PET-LOVERS, WITHOUT THEIR OWN, WISH TO HELP OTHERS
Lovely people and wonderful sitters. The cats were happy and my home was well cared for. Nancy communicated well through the sit and was flexible setting up arrival and departure times. She and Dan would be welcome back anytime!

Caring, attentive and responsible sitter for your fur-family
Faultless; Julie communicated excellently with us, took care of our two rescue dogs brilliantly, kept the house clean and tidy, and caused us absolutely zero concern our whole trip!

We are all about cats!
Amanda and Mark were the perfect sitters for my two cats. Daily pics of their antics were appreciated. Their love for cats are evident. Great communication throughout the ten days away. Definitely recommend them highly as sitters!

Pet friendly people looking for adventure
Christy and Eric were absolutely amazing! They cared for our 2 dogs and cat exactly as we had hoped (and even did extra). They took them for walks and rides and administered oral medication to both dogs. Christy and Eric communicated throughout our 2 week vacation and gave us updates on the pets and the house. Christy and Eric were both very easy to talk to prior to the sit and they arrived on time as scheduled. They kept the house EXTREMELY clean and it seems as though we came home to a cleaner/tidier home than we left them. Christy and Eric were amazing pet sitters and we would definitely be more than happy to welcome them back into our home any time!

Chill Musician Couple will treat your pets & home with Love! Courteous & Kind =)
I was very happy with Sabrina and Niles as our cat sitters! They arrived a day early to make sure there's enough time for us to show them everything, and they made sure to note down everything for later. Also, a huge thank you because our regular cat food and litter delivery was due during their sit and while it usually arrives in one go, this time it came split into four or five individual deliveries with one ending up at our neighbours. Sabrina and Niles made sure that everything was there and also went to the neighbour to pick up the last piece, and in the end build a nice cardboard box space that the cats absolutely loved (one of the boxes is still alive and is being used every day). We received daily updates and pictures too which I'm always super grateful for as it's the highlight of my day when I'm away. I can absolutely recommend Sabrina and Niles and would not hesitate to invite them back. :-)

I was delighted when Naomi came back again for another sit with Mr B. So kind, so calm - such a wonderful sitter in every way and kept me up to date at all times. A lovely person, so glad we met and Naomi is always welcome.

Responsible & non-flakey. Neat and tidy. Experienced homeowner.
Sunil is an excellent house-sitter. Great communication before and during the sit, with many fun photos. Sunil took great care of our cats, houseplants and home. It is people like Sunil that makes zeewoi a success. We hope he will be available to return to our home in the future. Many thanks to Sunil.

Mature couple ready to help.
Shelley is a dangerous and incompetent housesitter. She should never be entrusted with anything more valuable than a houseplant. Her pet care was terrible. On the 2nd day she left our 2 dogs outside in the backyard, unattended on a 83-degree hot, humid summer day with no water for 90 minutes while she left our home to go out for a walk. We saw this on our Ring camera and immediately reported this to zeewoi (full complaint currently under investigation) and let her know directly how concerning this was for us. Not only was it unsafe to leave the dogs outside while she left the home, but it also went against clear instructions that were communicated to her in person during the handover and in writing about what to do with the dogs anytime she left our home. She repeatedly had trouble following basic instructions that were communicated verbally, in writing and in text reminders. She was incapable of following basic pet care requirements. We asked that only one of our 2 dogs be walked once a day (I did not want her walking the other stronger dog, because during the handover we went on a walk together and Shelley DROPPED our dog's leash). We use Fi collars, so we know that over the course of 11 days, Shelley brought our dog for only 4 walks. We did a phone interview with Shelley and never did she inform us that our medium sized, 40 pound dogs would be too much for her to walk. Additionally, Shelley traveled with her sister who clearly is unwell (likely dementia or some sort of developmental disability) and also was afraid and nervous around dogs. She never informed us of this, and it