We considered ourselves very lucky to have Kent and Karen care for our cat. They came a day early so that they could see Ollie's routines etc. They took wonderful care of Ollie and we were confident that he was well looked after. We were updated with photos of a happy cat. Kent and Karen were very easy to communicate with, we really enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them. They are quite knowledgeable about cats and their care and temperaments, so we knew that Ollie was in good hands. We came home to a calm, contented cat and a very clean and tidy home. We would be happy to have them back for future sits and highly recommend them!

Janine s a lovely, kind and gentle person. Communication with her was excellent. She left the house in perfect order. She washed the linens and remade the guest bed which was appreciated as I had a friend returning with me. Most of all Red the cat was happy and content when I got home. I would have Janine back in a heart beat. She’s completely reliable and trustworthy.

Considerate UK couple on career break
Chris was thoroughly organized and dependable. He communicated with us regularly while we were away, reassuring us that our boys were doing fine. The occasional photos were greatly appreciated. Our old boy had a relatively minor medical issue while we were away, and Chris was efficient in the way that he dealt with it. The house and garden had obviously been well attended to. Most importantly our boys had been well cared for and were happy and healthy on our return.

Jennie and Peter define 'professional pet/house sitters' to a T, yet raise their status to another stratosphere by being the most kind, respectful, thoughtful, creative and joy-filled people. They clearly communicated with us and settled into our home with ease, caring for our ginger feline so efficiently and affectionately, that upon our return, Simba showed signs of missing them, not us, ha!! The icing on the cake for us was the brilliant 'Cat-thedral' hang-out Jennie designed and made for Simba out of their Hello Fresh boxes. This will be a 'Jennie & Peter' souvenir for Simba for a long time! You will not be sorry choosing this wonderful couple as your pet/house sitters.

Trustworthy and Responsible Pet Sitter (and loads of fun too!)
5 stars...because 6 isn't an option. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Joan and Lynn showed up on time, a day before our departure. It was great to get to meet them and show them around the house prior to departing. We felt very comfortable with them just minutes after meeting. We knew our home and our pets were in good hands. Joan communicated and sent pics of our cat and dog every day that we were away. She was quick to respond to our text messages. Upon arriving home, we were pleased that everything had been well taken care of. The house was very clean and the pets were happy and healthy. They left the day after we got back home. It was great to catch up and hear how their 13 days at our place went. It was nice to get to know them better. They are welcome back to our home anytime. I can't say enough positive things about Joan (& Lynn). We are grateful and appreciative.

We promise to take care of your pets, gardens and home the very best we can.
Margaret was easy to communicate with and loved our pets. There was a health issue with one of our dogs and we needed to know right away. We only found out after we had arrived home and our local vet was closed. This is the only reason that this review is not five stars because she and her partner were great sitters in all other aspects. I wish them good luck with their adventures on Vancouver Island in the future!

Sharon and Len watched our two dogs (Rupert & Georgia) while our family took a week trip away. We overlapped for one night as we left early in the morning and had a great visit before we departed. Sharon and Len communicated well, and took notes on any care questions they had the night prior. We returned home to a spotless house, happy dogs and a daily diary of their adventures! Not only did they wash all the bedding and towels, but also remade the guest space for us. I would highly recommend this lovely couple for pet sitting!

Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Thank you for taking care of her!

After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Upon returning home, the cats were chill and the apt was left spotless, as though he hadn't even been there.

She regularly checked in with updates on moon while we were away on a two week vacation, and seemed to give her plenty of attention, play with her, etc. Communication was easy and she left our apartment spotless after departing. Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.

Raquel was simply terrific! She and her husband, Miguel, had to fill in at the last minute for another sitter who had a death in her family. This meant that the length of the stay and sitting they had originally signed up for doubled. Completely undaunted, they did a GREAT job for us. Our cat and dog got lots of love and affection, and plenty of exercise, food, and rest. Our house and yard were cared for with equal conscientiousness. It was wonderful for us to be able to rely so completely on these super zeewoi. We recommend them 100 percent!

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!
