Greg and Joni were amazing dog sitters. My girl, Kisses, went on a hunger strike and they handled it well. They were always attentive and gave her lots of love and affection along with her protests to even go outside. They gave me daily updates and also allowed me to FaceTime my girl during her hunger strike. I also had a building snafu that made them park in another location the first night and move their car the second night. I was so afraid that would disrupt their stay and they simply rolled with the punches. Oh, and Greg fixed my patio door screen that had fallen off in the storm in July. So handy and resourceful. I so appreciate the handyman skills. I highly recommend Greg and Joni to your next sit as they are well-seasoned travelers and so very personable and reliable (as I was able to meet them the night before). They were so concerned about my dog and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.

We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Daniel as a pet sitter and house sitter! He took care of Pipa for over three months this winter and did an outstanding job. From the first day, it was clear that he had a genuine love for animals and a great deal of experience with pets. If Cung ever applies to your post for a house or pet sit, I strongly encourage you to jump at the offer. You will not be disappointed. Cung is among the top (if not the top) sitter I’ve ever had and I’ve been on this site for years. Primarily, Cung is very organized. In the weeks and days leading up to the sit, Cung kept me abreast of his plans and status. I felt very comfortable in the days leading up to the sit because I knew the plan we made to exchange the keys and walk him through the instructions would work as planned. Second, Cung really cares. When he got to my apartment after what I assume was a long day of traveling, I explained the care instructions and he was very attentive and cared about the details - asking very specific questions on how to care for my cat and apartment. I had some pretty specific rules about how to feed my cat and take care of him and Cung followed those exactly. Third, Cung makes you feel comfortable while you are away. I got daily or twice daily updates about my cat. I got pictures which made me feel like my cat was having a good time. My cat came out within an hour of me being away - very fast for my cat as he is shy. Cung must have a calming energy towards animals. Cung was also very responsive when I reached out first - replying within 5 minutes. I really appreciated that. My cat threw up at one point and Cung answered all of my questions to assess whether my cat was sick or had just eaten too fast. Fourth, Cung will take good care of your apartment/house. I came back to a SPOTLESS apartment. The sheets were washed and folded on my bed. The towels were washed. The apartment had been vacuumed. The kitchen was clean. The dishwasher had been run. Everything was in its place when I returned. Honestly, cleaner than when I left it which is difficult since I am a very clean person. Cung also respects your property. I have an extensive computer setup that he used for work and he was very respectful of that equipment. He asked if he could use it beforehand, which was incredibly polite since he could have used it and I wouldn’t have known. In sum. You need to jump at the opportunity if Cung offers to sit for you. I came home to a very happy cat. Hope he will sit for me again sometime!

We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else! Suzanne has been grooming our Shiba Inu for three years but we recently used her services to board our four month old puppy. The prices are great, the staff is always kind and helpful, and my dog was in amazing hands the whole time we were away.

Kim was amazing with our two kitties! We were really worried about leaving them but they did great! She came twice to meet them before we left and I think that really helped. I have boarded my dog here a few times, and the service is excellent, the facilities are clean, the cost is reasonable, and the folks that run it are very nice! I would suggest it to anyone. The runs are all indoor and climate controlled, and they exercise the dogs multiple times a day, and will take food/medicine, etc and take care of it all.
Great place to board pets. They are proactive in letting you know how your pets are doing. I have two very pampered Poms and I always worry when I need to board them.

Amazing! I have a husky mix and that help cut my bath time in half. Love how it’s 24 hr. And the dryer helped so much for my long haired baby. Everything is really suppled. Really great daycare and boarding. The prices are very reasonable and they are very knowledgeable about dog behaviors. My dogs stayed for 2 nights and they came home nice and tired. They didn’t come home wanting to chug water like they have at some places they have been to. This makes me think that they were given plenty of access to water there. All 3 of my dogs did not have a single scratch on them so I can tell they were monitored well thought their stay. All medications were given to my dogs exactly how I asked them to. They have been to daycare there and we had the same good experience at those times as well. It is nice to not have to worry about my dogs while I am out of town.
After trying nearly every other boarding facility in the Warrensburg area, this is the first place my daughter does not feel sad about boarding her puppy. The owners were kind and responsive and provided photos and videos of our dog having fun, exercising and socializing all day in a huge open yard. Their screening process also provided peace of mind. Will use again.
I'm so thankful to have found this place that has a do it yourself dog wash. That's the only service I've used so far, but my dog loves getting his baths there every weekend.
This is a really great place to bring your dogs for a bath . They have everything you need except for a towel. Thought that 10 bucks for ten min was pricey but once I got there and got started , I was able to wash ,condition, and blow dry two medium size dogs for 15 bucks. Great facility for dog owners in burg!

