Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. We can’t wait to have him back to sit and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a sitter!
This was our first time using zeewoi and we were a little apprehensive, especially as we were going away for almost 5 weeks, but we really didn’t need to be. Mary and Kevin were fantastic from the start. They had excellent communication and put us at ease straight away. They looked after both our cats with lots of care and we came home to two very happy and content kitties. Mary and Kevin struck the balance just right whilst we were away by keeping us informed of how the cats were and sending pictures of what the cats were up to every couple of days. It was so lovely to know that the cats were enjoying themselves and being so well looked after whilst we were away. Mary and Kevin also looked after our house extremely well and we came back to a very clean and tidy home. We would definitely recommend Mary and Kevin to anyone needing a house sitter and would love for them to sit for us again if they were ever back in the area.
Best house and pet sitters we've ever had! They definitely gave our cat and dog plenty of love and attention.
We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. We would highly recommend John & Trisha if you are lucky enough to have them apply for a House Sitters job! Bill, Kathy & Delilah 🐈⬛❤️
Kathryn was amazing. She helped me figure plans out after another sitter dropped out at the last minute and saved the day! My cat and fish were well taken care of, and she was super communicative when my tank had a problem child moment. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, helpful, and caring sitter!!
strongly recommend Christine and Phil to housesit for your kitty. Our pets, Babbles and Cousin Eddy, and property, were in very good hands while we where away for two weeks. They had a fair amount entailed with two cats on different food and needs. Cousin Eddy, or Edoardo, is a barn cat we recently adopted. Eddy is very sweet and stays outside but hangs out the side door wanting to be petted and fed; Bubbles is an indoor cat. Both cats were spoiled by Christine and Phil! Christine and Phil were also very caring and attentive with the needs of our Airbnb guests. During the time we were away they kept us updated daily (including photos of the cats). When we came home, our house was perfect, with lovely fresh flowers, notes for us, and our cats had been well-cared-for. They are wonderful house sitters, and we highly recommend them. They were Five-star sitters of our house and cats!
Hannah and Joseph were brilliant sitters - totally reliable and trustworthy. Quick to respond to queries and their past experience with dog/ housesitting was very apparent. Our 2 dogs and 1 cat were well looked after and the house was spotless on our return. We are totally happy to recommend them.
Jenny was an absolute delight, lovely to speak to and patient with last minute changes. I have had bad experiences with trusting people with my cats before so was really anxious as Jenny is the first house sitter I have used from zeewoi. But, I felt at ease as soon as I spoke to her, she has a lovely manner and she came round the day before the sit to male sure she had every detail right. But I think the thing that helped the most was her regular updates about my cats. I could see from the videos she sent they were given lots of love and attention. My cats don't usually play with people but my little girl seemed to love her! My flat was immaculate when I got back as well, I am so grateful to Jenny for all her help and really hope to have her sit for me again!
Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Your fur babies would be lucky to spend time with her. Thank you again for everything, Ruthee!
Kathy and Ron are the most accommodating sitters you will ever find. At my request they arrived a few days early and also made it clear they would be willing to extend their stay as needed. While at first they were a little uneasy about giving pills to our cat Sparky, they soon got the hang of it and did an excellent job caring for both cats even though the cats have very different schedules and needs. Kathy was great about keeping in touch with us and we knew they would be just fine for the several days when we were out of communication range. I would gladly invite Ron and Kathy back anytime and highly recommend them to you for your next getaway!
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?

I couldn’t be happier with the diligence and attention paid to the care of my dog by Kiley. She stayed overnight at my home for a week and communicated with me daily, including photos. And I came back to a house that was immaculate! If you are looking for an alternative to a boarding kennel, you will feel totally comfortable leaving your dog with Kiley - and will come home to a happy dog. ☺️
Kiley did an amazing job taking care of my dog while I was away at a wedding. Her messages and nightly picture updates made me feel so reassured about leaving my dog for the first time. 10/10 recommend.
Kiley took care of our two dogs and kitty for a week and we are very grateful for her! She sent us updates and photos, and walked them daily . It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands and I loved the daily pictures. We will definitely have Kiley come back! Thank you so much!!
