Cathy and Scott were fabulous sitters! They definitely rate far more than a 5. From the very first picture of my pups to the last I could see how caring and loving they were with my dogs. When my husband and I arrived home the house was spotless, all linens and towels washed, bed made and the best part was happy dogs! We even had dinner waiting for us in the fridge and muffins on the counter. I could not ask for better dog and house sitters than Cathy and Scott. Nadine was lovely. We had such a nice visit when she came to meet our cat, Annabelle. Annabelle warmed up to her immediately. She was interested in learning all about Annabelle‘s routine, & the various things I showed her throughout the house. I didn’t get to meet Jeanette, Nadine‘s friend, but I know that the two of them enjoyed Annabelle as much as she enjoyed them. They sent me cute photos, & I was relaxed, knowing that she was in good hands.

We had such a wonderful experience with Helen as our housesitter. She is a most unique and interesting person who manages to juggle a demanding job with taking great care of our pets. Both of our animals -- but especially our dog, Gabby -- fell in love with Helen and moped around for a few days after she left. That tells you everything you need to know. We enjoyed getting to know Helen, as she arrived a day or so before we left, and she even played a few pieces on her alphorn -- an instrument we'd never heard played live before. She's an accomplished musician, a wonderful sitter, and a quality person. Much appreciated!

We had to come back a day early and so we got to spend some time with him which we enjoyed as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Lindsey was super communicative, friendly, responsible, and an excellent sitter for our two cats. When we returned, our home was clean and our cats relaxed and happy as if we had never left ! She sent us photos and updates every day, as requested, and when a random mishap occurred in the apartment, she let us know right away and was proactive in handling issue. Angel was absolutely the best house sitter we could have hoped for. She is a very warm, open and diligent person and our two cats adored her. She looked after our house and garden with really conscientious care. She won over our very timid cat, Billie, and sent regular photos of both cats looking supremely content which gave us perfect peace of mind. The house was completely spotless on our return and the garden was fabulous... no mean feat since there was a heatwave while we were away and she kept everything watered and in great condition. We would have Angel back at the drop of a hat and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

Jose was a wonderful pet/house sitter for us recently. We highly recommend him. He was wonderfully reliable and responsible and took such good care of our two pets. On short notice Jose drove down from Grass Valley to the East Bay for a bit of a quiet get-away while working a really hard job teaching online. We know how hard that is firsthand and partly why we needed our own get-away for a last-minute backpacking trip. We have a recently rescued pit bull and a rescued cat that we're still introducing to each other to make sure the dog doesn't eat the cat (as he seems to want to), and the cat doesn't blind the dog (as she would if he tried to eat her). That might be more background than is needed in a review but Jose made us feel comfortable about everything because of how conscientious and responsible he clearly is. We could tell when we talked to him that he was genuinely kind and eminently trustworthy. We are very grateful and hope Jose was happy with everything too because we know what a value his care was to us. Jose truly deserves any and all house-sitting gigs that strike his interest. Ours was not the easiest and he was amazing. Get him if you can.

Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away. My dog has gone here several times for grooming. Few few times were good. But this last time. My dog has been limping for 4 days. I can't see anything g wrong but I think his nails were trimmed too close. Not sure if it's his nails or not. But Doogie lodge will not answer emails sent. Will know more tomorrow when I take him to the vet.
Admiral Peary doggie lodge is a wonderful kennel. We have taken our two Jack Russell terriers there on several occasions. The staff there is very caring and take great care of our dogs. I would strongly recommend them for your fur babies. Also, their prices are very reasonable.
We have two golden retrievers who suffer from separation anxiety, so leaving them for a few days is very hard for us. From past experience when we would pick up our beloved pups from their prior kennels, our dogs always seemed traumatized for weeks after the fact. We decided to give this kennel a try and we are so happy we did! Not only were the prices better than anywhere around, I think they had much better care than anywhere else we have tried. This place has 24/7 supervision for their boarding and that put us more at ease. Not only were the staff incredibly kind, but I had called the day before pickup to see if my dogs could be groomed before we arrived to get them. Even with such short notice they were able to accommodate our request. Our pups came out looking happy and polished! And the best part - they weren’t traumatized from their stay! We don’t board often, but we’ve decided that when we do we will be forever using this place.
We are newer customers here and have used their services for both lodging and grooming our dog. The grooming went flawlessly and we were very happy with his haircut. This business has two locations and we were told our dog would be boarded at the same building as his grooming. When my wife went to drop him off for boarding they told her she was at the wrong place and he would have to go to the other location, where he was not groomed. Then there was some confusion regarding his shot records, as he had never been at that location. It delayed my wife's trip by about 45 minutes. We did get it sorted out and it was only a minor inconvenience, but it was worth noting. On a positive note, they took great care of our dog while we were away. We're planning on using both of their services again in the future. Grooming prices are very reasonable.
They took really good care of our two babies. Our dogs where in good hands. Our dogs seemed at ease when we dropped them off and when we picked them up. They were very happy.

