I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. Cung was a wonderful cat sitter and housesitter and we would happily invite him back again. He was excellent with our cats and sent plenty of photos, and also left the house impeccably clean. We had to come back a day early and so we got to spend some time with him which we enjoyed as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I am struggling with naming our top adjective to describe Michael and Jeanne. "Conscientious" will likely be it but then again, "personable," "reliable," "organised," and "animal-loving" are top contenders. If you are reading this review and contemplating inviting this couple to watch your pets, then look no further. We have had a number of excellent house sitters but this pair was next level in terms of the love they showed our cats, Maxx and Nala. When we came back, we could our animals already missed them. These cats, who have never slept with anyone other than us, were getting in bed with them each night -- and that meant climbing stairs! The day before our trip, Nala got an ear infection and had to be put on steroids for asthma. Michael and Jeanne did not sign up for that when the sit was booked but they took it in stride. In the last-minute rush, I relayed that Nala needed her oral steroids morning and night. Michael read the RX label, indicating one dose a day, and contacted the vet to clarify. So you can see why "conscientious" is right up there. They saved Nala from an overdose! We were gone three weeks and they sent us just the right amount of pictures and videos. They bought cat toys (I forgot to put ours out!) and actively engaged with them, including 20-minute massages for Maxx. I truly believed them when they said they fell in love with our fur babies. The house was spotless (which was not important to me but truly appreciated) but I smiled when all six water stations in our yard were filled. They took seriously my love for and the needs of the wildlife in our yard. Our plants were all in good condition as well. Sensing they were "next level" when I met them, I predicted they would want to leave a meal for us upon our return. I asked them not to but they found another way to bow out with class. They made a donation to a nonprofit I work with instead. This I learned from the lovely thank you note they left. I hope they will consider Charles and I friends because we certainly feel that way about them now. What special people. If you book them, treat them well because they are going to do that for you for sure.

Chris and Julia were our very first sitters and are the most perfect house/pet sitters anyone would ever want!!! Julia sent video/pictures of our fur babies everyday and we noticed early on that our animals were very relaxed and happy!! This made our trip so enjoyable and stress free knowing that our animals were safe and being spoiled and loved the whole time. They even trained our dog to sit while her leash was being attached and was able to pet and hold our cat that is somewhat nervous around strange people he doesn't know. When I got back from the trip, the house was very clean along with Julia/Chris had washed the bed sheets, bath towels, vacuumed, dusted etc., and even washed the pet bedding. They also left some SE Asia treats for us to try which so sweet of them. Definitely the perfect house sitters!!!

There are not enough words in the English language to express my deepest gratitude to Teresa and all the amazing love and care she showed my sweet cat Milo. From the moment she met Milo, I knew there was going to be a very special bond. He instantly relaxed when he first met and already looked so happy and at peace with her. The bond between the two of them only seemed to get stronger and stronger with every day that I was away. This two-week trip was so important for me as it was the first real "vacation" I had taken in a few years. I was in desperate need of a mental and physical break and knew that in order to have a true "time off', I needed to feel completely at peace with Milo being well-taken care of. Well my prayers were answered as Teresa was the "cat whisperer" I was hoping for. I could not have asked for a better, more compassionate, self-reliant, and intuitive sitter ! Teresa was also so diligent in sending me her daily picture and video updates of my cat. With every picture and video I saw, I knew that Milo was so happy being with her and I never worried for one minute while I was away. What a gift ! Teresa was also a serious life-saver for me as literally an hour before I was leaving for my trip, I found out my cat's tracker app was not working and after a few emails and phone calls, we found out the tracker's server was down. Teresa took the initiative to follow up with getting the tracker to work again which was a HUGE stress-relief for me . She is not only wonderfully savvy with animals but also with technology as well ! I feel so fortunate to have Teresa in my life now, not only as an amazing sitter for Milo but also as a wonderful friend for life! Thank you, Teresa for everything.... Hannah and Joseph housesat our three kitties for a week and a half while we were traveling for the holidays. They were very communicative and conscientious. We received daily updated on our cats with cute and funny pictures. When they noticed our 17yo cat, Amber, wasn’t eating very much, they let us know and we were able to resolve the problem quickly. They were also very resourceful and understanding when we ran out of some cat supplies. Hannah and Joseph took great care of the house. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived back, and we had a short time to get to know them on our arrival. We would be fortunate to find more house sitters like them, and would of course love to have them back in the future! We wish Hannah and Joseph luck in their travels!

