It is very hard to not have favorite house sitters when there are so many amazing people on this site! I cannot resist putting John and Lizzie right at the TOP! They were across the board awesome. Perfect communication. Perfect Care.

Veniece and Rocco were excellent sitters for Hunter while I was away for a long weekend. They kept me updated with lots of photos and communication was extremely easy. They cleaned my apartment and sheets before leaving which made coming home easy on me and even left some Churu treats as a present for Hunter (which he loves!). I would happily have them sit again for me whenever I am out of town! 6 out of 5 stars!

"World-Traveling House Sitter Spreading Love, One Pet at a Time!"
We had a somewhat last minute need for someone to watch over our house and two feisty Amazon Parrot seniors (no, not that Amazon 😎). Gloria stepped in and did a great job with all! We really appreciate her help and highly recommend her for any sitting needs!!

I'm an online student looking for new experiences, I'd love to connect with you!
Sage was amazing!!! We would highly recommend her and would welcome her back any time!! I’ll start with our kitties: they were so happy when we returned home and Sage sent frequent videos of them which we really appreciated! She was so self sufficient and great at communicating. One of the things we appreciated the most was how tidy she left the house. It made returning home seamless. She was a pleasure to have and we felt like our home and beloved cats were so well cared for during our long trip. We would love to have her back any time!

I highly recommend Jaime. I am a picky person when it comes to my home and my dog. Jaime left my home in better shape than when I left it and took great care of my dog. Thank you!!! Kim

Friendly sweet couple looking to take care of your best friends!
Tatiana was an AMAZING sitter! I could tell she had a warm heart from our first conversation. She loves animals, and did an excellent job caring for my cat. She understood my cats unique needs being newly adopted, and made sure to give the best care possible. When I came home from my trip my apartment was SPOTLESS! It was probably the cleanest it has ever been. Thank you so much Tatiana, and I'd be happy to have you anytime.

Friend of all fur-babies looking to explore and kickback while working remotely.
Jannelle pet-sit for us for two nights and was very self-sufficient and tidy. We appreciated coming home to a clean house and happy dog.

I love to care for two, four and no feet critters and respect personal spaces!
Karen helped me out in my hour of need! She showed up even after a family tragedy. She could easily have backed out. I don't know how to adequately thank her. She took great care of Henry and my neighbor said she played with him a lot in the yard. He was happy and content with her!

Experienced, responsible, non-smoking, & ready to care for ur pets & ur home!
We were fortunate enough to meet with Monica before we left for our vacation. We showed here around and introduced her to our cats. She bonded so well will all of them! She even had little Sassy on her shoulders which Sassy had never done with either me or my husband! She cared for our 3 cats and watered the plants. She sent updates and photos of the cats. It snowed about 7 inches or so and she shovel the entire driveway! Would I ask her to sit again? YES!

We were very lucky to have had Nia for our recent house sit. She communicated well before the sit and arrived as planned. We shared a meal before we left which gave us time to get to know her and tell her about the house and our pets. After we left it soon became clear the cats loved Nia and the attention she gave them. We were kept informed throughout her stay with regular updates and video clips of what they were up to and how the garden was growing etc. We highly recommend Nia as a pet/house sitter and we would certainly have her back should the opportunity arise. Thanks again Nia
I am struggling with naming our top adjective to describe Michael and Jeanne. "Conscientious" will likely be it but then again, "personable," "reliable," "organised," and "animal-loving" are top contenders. If you are reading this review and contemplating inviting this couple to watch your pets, then look no further. We have had a number of excellent house sitters but this pair was next level in terms of the love they showed our cats, Maxx and Nala. When we came back, we could our animals already missed them. These cats, who have never slept with anyone other than us, were getting in bed with them each night -- and that meant climbing stairs! The day before our trip, Nala got an ear infection and had to be put on steroids for asthma. Michael and Jeanne did not sign up for that when the sit was booked but they took it in stride. In the last-minute rush, I relayed that Nala needed her oral steroids morning and night. Michael read the RX label, indicating one dose a day, and contacted the vet to clarify. So you can see why "conscientious" is right up there. They saved Nala from an overdose! We were gone three weeks and they sent us just the right amount of pictures and videos. They bought cat toys (I forgot to put ours out!) and actively engaged with them, including 20-minute massages for Maxx. I truly believed them when they said they fell in love with our fur babies. The house was spotless (which was not important to me but truly appreciated) but I smiled when all six water stations in our yard were filled. They took seriously my love for and the needs of the wildlife in our yard. Our plants were all in good condition as well. Sensing they were "next level" when I met them, I predicted they would want to leave a meal for us upon our return. I asked them not to but they found another way to bow out with class. They made a donation to a nonprofit I work with instead. This I learned from the lovely thank you note they left. I hope they will consider Charles and I friends because we certainly feel that way about them now. What special people. If you book them, treat them well because they are going to do that for you for sure.