Wonderful experience with my cocker spaniel. Maggie was a rescue from a puppy mill in Kentucky. She had little positive interactions with people. The staff was very understanding and compassionate with her. I was extremely happy with her grooming and would highly recommend them. was groom
Excellent! This was our first experience with the Doggie Lodge and we couldn't be happier! We have a great pyranese mix. He was bathed, had his nails trimmed and his ears cleaned and he smells fabulous. The staff were very kind, friendly, and treated our pup well. We were given a worksheet upon pick-up that detailed his experience from his behavior to recommendations for upkeep. This is by far the best grooming experience we've ever had. We will be back!!

After dropping my dogs off, I thought they were in good hands. It wasn't even 3 hours later that I got a call from a neighbor saying my dogs were in their yard. My dogs had got loose. I had to call Ivory Meadows. They didn't even know my dogs got loose. We won't be returning, no security for my dogs for what I paid. Nope.
I was visiting with my dogs and needed to board my dogs for 2 weeks. I came every day to play with my dogs and often took them for day trips. After a few days, my dogs were so exited to return to Ivory Meadows! I had to open my door and let them out half way down tge driveway, because they were so excited!! They took great care of all my dogs! Its a very nice facility where most of the kennels have inside and outside sections!
We had our three cats there for the week. We got them back and they were happy and well. We worried about them all trip for nothing haha.
Very good experience and friendly people. My dog had a BM accident and they were very understanding - cleaning her bed and giving her a bath. Would definitely use them again and I give positive recommendation.

We have been boarding our dog here for 4 years. All the staff is very friendly. She always lets us take our dog back to cage. The cages are very spacious. The dogs have access to the outside. Our dog LOVES it here! I am feel very comfortable leaving him here. This has been by far the best boarding place! Defiantly recommend.
My husband & I boarded our OES there for a few days. They took great care of her! She had never been boarded before & it was last minute on my part to make reservations & even so, the owner was incredibly accommodating! Our OES had bad anxiety & the staff did everything they could to calm her down & make her as comfortable as possible, which means a lot to us! Our girl can be a lot to handle & I feel confident that if the time comes again that we would need to board her, I would definitely take her to Ivory Meadow again!

Joette was really great and she set our minds (and our pocketbooks) at ease about boarding our "fellas" for the first time. She even went above and beyond and washed our fur baby's bedding when he left it outside in the rain. They were worn out when they came home. Lol. We will be back!

We could not have asked for a better experience!! Tom was very thorough and wanted to make sure that no box was left unchecked before babysitting our poodle for our vacation. I received updates every single day with informative notes to let me know how Oliver was doing. Tom was responsive to my texts, and very loving to our baby boy. Clearly, Tom and his team worked with our Oliver during his 30 minute walks as we noticed Oliver with much better walking behavior upon our return! Tom and his team were faithful in watering our plants, ensuring that Oliver had music at night and had cuddle time every day. We are grateful and will use Tom’s service again ♥️♥️♥️

