I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

Lindsey was super communicative, friendly, responsible, and an excellent sitter for our two cats. When we returned, our home was clean and our cats relaxed and happy as if we had never left ! I highly recommend Daniel as a pet sitter and house sitter! He took care of Pipa for over three months this winter and did an outstanding job. From the first day, it was clear that he had a genuine love for animals and a great deal of experience with pets. He was very attentive to his needs and always made sure he was comfortable, well-fed, and had plenty of playtime. In addition to his pet-sitting duties, Daniel also went above and beyond by processing my postal mail and keeping the house well-organized. He was very responsible and reliable, always arriving on communicating, putting the bins out, and watering the plants on time, and keeping me updated with photos and messages. I felt completely at ease knowing that my cat was in such good hands and that my home was well-cared for while I was away. Catherine was a wonderful sitter for our 17 year old cat Zabba. She sent us pictures twice a day and kept us informed about Zabba’s daily activities. We came home to a clean home and would definitely recommend her as a pet/ house sitter. My only concern was that she doesn’t drive and with an older cat, I just prayed that Zabba didn’t need to go to the vet…. And he didn’t 🥰. We will ask her again for sure.

Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!

She did a great job of following their schedules and giving them attention. Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

My usual boarder does not have climate controlled facilities and I needed to board my dog on short notice in the middle of an extreme heat wave. I was worried about him being exposed to such heat for several days continuously. I happened to stumble across 100 Love and I could not have been happier. Britton is wonderful to work with and truly loves animals. My dog, Jack, was so well taken care of I'm pretty sure he didn't want to come back home! Jack made a new friend (Ellie), got frequent walks, played in the creek to cool off, was given toys to play with, and even got to play fetch (which is his favorite thing on earth)! He wasn't just left in a cage all day and taken out for brief bathroom breaks like typical boarders - he was part of a family and always had human interaction. We got frequent photos and updates so I never had to worry how Jack was doing. I will never use another boarder! I can't recommended 100 Love (and Britton, personally) enough.
TLDR: I literally can’t recommend this pet sitter enough. Professional, kind, and generally excellent. We have 3 pets (2 dogs and a cat) and had plans to go out of town for close to a week. Our pets are, to be frank, a bit needy/spoiled/friendly and really like having frequent contact and access to people. For this reason we were looking high and low for a pet sitter where we could board them without having to go to a facility where they would spend so much time in a cage and/or alone. We were recommended to Britton and 100 Love Pet Care by our veterinarian (Salem Animal Hospital) and I’m so grateful that we were lead here. I am confident that they all 3 received the best possible care while I was away. Britton provided regular updates with photos which if you like me miss your buddies when you’re separated is so appreciated. He will detail their daily activities and share anecdotes which made me feel so comforted. The business is operated in a woodsy area and it almost seemed like we sent our pets to summer camp. They took our dogs on hikes, gave them plenty of love, and even made every effort to ensure the comfort of our cat including putting soft places to sit in higher up areas where they thought she might like to go. If you want your pets to have a lovely vacation while you do, this is absolutely the place. Thank you so much again! 😊
After a wonderful stay with 100 Love Pet Care I just wanted to say again that I cannot recommend them enough as a long time pet haver and a (maybe a bit overbearing) pet mom. Going to boarding used to something that both our dogs and cat, but especially my mother’s very anxious aging girl, were incredibly not happy about and there was pulling at leashes and whimpering when we had to leave the leashes with someone else and walk away. Ever since we switched to coming here though, my little guy is excited to get out of the car when he sees Britton (the owner) through the window walking out to greet us and my mother’s dog doesn’t shake or get upset like she used to. Even our cat, who is incredibly social but like most cats gets skittish and nervous in new or unfamiliar situations comes out and sits with the group and asks for scratches. It probably doesn’t hurt for the cat that they also make every effort to ensure her comfort and feeling of security through means such as adding soft and comfy blankets or towels to even weird high perches so no matter where she decides to roam there’s a spot made for her. How do I know she does this you may ask? Well, in addition to providing excellent care to the animals, the customer service is unmatched. I receive updates throughout the day of what activities were done or where they walked to or even simple things like what they seemed interested in which for me as a person who misses my pets terribly when I’m away is so nice and reassuring. And to that end, there are plenty of things they get to do provided the owners allow it. As a kid we joked about the dog going to the “puppy hotel”, but this place to me is best described as Puppy Sleep Away Camp. Their facilities are a bit of a hike from Roanoke but the distance is well worth it. Our dogs got to go on regular hiking expeditions, go in (or just near enough for my prissy dog) to the creek, and just general experience the best parts of the outdoors that I can only give them when I have the time to go out a bit. My pups always return a bit worn out, but for the best reason. Lastly I’ll say that it’s such a huge comfort know that they receive real human companionship consistently from people who really care instead of the crate sitting and 2 walks a day customary at boarding facilities. I’ve been a bit verbose, but all of this is to say that I’m so happy to have found this place and cannot recommend it enough to anyone and everyone who wants the absolute best for their pets.
