We were so happy to have Elisa stay at the house with Gus Gus and Chee Chee. Communication with Elisa was so easy and we had no troubles meeting eachother over a virtual call and then coordinating our schedules for arrival and departure days. Elisa sent me daily kitty updates as agreed and was very self sufficient during her entire stay so I was always feeling relaxed. Gus Gus was immediately attracted to Elisa when she arrived which is always a great sign. There was 1 night during my trip that I came back to stay at the apartment and Elisa was very accommodating to this interuption in her schedule. I also arrived back 1 day earlier than Elisa's departure and she was so gracious to switch our sleeping arrangements so I was back in my bed (after a long week of hiking in the mountains) and she took the couch (which I normally take when my schedule changes like that). And of course, the house was in a wonderful clean condition and everything organized exactly as how Elisa found it. We would be happy to welcome Elisa back again.

We are so grateful that Jacqueline was able to watch Zuma. She (and Sebastian, who accompanied her), were lovely and took full advantage of the local area, while taking Zuma along with them everywhere they went. Zuma was well-taken care of and I can tell she is true animal lover. They even took Zuma to meet his friends in the morning for his daily group play. Our place was left is perfect condition, even better than how we left it! Very little support was needed, she was organized, independent and overly competent.

Marielle and Blanche are a guarantee. It was not the first time we had them and we cannot thank them enough again. They are very respectful, responsible and reliable sitters. Mila, despite her shyness, felt so relaxed and at ease that she was even laying down with M&B on the sofa, asking for caresses and being brushed. All this was documented with pictures and videos. Marielle has definitely an extra touch with animals and this helps a lot especially if you have shy mates. Our apartment was left perfectly clean, tidy and all the laundry done. Recommended 100%. Tamzin and Dan were great house sitters. Tamzin had an unexpected death in the family so she had to return to the UK early, but Dan was able to stay until we were able to find someone else so that he could also return to the UK to support Tamzin. Dan was more than willing to stay until we returned (which was only two more days) but we were very willing to work out other care for that short period of time. They were very communicative with us throughout this process which we greatly appreciated. We would welcome them back anytime.

Helene is the ideal pet sitter. She is experienced, reliable and capable. She engaged with my 5 animal family members in a caring and confident way and immediately became firm friends with Lucky the pet sheep taking her walking each day. In addition Helen carefully followed the summer watering schedule so that my plants were in good health on my return. Our communication was good before and throughout the sit. Helen left the house clean and tidy with some little treats in the fridge. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive and worry free pet sit or a more welcoming return to my home. Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly and organised sitter and I would love to welcome Marie back in the future!

Photography and long walks - with a pup
Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.

We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. Kimberly was a wonderful sitter who watched our two cats for us while we were out. She was willing to come a day early to help acclimate herself with the animals, and this was exceedingly helpful in making sure the cats would be comfortable with her during our absence. We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Raquel was simply terrific! She and her husband, Miguel, had to fill in at the last minute for another sitter who had a death in her family. This meant that the length of the stay and sitting they had originally signed up for doubled. Completely undaunted, they did a GREAT job for us. Our cat and dog got lots of love and affection, and plenty of exercise, food, and rest. Our house and yard were cared for with equal conscientiousness. It was wonderful for us to be able to rely so completely on these super zeewoi. We recommend them 100 percent!

Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!

Caroline is an amazing sitter ! We were far away, had never left our cat for such a long period of time and we felt really confident with her. She took great care of our cat Honey as well as she did for the house, pool and garden. She was even able to handle the end of the refection of the bathroom which was a last minute surprise… We felt Caroline was reliable and self sufficient. We had a great communication with her during our stay abroad. We even found many nice intentions when we came back from our vacations such as fresh fruits and bakeries for a nice and welcomed breakfast after a night in a plane ! We definitely recommend Caroline for your sittings and we will obviously call her back !