was clearly a huge safety issue. Shelley's sister let our INDOOR cat out multiple times (at least 4 times are seen on outside cameras). Sometimes our cat was left outside for 20+ minutes without Shelley or her sister realizing. This is so, so dangerous- we are on a main street with a lot of traffic. We are lucky our cat didn't get lost or killed under her "care." Shelley and her sister left our home in a terrible, and honestly gross and unsanitary, condition. A paper bag with human feces was found in our bathroom and made the entire 2nd floor of the house stink for days. The rug in my office was covered with urine- which makes me wonder if she locked my dogs in this room for extended periods of time. Our dogs are fully house trained and have never had any potty accidents. The kitchen was filled with flies, milk had been spilled in the refrigerator and never cleaned up (a gross film had formed by the time we got home). The blender was put away in the cabinet unclean. The recycle bin was filled with dirty trash- so much so that we got a notice from the city. She carelessly used metal utensils and scratched our Le Creuset dutch oven (which will now void its lifetime guarantee). Three brand new bars of soap were taken from our home, like they were some sort of hotel amenity. Shelley went into our basement storage freezer (which she had NO need to access) and took home 3 gallon bags (about 20lbs) of frozen tomatoes I had harvested before our trip from our garden. When I addressed this with her, she claimed her sister packed them by accident (which, if true, & your sister is so unwell that she's packing things from someone's home that are NOT HERS, she should not be allowed to travel with you). However, I don't believe that's the case- 20 pounds of tomatoes aren't really something that just sneaks by your consciousness- it's A LOT of tomatoes. Shelley was offended I accused her of stealing, but that's what she did. She ultimately returned them, knowing full well she was in the wrong. I'm not sure what else she might have taken from our home, as I didn't think I needed to take an inventory of our belongings and supplies before we left. Ultimately the sit ended when our one of our dogs ate some of a marijuana plant in the backyard (she had never shown interest before and we did not know the plant- with no flowers on it- was dangerous). We do not blame Shelley for that (even though it was probably from a time the dogs were not adequately supervised in the backyard); having the plant where dogs could access was our mistake, and one that will never be made again. The part that is extremely concerning is that it took Shelley nearly 2 hours to get our dog to the emergency vet from discovering the first symptoms (she first texted me at 6:26pm that our dog was unwell and "having seizures" and did not leave for the hospital until 8:12pm). And I am certain she never called the zeewoi vet emergency line. She eventually reached out to my mother (our emergency contact while we were in Europe) and my mom told her to go to the vet ER immediately. Afterwards Shelley stated via message, "I cried, prayed & hugged her throughout the incident." So, instead of getting prompt medical care for our dog (emergency vet was clearly listed in our printed out home instructions), she prayed for her. Unhelpful, incompetent and incredibly dangerous. I'm not sure how she has previous good reviews. We were shocked by the incompetency and complete inability to understand and follow simple, clear directions- there are, sadly, many more examples I could include here. We are grateful our girls survived having her stay in our home. I would hope no one else ever has to deal with such a horror. To finish things off, disapproving of the legal marijuana plant in the backyard and probably of our rainbow flag displayed on the front of the house, Shelley texted "You need prayers. Find a Bible based church to go to and get healed. I pray for your soul."

Cat lover, self-sufficient, & capable. Comfortable with special-needs cats.
Allison is the best pet/housesitter! Our boys love having her come visit because she takes such great care of them. We appreciate the check-ins and updates, along with pics and videos! They love that she brings treats with her! It's a win-win for all.
I never met Joi because due to her work, she arrived after I left and was gone before I returned home. This wasn't a problem at all. She was very self-sufficient and seemed to find all that she needed in my house. The house looked exactly like I left it and my cat seemed very content when I returned. Apparently they had a nightly routine of Luna getting brushed. Joi is a very experienced sitter and it shows.