Kira was the best sitter we have ever had! I chose Kira because of her reviews, ability to sit during the dates I needed and willingness to communicate with my daughter/neighbor who co-parents Colby with us. I am always a bit anxious about having someone in my home and trusting them with our fluffy son. Kira put us at ease almost immediately. I received photos and videos everyday throughout the stay. I got updates on Colby’s activity and the fun they were having together. My heart felt full knowing that Colby was being well loved and cared for. Additionally, Kira was so kind to keep us posted on any deliveries that arrived at the house. Finally, when I arrived home, the house was tidy and clean! Again, I am so grateful that Kira was there keeping the house and my cat safe! I hope she will come back and sit again. I know Colby would love to see her again.

Quinn was an amazing sitter for my cat Moon! She regularly checked in with updates on moon while we were away on a two week vacation, and seemed to give her plenty of attention, play with her, etc. Communication was easy and she left our apartment spotless after departing. Highly recommend her as a pet sitter!

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

My 6 year old dog Marty has been going Tumblepups since he was 3 months and he absolutely loves it and Andy and Caroline. He cannot wait to get there every week and comes home so tired (which takes alot) so I know he's had a great day. Andy and Caroline don't only accommodate your dog but help you out as much as they can too. Highly recommended. Marty loves them. Its like home from home for your dog and they are truly cared for.
Our dog has been attending tumblepups for nearly 3 years since he was a tiny pup. Andy, Caroline and the staff are so caring, reliable and helpful. It’s such a great service and the dogs come back tired, happy and stimulated. I recommend tumblepups to so many fellow dog walkers - we couldn’t manage without them!
Great place for you pup or adult dog to go for the day or half a day. My girl goes once a week for the day and loves it! The staff care about the dogs in their care and make sure they are well looked after and have fun. It's doggy nursery! They are honest and do free health checks. Free collection and drop off too if you need it. Large premises and full of delights for your pups. Can't recommend enough!
Our spaniel has been going to TPs since 2021 and he loves it. Always comes back exhausted! From the videos you can see the big range of activities the pups have as well. Would recommend to anyone :)
I had my little puppy Graham enrolled with tumblepups this week and I was so happy to have found Andy and Caroline who run Tumblepups they are both so nice, helpful and understanding. Due to my current circumstances I had no choice but to leave my dog in care and I was a little bit worried but as soon as i met caroline and Andy i was at ease and they were brilliant with meeting my needs for my dogs care as my working day weeks change. It is so nice to have flexibility. Would definitely recommend this place
Our dog literally drags us from the car to the gates, he's that excited! We're really happy with the level of care and attention the team give the dogs, and in particular how they split them into groups based on temperament ect. We initially got our dog into Tumble Pups for when/if we're back at work, however he goes even when we're at home now, as he's occupied and really happy.
What a wonderful concept this is; a day centre for dogs where they are cared for, played and loved by the team headed up by Andy and Caroline. Millie our young Golden Retriever absolutely adores her day there each week. She is now so more socialised and indeed attending Tumblepups has calmed her behaviour when out walking as the tendency to chase dogs is not so bad now, (some are just too tempting though!), she now knows when her ‘Tumblepup’ day has arrived and cannot wait to jump into Andy’s car! It gives us great peace of mind knowing Millie is having such fun, she returns happy and tired 💤
Both our dogs go to tumble pups, they are always excited when I pull into the road, cannot wait to jump out the car and get in there! Both waggy tails waiting at the door to go in! When I collect them they are both excited to see me, but as soon as I get them home, they are sparked out on their beds! Exhausted from their day of fun. Caroline, Andy and all the staff at tumble pups are absolutely lovely & extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!
We are regulars. Love the care and attention they give our dog, best one that we saw when picking a doggy daycare. Plenty of other dogs for her to play and socialise with. Would recommend to anyone who has a dog and works, our dog always comes back happy, and a little worn out from all the playing and attention, and is always excited to go back.

