This was out first house sit with Melanie. She came to visit prior to her stay, to meet the dogs and familiarise herself with the house. Melanie asked relevant questions about the dogs routine, feeding etc, so we left feeling very confident, the dogs and house were in safe hands. Although we were only away for one night, we were sent photographs of the dogs out walking on the beach and a message from Melanie reassuring us that everything was fine. When we returned home, the dogs were happy and well and the house was left incredibly clean. We hope Melanie and Robin will be available to house sit for us again. Thank you both.

We really appreciated that Tammy and Mark arrived a day early which gave us all plenty of time to get to know one another and most importantly gave our cat time to adjust and for them to learn his habits and demands! They were very considerate whilst we were still at home and gave us time to ourselves to get ready for our holiday. Whilst we were away they sent us updates and fantastic photos of our cat so we could see he was happy and well cared for. Having just moved house this was a reassurance for us. Tammy and Mark were our first sitters and we cannot praise them highly enough. They were very accommodating especially as we had only moved in the week before. Most importantly our cat loved them and was totally relaxed with them. We have no hesitation in recommending Tammy and Mark and would welcome them back to look after our cat in the future knowing that our pet and our home would be well looked after. As a bonus they cooked us a fantastic welcome home meal which we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated after a long flight delay and were kind to get milk and bread in for us. Thank you again Tammy and Mark for your care of our cat and your good company.

We were really pleased to have Laura as our Housesitter! We had a smooth handover and she totally took to our 3 very individual cats and they all seemed most content in the photos she sent us whilst we were away on holiday. Laura also watered my garden pots during the warm weather, which is a great concern of mine. We had every faith in her looking after the house, dealing with the recycling, keeping us updated and she enjoyed her stay so much, she would be interested in sitting for us again. We would of course be delighted!

Helen was amazing. So organised and with brilliant communication. One of our cats unexpectedly had an injury so he needed medication and a visit to the vets for a check up, Helen did this for us with out any issues and was informing us every day of how both cats were. Helen left the house in perfect condition to come home to and the cats looked happy and healthy! Would definitely love to have Helen sit for us again - highly recommend!

Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

Lindsey was super communicative, friendly, responsible, and an excellent sitter for our two cats. When we returned, our home was clean and our cats relaxed and happy as if we had never left ! She sent us photos and updates every day, as requested, and when a random mishap occurred in the apartment, she let us know right away and was proactive in handling issue. We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content. Kathy and Ron are the most accommodating sitters you will ever find. At my request they arrived a few days early and also made it clear they would be willing to extend their stay as needed. While at first they were a little uneasy about giving pills to our cat Sparky, they soon got the hang of it and did an excellent job caring for both cats even though the cats have very different schedules and needs. Kathy was great about keeping in touch with us and we knew they would be just fine for the several days when we were out of communication range. I would gladly invite Ron and Kathy back anytime and highly recommend them to you for your next getaway!