Hannah and Joseph housesat our three kitties for a week and a half while we were traveling for the holidays. They were very communicative and conscientious. We received daily updated on our cats with cute and funny pictures. When they noticed our 17yo cat, Amber, wasn’t eating very much, they let us know and we were able to resolve the problem quickly. They were also very resourceful and understanding when we ran out of some cat supplies. Hannah and Joseph took great care of the house. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived back, and we had a short time to get to know them on our arrival. We would be fortunate to find more house sitters like them, and would of course love to have them back in the future! We wish Hannah and Joseph luck in their travels!
Stefany helped me out big time by stepping in when I asked. She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. She took great care of my two cats and home and I very much appreciate it!
After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Upon returning home, the cats were chill and the apt was left spotless, as though he hadn't even been there.
Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.
Amber is as good a sitter as you will find anywhere! She treated our cats with such love and care, as if they were her own. She left our house in perfect tiptop tidy shape, and made sure to wash all the towels and linens before she left. She even cleaned out our coffee maker and took up our weekly trash without us even mentioning it! Amber is super kind and personable and we welcome her back to sit for us anytime! If you are looking for a sitter, you should definitely accept her application!
Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.
Tracy was an ideal pet sitter when we left for 12 days. She was communicative, friendly, and most importantly took perfect care of our two cats and our house. I would highly recommend her for any sit!
Pennee and Bill were the BEST pet sitters and guests ever! I really wanted them to stay forever ! Our cat, Miss Kitty bonded so much to them, that she really wasn’t that happy to see me when I got home .Our cat is a finicky eater and they tried all different types of food and treats for her. They sent me regular photos of miss kitty and I knew everything was great when most of the pics had miss kitty on their lap. Our cat doesn’t take to many people but she immediately fell in love with them. Pennee sent us our mail and prescription meds on a regular basis , and went out of her way to take care of any issues . They fell in love with the neighbors and community and just made our lives so easy . We experienced the Covid 19 virus outbreak quarantine during this time and Pennee and Bill agreed to stay a month longer at our home . They were extremely flexible with their travel plans so that everyone would be safe. Upon our arrival home, we were greeted with a bouquet of flowers , beautiful hanging basket of flowers for outdoors and a beautiful bottle of wine . And our house had never been cleaner ! Bill and Pennee are a pet owners dream couple !I felt extremely lucky to have found such a great petsitter and new friend . We will be visiting each other in the future .
Rick and Sally are marvelous cat sitters and we would gladly have them back anytime. We highly recommend them to any and all pet owners. They arrived when they said they would and were ready to go when we returned, making sure our cats were present before departing. Our home was left spotless, undoubtedly better than we left it for them. We can't urge you enough to engage them if you can!

Morgan and Nick have been caring for my kitty when we are out of town. They are reliable and thorough. Most importantly, they love and understand animals. Morgan has also been working with me to care for my very difficult dog, and her understanding and input have been invaluable. On top of their professionalism and competence, they are truly nice people. Highly recommend without reservation.
Morgan and Nick are wonderful with my 3 dogs! My pups love them, and I am comforted knowing I can trust them completely to take great care of them when I have to be away. I appreciate them sending pics and updates, and keeping the house tidy, especially cleaning up after these dogs! I Highly recommend them!
Roxie, my highly energetic one year old Pitbull loves Morgan! I love Morgan bc she always arrives on time, is very calm & patient with my dog, extremely knowledgable about good dog care, always sends photos and let's me know what my girl is doing when I'm away on a trip. I'm so grateful I found Morgan bc I know Roxie is in good hands with her care. She also practices positive dog training. I trust Morgan with Roxie 100%.
My experience with Morgan and Compassionate Pet Care has been great. Morgan took the time needed for my fearfull dog, Homer to get to know her. It’s been 2 years and Morgan is a trusted partner in Homers life. She has the skills to work with him, even when unanticipated events arise. She keeps in touch when caring for him and adds to his care. We are very lucky to have connected with her!
I just had Morgan and Nick care for my 2 furbabies this past week for the first time. They were reliable and responsive. They asked questions whenever they weren’t sure of something which I was super happy about! They sent lots of pictures and made me feel at ease leaving my babies. Will definitely have them back again!!