They stimulate and love each and every dog and give advice when we have concerns about our pooches. Ricky has been an incredible help with training our (now) 8 month old beagle / toy poodle cross. Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable and has a fantastic relationship with our puppy. We cannot recommend Paws4 Thought enough; if you would like a well trained and behaved dog that’s delivered in a positive manner, then do no hesitate in contacting this company.
Ricky and Anita looked after our two cats and Gecko for a week while we were on holiday. They were super reliable, with regular text updates for peace of mind that all was okay. Pets were happy, fed and watered with plenty of fuss. So much so I don't think they missed us at all! We will definitely use Paws4Thought again and recommend to others. Top service and lovely people.
"PAWS FOR THOUGHT" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I'd just like to recommend Ricky and Anita Owen who run "Paws For Thought", a small family pet minding service in Rushden. Ricky moved into my home for two weeks to care for my precious Labrador whilst I was away. He visited twice before our holiday, answered all our questions and provided us with the confidence that our boy would be safe (he was previously attacked at a home boarding trial). Ricky has a wealth of experience with dogs, had all relevant documents (business insurance and registered with DBS update service). Jasper took to him immediately. We received regular "pup dates" via email with photographs. Not only was Jasper well cared for but our home was secure and treated respectfully. He even organised an essential emergency repair whilst we were away and had hoovered the house! We'll definitely be using Ricky and his family in the future for our pet sitting needs and recommending him to all our friends and family. Definitely a much better option than kennels and home boarding. Please keep business local and consider Ricky for your pet needs (dogs and cats). Thank you

I used cat sitting service for a second time in the last couple of months. I'm very pleased with Darren's accuracy for his visits and cat feeding. Darren was giving me a regular update about my cat. I found the house on the same way, I left it and my cat was calm - no stress, no mess. Cat sitting at home is a better and less stressful way to look after your cat, while you go away. I'd recommend Home Alone Pet service to anyone who's a cat.
Andy and his team work wonders! I had cause to use him last minute, and he house sat my pooches (after fellow dog walker recommended). Andy is understanding of Dogs and there concerned owners! He looked after any concerns of mine as well as my dogs! Kept me updated with pics and messages. Arrived home after 5 days away to the happiest dogs! I have just started using Home Alone for my 11month old Shi Tzuh as I have to go into the office now a few days a week. Andy & Alice take very good care of her. They send me photos of her playing throughout the day which I find reassuring in the office; dogs need the stimulation of other dogs and she gets dropped off shattered from all the excercise, win/win! I would really recommend this service.
Our dog is one of the family, there are few places we would leave him and know he was well looked after and treated as one of their own, this is one of those places. We only have to mention Andy and our dog is at the back door ready to go, he loves it there. Always comes back relaxed as he’s been spoilt and usually worn out as he’s been exercised well. Absolutely fully recommended.
Andrew and Alice are exceptionally good with my greyhound, John. John loves going for walks with them and the day care is also excellent. When ever I have to London I can relax knowing John is in safe hands.
I have a small pup and she doesn't like being on her own long. Home alone pet services to the rescue. She's exhausted every night and she loves socialising with the other dogs. If you want professional, reliable, caring & very flexible dog care in a homely environment, then Country Companions is the right place for you. My dog Sadie stayed with her for a week & I felt so reassured that she was being well looked after that I was able to enjoy my holiday & relax. The set up is very much home from home with a wonderful large garden to play in & explore, fabulous off lead walks in nearby fields & a home to sleep in, not a kennels environment. Sadie was made so very welcome & even found a comfy spot on the arm of a chair to relax (cheeky!) The photos & regular updates were really appreciated & my family were very grateful to receive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Country Companions & will continue to come back to Sarah every time I’m away. Thank you so much Sarah 😀
Sarah is absolutely fantastic; she looks after our lively GSD brilliantly and gives a really personal yet professional service. I could honestly not ask for anyone better to look after my dog; I trust Sarah completely and Luna loves her walks. Sarah will always let me know if she has any concerns about Luna (even if she is just a bit "off" that day) which is reassuring. My Alaskan malamute Wolfie had been going to Doms for quite a few years now with regular photos and updates of how he was getting on Whilst on holiday, with no warning at all, we would never have gone away, Wolfie took ill. Dom rushed wolfie to his vet. Wolfie was diagnosed with severe gastro problems, internal bleeding and kidney failure. It was a shock to us all. Dom kept me informed all the way. Dom's son Marcus, later took Wolfie to my vets to stay overnight, their vets are not an animal hospital, to continue care. We tried to get flights home for 2 days to be with Wolfie, no joy, it was agony. The next day 29/10/2024, in the presence of my daughter, her boyfriend a friend of mine myself on face time talking/seeing him, he was put to sleep. As you can imagine we are all devastated. I needed to let everyone who look at reviews to check about Lower Shelton Dogs....this is how Dom and his son go above and beyond,,,DONT, send your dogs anywhere else. Wolfie loved going and loved being there with Dom and Marcus. They love/loved him too Thank you so much for what you have done,, we are eternally grateful 🙏 If, it's a big if, I ever have another dog, Dom he will come to you. Vicky
Second stay this week for our dog and once again was not disappointed. I feel so happy leaving her with Dominic as I know she is being taken good care of. We get regular updates to put our mind at rest and she really has had her own little holiday of her own. I really couldn't trust anyone else with her. My Dog Bella who is almost 6 years old attends at Shelton Dogs and this is like her home, she is so settled, happy, loved and cared for by the owners, Dominic, Carmen and Marcus she adores so very much. She loves mixing and playing with all the other dogs that also stay during her visits, and she loves her walks and feed times to, I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. Our cairn terrier Tara always loves her holidays with Dominic and his lovely family. It really is home from home and all of the dogs are treated with great affection. Tara is always delighted to be visiting and we feel happy that she is safe, secure and having great fun. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
For a couple of years now our dogs have gone to stay with Dom at Shelton Digs when we’ve been away and they love it! They’re happy and healthy when they come home and most importantly, they’re very happy when they go back. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Can’t recommend Shelton Dogs enough! Reggie spends 3 days a week there & has just gone for his first overnight stay whilst we are on holiday. It’s lovely not to have to worry & know your dog is having a great time in the best place. Somewhere where they love him as much as we do, just not sure that Reggie doesn’t love Dom, Carmen & Marcus more than he loves us! 😂
My puppy is my shadow so I was nervous about leaving her anywhere over night. I needn't have been. She had a wonderful time and was happy to see me but not over excited, just content!