Kiley was great with Piper. My girl doesn't get walked as much since my health issues, and having Kiley come gives her something to look forward to. I love the pictures she sends me and the reports. Thank you Kiley for being so cooperative with Piper. You are such a blessing.
I incidentally stumbled upon Alpine Canine through a neighborhood app, and contacted Kiley on an unhopeful whim in need for some last minute dog sitting. She more than accommodated, and we’ve already used her services again! It’s clear she has a passion for dogs and I more than trust my pups with her. We also love seeing the photo updates at every visit. Highly recommend Alpine Canine if you’re looking for a respectable, caring, and reliable dog sitter!
The Barnyard has been the BEST discovery of our lives since moving to the valley. Leslie and the entire team take care of our girl better than we could have ever imagined! If you need someone to watch your pup, the Barnyard is the place to go!
I can't say enough good things about this place! My dog is a regular visitor, and he absolutely loves it. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They always greet us with a smile and make sure my dog feels at home. I appreciate the level of care they provide to both of us. One of my favorite things is that they send me pictures regularly, so I can see how much fun my dog is having. It's reassuring to know he's in a safe and happy environment. The facilities are well-maintained and spacious, giving the dogs plenty of room to play and rest comfortably. They separate small dogs and big dogs (which I appreciate) and let you know if your dog has a “best friend”. Overall, I highly recommend this dog boarding place. They've been wonderful, and I trust them completely with my furry BFF. Thanks to the whole team for taking such good care of my pup!
It’s so nice to have such a professional and trustworthy facility for my dog to go to for daycare. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. He is happy to go and seems to do well in the playful environment with other dogs. I love getting to see pictures of him enjoying his day. Thanks for taking great care of my boy!
Skye LOVES going to the Barnyard. She knows where we are going several blocks before we get there and the Husky talking begins! She is always excited to play with the other dogs and happy and tired with I pick her up. ALWAYS a great experience with a great staff.
I live in Denver but travel all over the state for work. I never leave my pup behind though so she gets to go to doggie daycares all around the state. The Barn Yard is definitely her favorite! She can’t get enough of the awesome stream they have! It’s pretty tough to tire out my dog but she’s always exhausted at the end of a Barn Yard day! Plus I love getting their photos showing all the dogs playing.
Last week I had the pleasure to visit The Barnyard 3 - 4 times and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility (no wet dog smell), the warm/happy staff, and most importantly just how happy the dogs seemed to be. I witnessed quite a few dog drop-offs and pick-ups and was amazed at just how smoothly the entire operation functioned. If you are looking for a clean reputable place to board your dogs for a day or a month, I certainly would heartily recommend The Barnyard!
Brought my dogs here for a week. Upon picking them up I noticed dried blood on one of my dogs back. Then I found a couple nice puncture wounds. It was never brought to my attention that my dog was attacked by another dog. I have brought my dog to the vet and was told it’s pretty serious and that it must’ve been a big dog. My other dog came home with a bad case of kennel cough. Not sure what’s going on at the barn yard but I am unsure about bringing my dogs here every again. I heard a dog was badly mauled here just a week after this situation with my pup. Ever since the new owners it definitely seems like they need to get it together because the barnyard has not been the same since. I will be going to Glenwood from now on as I found the prices are better and people are much more friendly. Customer service is huge especially when you’re dropping your dog off with people and trusting them. I would not trust the staff at the barf yard. I have reached out with emails and phone calls and being ignored for a week straight.
Our lab, Cooper, absolutely LOVES the BarnYard. We picked him up today after two days of boarding and he was happy as could be. Would have surely hung around longer if we gave him the opportunity - so.many.friends. The facility is clean, well-managed and staffed with people who clearly love their animals. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute bringing Cooper back time and again.
Was able to take our dog for a week on late notice. Our dog was happy and well taken care of. Will certainly be back - everyone we spoke with were very helpful. Very reasonable prices too!