Kathy and Ron have sat for us several times in the past and have always been excellent. They are our "go-to" pet and house sitters and we always check their availability before we post a sit. They are trustworthy, organized, communicate very well, and take great care of our cats and our house. We hope they will continue pet sitting for many years to come!
Young was the perfect house sitter for us. From the moment you meet her, you can tell she is animal person and is detailed oriented and will take great care of your house and pets. She exudes a peaceful and grounded energy. She was comfortable with each our pets from the high energy dog to the shy skittish cat. She played with the dog in the yard every day and took him on walks. And she was also very attentive to our cats and figured out how to maintain the equilibrium in the relationship between the cats and dog. She is an excellent communicator; she asked questions when our directions weren't clear and kept us updated on the pets. She is also an amazing photographer. She sent us pics of our pets every day that totally captured each of their personalities.
Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.
My partner and I left our cat Mango in Lindsey's care for a month so that we could get married. We were going from FL to ME, so it was a long way from home. We were gone for a month. Picking the right houses sitter was important. We are so glad we picked Lindsey (and she picked us). From before Lindsey got on her plan to fly down, until she was back home again Lindsey was communicative, considerate and positive. We felt like we had a family member staying at our place and because of who she is, Mango and our home's well being was a weight off our mind during the wedding. If the need arises in the future we will definitely be giving her the right of first refusal. Thank you so much Lindsey!
Hannah and Joseph were brilliant sitters - totally reliable and trustworthy. Quick to respond to queries and their past experience with dog/ housesitting was very apparent. Our 2 dogs and 1 cat were well looked after and the house was spotless on our return. We are totally happy to recommend them.
Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!
If Cung ever applies to your post for a house or pet sit, I strongly encourage you to jump at the offer. You will not be disappointed. Cung is among the top (if not the top) sitter I’ve ever had and I’ve been on this site for years. Primarily, Cung is very organized. In the weeks and days leading up to the sit, Cung kept me abreast of his plans and status. I felt very comfortable in the days leading up to the sit because I knew the plan we made to exchange the keys and walk him through the instructions would work as planned. Second, Cung really cares. When he got to my apartment after what I assume was a long day of traveling, I explained the care instructions and he was very attentive and cared about the details - asking very specific questions on how to care for my cat and apartment. I had some pretty specific rules about how to feed my cat and take care of him and Cung followed those exactly. Third, Cung makes you feel comfortable while you are away. I got daily or twice daily updates about my cat. I got pictures which made me feel like my cat was having a good time. My cat came out within an hour of me being away - very fast for my cat as he is shy. Cung must have a calming energy towards animals. Cung was also very responsive when I reached out first - replying within 5 minutes. I really appreciated that. My cat threw up at one point and Cung answered all of my questions to assess whether my cat was sick or had just eaten too fast. Fourth, Cung will take good care of your apartment/house. I came back to a SPOTLESS apartment. The sheets were washed and folded on my bed. The towels were washed. The apartment had been vacuumed. The kitchen was clean. The dishwasher had been run. Everything was in its place when I returned. Honestly, cleaner than when I left it which is difficult since I am a very clean person. Cung also respects your property. I have an extensive computer setup that he used for work and he was very respectful of that equipment. He asked if he could use it beforehand, which was incredibly polite since he could have used it and I wouldn’t have known. In sum. You need to jump at the opportunity if Cung offers to sit for you. I came home to a very happy cat. Hope he will sit for me again sometime!
Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?
Veterinarians advising to leave cats at home with a pet sitter who will stay overnight in your home, boarding is not recommended for cats as they are stressed in a new environment, you can find a sitter who will care for your cats and home for free at Zeewoi.
How much should you pay someone to watch your cat?
At least $20 per visit, $15/day per overnight watching in your home, otherwise you can find a free sitter at Zeewoi.
What do people do with their cats when they go on vacation?
Inviting a cat sitter to your home, boarding the cat with a local business, asking a friend, family or neighbour to feed and check the well-being. The most efficient way to leave your cat during your vacation is with Zeewoi cat sitters for free, in this way, you will save cat sitting costs and make vacation not only for you but also for your cat sitter!
I met Ali through a recommendation from my mother in law since she loved their service. Her and her husband have been respectful and very professional with our fur babies when they do their in home trim visit. She’s also worked with me in terms of appointment times and dates. I’m very grateful for how well they both work with our dogs. So far 5 of our families dogs have had their nails trimmed by them and they loved the experience.
Stella is a golden retriever who was anxious when on walks and would bark and lunge at other dogs. I came across Ali’s petcare service and made an appointment. She met with me and Stella we discussed our goals . We started walking together and she showed me how to handle Stella when other dogs are around and good leash techniques. I learned a lot from Ali and she is very patient and manages dogs well . Stella can now walk past other and dogs and focus on me . If she would react I now know how to handle it . So far the training is a success . I highly recommend Ali’s service for any dog issue , she is very knowledgeable and a delight to work with
Ali is excellent, she has helped Maisy, an 8-month-old pup and I get off to a great start. Ali gave Maisy and I the tools to successfully grow our bond. She is still young, so we have a way to go. I look forward to continuing our relationship and education. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.