I used Julie to bond out rabbits after myself trying with no success. Our bunnies proved to be a hard work and Julie never gave up on them. Now we have our two rabbits back at home after nearly a month away bonding. I can never recommend Julie enough. It’s an exceptional and affordable rabbit bonding professional. I would take my rabbits again if they need accommodation or rebonding!

She was amazing at communicating with me and sent me daily photos and videos. She even got my really picky boy to eat greens for the first time! 😍 I had failed 3 times at trying to re-bond my tricky trio of boys and Julie managed to do it without any dramas! I'd almost lost hope for my bunnies and was going to keep them as a pair and a loan bun but I'm so happy to say I've got all 3 boys home and living together! Julie was so accommodating when it came to moving my booking and keeping them longer as I was moving house. It was absolutely worth every single penny! Julie is reasonably priced and clearly cares a lot about every bunny she takes into her home. I don't know what else I can say other than thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤️ I'm absolutely over the moon!
I dropped my 3 bunnies off recently for bunny bonding into a trio, Julie did an amazing job! Julie was great and updated me throughout their stay and sent me lots of helpful tips for keeping their bond strong once I took them home. Would highly recommend!! :-)
Julie took excellent care of our 3 bunnies for a 1 week bonding stay. She updated us every day with how things were progressing and send pictures and videos which really put our minds at ease. Julie clearly knows bunnies better than anyone and she did a fantastic job bonding our two boys with our girl. We can't thank Julie enough for rebonding our 18 month old Dutch sisters. They were separated at 1 year following very poor vet advice when one was ill and fought badly when we attempted rebonding a few months later. I drove 150 miles from Manchester and it was absolutely worth it. Julie was amazing - calm, knowledgeable, reassuring and kept us up to date with clips and messages during their 10 day stay. She really is an expert and a bunny whisperer. We now have two very happy bunnies, living calmly and happily together again. Thank you so much!!!
Julie successfully bonded our two boys Earl Grey and Whiskey, she is absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about rabbits. Before we brought them to her for bonding (and boarding) both rabbits were so aggressive towards each other that I honestly doubted that there was even the slightest chance of them bonding. Julie patiently responded to all my questions and gave me plenty of useful advice before I even booked the boys in. When we dropped them off, I felt absolutely confident leaving them in her care. She updated us on the progress throughout, with messages, pictures and even videos. It is thanks to her that we now have two happy bunnies who are totally in love with each other, and seeing them together, whether it’s grooming each other or just relaxing next to each other makes me so happy. Whether you’re looking for boarding or bonding, I can wholeheartedly recommend Julie and have my boys already booked in for our next holidays.
Brilliant service. Fantastic care. Great start to my bunnies bonding journey. I was kept updated continuously and she took care of my rabbits like they were her own. If you are struggling to bond your rabbits or just don't feel comfortable doing it yourself I highly recommend going to Julie at Derrick's Den.