Morgan is the best of the best when it comes to pet sitting. Morgan does drop in visits for our two dogs and I trust no one more. With a strong knowledge of animal behavior and care, and a passion for animals, I feel we get more than just a pet sitter when Morgan comes for a visit with our precious dogs. I never have to worry about their safety or care as I always know they will be treated as if they were her own.
I love Morgan! She’s dependable, honest and always on time. She’s so patient with my kitties and they love and trust her! So glad to have found her 😻 …
Morgan has cared for our 2 cats several times while we were out of town. She provides excellent care, is very responsible and goes above and beyond with spending extra time with our nervous kitties. Best of all, she always sends us photos so we can see how they are doing. This means a lot, especially to my son who misses them so much while we are away. I cannot recommend Morgan highly enough!
We had a great experience with Morgan caring for our elderly dog. We needed an extra hand to take him out during the day and she was patient and compassionate. She responds quick to any messages or concerns and has a great disposition. We highly recommend her services.
So thankful to have found Morgan as our pet sitter. Morgan is reliable and responsible, and does a great job of taking care of our two kitties. We always get a status on how each visit went and get great photos of the kitties. I highly recommend Morgan’s services.
What a smart, effective, generous trainer Doreen is. It’s not just that she’s so clearly knowledgeable and experienced, but that she really took the time to understand the interplay between Boo, our pup, and us as his people (we needed training too). And she brings a wonderful balance of firmness and love to the training sessions. Boo is a rescue with a lot of southern hound in him. He’s VERY puppy but Doreen’s approach has worked wonders for all of us. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
Taking lessons with Doreen has been the best thing we could have done for ourselves and our pup. We and Bear have learned so much in only a few lessons it’s been tremendous. Doreen has been amazing to watch interact with Bear - he just understood what she wanted very quickly and we were able to follow up on those instructions. We absolutely recommend Doreen and Angel Paw Dog Training. We found Doreen to be extremely kind, gentle, respectful but firm and above all completely in tune with Bear so that while working on one command if it turned into learning about another one we addressed that also. We are so glad we did this. I think Bear enjoyed it too! Thank you Doreen!
Doreen has a true passion for animals. Her patient ways, focus and dedication to training results in wonderful pets. She first trained our beloved Frisco. He was just amazingly well behaved, understanding verbal commands and hand commands—and we could take him anywhere even though he was a large dog. We then asked her to train our rescue pups (brother and sister). They too are beloved members of our family and we always get compliments on how well they behave. We could not have done it without Doreen. They are all large dogs that needed training. It was the best decisions to hire a professional that knew the right techniques for each of the dogs. We will always be grateful. Doreen has a gift and we are the lucky ones that get to enjoy that gift because we get well behaved dogs that become very special members of our family.
Doreen is by far the best Dog Trainer of all time! Doreen has infinite patience for her four-legged students as well as the two legged owner, in my case, needed more training than the dog!Beyoncé’s is a sweet miniature poodle puppy who was in need of guidance and consistency which Doreen gave us and she has grown up to be the sweetest pup! We also have an elderly mixed breed who also learned quite a bit from Doreen! She has infinite patience with Beyoncé, as well as Charlie her elderly counterpart. They learned how to sit, stay, etc all the basics and we also received tips and recommendations concerning house training and also basic day-to-day behavior concerning the dogs getting along. Doreen was there every step of the way, and still is. If I have questions concerning how to proceed with Beyoncé‘s training or behavior Doreen is the expert I reach out to!
It had been a long time since we’d dealt with a young puppy. When we brought Maia home, we fast felt overwhelmed. Doreen came in and, with simple but effective solutions, took the stress away. Maia is 11 months now, and not without her challenges, but getting things right in those early days made all the difference, to set us up for success. I strongly recommend anyone with a new pup work with Doreen.