Ali is the absolute best. She is so professional and extremely detail oriented. We first used Ali when we went on vacation out of the country for over 2 weeks. Our 2 cats were in such good care. Ali and David took such great care of our 2 cats who were both about a year old and we didn't want to board. One of them required medication at the time, which was not a problem for Ali and David. We plan on using Ali's pet services anytime we are out of town. I recommend her highly!
Ali’s Pawsitive Petcare provides us with the best in home services for our 4 small dogs. All of our dogs have wildly different personalities and quirks. Ali respects their differences. Ali’s the ability to understand and care for both dogs and people in a warm and helpful way is unparalleled. Those abilities combined with her knowledge, skills and professionalism are a rare find these days. I can honestly say that my husband and I 100% recommend Ali and her Petcare services!
Ali is an amazing and devoted pet care service provider. My 20 pound spca rescue has been with me for many years and doesn’t take well to new people. Ali and her fiancé came in with open arms and trimmed his nails. They were patient, kind, and very efficient. They took wonderful care of Ruben. I highly recommend Ali’s Pawsitive Petcare to anyone with a fur baby.
Ali is absolutely the best! Our young dog is not a fan of getting his nails trimmed, and the vet and groomer want him sedated first. Ali has no problem with him, and David always holds him securely so that, before he knows it, his nails are done. I love that she comes to the house, as it is much less stressful than taking him to the vet. Ali is friendly, quick, and a gem to our community. I highly recommend!!
I have been using Ali's services for about a year and a half now, my pug struggled getting his nails trimmed, when I took him to the vet they told me the next time I bring him in for a nail trim they'd have to give him meds to calm down. I was not on board with medicating him, so we gave Ali a try. Let me just say my boy LOVES her. He is calm and lets them do what needs to be done without being medicated and he doesn't throw a fit like he did at the vet..... Plus I love the ease of them coming to my home to take care of him. Hands down the best!! If your fur baby needs a nail trim I highly recommend you use Ali!! You won't regret it.
Ali's in-home nail trimming service is *amazing*. Our sweet Beagle gets stressed on car rides, and this service saved our bacon. So thankful for this business!
I’m so excited to recommend Ali to anyone searching for a dog trainer. I have a 90 pound Bernedoodle that would normally walk loose leash until he saw another dog and morphed into a maniac, jumping and pulling on the leash. Not only was his behavior stressful and embarrassing, but on one occasion he dragged me to the ground resulting in scrapes and bruised ribs. After a complimentary meet and greet and two training lessons with Ali, my dog can now remain calm while passing dogs on leash or barking at him from a yard. He’s not perfect yet and we’ll keep training with Ali, but he’s 80% improved. I’m also very impressed with Ali’s professionalism and her ability to find positive behavior in both my dog’s and my behavior when faced with challenges during our training sessions.
Kathy is the absolute best!!! She takes such good care of my little Sophia. I never have to worry when we go away because I know Kathy will make sure she is having the best time ever. Thank you Kathy for treating our Sophia as your own!
Kathy is an exceptional dog/home sitter and I cannot say enough about her love for animals! She is very attentive and kept us updated with both videos and pictures the entire time we were away. There are few people I would trust with my fur baby. It’s so nice being able to go away and know our girl is taken care of, our plants are watered and our home is in good hands. She is amazing!
Kathy is amazing with my dog!! She cares for him as a child. She is smart, knowledgeable and reliable. I would want no one but her caring for my pup when I am away. Hands down a blessing to my family❤️
Kathy has watched my dog for years, and is always fantastic! I couldn’t think of anyone more kind and caring. I have absolutely 100% trust and feel so relaxed knowing she is there for my pup! Couldn’t recommend her more!!!
My FiFi is usually shaking all over the place and at the first opportunity runs to her bed to hide but when she sees Kathy, she can't get enough attention. I've known Kathy for so many years I can't count and have never had qualms about leaving her alone in my home or her having a key. She has always been friendly & loving to all of my dogs in those many years and I would trust her with their lives. Her own dogs were always friendly and well behaved.
Kathy watched my cat for a week when I was on vacation with my family. I was so nervous to leave my cat because it would be the first time I had been away from her for more than one night, but I knew that she was in good hands with Kathy. Kathy is so kind and caring and took the best care of my baby! Highly recommend!!!
Kathy is a lifelong dear friend and avid animal lover. She has stayed in my home to watch our cat while we were away and is extremely responsible, reliable and flexible. She’ll even take care of your plants! I can’t recommend her enough.
Best dog sitter ever! Kathy has watched our dogs numerous times and they are always well behaved after staying with her. She truly loves animals and they love her. ❤️
Kathy has been watching our dogs in our home for a few years now, and has become a dear and trusted friend. The dogs love her, and so do we. She is highly recommended!