Julie is amazing! She helped to bond my 4 naughty nethies in to a quad -- she was incredibly conscientious and took the time to read all my notes and chat to me about my bunnies. She was understanding of our needs and little preferences and I have 4 happy, healthy bunnies now living in a little troop together!

Last year was the first time I’ve left my dogs one of them anywhere she is a red fox Labrador for seven days we left her. I was worried but I was reassured and I spoke to the lady and saw them handling my dog. You can tell when someone takes care of dog walk a dog or any animal she was so happy when we picked her up and what I liked was when I picked up one of the ladies said we don’t care if you don’t come back for her we’ll keep her that was when I knew that she was well looked after
The staff are very friendly. This is the first time we have left our 2 dogs . They had a wonderful time and were well looked after. I was worried as one of my dogs is very fussy and only eats at home but she was fine. They had regular walks and allowed them to play together. Will definitely be using you again for our next holiday later in the year.
Our English Pointer looked very happy and healthy when we collected him. He was very well looked after. Thank you to all the Staff who were so friendly. We will recommend them.

They always look after our dogs very well with plenty of walks. Our dogs are happy when dropped off for their holidays and almost look sad to leave!! The friendly team look after the animals as if they were their own. Would highly recommend this kennels.
We have 2 house cats and wouldn’t leave them anywhere else when we go away! The staff are amazing and my cats needs are fully catered for. They are both raw fed and the girls have no issue feeding what I provide. My boy loves all the attention (and dreamies!) he gets that sometimes he doesn’t want his holiday to end 😂 my little girl has so much fun playing every day that she comes home nicely worn out. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed with these using the Cattery , my cat is 10months and never been left anywhere before and was hoping he would enjoy this experience, on arrival it looked like a prison for cats , cold and no outlook, even my 10 year old lad said it felt like a prison for cats 🙁. I left feeling really sad and guilty leaving him In there for 10 days, I popped back 2 days later to check up on him, but was told I couldn’t see him as I needed to make an appointment, I just needed to put my mind as ease to make sure he was ok as I was going on holiday the next day, but was refused, the owners wouldn’t come out to talk, so the poor girl at the desk was just telling me the ‘rules’ , it would’ve literally taken a minute to have seen him, but no! I cancelled my booking and still had to pay the full 10 days, I appreciate you are a business, but where is your heart? ❤️ Peoples pets are their family and need to feel they are in safe hands and will be happy staying there, I definitely didn’t feel this was the place to send my cat and will never do so. The Knuston Cattery know how to do it properly,

