Susan was a fantastic, mature and responsible sitter who effortlessly took over home and cat duties so I could spend my time away without worry. A delight to host, when I returned the place was cleaner than I left it. I would definitely have her stay again.

As I read their application along with their reviews, especially the one from Vanessa, I also had a feeling that I didn't want to miss out. Even so, I had a 20 minute WhatsApp conversation with them before confirming and I immediately felt comfortable. I couldn't be happier with their stay in my home. Our communication leading up, during and after their stay was excellent. They fully understood what was expected of them and asked the relevant questions. They were a delight to meet and I was able to fully relax to enjoy my travels as I had complete confidence in them. Marcella bonded with my black, male cat, O'Neill, the loner who hunts and doesn't have much to do with humans, my highest compliment to her. Upon my return, Mika, my older cat, was meowing at the bedroom door where the couple slept, looking for Stewart and Marcella, who had left. Another bravo ! Trixie, the youngest, obviously very happy as well, as she was calm and content. Everything was immaculate upon my return, which I greatly appreciated. They were considerate and knew I would be very tired and jet-lagged after my long voyage over 7 time zones. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to have them stay at my home again.

Chris and I had several chats before he arrived. He asked good questions but when he received the welcome guide and another detailed document about the routine in our house and the menagerie, everything was more clear for him. He was flexible, came a bit earlier, because I had to leave 1 day earlier then planned. When I came home, the whole gang was happy. My Yuki was more quiet then normal ( a positive thing) and I believe it is because Chris walked often with him. I think the animals miss Chris and we are lucky that he will return in April. Thanks Chris for your good care of everything!

Jane arrived the afternoon before our trip allowing us some time to get to know her and for her to get to know Rowan and his routine. We were delighted with all the updates and pictures she sent us during the trip which helped to make us feel comfortable being away. We came home to a clean and tidy house and a happy healthy dog. We would willingly recommend Jane to anyone and would welcome her back if her schedule allowed her to come Frances McDougall

It was lovely to meet James and we really wish him well on his travels. If you get the opportunity to meet him and he look after your pet/s then I really recommend you do. He is calm and easy going and at the same time totally on it with pet regs and looking after the house.

If Osvar and Flor apply for a sit….just hit accept! They were AMAZING! Just super polite, easy going and looked after our dog, garden and house with much respect. It was so lovely coming home to a clean and happy home after our little family holiday. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Osvar and Flor to look after your home/pets/garden.

Sylvie agreed to the sit which was really short noticed. We had a WhatsApp call beforehand, and I had immediately a good feeling with her. We spent a nice evening chatting before I left and showed her around. She loves cats and I could feel her good vibes. She sent me regular notice of how it went. As for the end date, she showed a lot of flexibility and always a smile 😊. I found a happy cat and a clean house on my return. Thanks a lot Sylvie. You are welcome anytime !

Bettina took excellent care of our pets. When Moka hurt his paw she took him to the vet and kept us informed of his condition. Except for the period when he was limping too much she took him for walks daily, the proof being his clean, fluffy coat when we returned -- it had rained every day that week. During the days we overlapped she was a friendly, interesting yet unobtrusive presence. She left the houses as clean as she found them. We're delighted to know that she'll be staying in the area for studies and hope she can sit for us again.

They arrived in perfect time and listened well as I walked them through the needs of each animal. The herd are elderly and two needed some special care, including one who needed a little bathing of her eye with a cataract every day. They were confident and gentle with her, and all the horses and cats were relaxed and happy when we arrived home. The house and horses yard and barn were wonderfully cared for and clean, and the veg garden well tended and also well harvested, with much of the harvest put to the freezer, all of which was really appreciated. I am very grateful to these two wonderful people for keeping every one of the animal family happy and relaxed and loved. Highly recommended.