We did a dog training cram course via YouTube university in the two weeks before our new puppy Archie arrived. We were prepared... on paper. As per the 3-3-3 rule, after three weeks with us our docile rescue pup suddenly turned into a velociraptor/land shark. He was still sweet & we were glad he wasn't scared any more, but also overwhelmed & unsure whether any of our chairs & clothes would survive his adolescence. We were smart. We called Doreen. At our introductory training session, we learned even more than Archie did. Doreen provided us with a framework upon which we can build a deeper relationship with our dog while helping him learn to listen & build impulse control. We all still have a lot to learn, but now we know how to go about it & whenever we get stuck again, we know who to call. Thank you, Doreen! You changed everything for the better.
Words cannot describe how grateful I am with the training Doreen gave to both me and my 3 1/2 year old chocolate Lab Jeter. I literally was unable to walk this 92 pound pup. Since working with Angel Paw we enjoy our walks so much and Jeter enjoys socializing with other dogs. Calling Doreen a dog whisper is and understatement. Her ability to read Jeter’s signals, body language and mindset is truly amazing. I highly recommend Angel Paws and I know you will be very happy with the results
Doreen's knowledge of dogs- their instincts, their behaviors, combined with (maybe as a result of)her overwhelming love of them makes her an invaluable resource if you want to have the best relationship with your k9 you can have! I thought I had a good understanding of my pup but Doreen provided so much great insight. It was as if I was viewing my pup under a 40 watt bulb, and she unscrewed it gave me a 100 watt!! A lot of "ah-ha" moments, even for an old school know it all like me!! Highly recommend!!
Doreen was truly an angel! Her knowledge and experience was so helpful to us. Through basic sit , stay to create training, she was supportive and understanding. Our pup loved his visits! Thank you Doreen for helping us raise a wonderful fur baby.
Angel paws and Doreen are a Godsend. I called her for help, knowing I may not be able to save my dog. She talked to me, listened intently and gave me direction. Three week later and we have our boy back. I owe my dogs life to this lady, and can't thank her enough. My husband, I and Remy send her our heartfelt gratitude and love for giving our boy back to us. If you are having a problem with your dog, call Angel Paws. You won't regret it for a second. She will do her best to help you.
Cerri has been a dream to work with. Her joy and energy being with my dogs is unparalleled. In addition, Cerri is thoughtful, punctual and always accommodating to my needs. My dogs love staying with her when I travel. I can’t recommend her enough.
Cerri is my go to person for minding my beloved George . The wooded facilities are perfect for him to burn off excess energy he just loves being there. You can tell Cerri deeply cares about all the dogs and understands them and their needs. Thank again
Cerri and Sam take such excellent care of our dog. We always miss him when we board him, but are so happy to know he is having all sorts of fun adventures when he stays at Companion Animal Care! It is clear from their website and their approach to working with animals that they are true professionals, with lovely energy. I also appreciate the use of companion in their name, as it conveys their values in caring for animal friends. We're very thankful our dog spends time with Cerri and Sam!
I was so happy to discover Cerri and Companion Animal Care. I knew immediately upon meeting Cerri that my dogs would be in goods hand. Her confident and caring demeanor is clear upon meeting her, and the interior and exterior set-up she has for all her furry guests is fantastic. Companion Animal Care is responsive, trustworthy, and has the best interests of the dogs in mind.