Our cats were well looked after and seemed happy and relaxed in pick up. Wish there was a better hand over and drop off. Cats were taken away almost instantly as we arrived. On collection we were told they were fine and that was it. Would have liked a bit more and to have seen them be settled into their pen for the week.
Our dogs have been here many times and this year was here 16 nights One of our dogs came home unwell which happens although we weren't told that she had a problem. The vet wanted us to find out how long she had the symptoms for so I emailed last Wednesday and an still waiting for an answer this has disappointed me.
Our dog has been at Chalkwell twice and on both occasions we picked him up happy and very well looked after! He even smelled lovely! Must be from all the cuddles. Staff are friendly and professional and can't do enough for you. Last summer we had a holiday nightmare which meant we couldn't collect our dog on the day we had agreed. Staff were very accomondating and let him stay for an extra few days until our return, which was a huge relief for us. I would definitely recommend them and will only go there from now on.
I cannot fault these kennels at all. In fact I only have to mention the owner's names, and my dog is heading for the door! He simply loves his holiday's there. Perhaps it's because he can bark and have a good gossip? Who knows, but I would highly recommend the kennels for your fur-baby. My first impression when I visited, was how clean it was. Lovely place and friendly people.
I was looking for a place with good reviews as our little dog is in his senior years and as expected for his breed he is suffering a most typical for them condition. I made the kennel aware if that before booking. They said this is absolutely fine as they are experienced, however they would like a letter from vet confirming that our dog can stay in a kennel. I booked the visit, our lovely vet kindly wrote a one page letter explaining that even though our dog has heart problems he is well controlled in his medications etc, however he may have swollen belly as the effect of water retention, also short breath, same, an effect of heart problems. Kennel received the letter and were happy to book our dog in. Oh and they were very quick to take £160 deposit. So... I dropped our dog in the morning and after 3 hours we left to Heathrow Airport. Almost at the airport, kennel rang that "they don't want him in a kennel"!! They said they don't want him there because he has swollen belly. Really?? You had all if that described in the letter! So... Holiday ruined, and over 3 weeks waiting for a refund from kennel! . Stay away from them. Unprofessional, accepted the dog, had all information in a letter from the vet. Then changing their mind. I personally think they did not read that letter from vet, and their unprofessional behaviour deserves zero stars.
Just picked our 2 pooches up about 10 minutes ago. Ours love these kennels. They are relaxed going in and just enjoy being fussed. They get plenty of that. They are fed the food they are used to. Play with their own toys and enjoy their own snacks. I have 2 choccie labs. One couldn't be without the other. They share a joint kennel with outdoor space and time together with staff too. I can relax when I leave them there. It is clear they care for the dogs. All dogs. They take the time and get to know them and their personalities. Best replacement for me when I'm not around.
we have not used since lockdown began but each year we had at least one regular winter booking for our two diseparate dogs. They are always very happy to go, seem well looked after and cared for. Ok not chjeap but good to know they are well cared for. Definitely recommended by us

My husky Kai was at Low farm kennels for Christmas, the booking process was super simple, payment very easy, excellent upfront communication. The staff are super friendly And Send pictures and updates throughout the stay. The kennels are clean and spacious and the walking areas are huge. Highly Recommended.
Olive our Golden Retriever loves being with Jason. We have no worries leaving her at the kennels as we know she's really cared for & we receive regular updates & pictures from Jason. We also had brilliant training with Jason at home when Olive was a pup & classes later on. Would highly recommend x
Couldn’t recommend enough, My two pooches absolutely love coming here. Benny gets super excited when he realizes where he is heading, they both greet Jason with super excitment. Kennels are spotless, they get plenty of exercise with regular photos which is reassuring whilst being away from them. Knowing they are cared for in such a way puts our minds at ease and makes our trips away more relaxing. I’ve lost count of how many times mine have stayed here now but I’m still just as happy leaving them as I was the first time round. Can’t Thank Jason enough and would definitely recommend.
Our Giant breed leonbergers were very well looked after during the heat wave with cool beds and water play. Daily updates with photos of their walks and play kept us in touch. Excellent kennels that we would recommend.

Just back from another weekend away where Jason and family have looked after Reggie our English bulldog. He always has a great time here and is looked after very well with daily updates from them. Great service and will always use them
Our two girls love staying with Jason at the kennels and always come home full of beans and so happy with no signs of stress or anxiety. We never worry about leaving them in his care. We also use the paddock, which is very secure and has some really good agility equipment to use with your dogs. It is disappointing to see some people use it and not clean up after themselves, but this is being addressed now and hopefully people will start to treat it respectfully. It is so well maintained by the owners and we still love using it with the knowledge our girls are safe and secure ❤️
Brilliant Cattery, very clean and spacious pens. We had complete peace of mind, knowing Garfield was well looked after. We received daily photos and updates - just superb and cannot praise Abi & Jason enough. Highly recommend the Cattery and so does Garfield who thinks this hotel is purrrfect
My dogs love going to Low Farm kennels and I can go away without worrying how they are treated. In the past, with previous kennels, my older dog has jumped back in the car and hidden on arrival; since we moved to Low Farm, as soon as she sees Jason she runs to him and we leave knowing she is happy. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Jason and Abi to anyone - they care for my dogs as if they were their own.
We own three dogs, two that are great on walks and off lead and one of which is reactive and has a stress disorder. No amount of training has ever given us any level of recal, with husky in him he’s born to run. Before we found Low farm we were at a loss. Low farm as truly changed our relationship with our dogs. It gives all three a chance to be off lead and to run. We as a family can sit at the bench and have a coffee and watch our three boys have the time of their lives. Jason and family work hard to keep it in tip top shape and are kind and accommodating even for wild Fred! 🐾
