Very accommodating for both drop off and pickup. If you need boarding for your dog or cat, I highly recommend Red Woof Inn! Great care and personal attention meeting my needs. My dog has not been boarded alone or in a very long time. She's with me or my husband 95% of the time so I wasn't sure how she would be. When I picked her up, she was in good spirits and doing fine. So thankful for the care she received. Thank you, Mrs. Gibb, you do a wonderful service!!

I picked up my mother's dog from there for her once. Never knew about this place before that. Their facility was really clean. The owner was very friendly and she really knew her stuff. She seems like she really cares about the dogs she had there in her kennels.

my poor dogs! i left them a week, their bed was so urine soaked the dogs were wet when i picked them up. my girls are old and have to go out more than 3 times a day ,which is all they do. no one noticed they were on a urine soaked bed? which i provided by the way. the only other option was the cement floor.

Always bring our dogs here. Will always recommend them to anyone big or small dog. We bring 2 and they keep them together as we request and they are much more comfortable.

I always know my 3 cats are in the best hands when I have to board them during work trips. One of my cats is diabetic and they have no problem making sure she gets her shots twice a day and on time. They have amazing customer service and are super kind. I highly recommend boarding your cats here. Also, the pictures they send of my girls are an added adorable touch. Thank you!!

I had an awesome experience! The two young women that were working are very informative and thorough. I have a long hair cat who had some matting on her belly and they did a great job taking care of her. She must be feeling so much better now. I would reccomend!

Terrible experience and highly disappointed in what I see are young girls acting as professional groomers but are highly inexperienced, rude, insulting, and overcharging. I waited 2 months to get baths and haircuts for my 2 cats only to get a text TWO HOURS LATER after dropping both off that they refused to service my young female saying she was aggressive during a nail trim. My cat has been groomed for 1.5 years without incident and always received baths, trims, and haircuts. I wasted 2 months waiting on these people and wasted a whole day as I live far from New Castle, expecting services on 2 cats and they only did 1 cat. I was promised a phone call if there was any issue and I got no phone call of an issue or I would have picked up my cats immediately. My male was extremely stressed on the ride home and foaming at the mouth. They clearly didn't offer water and traumatized both cats to the point they were visibly upset, hissing at each other, and took hours to calm down which NEVER has happened before on my typical joint grooming appointments. I've always picked up 2 happy, fresh, clean smelling cats from other groomers. I smelled no shampoo or perfume on my male and I don't think he was even bathed or blow dried. I believe they lied and took my money. It's sad there are no good people at the OH/PA line who groom cats, respect cats and their owners, and do a good job. I do not recommend bringing your cats here.

Highly recommend this place for boarding your cats! She took wonderful care of my two cats while I was gone on vacation. She also sent me pictures of my cats every other day showing me how much fun they were having, and considering how much I missed them while I was gone, the pictures were such a delight. They loved the cat tree and the kitty television. Would definitely bring them back for boarding or to get groomed in the future!

Recommend Madison very highly! She has a very gentle touch and Mocha responded calmly to her. She was matted and she removed the mats and was able to bath her. Madison and her team are wonderful, and her prices are very reasonable.

I had never boarded a pet until this year when I sent Socks to stay two different times. The first time was almost a month, the second time over 2 weeks. I liked that it was only for cats so I didn’t have to worry about mine being stressed by dogs barking. He is an equal opportunity lover, so figured once he got used to it, he’d be fine and I was right. Madison sent me pictures and videos which made me feel comfortable and I worried less and less. I would never hesitate to leave my cat with her again. If you are looking for a great place to board your cat, look no further 😻

Madison takes amazing care of all of my cats! She is the only one who can groom my rambunctious Raven and she even makes my very anxious Zatanna feel comfortable. Great service and very personable staff!

My 15 year old boy got pampered today and he's gorgeous!! After his oatmeal bath, he feels so soft. I absolutely love his toes! I have already scheduled his appointment.