I've known Kathy for years. She had numerous animals over the years and has taken care of them very well. She is a total animal lover and will take care of your pet the way that you would take care of them yourself! I highly recommend Kathy for any of your animal needs for pet sitting.
We had our boxer puppy here for 12 days & they went above and beyond ❤️ she had an activity everyday on top of what they already do for the animals. Updates daily on my phone and Facebook that I couldn’t wait to see! She wasn’t home for Thanksgiving. But they did something special for all the boarding pets!. It’s these little things that really makes this place amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I’ve used one other boarding place and had an awful experience so I was nervous coming! But, I Highly highly recommend this place! Amazing care!
We had our dog Dexter there over Labor Day weekend. Super nice people that work there, facilities are immaculate and our boy was so very well taken care of. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using you in the future to take care of Dexter while we're away!
What a great place to bring your dog. She is very afraid to get her nails trimmed and I have tried many times. She turns into a Grizzly bear! The groomer had her in and out in 8 minutes. Very happy! Will be going here for all my doggy services.
Christy Tucker does a great job! This was Kane's first time being groomed in a very long time and she was excellent with him!
Staff is great and they treat your pet like their own. Very clean place. This will be my dogs second home when we travel.
This is the only kennel we will take our Basset Otis to! Our last 3 dogs also kennelled there. You have peace of mind when you go away. They treat each pet like it was their own! It's Otis' home away from home!
Pine Creek Pet Resort and their staff always take great care of our two dogs, Zoey and Axel! They always do what's best for our dogs and are always patient and kind. I never have to worry about their care because I know the staff are passionate about what they do and truly care. Thank you for all that you do!
Best kennel around! This is the fourth dog we've boarded there. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Great place for your dogs to stay while you're away. They get so much love and attention from the staff. The big yards are an awesome place for them to run around and stretch their legs. The rooms and runs are kept so clean with plenty of room to move around. Each animal is cared for as if they're the staffs own family member. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a need for pet care!!!
My boys just spent their very first time boarding there and I could not be happier! Everyone was very sweet, and it was relieving to know my boys were in good hands while I was gone. We will definitely be coming back!
Highly recommend. The owners love all they board and have a passion for what they do for over 30 years. My dog is treated wonderfully and loved while I'm away. I trust all they do and give him a bath before I pick him up with a top secret home made shampoo that makes him smell great even after 8 weeks.
Been taking our dog there for years. Super friendly staff who adore their customers’ pets. The dogs are always exited when we pull up out front to drop them off.
Owners are wonderful and the kennel is clean and well maintained. My puppy is afraid of everything and they took their time with him to make him comfortable. We will definitely be leaving our dogs here in the future when we can't have them along.
Our pups love it! We use Pet Dome once or twice a year, and we couldn't be happier. We know that our boys are well taken care of, have plenty of room to play and get TLC from the owners.
This is the second time we have boarded our dog at Pet dome, and we won’t go anywhere else. The owner is great to work with and obviously cares about the animals in his care. Facilities are the best I’ve seen; clean and with plenty of space and light. We drive past several other boarding places to go to The Pet Dome.
I really liked the care they gave to my 2 dogs and the loving nature of the owners I would use them again in a heart beat but they are closing in Oct
***Do not leave your pet here unless you want them to be starved of food and basic attention.*** I selected this place because it had five star reviews but I am terribly disappointed with my pet's experience. She is well traveled and it's not her first rodeo aka first time staying in a kennel. My overall complaint is my cat was mistreated. The offenses are (1) that my pet was returned to me with 9 cans of tuna after a 2 week stay of which even included two extra unexpected days due to bad weather, (2) she was returned to me having lost 2 pounds, and (3) she was sick after her stay. To make matters worse, my cat was already in her carrier when I arrived, which is suggestive of how my cat was treated--always penned up in isolation. When I arrived, her meows were so loud I could hear them outside of the kennel. I opened her carrier immediately to love on her and she was so skinny (I took her to the vet two days later and she had lost 2 pounds from her stay). When we returned home, she was famished. She ate two whole cans of regular sized tuna. She had some dinner but mostly slept the whole day she was back at home. She was lethargic. The next morning she was so sick and had pieces of red stuff in her vomit. It appeared they fed her something else, which was not anything I gave them to feed her. She is strictly on fish. The last issue, the couple running the facility wanted to administer an injection to my cat for feline leukemia, claiming it is part of their policy. I tried to honor it as soon as I knew it was a requirement by scheduling a vet appointment immediately (in no way would I let them administer the injection so I took her to the vet to have it done by a professionally licensed veterinarian). As it turns out per the vet's expertise, an animal should not receive a leukemia vaccination the day of arrival because it takes two weeks for the inoculation to be effective. Therefore, receiving the vaccination on the day of arrival as suggested by Gaylen, would render my pet not safe from leukemia from other animals who are sick with leukemia or have been inoculated within the 2 week window required for effectiveness. Additionally, the guy was a vet tech a long time ago. He's not a vet, he runs a kennel and because of Pennsylvania State law, it is considered "agriculture" which is why he has vaccines. That is another issue. The vaccination was unnecessary because (1) it takes two weeks for the vaccination to be effective and (2) my pet would not be back in time for the booster, therefore, the vaccination would have been extra chemicals in my pet for something she doesn't need because she is never in contact with unvaccinated animals. If this couple would put wood or metal sheets between the cages, contact with other cats would be impossible. Instead, they want to vaccinate animals on the spot which actually does not protect the cats and provides a false sense of security to pet owners who believe the vaccination will actually be effective on the spot. Who puts cats next to each other when they can see each other?! Cats are territorial by nature and typically hate other cats. I do not recommend anyone to put their animal there in general, but if it is necessary, definitely not for any extended period of time because the couple cannot handle it and the facility is not set up well for cats. Nice people, but that does not make up for the poor care of my pet. I give one star for keeping my cat alive.
