I highly recommend Auntie Linda's to care for your sweet fur baby when you are away. She provides a home setting which makes Pugsley very happy. We would never want him to feel like he was going back to the kennel that he was rescued from. She has an amazing pet friendly and fun backyard for her visitors. Pugsley gets lots of love and even some lap time. He has so much fun playing with his friends and she is great about texting pictures and messages while we are away. Great communication and great rates make Auntie Linda's our first choice for our Pugsley. We have taken Pugsley to Auntie Linda's for over four years and we will never go anywhere else. You can see by the expression on his face that Pugsley also loves Auntie Linda's.

I have used Auntie Linda’s pet sitting for three years for our cat Rogue. She has baby sat Rogue for a few days to two weeks. Rogue has always been taken care of and dotted over. It has been a great experience and I have never worried. Recently, we had a family emergency and needed to leave town for a few days. I was desperate and reached out to her. She was still able to make accommodations and get Rogue a place to stay on short notice. She is amazing! I will continue using her in the future for our 14 year old cat Rogue when we take vacations

Auntie Linda took great care of our 3 cats for over a week. She was very accommodating and reasonably priced. She also sent us texts with photos and updates on how they were doing. Our cats looked happy and well taken care of when we went to pick them up and it was clear they had a great week! I highly recommend Auntie Linda's boarding service.

We have been with Linda for years, and trust our priceless animals with her. She deeply cares about everyone's well being. That being said, she is a pet sitter, and not a kennel. If your pet requires extra care, call her she'll gladly discuss what she is and isn't capable of.

This week will be the 3rd time I have entrusted Auntie Linda with caring for my fragile 18 yr old kitty girl. Frieda has a neurological conditionn and is losing muscle strength in her back legs, so can jump maybe 6 inches, and often loses her balance. Instead of the typical tall cat condo with many shelves, Linda came up with using a wide/long bunny cage, which fit her bed, litterbox and food just right. She always sends pictures and text updates on how she was doing; extremely soothing to a far-away purr parent. Her ability to be flexible to owners & pets is amazing! This week I'll be going for surgery, and I don't know if I'll need to leave her there for 2 days or a week depending on the outcome. Linda didn't bat an eye and said let me know when you know Frieda is always welcome here. Although she often has a mix of pets there at one time, her home is clean, friendly, inviting and happy. I told her last time I was there I thought she was undercharging, but she said I want it this way for folks who just aren't able to afford the pricier places. THAT is the kind of woman and caregiver Linda is. Absolutely could not ask for better!

Linda took good care of my rabbit while I was away for a month. She kept sending pictures of the rabbit regularly. She took great care of my Oreo (rabbit) and now he is back home. Definitely recommend her.

Linda is awesome! She took great care of our cat, and gave him a lot of attention!! She would send us a pic of him almost every day, and give us an update. Her rates are frickin unbelievable as well!!!

Absolutely not! If I can rate this no stars I would! Took my dog here she’s a girl. And this lady had already dogs there and released them to meet my dog and the male German shepherd attacked my dog! Absolutely not ok! Maybe next time you let your dogs meet a strangers pet put them on a leash. We tried to pull my girl away and her dog kept coming and with another right behind my baby, myself and my boyfriends mother were holding our dog and she was terrified! She’s terrified to even go in the car now because she thinks she has to come back to this awful place. I would like to mention Linda did mention she would pay for the vet bill but this not just about money my dog is terrified.

So glad I found Auntie Linda’s! I left my two cats under her care to go on a trip for three weeks. I felt no worries leaving them with her, and she frequently sent pictures of them. I recommend her and I will continue using her services! She is also very sweet. :)

Amy and her team have been fantastic to work with. We depend on Amy's for midday walks, dinner feedings and occasional overnight stays. I love the texts I get with photos from walk or play. Both dogs respond well to Amy (all animals do I think!) and others on her team. They are very professional and caring. Its worth the cost to know that the dogs will be safe, cared for and loved!

