We feel so lucky to have found Serena, and cannot thank her enough for the wonderful care she took of our cats and home. From the outset, Serena was so easy to communicate with, clearly had a lot of pet sitting experience, and was overall a lovely and friendly person we instantly connected with. On meeting her, our cats were instantly comfortable and throughout the sit she sent video and photo updates showing they were happy and having a great time while we were away. She has a natural way with animals and they clearly love her energy 💕 our flat was spotless when we returned, which was not expected in any way but so, so very appreciated! Excellent caregiver! He had the patience to help us for two weeks with our large 13-year-old dog, who is very weak, while also taking care of my other dog and cat. He left the apartment super clean and came home to happy and well-cared-for animals.

Mylene is a wonderful person with animals! We have two timid cats who usually take several days to warm up to new people. Mylene sent us photos of our cats comfortably sitting beside her for cuddles in no time! Mylene was clean, responsive, and on top of pet duties. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter!

Ismene and Martin were absolutely great even though we had a very unusual sitting experience. Because of a last minute medical issue, I was unable to travel. This was no problem for Ismene and Martin. As my mobility was somewhat impacted, they were super helpful around the house, even helped me when needed, and always took the dogs for walks at the regular time. They are both true animal lovers and bonded well with both dogs and our cat Gus. And the silver lining of this situation was that it allowed me to really get to know them both better. We even cooked a meal together and went out to eat a couple of times and we are planning to say in touch with them so we may one day meet up with them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I knew immediately during our introduction call that Ashley and Monica would be the best sitters for my home and cat for my 1 month travel. They indeed proved to be - sweet and kind, self sufficient and proactive, thoughtful and precise. I was in full trust and peace for the duration of my holidays, received some sweet portraits and updates of my kitty, and returned home to a clean house and a happy and active cat who had lost 300g as I had hoped for (I briefed Ashley and Monica for his vet proposed diet needs). My building manager also praised their neatness and presence. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any house and pet sitting. Thank you Ashley and Monica!

Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

This was our first time using zeewoi and we were a little apprehensive, especially as we were going away for almost 5 weeks, but we really didn’t need to be. Mary and Kevin were fantastic from the start. They had excellent communication and put us at ease straight away. They looked after both our cats with lots of care and we came home to two very happy and content kitties. Mary and Kevin struck the balance just right whilst we were away by keeping us informed of how the cats were and sending pictures of what the cats were up to every couple of days. It was so lovely to know that the cats were enjoying themselves and being so well looked after whilst we were away. Mary and Kevin also looked after our house extremely well and we came back to a very clean and tidy home. We would definitely recommend Mary and Kevin to anyone needing a house sitter and would love for them to sit for us again if they were ever back in the area.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

Cat and Paul sat for me in December and kept a watchful eye on my trusty sidekick Jake. All I can say is my gosh what a great job they did giving Jake a lot of TLC. He obviously missed them since he wandered around our home looking for them after their departure. My home was left in the exact same condition and they did a great job of communicating with me during my trip, letting me know exactly how Jake was getting along. I can't thank them enough for taking great care of my home and showing Jake a great time. I hope that during the coming year they will volunteer to do another sit for me.