Very friendly, schedule specific drop off and pick up times to avoid too many customers at once, and my puppy comes home smelling WONDERFUL after his complimentary bath and is very tired after every visit! I will never go anywhere else.
My dog is well taken care of there. Easy drop off and pick up. Our dog enjoys it so much that when we approach the driveway, he knows it and gets very excited.
Best family destination for fun. Admission is free and everything is what family friendly is all about. It's a very Patriotic Park and I love it here for both me and my family. A must go!!!!!
Our boy “Buck” has been part of the “Pack” @ Doggie Playroom since he was 12 weeks old. Austin and his staff take exceptional care of all the doggies, the facility is air-conditioned, has a great outdoor play area for the larger dogs. They verifiy the health records for each dog and carefully watch over each one, each day. It’s very fairly priced, in my opinion there is NOT a better doggie daycare in North Central Pa than Doggie Playroom, Bloomsburg
Our dog goes regularly and loves it! Somehow she knows which day of the week it is and is always ready to go!! I appreciate the socialization it provides for her and the fact that she comes home "dog-tired"
Great people that loves your dog too!
I have nothing but high praise for this place. The staff there are phenomenal. So caring and invested in giving your pup the best possible experience. I could immediately tell they treat each and every dog as if they were their own. I am so grateful to have somewhere I can trust with my sweet little man so that I don’t have to worry about him while I am at work. It’s also a great safe place for dogs to socialize with other dog-friendly pups and let alllll their energy out. I can’t recommend Doggie Playroom enough.
Midge has been welcomed with open arms since starting her time at the Playroom in December. Ryan and his staff are wonderful! It's a good feeling to know my girl is in the best hands when dropping her off for the day. They are always so accommodating and just an overall friendly environment. Midge has so many buddies she looks forward to playing with! And man she likes to play. Plenty of room for the dogs to run around. They have a fantastic crew - dogs & staff! :) I highly recommend the Playroom to anyone looking for somewhere to take their pups!
What a great idea and program to have for dogs who would otherwise be home alone! All the dogs had smiles on their faces...all well behaved...the owner Ryan so nice!! Definitely looking to have our new dog go for a few half days a month:)
We have used Doggie Playroom since it opened! Our dog loves it there!!!!
Our 1 yr old Dobie LOVES going to play with his friends and with our other dogs all being seniors this gives everyone the break they need!
Awesome! Great place for your pup to learn socialization! They love to care for your fur babies! Highly recommended!!! Still awesome!!!!
Great place for our dog Riley to socialize and get get rid of puppy energy.
Took my dog there, she was there for about 8 hours. Gave them food and a bone to give to her, they never gave it to her to eat. Then when I went to go pick her up, I asked them, "when was she outside last?" The staff member said "I don't know." After I got home my dog ran to the yard and went to the bathroom like she was holding it for hours. Do not recommend taking your dog to this place.
They have been amazing to my dog for 7 years! Always make room if I need to board or get a grooming in. They treat us like family!
Our dogs seem to enjoy going here and we have never had any issues. It is a refreshing change from the last kennel we used. They were attentive to diet and eating habits. Very clean facility with nice outdoor area.
Our dog Leroy loves this place so much. He gets so excited every time he walks in there. After not being there for months the staff remembered him and was excited to have him back, and that makes it so much easier when we have to leave him behind. As a bonus we can also have him bathed before bringing him home!
Very small kennel. I had my dog for 3 days. When I went to pick him up his eyes were red because of him crying the whole time and he had not eaten any food for the entire stay. The dogs stay in the cage all day they just take them out twice in the morning and once in the evening to do there business and back in the cage. Very unsatisfied. I would never have my dog stay there ever.
We have used the kennel for many years. Our pups love to go and see all the other dogs. They are well taken care of!
Very friendly. Dog always looks very nice after hair cut. My dog comes home with a very happy attitude so I know she like her beauty treatment.
