Wow... these guys were amazing. The absolute model of pet sitting. The best compliment I can pay them is that when we came home, we would never really have known they had been here. The cats were super chilled healthy and happy. The apartment was as clean and tidy as when we left. Our cats respond to kindness...and they know cat people... our boy Alba is nervous of any new visitors. Mark and Shelly had him under their spell on the same day they arrived! Our nosy little lady Fudge was all over them and Queen Bella was so happy with her daily brush time... as they all were. Communication was absolutely amazing to the point that we felt that we were with them all everyday. We got regular videos and photos showing just how happy and attached to Mark and Shellys' constant affection they were. In short, these two know the drill. We just left them to run the show as they wanted... and that's just what they did. With kind and thoughtful touches on our return that was much appreciated. They went over and above our expectations just by being so good at what they did. Anyone lucky enough to choose these sitters will know just what I'm talking about. They love animals and that shows.... 😉

We were lucky to find that Bob and Sally reapplied to stay once more while we were away. They are such a lovely couple and we know that our cats, Minnie and Loulou, are in such good hands. The house was spotless and clean too. They are so thoughtful and left us some wine and food in the fridge. We kept in contact whilst we were away and were sent pics of the cats living their best lives. If you are lucky enough to have Bob and Sally apply to stay at your house whilst you are away you won’t regret it! It certainly will put your mind at rest!

We really could not have been more happy to have Sona come take care of Margot and our flat this summer. Sona was so easy to communicate with and so responsible. Not only was she just a kind and organized person, but she has clearly done this before and knows how to put pet owners at ease. She sent lots of photos of a variety of adventures she took with Margot and we knew she would be responsive if we ever needed to be in touch. Our flat was so clean and welcoming when we returned! Miriam and Antonio were the best pet and house sittets i could have wished for. They agreed to come at very short notice, as they were between sits in the south west. They brought all their own food, to the extent of providing bin bags and olive oil, as they are, wisely and concientiously, 100% organic. Ochre and Tess fell in love at first sight, they absolutely adored both Miriam and Antonio and have been pining for them since they left. Antonio sent regular photos, messages and videos - with comments and music, showing two happy dogs in their element- thanks to google translate!. I came back to an immaculate house and a delicious dinner , two contented golden retrievers and the foundations for a lifelong friendship with this extraordinary, kind, principled, meticulously thoughtful couple.

Nia is a wonderful sitter - punctual, considerate, caring, and tidy, and also a lovely person, who I enjoyed spending time with before and after the sit. While I was away Nia sent photos and videos of my cats Tommy and Arthur every day, with witty updates and observations on their personalities and behaviours, and it was obvious that they adored her. Arthur has a mild neurological problem, so it was particularly reassuring to know that Nia feels especially connected to animals with specific physical or emotional needs, and knowing this contributed hugely to my peace of mind while I was away. Hannah and Joseph housesat our three kitties for a week and a half while we were traveling for the holidays. They were very communicative and conscientious. We received daily updated on our cats with cute and funny pictures. When they noticed our 17yo cat, Amber, wasn’t eating very much, they let us know and we were able to resolve the problem quickly. They were also very resourceful and understanding when we ran out of some cat supplies. Hannah and Joseph took great care of the house. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived back, and we had a short time to get to know them on our arrival. We would be fortunate to find more house sitters like them, and would of course love to have them back in the future! We wish Hannah and Joseph luck in their travels!

Lindsey was super communicative, friendly, responsible, and an excellent sitter for our two cats. When we returned, our home was clean and our cats relaxed and happy as if we had never left ! My husband and I reached out to Toby & Chloe after reading their profile and impressive reviews only a week before our trip, since our scheduled sitter had to cancel at the last moment. They were very friendly and quick to respond to chat from the very beginning, and ended up exceeding our expectations during their two week stay. It was evident they had thoroughly read our Welcome Guide beforehand, as they arrived knowledgeable and prepared to care for our home and pets. They were very willing and happy to take the necessary time with us to walk through the house and meet our cats, as we got them acclimated with our daily routines and answered any questions. Shortly after we left, our city had a heat wave come through, and after immediately notifying us, Toby went beyond the call of duty and inspected our struggling AC unit to pinpoint the issue. As far as cat care is concerned, we have two seniors (who have more sensitive tummies) that can get irritated after a fur ball or swallowing anything out of the ordinary. When this occurred, Toby & Chloe stepped in and took wonderful care of our cat duo; softening their food and even cradling while hand-feeding them for extra comfort. We truly could not have asked for more affectionate and responsible sitters. We returned to a spotlessly clean home, happy cats, and well maintained plants and pool. (They even cleaned our dusty Kitchen pendant lighting, which requires a steady hand and is definitely a time-commitment …We felt like professional housecleaners had been there!) On our way back, Toby & Chloe stayed in communication with us to monitor our arrival time, allowing them to care for our cats until just before we got home. Overall, they are very reliable and trustworthy sitters whose genuine goal is to provide a top-quality sit, while maintaining your household and seamlessly transitioning to your pets daily schedule.

Steven was a great sitter for our black lab Souris and cat Pinot. They were well looked after and really liked Steven. Our house was in good order when we got back and Steven was kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport. He was very flexible, arriving day early so we could show him around.
