This was the second time Aunt Edina and Uncle Casemiro came to visit, and we’re SO delighted they agreed to come back! As soon as they arrived our gang rushed out to greet them, they definitely remembered them from a previous visit and were over the moon to see them again! We left knowing we had nothing to worry about and that everything was in the best hands possible. Our travel times were tight, so we didn’t get to spend as much time handing over as we would have liked, but we were also 100% confident that our house and babies were in good hands. We’ve had one very poorly doggie awaiting surgery, and they handled him beautifully including medication and vet visits. It's only because we knew we could totally trust them that we didn't cancel the holiday completely - that's how much confidence we have in them. I have to say that Edina and Casemiro have become friends for us, they’re just two beautiful people and we really look forward to getting to know them more and nurturing a lasting friendship!

She was great at letting me know how the cats were doing, and I felt like even though she had to go to work every day she did everything to make sure their routine was as uninterrupted as possible. Absolutely fantastic!!! I can't even begin to describe how amazing they were. It was a last-minute sit, and from the beginning they made me feel súper comfortable, very sweet and kind couple, excellent and constant communication, and Newton loved them from the first moment. Also had a minor maintenance issue in my apartment and they handled it so well with no complaints, I could not have been more grateful. You will be lucky if you get May and Barak to care for your babys!

We really could not have been more happy to have Sona come take care of Margot and our flat this summer. Sona was so easy to communicate with and so responsible. Not only was she just a kind and organized person, but she has clearly done this before and knows how to put pet owners at ease. She sent lots of photos of a variety of adventures she took with Margot and we knew she would be responsive if we ever needed to be in touch. Our flat was so clean and welcoming when we returned! Everything went really well. I left Sebastian at home shortly after Shalimar's tumour operation and I was a bit worried. Sebastian gave me daily updates and reassured me. The house was very clean and tidy when I returned and Sebastian is very responsible.

Irene and Mark were excellent house sitters for our cat Wazzy and our 3 guinea pigs when we were away for 2 weeks. They love cats and so gave Wazzy all the attention and love he wanted and took great care of him. They mentioned they had never looked after guinea pigs before, but listened to everything we told them about their care and did an amazing job, even cleaning their cage multiple times. They were very reliable and kept us up to date every day with how the pets were doing with pictures and updates which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax whilst we were away knowing our pets were in good hands. Irene and Mark were very lovely and kind and went above and beyond in looking after our home, our pets and in helping us.

Sofia and Nicole were excellent sitters to our 2 playful cats (an adult tabby and a BIG Maine coon kitten). They gave us a couple updates daily with pictures, as we requested. They were easy to communicate with before and throughout the entire sit. When we came home, our apartment was tidy (probably neater than we left it!) and our cats were relaxed and happy. They were also kind enough to leave us with some sweet bandanas for our boys. We were super pleased with the quality of care, and would happily recommend Sofia and Nicole to anyone in need of a pet or house sitter!

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Chris was a fantastic cat sitter for our elderly and high maintenance kitty. Chris was the perfect combination of responsible and on top of her medication needs while also being calm and relaxed about her picky eating habits and the need to monitor her food and medication consumption. He was prompt, easy to get a hold of, responsible, and overall, a great sitter. I would definitely recommend him and most certainly hope to have him stay with her again.