Small kennel. Clean. However, my dog came home after 10 days weighing 6 lbs less with multiple open hot spots from laying - chin, elbows, legs. I understand my dog doesn't like the heat and it was a very warm week, but he still needed to be exercised and not just lay in his kennel. They did do a good job making sure he took his pills. Mixed feelings about our experience. Update: Because he laid so much on hard surfaces (even when I brought a small orthopedic bed and they said no, even after initially being told yes), my doggo had developed hygromas on his elbows which are now leaking and infected.
My pups love it there. The people that work there are great!
Absolute Professionals ! They care.Complete animal loving staff. They care, they're kind and patient.I wouldn't trust anyone else.I am very happy my doggy gets excellent care from them❤️
Excellent care! I am so grateful for the kind owners of Meadow Lane Farm. You can tell they share a strong love for animals by the service they offer. I rarely vacation due to not wanting to board my large Anatolian Shepherd and I am more than pleased with the quality care he received during our trip! The kennel is extremely nice and clean with a door that allowed him to go to the outside kennel as he pleased, a huge benefit considering he spends so much time outside in his fence at home. He even had a beautiful country view! I will definitely be returning and can’t thank them enough!
We've sent 2 of our dogs here every time we've gone out of town for the past 4 years. Kathie and Mike are wonderful, kind people who take great care of the dogs. They take special care to follow specific directions for feeding, etc. if need be. It's always a relief knowing that my dog is in good care while I'm away. He always comes home happy and relaxed. I highly recommend Meadow Lane for boarding!
I boarded my dogs there for about 10 days. The Stewarts took EXCELLENT care of my boys! I couldn’t have asked for better. One of my dogs had been asked to not return to two different kennels. The Stewarts were patient with him and gave him the space he needed. I can’t begin to say enough about them. They gave me the gift of a worry-free vacation with my human family.
Absolutely love going here. The owners are always flexible and take care of my little one with so much love. I have gone here the past 2 years every time I go away on a work trip or vacation. I can go away with a peace of mind and know she’s in great hands!
Mike and Cathy are great caregivers. They pay particular attention to your pets needs and they are very flexible. I won't take my kittens anywhere else.
Excellent place to board your dog. The owners are very thoughtful and always accommodating. Very good price and I’ll always continue to use them to board my fathers dog. Thank you!
They are always great. Very accomodating.
If you want to go somewhere that will treat your pet as their own, this is the place to go! My babies ( big old German Shepherds) actually was their tails going into the building.
Extremely reasonably priced. Took very good care of my dog.
Such a nice clean kennel. Always well taken care of and such friendly people.
Amazing kennel. The office area is welcoming with a display case of baked goods just for the pets! The staff was wonderful. Beautiful grounds everywhere you look!
I have taken my two dogs to Miller's Boarding for many years. They have always received outstanding care. The owner, Roxanne, is absolutely wonderful and recently accommodated my pets at very short notice. My mind is always at ease when my pets are at Miller's because it is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Been a customer for years! Roxanne’s Kennel is the only place my family trusts for our dog’s and cat’s care when we need to board. She provides a clean and safe environment for our pets!
Picked up my dog after a week while on vacation. She smelled terrible, had fleas from snout to tail, and the owner shaved her butt because she had an “accident.” Never once have we needed to clean her butt, not once. So disappointed.
We have used Miller’s Boarding Kennel as our dogs’ home-away-from-home for 10+ years. Our dogs have always been happy to go, and clean and happy when we pick them up. Roxanne is great. I am happy to recommend her business.
So appreciative to have this boarding kennel! Our dog is 1/2 husky and 1/2 coonhound so he is loud and rambunctious. I was always nervous of leaving him in the care of someone else because he can be a lot but she made traveling so much easier. She calls him her loud boy and is so kind and loving. 10/10 recommend!
My dog enjoys going to Roxanne. He always seems happy to go there and she takes good care of him. He gets to socialize with other dogs which is nice. I would highly recommend her for boarding.
My 6-pound long-coat chihuahua, Emma, was about 11 years old when she began staying with Roxanne. She had never boarded anywhere before but seemed content to stay there when I was gone, once or twice for almost a week. I felt very confident that she would be well cared for and I didn't have to worry as she would always stay in the small room with other small dogs. I was very, very picky about leaving her with anyone but after the first time or two, I knew she would be ok. Emma died suddenly in my arms about 14 months ago and I still grieve for her . I have another long-coat now, Hilda, who will be one year old tomorrow and I know one day she also will stay with Roxanne.
The only kennel we will allow Ridley to stay, Roxanne has our complete trust with the care of our boy, even though she nicknames him the wildman.
Our pups love Mrs. Miller! Such a blessing to have such a great place to leave our 4 legged family members for short stays!
