stuff in her vomit. It appeared they fed her something else, which was not anything I gave them to feed her. She is strictly on fish. The last issue, the couple running the facility wanted to administer an injection to my cat for feline leukemia, claiming it is part of their policy. I tried to honor it as soon as I knew it was a requirement by scheduling a vet appointment immediately (in no way would I let them administer the injection so I took her to the vet to have it done by a professionally licensed veterinarian). As it turns out per the vet's expertise, an animal should not receive a leukemia vaccination the day of arrival because it takes two weeks for the inoculation to be effective. Therefore, receiving the vaccination on the day of arrival as suggested by Gaylen, would render my pet not safe from leukemia from other animals who are sick with leukemia or have been inoculated within the 2 week window required for effectiveness. Additionally, the guy was a vet tech a long time ago. He's not a vet, he runs a kennel and because of Pennsylvania State law, it is considered "agriculture" which is why he has vaccines. That is another issue. The vaccination was unnecessary because (1) it takes two weeks for the vaccination to be effective and (2) my pet would not be back in time for the booster, therefore, the vaccination would have been extra chemicals in my pet for something she doesn't need because she is never in contact with unvaccinated animals. If this couple would put wood or metal sheets between the cages, contact with other cats would be impossible. Instead, they want to vaccinate animals on the spot which actually does not protect the cats and provides a false sense of security to pet owners who believe the vaccination will actually be effective on the spot. Who puts cats next to each other when they can see each other?! Cats are territorial by nature and typically hate other cats. I do not recommend anyone to put their animal there in general, but if it is necessary, definitely not for any extended period of time because the couple cannot handle it and the facility is not set up well for cats. Nice people, but that does not make up for the poor care of my pet. I give one star for keeping my cat alive.
Very friendly, schedule specific drop off and pick up times to avoid too many customers at once, and my puppy comes home smelling WONDERFUL after his complimentary bath and is very tired after every visit! I will never go anywhere else.
My dog is well taken care of there. Easy drop off and pick up. Our dog enjoys it so much that when we approach the driveway, he knows it and gets very excited.
Best family destination for fun. Admission is free and everything is what family friendly is all about. It's a very Patriotic Park and I love it here for both me and my family. A must go!!!!!