Amy and her team take great care of our pets whether it’s a daytime visit and walk or an overnight stay. They are thorough, reliable and easy to schedule with. They take seriously the care of the pets they are watching over. It is hard sometimes to leave your pets behind but we feel so confident and grateful knowing they are in good hands . We always get updates and know if there ever was a problem with our dogs they would be well taken care of in our absence .

Not only are my pets family, they are "special" too - which requires just the right person who can deal with the multi-page instructions I leave and be perfectly fine with it - complete understanding. Amy herself, or one of her trustworthy sitters, does a great job with my animals. I never worry because she follows all my weird instructions, has great safety and backup protocols in place - and she keeps in contact for the whole service period so I never have to wonder how my critters are or if she's been there. This service has been the best! I recently moved and was worried because I didn’t have my pet sitter any more. I’ve used Amy’s service for my cats 5 times since moving here a year ago. They are always friendly, send me pictures at each visit. The cats are we always well cared for!

I knew Amy was someone I trusted to care for my precious animal family the minute she came over to meet them. She spent a long time chatting with me and getting to know each animal individually. She sends me photos, videos, and written text message updates after each visit. Even my most fearful cat comes out for her and allows her to pet him and play with him. She’s a true animal lover and my animals love her so so do I!

We had daily text message reports of our dog's playing and pooping. And it was clear that Amy had played with him after his morning meal because he expected us to keep up the good behavior she'd demonstrated! We came into town for a concert and noticed last minute that we forgot our keys to lock our vehicle. Amy's Pet Sitting was called 3 hours before the show was to start, and delivered for us in a big way. This is a picture of our pup during his stay at Spok-9. We got this picture from the daily updates that we got from the owners which put us at ease while away. We were last minute around the holidays looking for a good, safe, and reliable place to put our newly adopted doggo. Spok-9 was the best out of them all. They were extremely welcoming and kind enough to even give us a tour of where he would be staying and playing. You can tell that they really care about the animals that stay here as well as make sure they are as comfortable as possible. They encouraged us to call them and check-in. Their facility is very clean and organized. The play area is spacious. They were also great at continuing the training that we had just started with him. 10/10 We will be bringing our pup back!

We are new customers and left our boxer puppy with them for 10 days last minute. The owners are incredibly friendly, very informative, and great with our pup! Spok-9 is the best place for my dog, Casper. The amount of care and compassion the staff provides to the animals they care for is incomparable to others. We have tried several different daycare facilities and Rover sitters in the area and none come close to how well this facility takes care of and treats my dog. Something that one of the owners, Matt, said to me in the beginning is that "we strive to have the dogs go home tired and happy instead of tired and frustrated" and they truly live up to that. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and great with communication - not to mention the daily photos of my dog smiling ☺️ I wouldn't think about taking my dog anywhere else!

I take my Australian Shepherd puppy for daycare on occasion, and I have to say that I love taking him here. He always seems really, really excited to be here, and the owners are also super friend and always remember his name when we come in. They post tons of pictures to their Facebook account everyday of all the pups in daycare, and when you go to pick up, they will tell you how they behaved that day. It really is an amazing place to take your pets, and I would definitely recommend.

I never review anything, but the service I got from Pet Pals was beyond any expectation. If you have any pet sitting needs I highly recommend them. My two cats were happy and content when I got home and it was obvious Pam went above and beyond to keep them calm, which is no small feat for my two skittish rescue cats. I cannot stress enough how great the service was and not to mention very affordable, even for a poor graduate student like myself haha

Pam and her family have been sitting for our large dog & 2 cats since I found Pet Pals on Angie’s list in 2015. We take between 8-10 trips a year. Some are just overnight & some are weeklong. She is professional & does little extras like raising & lowering shades, bringing in mail, and moving garbage cans to protect our home. Patty is the best! I’ve never used a pet sitter before and was feeling a little anxious about leaving the fur babies while I was away for longer periods of time. She sent me updates/pictures every day and from our first meeting, I could tell she was reliable and an animal lover. I’ve worked with her a couple of times now and feel at peace knowing she’s taking care of my kitties. She is wonderful and I’m so grateful that I found her!