I boarded my two poodles while I was traveling for a funeral. My 10 year old dog was injured during boarding. It was a very negative experience. I was alerted to the injury as I was boarding my return flight. Cerri sent me a text stating my dog had a minor injury along with a photo. Cerri stated that it was minor and not a deep cut. After reviewing the photo it was evident that the injuries were more severe than initially stated- my dog was missing a front tooth which Cerri failed to mention. Cerri told me that she would cover the expense of the vet visit, which I appreciated. Cerri brought the dog to the vet but unfortunately, the vet that was available that day was not my dog’s normal vet and wasn’t able to properly diagnose the injury. I asked to have a representative join at the vet appointment and immediately received attitude from Cerri. When a dog is injured it should be encouraged to have a representative at a vet appointment during an emergency when the owner is not available to be there, not make the owner feel bad for having someone there. Upon pickup, Cerri refused to acknowledge concerns about my dog’s injuries which were clearly visible and quite distressing. My dog had a tooth knocked out and got a deep cut in her mouth causing her gums to fall off her teeth. Cerri was unable to explain how my dog was injured. I was chastised for having a representative at the vet appointment and was told that “She is only a dog”. While I understand that tensions were high, these are not words a dog boarder should ever say to clients. I took my dog to the vet for a second opinion, and was informed that the first diagnosis was not correct and upon further review of the extent of the injury she needed stitches and anesthesia, which I had to pay for myself. Furthermore, their boarding practices are questionable. They don’t have a formal contract to sign and you don’t see where the dogs are kept. They didn’t show us the location on their property where our dog was injured. My dog’s Fi tracking collar was removed without prior notice or my permission. I was unable to accurately see my dog’s location during her stay. Cerri told me after during pickup the dogs’ collars are removed for safety, but then that means my dog was outside without a collar or identification. Doesn’t make sense. I was also informed after picking up my dogs that they didn’t take one of them on walks, even though I was paying for this service. They are using photos of my dogs on their website, Google business listing, and social media for marketing purposes without my consent. I want all these images removed as I do not want to be associated with them. I do not recommend this business.
I highly recommend Cerri and Compassion Animal Care. Cerri is in this business because of her love for animals. Her top priority is their wellbeing. She has many years of experience with animals from working at animal sanctuaries, getting certified as an animal rescuer, and partnering with me at Grateful Pups. Having your dogs stay with Cerri will give you peace of mind and your dogs a taste of what it was like to go to summer camp. Cerri provides the dogs with adventures, playtime, and of course...snuggles. People often ask me where I leave my dogs when I travel, and there is one answer...with Cerri.
We had a wonderful experience!! Cerri and Sam were so great with Ollie, sent pictures and videos, and made sure he had a safe, happy, healthy time, making many new doggie friends! I can't recommend them enough.
Couldn't recommend this enough! We have a super energetic dog that requires loads of exercise. On the days we can't offer it, we bring him here. Anything from a single walk, a full day of daycare, or an overnight stay: our dog is in great hands. Not only does it exhaust our dog, but it's structured enough that he doesn't come back 3 paces behind. They've also given us feedback on how we can improve on some of the concerns we've expressed regarding troublesome spots in training. They're so good, I almost wanna keep them my little secret: but more so, your dog will thank you.
My one-eyed, rescue pup Blink is generally nervous in new situations and can be anxious around other dogs. Companion Animal Care's patient and understanding approach opened up a side of her I didn't think was possible. She now gets excited any time she knows she's headed to "sleep away camp," and socializing in our own neighborhood doesn't seem so scary!
Bailey's favourite place in the whole world. The care and attention offers such peace of mind. highly recommend. your pooch will thank you.
The best Grooming establishment on the East Coast! Use different folks in three other states but none compare! Guess that's why we drive the distance for last 25 years!
We take our lab Abby to club pet for grooming and tooth brushing. Always a top notch job. Very friendly and complete service. Highly recommended!
While visiting my mother, we needed a place for our lab puppy. She had so much fun staying at Club Pet. At the end of our visit, we set up a spa day for the puppy and our elderly poodle. LOVELY!!! We are so happy with the whole experience.
My sweet boy Judge loves his fresh bath and trim from the awesome ladies at club pet! He always leaves happy and I know he's in excellent hands.
We love club pet! My dog is excited when we get there, and their grooming is top notch! Definitely recommend them to board your pet, they take great care!