Initially, I became aware of Tom and Desiree through Petco‘s rover app. We started with them approximately eight months ago, and I will never have anybody else as long as they’re available. My litter boxes are clean when I come back as if I were there myself. He sends pictures of my cats, even to show that he plays with them. I recommend them highly
This is the third (or fourth?) time that I have used Tom & Desiree's service and they are just wonderful to work with. Their website makes the booking and payment process super easy and they have been great at communication leading up to and at the time of service - I have used them for both drop-in visits and dog walking for my two Labrador retrievers. They always send me a detailed "report card" - including photos - after each visit and the best part is that my dogs absolutely LOVE them (especially Tom) so I never worry about them when I know Tom & Desiree will be stopping by!
Being my first experience doing something like this I was nervous leaving my fur child but Tom and Desiree took great care of my pal baron, fed him on schedule took him out to play and interacted with him, even cleaned up an accident. They sent me pictures and he was happy and enjoying the new friends he made. The house was just like I left it when I returned home along with one happy doggy thank you so much for taking care of my best friend.
Tom & Desiree are the best! They took care of my dog Mia while I was recently on vacation. They walked her 3 times daily and showed her much love and attention. Mia is a Lab/Beagle mix and at times she can be a handful!! Her hunting instincts kick in when she see a rabbit, squirrel or chipmunk and to say she pulls on her leash is an understatement!! Tom handled her very well and was up to the challenge. I can honestly say I did not worry about her at all while she was in their care. I will definitely use Tom & Desiree Pet Service in the future! I have multiple animals. Not all of them required attention but they took time to become acquainted with them. Of those cared for, none were rushed and all were given positive encouragements. Very patient. Even went out of the way to secure pill pockets for one needing medication. Also asking if anything else was needed before finishing up

I cannot say enough about Tom and Desiree’s Pet Sitting business! I feel so relieved that my cats are in Tom’s care. He is the most efficient when it comes to taking care of my boys! He plays with them, gives them lots of love and treats. He has to give meds twice a day to one of them and that’s where the relief comes in. He treats my pets as if they were his pets. Plus, Tom will bring in mail, clean, water plants and even feed the birds outside. I feel so very fortunate to have Tom & Desiree are in my life! ( he also sends pictures every visit!) I have a Samoyed and they are notoriously hard to groom. I moved from Illinois and was in desperate need of a groomer. This place was recommended from a dog group and I have not been disappointed. She has always come out looking beautiful and fresh. Highly recommend!!!
Fox Chase is our Dog's 2nd family. They treat them like their own and always let us know if there are any concerns. Gabby and crew are amazing and always fit us in for doggie daycare or boarding if we need it. They are some of the nicest people you'll meet and animal lovers at heart.
Great staff. Responsive and communicative. Gave great feedback on my dog's stay with them. My dog returned happy and healthy. I've picked her up before and she'd have an odor or seem stressed by her stay. That was not the case here. Fox chase will take an emergency contact and had a vet they can use for emergencies close by which goes a long way for reassurance. The only downside is their parking (which I don't hold against them) it's on a busy road so just be cautious leaving. Will be using them again
I would not trust my dog Cardi with anyone else ! They do a wonderful job with her!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are always quick in responding to emails and phone calls. Very friendly and accommodating ! Cardi can't wait to visit in a few weeks.
We take our great pyr to Fox Chase Kennels for daycare a couple days each week and always board her here as well. She LOVES the staff and we can tell they love her, which definitely makes leaving her easier. Daycare offers her a chance to run off her "puppy" energy and has made her incredibly well-socialized. She loves playing with her puppy friends and splashing in the pool out back. Good prices, good people, and a great location for us to get to.
I have been taking my dog to Fox Chase ever since he was a puppy. He is a very high anxiety, high energy and tempera mental terrior. They always take great care of him and have learned how to handle his temperament. He loves Gabby and her team and gets so excited when we go there.
Couldn't be happier. Our 5 month old only fur baby puppy needs to develop social skills with other dogs. This is a perfect fit. Our GSP seemed to be going through separation anxiety, but now she runs to Michal & Gabby like it's her second home. Doggy Daycare 8am til 6pm $10...well worth the price. They book up fast so call well ahead. Haven't tried their boarding yet but these 2 live on the premises so you can't ask for better.
Not happy the way my dog was treated. Not to be put with other dogs. Came home had to take to vets. Bite Mark's on back and tail. Gabby the owner was nice, but other lady their was rude to me. Will not go back. Some might like it their. No problem first time a year a go but no happy now. My opinion.
The staff is so nice. After one day of dog daycare, our dog wanted to turn around and go back in the back with all his new friends 🤣 so I know they take great care of their pups …
We have been taking our dog, Birdie, to daycare at Fox Chase 2-4 days per week the past few months and have boarded her overnight many times as well. Birdie loves it here and even waits at the door in the morning until my wife and I are ready to take her for the day. We're always greeted with a smile and can't thank them enough for the services that they provide. We consider all the workers at Fox Chase members of Birdie's family and will continue to bring her here. Thank you guys so much!!

