Jessica was absolutely fabulous. Her communication was super upfront and she was extremely reliable. She looked after our three cats, one of which needs regular meds and spontaneously needed additional ear medication throughout our leave. Jessica took care of all of this and even went to fetch extra medicine from the vet during her stay. we received pictures and videos of our cats everyday and the looked very happy and well taken care of. Even our shy cat was already snuggling up to Jessica on the first day of her stay. We also found the house and garden very tidy and taken care of when we arrived, which we super appreciate because we know how much hard work it is to take care of everything by oneself. Therefore, we would recommend Jessica as a petsitter to anyone without hesitation and want to thank her for being such a good companion for our cats while we were gone.

Jenny and Ian were perfect pet sitters for our 2 doggies , taking them for regular walks and giving them lots of attention , especially to Isa , who needed more attention to get calm and used to "strangers" ! Jenny and Ian also are very well organised with good planning and took great care of our house and property , even if gardening /watering is not one of their specialities ! We got regular feedbacks and they adapted very well to situations and problems that one can encounter on a daily basis in a somewhat unknown environment , even dealing with an unfortunate experience of car window smashing in daytime ! It was a pleasure to meet Jack and Gill. They are friendly, caring and excellent house sitters. They bonded very well with our dog Frodo and looked after him magnificently. We returned from our holiday to a very happy dog. Arranging the sit with them was very easy and they kept us well updated throughout the sit. I can highly recommend Janine and Graeme. Our pets were so happy and relaxed when we got home from our weekend away... even our very energetic 4 month old puppy was chilled! Janine and Graeme looked after them so well. They even braved the unseasonal cold and rain to make sure our puppy had her walks. We were sent photos and messages every day to let us know they were doing well and when one the cats was eating the baby cat food instead of her own, Janine contacted me to make sure it was okay. Our home was clean and tidy on our return too.

Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

It was the first time we had left both our dog and our cat with a TH sitter and Kristi went above and beyond. Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.

We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Ann Marie was an excellent house sitter who went above and beyond. She flew in a day early and stayed at a local hotel so we she could meet my cat and get the keys before my early flight the next morning. When I returned, she and Tryke were best friends and the house was immaculate. She even washed the sheets and towels, and remade the bed. I strongly recommend Ann Marie for any future sits!