They always take such great care of my Bentley! He always comes home looking so handsome.🙂 They are very accommodating and it's always a breeze when it comes to making an appointment. …
Larene and her workers take great care of my dogs! I have been going to Club pet in Lake Katrine about 20 Years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, I know my dogs are in good hands!!! Nicci Scarola
I have been brining my dog here for over a year and have been satisfied with their service. Staff is always pleasant, and my dog has been groomed without nicks, cuts, or scratches. Highly recommend them
Very nice kennels. Clean and organized. Our pup will be staying there in Feb
My cat does not like his paws touched and yet they get his nails trimmed clean and quick.
Nigel was conscientious, kind, and professional during his time caring for our cat. He made a preparatory visit to learn about our cat's habits & needs, then while we were out of town, he sent daily photo updates and a short journal about how they spent their time togther. It was clear from his approach that he not only has a great way with animals, but that he tries to understand them as the individuals that they are within our families. When we got home from our trip, our cat was well-adjusted and calm. I feel very safe having left my cat with him and I will gladly do so again.
I’ve been using Kiki and Nigel as my cat sitter since I moved up 2 years ago. I have a very emotional cat that’s at times difficult and they seem to bring the best out of her. I get photo updates along with a nice blurb to let me know how things are going. Booking is done through an app which makes things a breeze.
We moved to Brooklyn in May and had been looking for a cat sitter since then. It wasn’t so urgent since we were home all day and didn’t have any travel plans. We looked at the pet sitting services available and after careful consideration and research, decided on Dogzilla and Cat Cong. Firstly, the website is really cute, clever and professional. Secondly, Nigel is really good with our cats. He sends out a detailed report after every visit with amazing pictures of our kitties. I think our kitties probably have a better time with him than with us. He kept them to their routine, gave them plenty of playtime and cuddles. He watched them for 6 days and I’m more than happy to have him care for them for much longer. Highly recommend - so glad we found someone we can trust with our cats here in the neighborhood!
Nigel and Kiki are terrific with my dog Maple. They take Maple on great walks and they took care of her while I was on vacation overseas. They are fabulous photographers and send daily pictures and reports. We truly have a gem available in Sullivan County for our beloved animals. The are professional and Maple simply adores them!
Nigel is the best! Our pup strudel loves him, and he takes great care of her. He’s very attune with her little dog needs and always makes sure she gets what she needs. He even put a little raincoat on her when it was raining! Can’t recommend him enough.
Not really sure where to start.. We found Nigel online over a year ago and it was a true blessing. He walked our two dogs, one loves people and the other is terrified. She was a baby at the time and needed a lot of extra encouragement. Nigel was beyond amazing with her. Helping us train her and calm her. He worked so hard and it really helped her and us. He was great with juggling both a large dog and a medium with two very different needs. He sent us a photo everyday and a great overview of there walks (He takes amazing pictures). He is very trust worthy and was great even when one of our pups hurt his foot. He sat with them inside and checked in daily until his foot got better. The dogs love Nigel and we felt very safe with him and still do! He really is one of the best walkers out there.
Nigel exemplifies all you would want your dog walker/sitter to be! He is incredibly kind with animals and humans alike and meticulously follows all instructions. He’s definitely a dog whisperer! We have 2 rescue dogs, one who is particularly anxious. We gave him a laundry list of what sets her off and Nigel has worked wonders with her- she's become so much better on her walks and we have Nigel to thank. He always sends updates along with the best picture of our pups that really are a delight. Nigel has also pet sat for us and it's well worth every penny. He provided updates throughout the day and was even nice enough to leave our home spotless. We recommend Nigel without a doubt!
Nigel is amazing! He is very professional, reliable, and the best with dealing with our 50 lb. German Shepard/Boarder Collie Mix. Our puppy is very hyper and gets excited easily and Nigel is amazing with him. Since Nigel has been walking our dog we have seen major improvements with his mood and it has helped relieve his anxiety who is a rescue. Nigel takes great care of our dog, provides him with a rain coat if needed, fresh water, and treats, as well as making sure that on hot walks he has water for him as well. Our lives are so much better with Nigel walking Dewd and that we do not have to worry about him while we are at work. Nigel also lets us know when he is picking him up as well as provides us with photos from their walks and an update on how it went. I cannot recommend Nigel and his services enough. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your pet Nigel is that person, we are so happy we found him.
