I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Sharon and Milton are two of the nicest people I've met in my life. This is my first time having a sitter fly in from out of state and it was so simple, stress-free, and didn't affect any part of me getting ready for my trip, leaving for my trip or returning from my trip. Sharon was very communicative before, during and after I returned. It just couldn't have been more wonderful! If you're considering applicants stop looking and choose Sharon and Milton. They are just delightfully wonderful wonderful people!! They go above and beyond just housesitting and pet sitting! Tidy, clean, respectful down to earth and the most kind and loving people. I do believe Milton really is a cat whisper!! They slept with my sweet babies, and even followed silly grooming instruction on one of my cats. Would have them sit for me absolutely anytime.

After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Jenny was an absolute delight, lovely to speak to and patient with last minute changes. I have had bad experiences with trusting people with my cats before so was really anxious as Jenny is the first house sitter I have used from zeewoi. But, I felt at ease as soon as I spoke to her, she has a lovely manner and she came round the day before the sit to male sure she had every detail right. But I think the thing that helped the most was her regular updates about my cats. I could see from the videos she sent they were given lots of love and attention. My cats don't usually play with people but my little girl seemed to love her! My flat was immaculate when I got back as well, I am so grateful to Jenny for all her help and really hope to have her sit for me again!

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. If Macie and Roman ever apply to your post for a house or pet sit, I strongly encourage you to jump at the. offer. You will not be disappointed. They are among the top (if not the top) sitter I've ever had and I've been on this site for years. Primarily, they are very organized. In the weeks and days leading up to the sit, Macie and Roman kept me abreast of their plans and status. I felt very comfortable in the days leading up to the sit because I knew the plan we made to exchange the keys and walk them through the instructions would work as planned. Second, Macie and Roman really care. When they got to my apartment after a very long morning of traveling, I explained the care instructions and they were very attentive and cared about the details - asking very specific questions on how to care for my cat and apartment. I had some pretty specific rules about how to feed my cat and take care of him and Macie and Roman followed those exactly. Third, Macie and Roman make you feel comfortable while you are away. I got daily or twice daily updates about my cat. I got pictures which made me feel like my cat was having a good time. My cat came out of hiding very quickly and was snuggling with them and letting them hold him. It was so nice to see the pictures of them all bonding! Macie and Roman have a calming energy towards animals for sure! Macie and Roman were also very responsive when I reached out first - replying within 30 minutes. I really appreciated that. Fourth, Roman and Macie will take good care of your apartment/house. I came back to a SPOTLESS apartment. The towels were washed. The apartment had been vacuumed. The kitchen was clean. The dishwasher had been run. Everything was in its place when I returned. Honestly, cleaner than when I left it which is difficult since I am a very clean person. Macie and Roman also respects your property. We had a room we asked them not to enter and they respected that. In short, Macie and Roman are amazing. I would have them back in a heartbeat. Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better house sitter experience. Thank you Karen!

Beni and I are grateful to have found the Wet Nose. Thomas is excellent with dogs and my Beni just loves him. Normally I don’t write reviews, but after reading two extremely negative comments I decided to share our experience.
We love boarding our pups here. They come home happy and tuckered out from playing. It’s clear Thomas loves each dog he cares for and puts thought and intention into his work. We’re grateful to have found a safe and affordable place to board on the peninsula.
These folks love dogs, and they love our dog, which makes it so easy to leave her here. Nice facilities-clean with the ability for dogs to get out and run a bit. They live on-site, so we know they will be around if anything goes awry. Prices are very reasonable. We are going to be regular customers and so glad Wet Nose Inn is here!
Super secure kennels (so many new fences since it was the old vet office!!), and Thomas/Mimi are great with our pups! Highly recommend for anyone needing to board their dogs, and get anxiety with in-home style boarding places.
My dog Harlee is 12 years old and a very nervous dog. Thomas did everything he could to help Harlee feel comfortable and get him to eat. Thomas went well and above what I would have expected to include keeping me informed of how Harlee was doing. I would highly recommend this facility.

