Sam really took the time to get to know both me and my elderly staffy cross, Dylan. He can be reactive to other dogs and sometimes people and she made sure to visit us multiple times before taking him out for a walk. I love that Sam only offers solo walks - so many dog walkers these days only offer group walks and it isn't suitable for every dog. Sam has a vast skill set and is very knowledgeable and very importantly to me, she is passionate about science based, ethical training and keeps herself up to date with best practise. No outdated and inaccurate 'pack leader' and 'dominance' theories here!! She updates me after every walk and sends me photos too 😊 I'm so pleased I found Sam when I moved to Snodland - there are few people I would trust with Dylan as he is very special to me but I would trust Sam 100%. After reaching out on Facebook for a regular dog walker, I contacted Sniffy Walks from recommendations. We have a big bear who's walks are the highlight of his day! Yogi adores Sam and being able to pick his own route with his snoot means that he gets maximum enrichment on his sessions. I recently had the pleasure of using Sniffy Walks and Training for my parents' Shetland sheepdog, Teddy, while dog sitting. I wanted some peace of mind while working, so I reached out to Sam from Sniffy Walks, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The communication from Sniffy Walks was top-notch, and they went above and beyond by sending me pictures and daily updates of Teddy during his walks. Great service & such lovely people. Wayne walks my German Shepherd Oliver (who at the best of the times can be a bit of a handful ) and he’s always so excited to see him. I live away from my mums the majority of the time due to being at uni and Sam was so kind to send me photos from each walk to help with missing him. Thank you guys, you are amazing!

Had a taster session of scent work with my pup this morning. Really knowledgeable, completely pup focused, no pressure but lots of fun and engagement with rewards and a belief that it’s not a one size fits all way of doing things. Cannot recommend highly enough and in the process of booking some 1:1 sessions

Fantastic service, such friendly staff. We had Ethan to look after our cavachon whilst at a wedding for the day and couldn't have done it without them. Ethan visited twice beforehand to get to know Mia and really showed a love of animals. I knew Mia would be in safe hands and she was happy all day. Thank you so much.

Sniffy Walks is a lifesaver. My two dogs were left in a state from a previous dog walking company and as a result had behavioural issues. Now, with Sam and Paula my dogs are excited to go out! The behavioural problems got better within a matter of two weeks! My anxiety has diminished entirely, I trust this service fully with my dogs and it’s evident how much they care. Highly recommend!

Used sniffy walks for the first time this weekend, Sam communicated and sent plenty of photos so I didnt miss my babies too much. They seemed to be happy in Sams company. 100% recommend and Groot, Belle and Maya look forward to seeing them again in April.

Sam has worked with many dogs over the years and I can honestly say that she loves, cares and strives to improve the quality of life for both the dogs and their owners. Sam works patiently with owners to help broaden an understanding behind the dogs feelings and why they may be behaving in a certain way. Sam empathises with the dogs and therefore adapts the training and walks to tailor to their needs. Overall Sam has pride in her work and her love of animal welfare is so apparent. Sam is a brilliant, caring and trustworthy. Cannot recommend enough!!

We came across Sam at Sniffy Walks while searching for someone to help us train our 2 rescue dogs who are both very reactive. We needed help to prevent them from being so reactive to other dogs, and to doorbells as we were going on a weekend trip where other dogs would be present. Sam is very friendly and calm, and she really cares about dogs. She taught us very effective and kind ways to help to train our dogs and within only a few sessions there is already a big improvement in the dogs' behaviours. On the trip, while they were still reactive (it had only been a few sessions) there was already a marked improvement and we were able to use the techniques which Sam taught us to calm the dogs down so that they were able to be in the same room around other dogs and even play a bit with them. This is a remarkable improvement from when we first rescued them. Sam has been a great trainer so far and we are looking forward to working with her further. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is having behavioural issues with their dogs and needs help training them.

I have trusted the Pet trails group for 3 years with my rescue dog. Catherine and Ilkem have a superb team of well trained ladies to help keep the dogs enriched and entertained. All the team are qualified and well versed in understanding dog body language. They are all so caring and make sure that your dog has the best time. My dog can’t wait to get in the van when pet trails arrive. I love that on their social media page we get to see photos of their pet trails activities. Your dog’s welfare is paramount to pet trails. It really is like having family care for your dog when you can’t.