This place makes leaving your dogs easier. I have never felt comfortable leaving my two golden retriever girls ever before. They love coming here and are happy when I come back. Pet Parents Beware: We boarded our two healthy, happy dogs at a place that we thought we could trust. Little did we know the nightmare that this would turn into. On January 20th we received two phone calls (which we didn’t answer because we were sleeping) and a text message shortly after telling us that our 1 year & 3 month old puppy was dead. We didn’t even know there was anything wrong. We were told Tuna had stopped eating two days prior, and that they didn’t call us because they “didn’t want to bother us”. Those of you that have dogs and love them like your children will understand how ridiculous of a comment this was. Nothing in this world is more important than the health of our dogs to us. Had we been called, they would have been instructed to take her to the Vet immediately and the blockage in her intestine could have been found. Instead they let her sit in her kennel for two days with blood filling up her abdomen, in excruciating pain. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. They obviously think they know your dogs better than you do. Had we been called at the first sign of trouble this may have been a very different story. RIP sweet Tuna girl - 10/31/20 • 01/20/22

It's so nice and clean in their main entrance and you can tell they really care about all the animals. I finally found my permanent groomer!!! We always board our dogs here. The owners TRULY love your animals. They are the BEST! We also use the grooming services. They make our pups look amazing. I refuse to go anywhere else. We have since moved away and I drive back to Warrensburg for Alpine grooming and boarding services.

We have an English Bulldog, who loves going to see her friends at Alpine Grooming. The staff is professional, courteous, and kind. Our dog loves the staff and doesn't want to leave. I usually end up carrying her to the car. I would highly recommend Alpine Boarding and Grooming.
I was regularly boarding my dogs there for a week at a time. Paying to have my dogs walked 2 times a day. Was obvious by the odor when I went to pick them both up that they were not walked. One of my small dogs had cuts (puncture wounds)on his neck from a apparent fight. No one told me that but discovered that when I got him home and took off his collar. Then, both dogs had kennel cough too. I haven't been back since.
We picked our dogs up this morning after being out of town for 8 days to them covered in poop and pee, our german shepherd has poop matted into his fur and they came out looking petrified and running out the door. With as much money as we paid for boarding I expected so much more, I did not expect to come home to my dogs being neglected. All we were told was “You didn’t pay $6 for a walk, so if your dog has poop or pee on it than that’s their own fault” and that we could just bring them back and they would bathe them! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.
This was by far the easiest grooming and boarding place we’ve ever dealt with! Super sweet ladies answering the phones and setting appointments and reminders. When they called to tell me they were finished with my two pit bulls (one being very large, strong and hyper) she said he was very strong but so happy. They came back smelling and looking amazing! Also, very good prices!! Very well done. We will be back! Thank you, thank you!!

We were in a bind, our usual boarders were full. We were leaving town in a few days. I called and they had openings. They treated my babies so great!! Leon and Libby were very well taken care of and happy when we picked them up!! Will definately book with them again!!
They were able to watch Bruno (my standard poodle) when everyone else in town was full! Super sweet folks too!! I don't actually get to meet Becky this time, as she was out of town, but I'm sure I'll meet her in the near future when we bring Bruno back! :) Thank you all for the great care with such short notice!!

