She took great care of Rusty, and went above and beyond the call of duty as she helped to train him to come in through the newly installed cat flap. He had got used to going out through it but for some reason would not come back in that way. Kat took it upon herself to help him learn and he is definitely learning!! I can't thank her enough. She also sent me photos and short videos of him everyday. . She is reliable, practical, self-sufficient, kind, warm and all in all a perfect house sitter. Marine jumped to our rescue when our booked sitter was admitted to hospital halfway through the sit. As we were away, Marine calmly sorted out everything for herself and put our minds at rest, allowing to enjoy the rest of our break knowing our puppy was in excellent hands. We are very grateful to her!! The house was fabulous when we got home and our puppy was relaxed and happy after a tumultuous stressful few days before Marine arrived.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Guillaume and Eve as petsitters. I felt very confident leaving my two dogs, cat and chickens in their capable hands. They are very friendly and easy to communicate with, sending us regular updates everyday and responding whenever we contacted them. Our dog Dexter had been to the vets the day before they arrived with a sudden growth, so had some medications to take, which was all taken care of by G and E. Thomas and his mother came the day before I went away to get to know our animals. As this was a short sit he only had sole care of them for just over a day. (my husband came home late the next night.) During the sit Thomas did ask to stay an extra day, which we were happy to do, so over all they stayed four night with us. Thomas is very friendly and speaks good English. Sophie had lots of good walks with him. He clearly likes animals and did well with our two large goats. We were happy to leave our home and all our animals in his care. Merci, Thomas, d'avoir pris soin de nos animaux et de notre maison.

Shaina was a great sitter for my cat Lionel. She was great with communicating before the sit and was willing to come meet me in person before the sit. She also kept me updated throughout the sit, with photos and little notes. When I returned home the flat was tidy and Lionel seemed happy!

Reliable, communicative, helpful, self sufficient and tidy, they took great care of my home. More importantly my cats were lovingly cared for and extremely content when we returned.

Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

Catherine was a wonderful sitter for our 17 year old cat Zabba. She sent us pictures twice a day and kept us informed about Zabba’s daily activities. We came home to a clean home and would definitely recommend her as a pet/ house sitter. My only concern was that she doesn’t drive and with an older cat, I just prayed that Zabba didn’t need to go to the vet…. And he didn’t 🥰. We will ask her again for sure.