We recently went on vacation and for the first time, our friends/neighbors were not able to care for our dogs. Our older guy, Buddy has never been in a kennel and has very high anxiety. I was so stressed about who was going to take care of them, that I had a difficult time getting excited about our trip. I found a business card for Ponderosa Patty that I got a year ago from our vet, and called her. It was short notice but she was very accommodating and eager to assist. We dropped them off the night before and she and her husband took time to talk with us so we could get to know them, their routine and to be comfortable. We had given Buddy anxiety medication and instructed Patty to give it to him when the shaking started. She constantly sent me pictures of Buddy happy and our other dog Sammy, going for walks, tails wagging. Riding in cars on her husband's lap, laying on them sleeping in their home, etc. Buddy NEVER had to have anxiety meds! They are very calm and loving with the animals and the animals knew it. I am so happy to have found Patty and will happily call her next time we need her. Thank you Patty for giving our dogs so much love and comfort and easing OUR anxieties!

The name is correct, Patty is the BEST pet sitter in Spokane!! My entire family recently went on vacation together so this was the first time I've ever had to use a pet sitter for my cats and looking for someone on the internet can be scary and daunting. After a ton of recommendations to Dave at StoneFox Kennels, we had our dog stay with them during our travels. Dave and his team did a phenomenal job! Our dog was happy, well-taken care of and clean when I picked him up. They offer a military discount as well! I’m thankful to have found this gem and will definitely use them in the future. 5/5 stars and highly recommended!

If we were able to leave a negative star we would. We should never have attempted to leave our puppies there again. Retired military and we have been to/used a number of kennels around the world. Yes, we are completely culpable and truly regret subjecting our puppies to their business the second time but we assumed our pups were simply stressed from a new environment and our departure, therefore, we felt they did not eat the first time we left them there hence their emaciated state upon our return the first time. The second time was even worse! Both of our puppies (actually 6-years old) were lethargic, severely dehydrated, and now have non stop diarrhea since they came back. We will never trust them with our puppies again! If you care about the welfare of your dogs, please find somewhere else to house them. Take your time to look beyond the advertised heated floors and into the kennels and truly assess the cleanliness and “state” of the business prior to leaving your loved ones there. Please learn from our unfortunate mistakes.

I cannot recommend Stone Fox Kennels enough! When we got our German Shepherd back after his 10 day stay, he was happy, calm, and had clearly been very well taken care of. Our dog gets nervous when we board him, but the staff at Stone Fox were able to work with him and help him relax. We had a bad experience with a different local kennel when we boarded our dog previously, so we were pretty cautious going into boarding this time. We are so grateful to Stone Fox and will not use any other kennel for boarding from now on!

Our pup had a great time boarding for two days! We've only had her a couple months and are working through anxiety and leveling out a medication, so she can be shy and particular about treats. She had never been to a boarding facility before but she was comfortable when we went in, made friends with the gentleman who checked us in and went back with him no problem! When we picked her up she was a happy girl with her tail wagging. I'm beyond pleased to have a facility that made her feel comfortable and confident! Highly recommend!