John and his team took care of my German Shepherd while I went on a canoe trip for a week. Not only is he great at obedience training, but he took good care of my dog also. I almost didn’t go on the canoe trip because my dog had been bitten on the nose at the Dog Park a few days before we were supposed to leave. He did a great job of cleaning the wound and giving my dog antibiotics to keep her nose from getting infected. My dog is also a whole lot better on the leash now!!! I would highly recommend Certa gun dogs and Sunrise Kennels for obedience training, hunting dog training and boarding !!
We are very pleased with Blue's training. Somer and Jon are very polite and patient with both our dog and us. They take the time to explain the training and commands. If you have a puppy that needs training and discipline I reccomend them. They are reasonably priced and very good. Thank you training Blue for us. The kiddos love staying there when we have work done on the house
Poor communication and failure to inform us of a problem. We’ve had our dog home two days and she has to be hospitalized, she is skin and bones. Over $400 In vet bills, she has Viral GI infection and was vomiting blood. Never informed she needed food/medical care. You have to have an appointment you’re not allowed to just show up but doesn't respond to emails and phone is unavailable after two weeks we just went to pick her up. Wouldn’t recommend.
We have had a great experience with Sunrise Kennels. They provide excellent foundational training for bird dogs and general obedience.
Arby's in Warrensburg is great. They are clean. Fast service. Hot food. Especially the curly fries.

I love taking my Golden Doodle to Lisa!! Not only does she have exceptional grooming skills, she is never judgmental in the fact that I am not one to brush my doodles thick coat regularly (or ever). Lisa is always upfront with expectations and never fails to please. You can tell that she also LOVES the animals and it is more that just a job for her. I recommend Lisa to everyone!!
We took our one and a half year old boxer for his first time away. I researched many pet resorts and visited Chapel Hill before we traveled. Lisa was very kind and accommodating and understood my trepidation in leaving my dog. Lisa is very knowledgeable and professional. Chapel Hill is a beautiful well maintained pet resort. She responded quickly when we checked in on our boy. We will always use this wonderful pet resort in the future.
Our Veterinarian recommended Chapel Hill as the last couple borders in the city didn't work well. My 3 1/2 year old Weimaraner came home sick and had to get treatment two separate times. So glad we were referred here! Lisa was so kind, answered all my questions and would text, call and email. Her personality is magnificent and my Winston was treated great. The facility is clean and doesn't smell bad. Winston actually ate his food and the treats I brought for him. He was able to have his blanket and toys which some places don't allow. When we were headed home, he was relaxed and even fell asleep. He never did that before. He was happy!! Thank you, Lisa for everything. So worth the drive to make sure your fur baby is being taken care of right!
Great place! We had our 2 dogs stay here while we was on vacation Labor Day weekend. It was the first time we had left our dogs to go on vacation and their first time in a kennel. Lisa was amazing sending us pictures to ease our minds about how they were doing. They looked like they were having a such fun. This place was perfect for them to run around on especially since they’re use to 20+arces. The price was better than all the other places we had called as well. If we have to board them again we’ll definitely come back and recommend them to family.
I. Love. Chapel Hill. When I get there to pick up my boy, he comes running out, happy! Lisa is always happy to calm my pet-mama separation anxiety, and she sends me pics to show me what a good time he's having. There's lots of room for the dogs to run.. and you can check out the accomodations for the dogsc anytime. It smells clean and dogs look and act happy - (have you ever gone somewhere that you can tell the animals are unhappy? Definitely not here!) Lisa took me back for a little tour when she was expanding - completely on the spot. No appointment, no "prep"- just an impromptu look at the space. Very trust- building, in my opinion! I'm so happy to have this option close by. Thanks Lisa, and staff!
Lisa is super experienced and knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable leaving my fox terrier puppy with her. The grounds and nice, lots of room...dogs are happy and clearly well taken care of.
I have a large breed shelter dog with separation anxiety, she did not want to leave all her new friends. Had the time of her life being pampered by Lisa & her crew. Have and will continue to send all my family & friends their way. Best boarding care I've found in KC area.

Lisa is wonderful with the dogs! I have have dogs of all breeds. German shepherd, aussie mix, staffy mix(bully breed), and a Chihuahua. They all LOVE Lisa and she loves them. Very knowledgeable and amazing with the grooming they recieve!