We really loved this place at first! It was so helpful to have a place to bring our dog on crazy work days. But then we started having a few negative experiences… The first being, I picked my dog up and he had an incredible limp and swelling in his leg. I asked the staff what happened and all they said was he ran into one of the hard pipes in the play yard. It was alittle frustrating but after three days of limping and a trip to the vet later he healed up okay. The next problem we had here was just a few weeks later. I picked up my dog and he had a large bloody and infected bite taken out of his neck. I couldn’t believe I wasn’t called or informed. I confronted the desk and they told me to keep an eye on it over the next few days... These two incidences lead me to think that the staff doesn’t watch the dogs very closely. The last straw for me was when I picked my dog up for the last time and the owner stopped me and said “my dog had a bumpy day”…. I asked her to please explain the situation… She said my dog attempted to snap at one of the tenets in the yard. Being that this is a first for my dog, I asked her to explain what happened so I could have a better understanding and she asked that my dog and I don’t continue to come there. My dog is incredibly liked by Aspen Animal Shelter and Hightails… I commute from Rifle to Aspen to work and sometimes want to take my dog to a place where he can run and play instead of being home alone all day. I have a large, highly trained, high energy bird dog, who loves to play with others. I couldn’t help but feel like the Barnyard thought my dog was too high energy for them and they tried to make up a reason for us not to come back because none of their story lined up.
Cozy kennel is an excellent place they don’t price gouge you and they give lots of care and attention to every animal. Would totally recommend.
Cozy Little Kennel is a great place to bring your dog! They have very clean indoor kennels (with radiant heat flooring and AC) plus multiple fenced areas. We really appreciate the schedule, with three rest periods. The idea of having playtime for the entire day is lovely but most dogs could use some alone time throughout the day for r&r (and just to reset energy/excitement levels). It was also nice to have a little tour of the facility when we dropped him off for the first time instead of a blind drop off. Only item I would change is that we would have loved a few more photos since we were missing our pup (perhaps one a day) but the ladies are busy and I'm sure that they were taking care of the doggos instead of taking photos :). Also appreciated the honesty when we picked him up - we asked how he did and they let us know he had a rough first day, with lots of barking in his kennel, but was much better for the following days. He's 7 months and recently discovered his voice... it's very annoying.
If you are in the area and want a place for your dog(s) to have good care, plenty of play and structure, at reasonable prices, it's worth it to hunt down the Cozy Little Kennel. The facility is beautiful and the staff make full use of every acre they have. We left our two Fox Hounds and 14 year old Husky with them while we were doing some non dog friendly adventures in the area, and they came back tired, happy and well exercised. Highly recommend.
Really great place to bring your dogs! The hotel recommended this place to us since we wanted to spend the day at the hot springs nearby. Cozy Little Kennel is on a farm, with lots and lots of space for your doggy to run around and play. Our dogs didn't even hesitate to run out of our car and start sniffing, which is unusual, especially for our mini Aussie who is a bit more anxious and shy! The inside kennel is very clean and each dog has plenty of space to relax in. The staff is very friendly and are obviously dog lovers. They report back about how your dog did and who they played with and what kind of time they had, which is always great. The staff are also dedicated to making sure your dog is healthy during their stay so make sure to bring update vaccination records! Other things to bring: bedding and food! We had no worries leaving our dogs here! This is an excellent place for them to play and have fun while you go out on your own adventures!
Highly recommend! While in town we decided to summit Mt.Elbert which meant we needed a place for the furbabies to hang for a couple days. The owners were very quick to respond to my booking. Staff was very friendly when we arrived & let us walk the dogs back to their area. Pick up was quick and easy. Definitely would use them again if I’m ever back in the area!!!
We've been taking our dogs to Cozy Little Kennel for years now. What a fantastic place for your "best friend". It's a dog dream!! Out in the country with plenty of land for them to run around, yet fenced in with a watchful eye to over see any mischief that might be brewing. The kennels are immaculate and with it being much smaller than other kennels around the area each dog gets plenty of personal attention. This is exactly what our little Border Collie needed. Oh, and the prices are less than some local kennels that offer less and charge more for things like walks. Why pay for a 15 minute walk when your dog can be of leash(heaven to them!)getting 10x's the exercise outdoors! I just can't say enough great things about this place and feel like we hit the jackpot when we found them. P.S. I was not asked to write this review.
Love everything about this Cozy Little Kennel. Zane loves it ! We love it. Zane met new friends, was cared for, and physically pooped! Will recommend to friends and family. Will return soon. It was such a good experience for my family. Thank you all. Zane and his Mom and Dad.