About a year ago now, my family and I had a medical emergency and needed to drive to Seattle ASAP and could NOT bring our animals because of the accommodations we were given last minute. At first, I made the choice to take my two dogs and two cats to West Wind Kennels right up the street. Please do not take your pets to this facility to "save money". The receptionists were rude and uncaring about my abrupt situation and urgent need for boarding though they had the space. While I was waiting to be helped, the groomers in the room next door to reception were being way too rough with an uncooperative dog. I used to be a pet groomer, you do not treat animals that way. I didn't realize until after my dogs were booked that their living space would be so very minimal, with no outside time unless I paid extra for it. They were put in a 3x3 box and given a 4x3 indoor run. The only time it seemed they would have human contact was feeding time, again unless you paid an extra amount for a measly 15 minutes of outdoor play time. My collie has separation anxiety, so he yells when he's in a new place and can't see me. I had dropped off my animals and was on my way out when the older gentleman that worked there I heard him screaming at my dog to shut up and heard thudding which I could only assume he was kicking the box my dog was in. (Please see their website for the pictures of what their place looks like.) That would not settle at all and I got a very BAD feeling on the way out. WIth that feeling, I called Dave at StoneFox Kennels, explained the situation. He was friendly, open, and more than fine and ready to take my animals while taking in my situation as best he could. I told him I had to see the place. Their rooms are more than spacious, the place colorful and bright and play/outdoor time is several times a day and included. The moment I finished the tour, I went back to West Wind Kennels to rescue them from that depressing place. My two 50 lb dogs had enough room to play together in their rooms verses the little space at WW. The fences and play area outside, as well as the rest of facility, smelled clean and well taken care of. My cats were given the cat room to themselves! And they had LOADS of room and things to climb. All four animals had to stay upwards of two weeks at this facility and I am so glad that I made the choice to switch. I was reunited with very happy, clean babies that I am thoroughly convinced would not be the case had we had to stay elsewhere. We even see Dave on our walks sometimes, they're still SO happy to see him (they're not all that friendly towards strangers, so it's a big deal!) StoneFox is slightly more expensive than WW but I'm telling you it's SO worth it. Dave really does care about your animals. He also offers military rates. 5/5 stars

I just had my dog boarded there for two nights. My puppy is super shy and gets very scared around people. When we arrived my dog was of course avoiding the worker and hiding behind me. When I picked him up two days later my dog was happily wagging his tail and licking the worker. I don't know the staff member's name but he is incredibly nice and obviously is amazing with dogs!

Beware! They do not care for your dogs the way they say they will. Our pup stayed with them for a week. I called twice to check on him and they assured me he was eating and doing good. I talked to them at least 3 times to also have him groomed during his stay. When we picked him up he was not groomed. They said he was un-groomable. Really? He loves getting groomed and has NEVER had an issue with any grooming. Did I mention he's 14 pounds. Funny I've never had a groomer have any issue with him. That was disappointing. But, he also came home matted, dirty and with a UTI. When we called the kennel they then admitted that he didn't really eat or drink much. The vet confirmed the lack of fluids was a big cause of the UTI. (Which he's never had in his life until staying here). His bed was soaked because they said he peed on it - again - this has never happened before. The kennels seem dirty and their limited hours are an issue - especially when they won't answer the phone off hours. Super disappointed in the whole experience. We expect a boarding facility will actually care for the animals...they did not.

The owner's are so friendly and work really well with the dogs. The kennels are always clean and are absolutely adorable.

We had a great experience. Our two small dogs stayed in one of the medium rooms for two nights during a weekend. Everything looked super clean. The staff was really nice and they welcomed us in to see where our dogs would be staying which was great. When we picked them up, they were happy as clams and had plenty of food and water plus clean blankets and a clean room. Also we were able to pick them up on Sunday which was really convenient and saved us from paying for an extra night.

As any dog owner would be, I was very concerned bringing my dog to a new kennel, but Dave made us feel very good and comfortable about her stay. He was happy to show us the kennel she'd be staying in, and he showed us the dog run area for her to use the bathroom. The kennels are very nice, clean, and cozy. My dog is also very insecure and defensive about her food and space. Dave overcame those challenges with her, and continued the effort to make her feel welcome. She also had an accident on her bed and blanket, and Dave made sure to wash her bedding for her. I absolutely recommend this kennel, and we will be bringing our dog back in the future.

With so many choices we have, we always choose play n stay! I never worry about their care. We were gone 7 nights and our dogs had fun and were well cared for!