My dog is five years old and had never been boarded. She generally stays with family. She did not love being boarded, but she was safe and well taken care of. There is ample exercise time and doggie playtime is supervised. She was just getting used to it and making friends when we picked her up. We will slowly get her used to it.
Jane is wonderful, generous, kind woman who goes out of her way for her furry clients as well as their pet parents! We will be return customers.
Jane has been our go-to for pet care for years and through 2 dogs. She's experienced, caring, and both of our our dogs have loved her. We make the drive from the Kitsap Peninsula. Her care for our pup is that good!
I got to drop my friend's precious puppy (ok he's a dog) here while she was in the hospital and Jane was so nice and helpful with the care of my friend's dog that it relieved a lot of stress on my friend! When I picked the dog back up he was happy and healthy and well taken care of.
Jane has been taking care of our labs when we travel for the last 15 years. She is wonderful and our dogs have always loved visiting her.
We came from Tacoma and looked up on Google. Called and talked to Jane and felt very comfortable with her. Left Jenny for daycare the next day.. ...she was just fine with her stay. We will go back when we need doggie daycare.
Cozy Care has been a great choice for boarding our Yorkie-Poo, Lucy. She gets personal attention & care, exercise and comfortable residence. We love knowing she has a good place when we have to board her.

My furbaby had THE best grooming he's ever had !! The staff was helpful and friendly, the shop is super clean, and the groomer was amazing. It's a little off the beaten track, but absolutely worth it.
I never write reviews! But this place and this crew are absolutely the very best. Nicole has been taking great care of my pups for probably 25 years........way even before she opened PawPrince. I live near Port Townsend, it takes me at least 45 minutes each way. With all the fine boarding facilities in my area you have to know I must be very happy with my experience here to spend all that travel time!! I dislike leaving my pets, always feel very guilty but then I think of all the attention they get at PP and how much fun they have and I feel so much better. Thank you all at PP for being here.
I get both my long haired cats groomed here in the warmer months and I will continue to do so. This place is amazing at grooming them and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They work well with my cats and are gentle and caring when grooming them. 100% recommend going here if you need your cats groomed.
Paw Prince did both of my dogs nails after Petco turned them away because I told them one has had seizures in the past. They were quick and reasonable. Friendly staff. Would recommend. Shame on Petco for their discriminating practices! If they did that to people, they would get sued.
Wonderful place for boarding. Our dogs have been there a handful of times and have always been well taken care of. It's nice to get photos on Facebook of your pets and what they have been up to while you are away, it really is a stress reliever!
We were charged extra daily because our little dog, who did not know the kennel Paw Prince, wet in his cage with loneliness. I was quoted $29 a day but was charged $33 without notifying of increase and $7.00 extra for pee fine . Our dog now goes to another kennel that loves him for $24 a day and no pee charge!! Never again. Be careful who you leave your precious dog or cat with.
This place is great. They take great care of your furbabies and post photos on Facebook every day so you can keep track of how much fun they're having. Price is reasonable and competitive, plus they have grooming services as well. Recommend for sure!
Brought our 2 great Danes here for the day so that we could go sight seeing. Staff was very friendly and great with our dogs. Kennels were very clean as well as the outdoor area. Plenty of room outside for dogs to run and play. Definitely recommend this kennel.
Every person I interacted with was so very friendly, and what impressed me the most is their attentiveness to their charges. I was placed on hold while Robin had to take care of a pup. I love that! While Daisy was staying with them, they took time to correct as one of her behavior, of impatience and excitability when she sees the leash and when her meal is being prepared. Cant say enough about this great place. Thank you, thank you , thank you!!!😘🐅

Im not sure how this guy still keeps getting business. Keith bought an established dog boarding business in 2002 and has run it into the ground. The property is extremely run down and obviously hasn’t had any work done in years. Dogs bark all day and night (obviously not getting exercise/attention). Myself and other neighbors have had dogs show up at our houses that we have had to return to Keith or thought they were strays (no collar/ID). Please don’t use this “resort.”
This guy is abusive and absolutely has no business being around animals. Last week a dog was injured at this facility and its vet bills are upward $8000 and having to be raised by the community because Keith takes no responsibility. Do not send your dog here. It's literally a nightmare.
Great with my dogs! Worked with both my babies for anxiety and socializing with other dogs. Has had a huge impact. They get so excited soon as I turn up the road to the resort and jump out happy as can be ready to play with the other dogs. Thank you Keith!