Piddle Paws was recommended to us by a friend and we are so very happy and grateful for the service they provided! Lesley and Jeff came out for a meet and greet to get the process started and from there gave amazing care to our dog while we were away. We had peace of mind as she got to stay in our home and not deviate from her normal routine. They were professional, sent pictures and updates for each visit and provided lots of love, fun and pets to our girl! I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you so much!! Whitney L
We can’t say enough about Lesley and Jeff. They were absolutely fantastic with our fur babies. We recently adopted our dog and it was the first time we had to leave her at home alone. This was also the very first time we had a pet sitting service take care of our animals instead of family. Prior to us leaving we had a meet and greet. Upon meeting with them we were very much so at ease. They have a very compassionate energy and our animals picked right up on it. They really tailor to your pets needs. We got daily texts with reports and pictures of our fur babies each time they stopped at the house. Walks/playtime/cuddles and lovin were given as well making our animals feel more at ease and loved. They even help us keep an eye on our koi pond! If your weird about letting people in your home when your not there Lesley and Jeff are the people for your needs. I am very weird about that. They are VERY trustworthy and respectful. Like I said I can’t say enough of our experience with Piddlepaws. We will DEFINITELY using them from now on!!
Lesley and Jeff recently just watch my cat Maple. They were amazing with her. They sent me updates every time they stopped by and pictures. My cat loved the company and all the attention she got from them. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again when I go away.
Piddle Paws truly care about your pets when you are not there for them. They have been great to work with and are very kind people. Our dogs warmed up to them after a few trips and loved having someone there to let them out. I would highly recommend them!
Lesley and Jeff are terrific! They took care of our dog and our daughter's cat while we were away and I couldn't be happier with the care they received. They successfully kept the animals apart, they kept the food areas clean, they sent regular updates and pics, I have nothing but good things to say about them and wholeheartedly recommend them! They are totally professional and you can tell they care about your pets.
We've used PiddlePaws several times now to provide care for our cats. They are very polite and professional and perform everything exactly as we request. It is very comforting to know someone is ensuring our kitties get fresh food, water, treats, and a clean litter box while we are away! The daily updates are nice as well. PiddlePaws does the other little things that we often forget about, like watering the plants. The last trip we forgot to put a hold on the mail and PiddlePaws checked the mail for us each day. I strongly recommend PiddlePaws if you are looking for pet sitting.
I highly recommend Piddle Paws. I've been using them for the past year for drop in cat sitting and they have been wonderful. They are professional, thorough, and excellent with communication and service. I trust them in my home and with my pets and you should too!
Wonderful care of my cat while traveling for vacation. Outstanding communication with a daily report and photos. Super trustworthy. I was completely at ease while traveling, knowing my cat was receiving excellent care and attention. Highly recommend!!
Can't say enough about Lesley and Jeff, they go out of their way to make sure my senior chocolate lab Bella has an enjoyable visit from sitting outside when the weather is nice to bringing her snack and making sure she had her dinner. They send updates and pictures with every vist
Piddle Paws went well above my expectations. I have been looking for a pet sitter for so long and I found Lesley and Jeff through Google. I decided to take a chance and they turned out to be the best pet sitters I ever had. They sent detailed notes and lots of photos to me after every visit they had with my dog. They followed all my instructions, took amazing care of Oliver, and my house looked like they were never there. Please don't hesitate to use Piddle Paws because you will get more than your money's worth.
I wish I could give no stars but I took my pooch, Trooper in this place for a four night stay. Originally it was planned for a five night stay but we got back early. First they refused to only let us pay for the days he was there, charged us for the extra day, ok fine I can understand policies. Secondly, they refused any accommodation for his anxiety including the provided and prescribed medication from his vet specifically for his boarding trip, he was also boarded with another family dog who has a comfort pillow that she has had for years and they would not allow her to keep it, as other animals may tear it up. We had reserved their offered VIP suites which should not have had direct access to other animals. Then after I pick him up, I am looking him over to see how they did with the grooming that we had paid extra for. Only to find sores all around his mouth like he got injured and also a badly chipped front tooth during the “grooming”. They provided NO report back about how his visit was other than “no news is good news”. This place is awful and I will never give them another dime or any kind of recommendation. Photos are attached to this review as proof of the injuries. Edit: just found another mark on the top of his snout and added that photo for proof. Something definitely happened while he was there and they did not give us any information about his stay when I asked.
It felt like walking into a spa! The owners are so attentive. Nice move on putting doggy toys and treats at ground level. My dog immediately reached for one of them and claimed it as her own😂 We consider it a memento of the lovely time spent there. Seriously, we love this place and highly recommend it! …
Our girls had a wonderful time in D and J’s care. They also had a spa day and were groomed beautifully. Could not be happier with our experience.
I take my 2 dogs here for grooming and have always been satisfied with the work done. The price is similar to other groomers in the area. The staff is extremely nice, and the building is beautiful and impeccably maintained.