I was thrilled to find such an experienced and compassionate provider for my beloved pooches. Everyone at Play N Stay accommodated my concerns for my 16 year old labradoodle as well as those for my very fearful 1 1/2 year old micro mini bernedoodle. Wonderful experience! I boarded my two small dogs for several days with great results. My Chihuahua came home happy as a clam! My Chinese Crested, who has always been skittish and sensitive, came home calm and relaxed. He is now a more balanced dog and I couldn’t be happier. Love this place! Highly recommend!

Play N Stay is wonderful! They have a smooth process, quick and easy drop off and pick up, and sincere care and concern for our lil fur loved ones. Very friendly staff and reasonable rates!

We have appreciated the flexibility of the staff at Play N Stay regarding our dogs. Our now deceased Tassie Etta had issues with small dogs and they handled it in a way that she was well socialized but the little ones were safe. Now our husky Sasha gets so excited when she realizes where we are. They handle her high energy very well so she doesn't spend too much time in time out. That is all to say, they pay attention to the individual dogs needs.

We have had multiple dogs board at Play n Stay and they always have a great time. Even our slightly nervous dogs (nervous at new places) were only nervous at the beginning of their visit. I love how you can customize what you want for your dog during their stay. Were even considering having our dog join the weekday play groups.

We love.love this place. As soon as we turn on this street, my dog gets so excited. They are kind and great here. We even travel from across town just for our dog to be here. Worth it! Boarding-we definitely love the option of peanut butter and cuddles. Our lab loves company so it's nice to know they will spend a little time with him. Also, the option to bathe him while there is super nice. We also use their day care services specially once in a while. It's great. Super easy fast drop off and easy pick up. Easy reservations online and they are pretty quick at getting back to you if needed. Update. Still love this place. Love the workers love that they are always kind. Love that my labrador is so happy being there and is worn out when I get him back.

Fox and Kai have been going to Doggyland for almost 3 years now and they love it! My husky goes crazy when we get about a block away. My dogs are in daycare 3-5 days a week, boarded frequently when I am out of town, and I have had them groomed there as well. I have only ever had amazing experiences with all their services provided. Kylie, Moriah, Cheryl, and everyone else there are sweet and I know my dogs are loved and taken care of by the staff.

Some of the best folks around!! They are always so sweet and obviously care for our pupper. It's always so fun to search for pictures of our Grog on their Facebook every day he goes to play too! They just take the best pictures and make funny memes every week 😄 They make sure your fur baby stays safe while having fun. Highly recommend!

Our pup, Brogan, has been going to Doggyland Daycare since he was about 5 months old (he is 7 years old now!). He LOVES to go play with his friends there. He has done extended boarding and we've never had a bad experience. All the staff treat each dog (and cat) like their own and shower them with love and sometimes treats. My Bichon Harley has been going to Doggyland almost 5 days a week for over a year. He gets so excited and runs inside to see all of his friends! The staff are so friendly and have been so helpful with tips for training and have worked with me to accommodate Harley's needs! We will definitely keep coming, and recommend Doggyland to everyone!

We have two Goldens and let me tell you how excited they get when I ask them “Do you want to go play with your friends??” The employees make this place great, they treat each of them as their own. They truly love their job, I mean you get to spend your day with cute cats and dogs all day! They do activities and special pictures with all the pets like “Back to School” and “Sleepover” pictures. You get to see a picture of your pet everyday. We love it here!