Great place for a dog, mine loved it. Clean and lots of great play space to play with friends. Cassie, the owner is awesome, very professional and nice. I left my original review 2 years ago and my satisfaction has only grown. Cassie is great and treats my dog like it's her own. My dog is very old and hobbles around, so when Cassie had concerns she called and texted, even texted pictures to help me know how my dog was doing. Thanks for everything you do for others dogs, and once again, Cassie is the BEST.
We boarded our dog here for part of our trip through Colorado. Great well maintained and new facilities. Check in and check out was super efficient and easy. Most importantly our dog had an amazing experience and did great while we were away.
If you're looking for a home-away-from-home for your fuzzy 4-legged family member, this is the place! A very warm, caring, clean---HOME environment, with plenty of room to run and play. When you can't take your dog with you, this is as close to being at home with you as it comes. Cori is an animal lover, and loves on all the dogs as if they were her own family members. We have over 2 years experience with Cozy Little Kennel and wouldn't take our dog anywhere else.
Jenny is so wonderful and I felt completely comfortable leaving my pups with her for an extended period of time, which I usually don’t do! She’s sent tons of great photos and updates and I can tell my pups are enjoying their vacation. I would definitely recommend this service to any dog parents!
can’t say enough about Jenny and her service! I was driving through Colorado and had to place my dog for a few hours so I could visit some cool places in Glenwood Springs. Jenny made this all possible. She was easy to communicate, very friendly and took such good care of my dog, including photos and text through the sitting.if you ever drive through Glenwood Springs, I need some help or want somebody trusting watching your pet dont hesitate to call Jenny!!
Jenny was the best! We were doing a road trip passing through Colorado and a few of the spots we wanted to check out are not dog friendly. Jenny came through and provided great care for our best friends. Next time we're in Colorado I know who to turn to. Highly recommend.
We came to glenwood springs for a family vacation and needed a dog sitter for when we went to the adventure park/caves. Our rover fell through last minute so we reached out to Jenny and thankfully she was able to take him! She went pictures, took him on a hike, made sure he ate. Pretty sure he had just as much, if not more, fun than we did!!! Would absolutely work with her again. Keep in mind it is a bit outside of the main town but I believe she travels and it was worth it for us! Thanks, Jenny!!!
Jenny was incredibly kind and accommodating! We were looking last minute, on the day of, to find someone to watch our puppy and she got back to us immediately. She was very welcoming and also fed our dog! We received updates and also pictures of our puppy throughout the duration of his stay, and he was well taken care of! He met her puppy as well and they bonded quickly. We are so appreciative of your services and effort to fit us into your schedule, Jenny! Thank you again for being incredible!!
Bella was so calm and I was certain she’d be a nervous Nelly when we picked her up! Excited to know Jenny is here, will definitely book every time we’re in town!
😢 never called me back but she may not be servicing Garfield county …
Amazing people! We traveled through the area with our dogs and needed a daycare service on Sunday so we could go do some touristy stuff like white water rafting. The owners picked up our 2 dogs and took great care of them. How do I know for sure? My little dog was exhausted and slept hard that night 😴! …
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Aspen Unleashed enough! Nicole went above and beyond to take care of our furry family member on our wedding day. From the initial consultation to the actual day, everything was seamless. She ensured our dog was pampered, exercised, and included in our special day. It was such a relief knowing our pup was in loving hands while we celebrated. Thank you, Aspen Unleashed, for making our wedding day truly unforgettable for both us and our dog!
Highly recommend hiring Nicole if you're considering including your dog in your wedding! Amazing stress-free experience. Nicole made sure our dog was well cared for throughout the day. Thank you!
Nicole is the best dog sitter out there! She takes great care of your dog. I would highly recommend her!
Aspen Unleashed was amazing. With a young child we made a last minute decision to leave for the day and they took Jasper with short notice, kept him the whole day, sent lots of pics throughout the day and I was happy he was cuddled and well cared for. Highly recommend!
Great and affordable place for animal boarding. We brought our dog Clyde in and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be we left his bed with him for his stay and we received it back smelling horribly of cat urine. I think it was a simple mistake these folks are great and very friendly.