Nigel is a Godsend! He is so amazing with our Princess Frankie. He lets us know when he’s picking her up, he takes photos of her on their walks, he lets us know how their walk went. I trust Nigel with Frankie and around my other dogs as well. He’s very reliable, trustworthy and responsible. I would recommend him to everyone!!
Nigel is the absolute greatest - he went above and beyond for us! I had to move from NYC to Hawaii without my cats, because the quarantine process for getting kitties to Hawaii takes months. Nigel took my cats to the vet for me several times during this process when my roommate could not! He is an amazing person and a great cat sitter who will treat your babies as his own! Definitely hire him!
Patty went above and beyond for our little fur family and we are so grateful to her. The care, love, energy and expertise she has on all things cats radiates through all that she does for her boarders. Our kitties came home calm, happy and healthy after two stays at the palace, as we like to call it. Highly recommend!
Patty is involved with the PANT program that assists with spay/neuter feral cats. Patty was instrumental in locating a foster home for 3 feral kittens. You can tell she is very passionate about animals. If I ever need her Pet Palace expertise, you can be sure sure I will seek her out. Her location is a very warm inviting house that is extremely clean. You could feel the love and compassion she passes on to her four legged guests.
We had a couple negative experiences boarding our dog while on vacation in the past and did some exhaustive research to find a safe place. We found Patty’s and after having visited there and talking with the owner, we were confident we found the right place. We have a big dog, and he’s got plenty energy to spare. On his last visit we were told he had a rough time, and in a very gentle and friendly way we were asked not to bring him back. This made us upset naturally, but it’s more of a reflection on how dedicated they are to creating a positive environment for your cherished pet than on our guys experience. We are in search again for the right fit for our big guy, and after having stayed with Patty three times previously, we thought it would work out, but c’est la vie. I would recommend Patty’s to any pet parent, and wouldn’t hesitate to bring our big lab back someday if we could.
Patty and her Pet Palace were an absolute blessing to my three cats and myself. My kitties stayed there for about two months, while I was dealing with a bunch of health issues in another state. Her safety and cleanliness standards are very high, so I knew they would be well taken care of, I just didn’t know how much! Patty ended up falling in love with my little trio. She sent me pictures of them, and long emails about how each was doing. The maximum amount of cats is 4, so they were nearly always the only cats there, and thus got extra space to roam. My oldest cat gets apple cider vinegar and chicken broth every day for upper respiratory congestion, and Patty made little frozen cubes of the mixture, so that none of the broth would go bad. But wait, there’s more! Like I said, I was in one state, all my doc appts were in another, Patty is in NY, and my next stop was moving to Colorado. I hired a transportation company to move my animals, and when communication went south with them and my stress level was soaring because I was literally in back-to-back appointments most days, trying to find a Vet who could come to Patty’s and write my cats a Travel Health Certificate each and getting no where, Patty stepped right up, and handled everything. She made a Vet appt, brought all my cats to the Vet, sent me pictures of the Certificates, and even dealt with unpleasant emails from the travel company. Literally, all I had to do was pay the Vet over the phone. It was incredible and such an enormous relief. I would recommend Patty and her Palace to anyone, without hesitation. ❤️🙏🏻
A place where They truly care for & about YOUR pet! We have our cats stay here & they love it as much as they can. The staff and Patty herself interract with the cats- give you an update on their physical & mental wellbeing. Never have to worry when we are away!
Best of the best in Rhinebeck and the surrounding area. Patty takes care of her boarders as though they were her own. Maggie loves being there almost as much as being home! Highly recommended
Next to home, our dog is happiest when she's at Patty's Pet Palace. It's the only place we can leave her without her getting upset!
My babies are well taken care of, Patty loves her boarders. Safe and no worries.
The best place to leave your dog. Patty is very experienced and takes care of the beasts
We wouldn't take our dog any place else! Patty is the best!