Their review are great so we decided to let my dog stay there…people are nice and I like that they have a big space for doggy and we’ve never had issue before so we liked you guys but this time when we picked Leo up from there, he came out limping his back legs and looks like he is having hard time to walk so my husband asked one of ladies what happened but she said Leo just “ played hard with puppies…..??” Okay….. And we came home and Leo started having hard time to get up and walk still limping and his legs started shaking… so my husband had to carry him outside for his bathroom… we let him walk little bit to see how he will do on concrete and soon as started walking on concrete, his back curled up and his legs started shaking and he stopped walking…. We never had this issue before at any daycare we had used in the past so I called you back again to see if anybody might’ve seen he got attacked by other dogs or he fell or tripped something but all she said was “I don’t know”. I don’t expect you guys to watch every single moves of dogs since you have so many but at least people pay for you to rely on you to take care of our dogs so the answer should’ve been other than “I don’t know” like I don’t care. We weren’t happy about that customer service. Her tone made us feel like “I don’t know like I don’t care”. Now we might have to take Leo to the Vet because of this. After this accident, the owner contacted us right away, she tried to figure out situations and what happened, it was very quick response and very helpful, i really appreciated all she did for us, she is a very caring and professional and kind lady… We are very very impressed how much she cares all dogs and treats them like her owns…she is very very helpful. Again thank you so much Janette, we are really appreciate you. We will come back again!

If I could give Doggyland 10/5 I would. My dog has been going here for seven years now. He loves it. I love it. Unlike a lot of places they have had the same staff here the whole seven years. I think that says a lot about the owner and business as a whole. I had a friend whose daughter worked here for the summer and she confirmed that they clean all the time, all day long. My dog has never been injured or come home dirty. He is always super excited to see the staff. If you need a place for your dog to socialize while you work or play, Doggyland is it!

I love the employees and my dog seems to love it. It's always clean and they're super friendly. I love that they offer nail grinds and baths. My dog comes here for boarding and daycare pretty often, and we plan to keep coming! The staff are willing to work with people which is awesome. I sometimes forget to give my doggo breakfast and they feed him or mix up the day I'm picking him up from boarding and the call to clarify 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have a 7 month old golden retriever, Josie, and she can be a lot as a puppy with little to no socialization skills with other dogs. Today was her first day or socialization day at Updawg Pet Hotel and Daycare and it went better than I could have ever imagined. First, I am a helicopter dog parent so I am already nervous about having others watch my dog, but then to have someone else introduce her to a group of dogs terrified me. But the staff was amazing! The owner, Travis, walked me through all the questions and calmed all my nerves. And every other staff member was so kind to Josie and me. You can text when your dog is with them for an update and they respond really quickly! Not only did I book her boarding stay, I also signed up for more doggy daycare because I felt so comfortable with Josie in their care. Peace of mind has no price tag, but somehow this place also has the best rates I’ve seen. Thank you so much for the best experience! (Also, cheers to the new ownership group! My doggo Fawnzie absolutely loves going to daycare here. He gets so very excited to go in and always wants to take his friends (other doggos and staff) home with him. It is a great place for him to socialize and get his energy out while I am at work. I can definitely tell that he is well taken care of and cared for while here.

We have been taking Gizmo here for a little over a year. He was a covid puppy and therefore not socialized properly. Very fearful of others and the first daycare place didn't work out at all. Had to cut my trip short to rescue him. This place has been a lifesaver!! They socialized him and he does fine with other dogs and can be left there for boarding even. Very much appreciative of the hard work,knowledge and care they put into their jobs.

Best thing ever! My 3 year old lab (still full-on puppy) sits at the door every day waiting to go to daycare to see his friends. When I pick him up in the afternoon he is asleep in the backseat literally before I pull out of the parking lot. The activity and socializing helps him keep his weight down (labs love to eat!) and has made him more social with new dogs. Wonderful kind people. Great hours of operation too. They open early and I can even pick him up on Sundays if he is boarding. Bill

My pups CANNOT wait to get out of the car when we pull into the parking lot. They have become so much more social and friendly towards people and other dogs since coming to daycare. All the employees at Updawg are amazing! I’m so impressed they know all the dogs by name, their personalities and many by their bark! Highly recommend!