Sue is wonderful! We rescued a German Shepherd that we didn't know did not like other dogs and Sue helped us out and took the Shepherd until we ended up just bringing her home. But Sue was great to interact with, very nice and spacious indoor kennels with a door to open and allowing them to be outside in the nice weather. Local is great and safe. Highly recommend!
Great owners who LOVE animals and take very good care of them. They listen to and care for your pets needs and any special requests. And personally take one on one time twitch them and walk them numerous times a day. Plus lots,of space in the inside rums that also can open up to large outdoor space for them individually! Highly recommend!!

The staff was very friendly and caring, but I was not satisfied with the service..The prices were high for our area.. Was 70$ for the bath and shave down ears and nails..10$ extra for hair matts..Her hair is very choppy and not shaved down like we thought it would be. Other places have done a much better job
Both of our dogs love coming to Lead Me On for boarding when we go on vacation. We even have to keep our truck windows up so our lab doesn’t jump out in enthusiasm for arriving here, so he must be having a great time! Our sheepadoodle loves it here, too. And grooming always goes well for us here. We are grateful to Stephanie for running such an awesome place to bring our dogs!
I have a great pyrenees puppy who is well over 100 lbs. He is gorgeous. Nails are short without bleeding (so important). He looks brand new. I will be back over and over
They seem to take good care of the dogs but the communication is lacking. When I booked my boarding I specified I wanted my dog to also go to doggie daycare during the day and they said that would be fine but they would have to temperament test her. When I picked my dog up I asked the lady if she did good and she said yes. Only for her to later tell me she was on vacation all week and didn't really know. Then they told me she wasn't in daycare due to them being full and the wait list is a year long. Also I measured out the dog food for her to only have scoop extra and she came back with almost a full bag. I am not sure what to think as my first experience was good but the second not so great.
Love how well they take care of our girl Aurora and the amazing grooming they do.
I called many different local groomers and decided to try Lead Me On because of my conversation with the owner. She was amazing because there were no simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers. I was given full explanations on what she would be doing for our dog. I was sold just from that conversation. Thank you so much for giving Rocky the best grooming he had EVER had. We have used Lead Me On to board our sweet pup several times. She experiences severe separation anxiety and doesn't get along very well with other dogs ever since our other dog passed away. They also matched her with an older dog ro see how they did together, and it went great! The staff at Lead Me On goes above and beyond to care for her. When possible they have her with them in office giving her extra snuggles. They also keep us well informed of everything that is going on. We love going onto their Facebook page and seeing pictures of her. It gives us such peace of mind! I refer them to everyone I know! They truly treat all of the dogs as if they are their own!
I always have a pleasant conversation with the staff. If a question arises while my dogs have been there, I've received a phone before because of verification on two of my dog's medicines because I didn't have it marked for the one dog. They even contacted my vet to verify the med. The dogs have got bathed, groomed, and nails done, and my dogs looked good. The staff has helped me take my dogs to the vehicle upon picking them up, too. Friendly and kind all around. Just make sure you have all your dogs boarding shots up to date. Always call if you have questions, and the staff will call you back if you leave a message.
They loved my dogs. To me that is the most important thing. I knew that I didn't have to worry about Kona & Duke when we left. We called to check in and they were always happy to let us know how our pups were doing. Great place, wonderful people.