If I could give 100 more of these 5 starts to Pet Trails I wouldn’t hesitate to do so . Catherine is so knowledgeable about all the different dog breeds and behaviours which has been amazing for us as 2 Frenchie owners . From the day they were able to socialise as little ones , Pet Trails were invaluable at slowly introducing them and make them comfortable with all their fur friends today . We are so grateful to have a such a friendly and reliable team who our dogs absolutely love and and become so excited to see - four little ears peeking through the blinds - when they hear them coming to be collected for their play time . Not all heroes wear capes 🙏❤️🙏 Catherine and Ilkem at Pet Trails have gone above and beyond for my Mabel this week. Stepping in at the last minute to support me when I needed it the most. Catherine didn’t even question when I rang her for help after Mabel was badly let down by a dog boarder. The kindness, compassion and love shown by these wonderful ladies goes beyond ‘just a dog business’. They genuinely care about the dogs and their people and will do anything to help whenever they can. I can’t rate this business highly enough! I’ve already left a review some months back, but I am so thankful for their unwavering support this week i wanted to recognise them again. Catherine and her team have been walking my Golden Retriever’s for nearly 3 years now. I don’t really need a dog walker but I use Catherine on a weekly basis because my dogs get to have so much fun, trekking, foraging, socialising even playing on trampolines, ball pits etc…! Their lives are so much more enriched because of the amazing experiences they have. Catherine will always go the extra mile, not only is she a dog walker, in my opinion she is a dog whisperer. My boys are besotted with her! This is not just a job for Catherine it is her life and she puts every ounce of her knowledge, fun and most of all love, into her work with all the animals she cares for. She and her team are absolutely amazing and I just wouldn’t want to be without them. 🐾 🐾

Pet Trails are fantastic! I love seeing the pictures and videos of my dog Fig making friends and having fun zooming around. I'm so pleased that I made the decision to send Fig to Pet Trails, I was hesitant at first because she is my baby and a show dog and I wanted to wrap her in cotton wool. Catherine comes to your house to meet your dog and discuss your dog's needs, behaviour, play style, etc, before taking them out. This put all my fears to rest. Catherine took so much care introducing my dog to other dogs. The play groups are small and Pet Trails do an amazing job at selecting the right play mates with similar play styles. I have no worries about Pet Trails picking Fig up for her play dates, I trust them 100%. The whole team are lovely and friendly and very professional. I feel excited when Fig goes out because I know she's going to have a great time and she is in safe and highly qualified hands. Thank you so much Pet Trails!

Warren and I give Pet Trails a 5 star, 10 out of 10 all the way! The field where the dogs play is fenced in and safe. It is stocked with an abundance of toys including a trampoline and paddling pools in the summer. All dogs are carefully assessed before being mixed into group sessions. I have personally helped out with Pet Trails in the past and have seen the love and devotion shown to these dogs. Our beautiful Jess has been going to Pet Trails for nearly 8 years and she absolutely adores her aunties, they call her their niece. She loves Cathy and Ilkem so much. She gets so excited when Cathy comes to get her, she does a little wee wee just for her only. She loves the other aunties too of course, and has lots of doggie friends. We call Cathy the Mary Poppins of Dogs. She has her own special magic with them all. Her knowledge of dogs is incredible there is nothing she does not know and she is an expert on canine behaviour too. We trust the aunties 100 percent with our Jess. Years ago when she was a much younger dog, being a spaniel she adores swimming. It was a hot day and Cathy took her to a lake for a swim. She swam out and managed to get herself stuck in the reeds. Without a moments hesitation Cathy went into the lake fully clothed, swam out to Jess, untangled her which wasn't easy. Cathy, had to hold the weight of Jess while she did this, and our Jess is a bit of a pudding. Cathy released her and swam Jess back to safety, to the amazement of some builders taking their lunchbreak and watching on. Our Jess is now 11 and she recently became very poorly, she has an autoimmune disease and her blood doesn't clot. This came on all of a sudden which was a terrible shock. The first signs were her eyes became clouded with blood and her nose and ears were bleeding. I was so scared I thought she had been poisoned. I called Cathy and Ilkem in a terrible state. Ilkem was literally at my door within 5 minutes calming me down, stroking Jess and talking to her softly. She helped me in my blind panic to speak to the vet. I hasten to add, Jess is now doing well. These examples are how Pet Trails care for all the dogs as if they were their own, and they care for their clients too. Pet Trails, we all love you xx ❤️💗💗🐾🐾🐾

Pet Trails are an amazing team that have looked after my dog since she was a puppy (she’s now 6). They are very attentive, friendly and experts in all things to do with dogs. Going out with Pet Trails is the highlight of the week for my dog and she loves playing with her friends and always comes back happy. I highly recommend Pet Trails 🐾🐶🦴

Catherine and the team are the best, reliable and have been amazing with my two. Bella started her Petrails sessions really nervous with all dogs but overtime Catherine has helped Bella become more sociable and open up and helped her become less nervous around dogs and make some friends same with teddy who doesn’t seem to get along with many other dogs I have definitely seen a big improvement since they have started and the dogs definitely enjoy their their Petrails Walkies! I also really appreciate all the patience Petrails has with them, highly recommended xx

Can’t recommend Pet trails enough! Our dog loves going and it has been great for her socialising with lots of different dogs over the past 4 years. Catherine, Ilkem and the team are always so helpful if you need little bits of advice about dogs and we know our dog is very well cared for when with them!