Our pup Rufus loves going to daycare at Updawg! He knows when we grab his leash in the morning that he gets to go play with his friends and gets so excited. Rufus had also stayed overnight and likes that too. Rufus is a sensitive, anxious boy so being alone doesn’t work for him. Updawg has been a life saver for us. The staff is friendly and experienced at loving dogs. Updawg also offers baths which is awesome because Rufus doesn’t let us wash him often. He isn’t a bath guy, but the staff at Updawg manage to get him clean and smelling good. Updawg offers extras to help their overnight guests feel safe and cozy including treats and one on one time which is also really helpful. Change and traveling can be stressful for Rufus. Leaving him at Updawg gives is peace of mind that he will be okay and have a good time.

This place used to be called Jeanie’s doggy Daycare. There has been a huge difference since the new ownership! Super friendly and always happy to see my pup! My dog loves going here and hanging with all the other dogs!

Jenna, my German Shepherd, loves going to Updawg. When I tell her we're going there she gets very excited, tail goes crazy, jumps around with excitement and runs to the car. If I need to take a detour, she cries until she recognizes we're on a familiar road to doggie day care. The staff is caring and it's obvious they all love dogs. When I need to board her, I never worry about her when I'm away. I know she's happy and well taken care of. I'm extremely happy with their services.

Found amazing reviews online and set up a meet and greet for our Beasty boy. Everything was so calm and organized when we walked in which blew my mind! My boy was nervous as to be expected but never seemed upset or tense. We than did a two night three day stay. Our last boarding experience had kept us from going anywhere we couldn’t bring him along. Jessica completely eased our minds about the whole process, was extremely thorough covering all the bases for needs and care. After drop off I was nervous but we got daily updates with pictures and stories and honestly my heart felt put at ease. When we picked him up he was calm!!! Previously he would be sick,shaking, just overall sick from the stress NOT THIS TIME!! He was happy to see us but he was calm and happy. I had to hug her!!! Now and forever our boys vacation spot!! I wish I could give more stars!!!

I dreaded leaving Murphy, my 11-month-old pup, for boarding while I went on a family trip. After researching, we found Jessica and I’m so pleased we did. Murphy was there for 8 days and came home healthy and exhausted from playing with all his new friends. Jessica sent me pictures and updates. She’s very in tune with each of the animals in her care. Her home and yard are clean, but still very pet friendly. Jessica is efficient and thorough with her business and necessary paperwork but loving and attentive toward the pets in her charge.

My young dog has separation anxiety. Jessie has provided daycare and boarding for her. Jessie is patient, welcoming, attentive and willing to share her advice. She has great control over all of the dogs and they respect her and her house. It is a clean, calm, and inviting place for people and dogs alike. Just Fur Them does an excellent job at caring for your pets. I have 3 cats, 2 of which require medications, which takes some time to prepare. Just Fur Them handles this no problem. Also the communication that occurs while you are gone is superb, pictures and status reports are sent to you with each visit. My air conditioning had an issue while I was gone during a heat wave and Just Fur Them immediately made me aware and took extra steps to ensure the pets were comfortable while the issue was addressed in my absence. Katie did a wonderful job of taking care of my kitty Owlvin while I was away for a few days. I really appreciated the photos sent to me everytime she dropped by. She was also very accommodating when I had an emergency and had to add a couple of drop in visits, as I wasn't going to be back home when originally scheduled. October of 2021 was our first time using the Just Fur Them Pet Sitting service. We have 2 cats, one who is a regular social butterfly and the other, a “scaredy” cat. Although we were out of the country for 12 days, Katie did an amazing job keeping us informed of their daily routines and activities. It was obvious from the photos that Cassie was truly enjoying the play sessions and even shy Billy Flynn ventured out from under the bed for some play time and a few ears scritches. I was really impressed with Katie’s attention to detail regarding both cats - meals, likes and dislikes, feeding times, and personality differences. She and her husband’s interaction with our pets during the Meet & Greet instilled genuine confidence in their ability to provide quality care while we were away.