From the moment we walked into the building we were greeted with such a wonderful and professional staff. It was My fur baby mocha’s first time away from home and they really made me feel comfortable with the care that she would receive. The lodge is awesome and I highly recommend it. I am so pleased with everything I have no complaints. I will no be taking her anyplace else. I mean the lodge was clean. I received photo updates. They provided Daycare services and even frosty paws. Listen I’m Totally team D&J. Thank you so much 😘😘🐶
I absolutely LOVE D&J Pet Lodge. They take great care of Quinn in boarding and in doggie daycare. Quinn loves going. He starts to get excited when we get in the road to the lodge. ❤️ It always makes you feel good to know that your pet is well taken care of in your absence.
We've been taking Timber here for over 5 years and trust them 100%. Timber loves staying at D and J's. She loves doggie day care and they have a great staff.
If I could, I’d give them 10 stars. Very professional and very friendly. My dogs have stayed multiple times. The staff is excellent and give our boys the best care while they stay with them. Their vacation spot for our boys is equipped with the best and most comfortable like home feel. Oh yeah, not to mention, their prices are great.
We just picked our dog, Baxter, up from our first boarding experience. I was nervous because Baxter isn’t friendly with strangers. They were absolutely wonderful with him. They were patient, caring and kind. They provided updates that put me at ease. By the end of stay, he was friends with the staff!!! They place was beautiful and the kennels were clean and homey! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!!
Staff are always pleasant & friendly. They go out of their way to learn about each dog & make them feel at home. They care & it shows! The lodge is clean, neat & definitely state of the art. Each of our dogs always look forward to their stay. They are happy & very comfortable with the staff & the accommodations. I trust the staff implicitly with medication administration. Our dogs mean the world to us. They are family. It’s a good feeling to know they are well cared for when we go away. Thank you Dave, Julie & staff - you guys rock!!!
The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The kennel is clean and well kept. Our dog Sophie gets so excited when we arrive and the staff seems just as excited to see her.
Had our dog here for the week while on vacation. Dog came home happy and healthy. My dog walked out friendly with staff and she is not a people person. If Abbie loved them I know she was taken care of. Staff is friendly and very good with pets. Abbie even looked and smelled better when we picked her up vs before. Was very happy with this place for taking good care of my baby.
I kenneled my 2 dogs here while we were on vacation to see family. After a tragic turn of events while we were away that led to us staying away longer than expected, they worked it out to keep the dogs. They took great care of my boys and really helped our family out in a time of nee. Great place and great people. Would defiantly recommend them if you are looking for a kennel!
Was not happy with this place. Only one drop off and pick up time made it super inconvenient when returning from vacation. They told me they’d make arrangements for a later pickup for a fee, which I agreed to. Not only did I pay the extra fee, I was charged an extra day. They did not bathe my dog as they said they would. And when I picked him up, he had something hanging from the roof of his mouth (I have pictures) I was scared his mouth or gum was cut! It ended up being a string or something. I did not leave a blanket for him because he eats soft things if unattended. Well obviously they gave him something that he ate, and thankfully it came out the other end the next couple days. I will never take my dog there again.
This is a wonderful place that will take great care of your beloved pets. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our little guy seemed to really enjoy his weekend stay. They gave him a bath and washed his blanket. The gave him plenty of love and exercise. I highly recommend them.
They do an amazing job taking care of my dog when I am traveling. My dog is very important to me, so her care in my absence is important as well. With My Shar-Pei Kennels, I always know she is receiving the very best of care.
Do not Take your dog here if you Love them! On 3/11 at 10 am we dropped off our Loosey just for 1 day. We did visit the kennel in the fall by appointment and all areas were clean yes it is an old kennel. My husband picked Loosey up at 4pm on 3/12 as he entered our home he said she needs a bath mind you Loosey was just at the groomers. Well Loosey did stink of shi-. It was on her tail, on her side and between all of her 4 paws! This was 1 day! I did speak Dara and Brittney. They were both very sorry. It does not change things. This Should Not Happened To Anyone’s Pet! Marlene Assetto
We had our puppy stay at My Shar-pei Kennels for a few days as we moved in. The staff were very nice and her 'room' was clean and spacious. I would encourage them to get an email address to assist in communication, as I had to call numerous times to reach an actual person. Otherwise, we were very pleased and would recommend them.
Very nice lady. Nice place. My dog has not been there yet but getting his shots tomorrow so he can go to them on the 11th for the first time. But after visiting them I feel comfortable that Novak will be safe with them.
I wish I could give 10 stars to Cara and the amazing staff at My Shar-pei! They went absolutely above and beyond taking care of our sweet Aurora. We thought our pup might be anxious since we rescued her from a kennel and this would be her first time staying overnight at one since then but she was super happy when we dropped her off and picked her up. They gave her so much lovin and we could tell she had a good time! They jotted down notes about feeding, treats, and snacks, and were just wonderful!!! The hardest part about boarding her with them is that they're our new standard for kennels <3 Thank you SO MUCH to the My Shar-pei staff for caring for our girl, we were blessed to meet you all and so grateful that you accommodated our special circumstances. God bless!
