Nicoletta and Gabriele are wonderful caring people, we highly recommend them! Communication throughout was regular, friendly, transparent and clear. They were amenable to any pet demands and exceptionally loving towards our old cat. You could just tell they preserved his habits and provided the love whilst we were away. We were sent daily videos/pictures with appropriate updates. The flat was looked after and impeccable on our return. Don’t hesitate in accepting them into your home!

I have truly won the jackpot with Elena and Francesco. All the rave reviews about this amazing couple is well, well deserved. It was my first time on TH as well as my first time being away from my pets for 2 and a half months so I was quite anxious to leave my home and babies to complete strangers. My concerns were totally invalid! My pets warmed up to them almost immediately! They cared for each one of them like their own, maybe even better than I do! My dog Guapo had a little hotspot that didn’t seem to go away right before they arrive and they tended to it until it was fully healed! My elder cat Lexi with a seasonal skin issue also was in the best fur condition when I came back. They truly cared for the pets just like it’s their own and it really shows. Even my house maid who comes once a week was truly smitten by them! What touched me the most was the home cooked food prepared for me in the fridge when I came back, the home necessities fully restocked which they didn’t have to, the little gifts for me, my pets and my house maid - and a little portrait of me and dog painted by Elena.

Amir looked after my 4 dogs during a week and did a great job. He sent me reguarly videos and pics and my dogs warmed up quickly with him and got love and cuddles. Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kathryn! I needed to extend dates for the sit after we had set it up and she was able to accommodate this so was actually here from 10/4-20. She was timely and communicative throughout - and she is a very nice person. She kept the house really tidy and followed all instructions well. My cats took to her quickly. When I returned, they had been very well cared for and seemed fully content even though I'd never left them for long before. While away, I reached out to Kathryn by text several times regarding deliveries, etc. She was very prompt in responding and adept at handling issues as they arose. I highly recommend Kathryn as a house sitter - and would happily work with her again!

Caroline is an amazing sitter ! We were far away, had never left our cat for such a long period of time and we felt really confident with her. She took great care of our cat Honey as well as she did for the house, pool and garden. She was even able to handle the end of the refection of the bathroom which was a last minute surprise… We felt Caroline was reliable and self sufficient. We had a great communication with her during our stay abroad. We even found many nice intentions when we came back from our vacations such as fresh fruits and bakeries for a nice and welcomed breakfast after a night in a plane !