Abusive!!! My dog escaped twice into cougar territory surrounding the property for a night and most of the day. He never called or told me. Neighbors called me and say it happens all the time. See for yourself. The new owner has an obese dog and the property has fallen apart. He inherited Sassy Lady with the land line when he bought the property. DO NOT USE!!!
Great service! We left our 4 month puppy while we traveled to Victoria for the day. If you are traveling and need a safe and friendly spot to keep your dog for the day I highly suggest.

I'm so glad we found this place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We needed a doggie day care while visiting Port Angeles on vacation. Our pups have never stayed at one before, i was a little nervous and Bridgette put me right at ease!! She is attentive and caring, sent us pics while we were gone. She also went the extra mile and cleaned my Maybells eyes for us cause she gets alot of tear staining!! Next time we are in the area FozzieBear & Maybell would love to come back!! I only wish we lived closer because it's hard to find a place where you can trust that your pups are going to be well taken care of ❤️💜
I was so impressed by Cleo’s dog sitting. We were from out of state and wanted to hike some trails that didn’t allow puppies and grab some food without carting around a dog. Bridgette was so amazing with our pup and awesome communication before our trip. I would highly recommend her and next time we come back I will definitely reach out to her!

My husband and I visited Port Angeles and Sequim with our three special needs dogs. Bridgette's care for our elderly pup with anxiety, hard of hearing and vision went above and beyond. She was so kind, loving and understanding. She made our visit to places we couldn't take pups possible. A true lifesaver!! We loved her fenced in yard, and our pups did, too! I can't say enough about Cleo's Doggie Daycare! Like another reviewer, I would give 10 stars if possible! Yes, she's that wonder!
We were really glad we took our Yorker here. We were going on a couple hikes where dogs were not allowed on trails. He is very protective at home and won’t let anyone near him besides his family. At this daycare he got along with other dogs his size and even chose to lay next to a bigger dog. I am glad he did okay. I will use Cleo’s doggie daycare again.
Bridget made you feel right at home very easy to talk she took us right through her home to her back yard, so clean and a kingdom for dogs. We had no problem leaving Dayton for a full day. I definitely would call her again. I rate this place a five star

We were so relieved to discover Claudia at Happy Paws to take care of our special needs rescue mutt, who is a sweetheart but is insecure and reactive. After thoroughly learning about his behavior and needs, she accepted him for exclusive overnight care. When we left him for his first trial night, we were skeptical he would be able to adjust, but Claudia is a true dog person because he settled right in with her in her comfortable doggy-centric home. She sent us multiple updates during the 24-hour period, reassuring us he was doing well and asking clarifying questions to ensure his happiness and comfort. Claudia is a gem and we highly recommend her for doggy care needs!
We highly recommend Happy Paws Inn and Resort. we left our golden doodle, Beau with Claudia for four days and she sent pictures showing how he was getting along. It was obvious that he was having a good time. It is also obvious that Claudia cares about each dog she takes care of.
We can't say enough good about our dog's stay with Claudia. This was his first time away from us, and he couldn't have been happier. Claudia helped him adjust, relax, eat, play with the other dogs, and cuddle with her. The walks she took him on were safe and interesting, the other dogs that stayed at the same time he was with her were a great match. I love that she understood our dog and his needs so well. Claudia is the most loving, wonderful human for our dog and we're grateful to have her here in Port Townsend. She takes the best care of our high maintenance/anxiety ridden older pup- we get lots of updates and sweet photos during his stay, and he always comes home absolutely exhausted and happy. He also knows what street she lives on and gets excited any time we drive by. :) Highly recommend Happy Paws!

Happy Paws is a serene and beautiful vacation spa where my Labradoodle (Lola) gets personalized attention, long walks in the country, daily pictures, home made chicken broth mixed with her kibble and sleep induced snuggling in the owners bed. Lola even comes back smelling clean! Happy Paws is a happy place for your dog.

While I was a week-long trip, Stacy came to check on my kitties each day. I have very skittish cats, so they hide from anyone coming in. Stacy was able to grab a couple of quick pics, sent me regular updates, and put my bins out on trash day. I wish my cats were more friendly, but Stacy is friendly, reliable, and professional.
Our dogs are the most precious gift in our lives. We are very selective about who cares for them When we are away and Stacy is the ONE we want every time. She cared for them In the same way we do. She gave us lots of updates and photos along the way. She left our home in Pristine condition. Our dogs were happy and settled when we arrived back. This level of commitment and care is rare. Wow! Stacy was fantastic! Clean house, happy dogs and so much peace of mind. It was such a joy to get away and while missing the pups, knowing they were is such good hands. Daily pictures and conversation gave both of us a chance to enjoy our trip. The extra steps Stacy went through to insure our pups were both safe but having fun showed up when we were greeted by four little wagging tails and happy smiles. I highly recommend Stacy for anyone looking for a in home sitter. We are already planning our next trip as its been a challenge to find the RIGHT SITTER until now.
Stacy took care of our elderly dog, cat, and newt in our home for almost two weeks, leaving the pets happy and missing her when she left. She left the house neat and clean, and we’d be delighted to recommend her highly.

I LOVE my pets....but it is hard to travel or be spontaneous when you have them. I was able to go to a conference for 4 days and leave Stacey from StayC's Petcare in charge of the house and my 2 cats and dog. I loved not having to worry about them or the house! Although they were already booked, rather than just say "no", I was given other recommendations. Stacy is amazing. I can leave and never think twice about my Bart feeling alone.....he goes places I don't take him....he gets socializing he doesn't have with me. I'm so grateful for her....hope she never gets 'too busy '......(selfish of me). Peace of mind with her....plus my pup loves her.

Belinda is our go to pet sitter. In our household, we use her name like she’s a family member. We’ve taken long and short trips and regardless, our girls are always in the hands of a true professional and caring person and this is why we trust her with our most precious fur babies. She sends pics regularly letting us know that they’re happy. Her facility is clean and comfortable and roomy enough for our little girls to run around let alone her larger guests. I’d recommend her without question.
Had our two dogs there for 4 nights this week. Belinda was great, kept us updated and sent pictures, and was super easy to work with. Her facility is great too. Would happily leave our dogs there again!
We came to Sequim for the 1st time to attend the Northwest Tandem Rally, but needed to find a good sitter for Raffi. We spoke with Belinda @AfricanSkyKennel and she was very nice and accommodating. It can be unsettling to make arrangements without seeing the facility but we felt good about this one. When we arrived we were blown away by the facility. Never had we seen such a clean and fun environment. Belinda has converted her entire backyard into a play area for dogs with lots of fun, stimulating activities. We knew Raffi was having a great time because the pictures were amazing and when he’s happy he eats well and did not miss a meal while he was there! We appreciated that Belinda played with Raffi which he lives. We were able to relax and have a wonderful 3 days in Sequim. We look forward to returning!

My dogs, Maggie and Jake love African Sky Kennel and Belinda. She is loving and caring with the dogs, and they are happy there. They play every day and they are relaxed when I pick them up.

We were looking for a last minute place to board for the day while we went hiking not realizing Olympic didn't allow dogs in the national park! Belinda came to our rescue the night before assuring us she would be able to take care of my pup Flynn on Sunday while we hiked! She sent us pictures and Flynn was happy as can be when we picked him up! 10/10 would recommend Belinda and African sky to take care of your floof!
Multiple times our 2 labs have stayed over here - we really enjoyed the daily updates. Here in Sequim - having Belinda’s place is a terrific option .recommended!!

Jan did a great job taking care of my boy Bonsai and he did very well. Prices were very reasonable and she scooped the box every day. Thank you again for having openings last minute and taking care of my nubbin tail kitty.
Clean Doesn’t smell like cat pee. Jan is very nice and seems to like and know what my kitty likes. I feel good about leaving my cat here knowing and trusting Lilly will be taken care of well.
Jan is the best kitty "nana" ever! My two cats have stayed at her kitty B&B numerous times, and Jan takes excellent care of them. They each get daily one-on-one time with Jan, are well-fed with quality cat foods, their "condo" is always clean and well-tended and on occasion, they even get kitty massages! Awesome home-away-from-home for our fur-babies!
Jan is great and does well with all the cats. She is easy to work with and will meet your needs. I only wish the cages for our kitties were bigger, but Jan does let the cats out individually to give them a chance to move and run around.
My folks have 2 boys there presently that had to be boarded due to a housing emergency. Jan, the owner has been absolutely wonderful caring for them during this difficult situation. I fully recommend The Cat's Pajamas for worry-free boarding.
