Fabulous, Faultless Five Star sitters! We were treated to daily photos, videos and anecdotes about our much loved pet, which our whole family could access, and we had absolute confidence that our dog was being loved and cared for as always. It was as if a family member was at home. Local friends saw them out on walks and our dog always looked happy, under control and well cared for. We didn’t meet this lovely couple unfortunately, but they were totally reliable and communicated efficiently to advise of their arrival and departure times, they are super organised and didn’t ask any unnecessary questions. The house was spotless on our return despite the fact our dog moults at this time of the year, all areas were thoroughly clean and tidy, and we had a helpful handover note. We couldn’t have asked for more, and don’t hesitate to recommend Claire & Mike!

Steven and Ariel were amazing house sitters. They came to meet my husband beforehand to introduce themselves, which I thought was nice and reassuring. They sent us frequent updates and photos of our lovely Fluffy. The kids and i enjoyed seeing what she was up to… she looked very happy with Steven and Ariel in the photos and videos and I could see they were treating her very well. Once we got home Fluffy was relaxed. They left our home exactly as they found it, plus they cleaned up a pan I had nearly destroyed and left a beautiful floral display. We were very pleased as they made our few days away worry free and the process was effortless. We would be happy for them both to stay in our home and look after Fluffy again.

Michelle’s focus was our little cat. She is so organised and excellent at identifying the needs of the cat. The cat was so well cared for and Michelle was a great companion to her. She was respectful of our home, instructions and our pet. We got daily updates and everything Michelle does is about care. To top it off we returned to an immaculate home and a delicious homemade feta and spinach pie! All round a five star.

Jeff & Sylvie: a mature, caring & thoughtful couple for your pets, home & garden
Jeff and Sylvie were excellent sitters for both Lola our dog and the house. They communicated in advance really well and came around to run through the sit and aspects of the house. They kept us informed during the sit and clearly Lola was enjoying their company and normal life at home (rather than having to be elsewhere). Jeff & Sylvie did an outstanding job of leaving our house super tidy and wonderfully clean. They very kindly even left us a meal in the fridge knowing we were getting back late with the kids. Would really recommend them to anyone and also welcome them back to our house. We wish them safe travels and hopefully see them again soon!

We met with Gill and Clive prior to our trip and were very happy. They were very friendly and engaging and our dogs instantly bonded and played. Gill and Clive arrived on the day of our trip as planned and provided updates every couple of days during our trip, putting our minds at rest. Upon our return, our house was very clean and tidy and Gill had very kindly provided us with some basic essentials (bread, milk & eggs). Our dogs were happy and it was clear they had been very well cared for. We could not recommend Gill and Clive any higher to other zeewoi members.

Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. This was our first time using zeewoi and we were a little apprehensive, especially as we were going away for almost 5 weeks, but we really didn’t need to be. Mary and Kevin were fantastic from the start. They had excellent communication and put us at ease straight away. They looked after both our cats with lots of care and we came home to two very happy and content kitties. Mary and Kevin struck the balance just right whilst we were away by keeping us informed of how the cats were and sending pictures of what the cats were up to every couple of days. It was so lovely to know that the cats were enjoying themselves and being so well looked after whilst we were away. Mary and Kevin also looked after our house extremely well and we came back to a very clean and tidy home. Kendra was a great cat sitter to Genepi and she truly is a cat whisperer. Genepi usually takes 4 days to make friends with a new person but she came out and made friends with Kendra Day 1! Kendra regularly sent wonderful videos and pics of Genepi purring happily. The apartment was neat when we returned and our garden was blossoming. Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Young was the perfect house sitter for us. From the moment you meet her, you can tell she is animal person and is detailed oriented and will take great care of your house and pets. She exudes a peaceful and grounded energy. She was comfortable with each our pets from the high energy dog to the shy skittish cat. She played with the dog in the yard every day and took him on walks. And she was also very attentive to our cats and figured out how to maintain the equilibrium in the relationship between the cats and dog. She is an excellent communicator; she asked questions when our directions weren't clear and kept us updated on the pets. She is also an amazing photographer. She sent us pics of our pets every day that totally captured each of their personalities.

My husband and I reached out to Toby & Chloe after reading their profile and impressive reviews only a week before our trip, since our scheduled sitter had to cancel at the last moment. They were very friendly and quick to respond to chat from the very beginning, and ended up exceeding our expectations during their two week stay. It was evident they had thoroughly read our Welcome Guide beforehand, as they arrived knowledgeable and prepared to care for our home and pets. They were very willing and happy to take the necessary time with us to walk through the house and meet our cats, as we got them acclimated with our daily routines and answered any questions. Shortly after we left, our city had a heat wave come through, and after immediately notifying us, Toby went beyond the call of duty and inspected our struggling AC unit to pinpoint the issue. As far as cat care is concerned, we have two seniors (who have more sensitive tummies) that can get irritated after a fur ball or swallowing anything out of the ordinary. When this occurred, Toby & Chloe stepped in and took wonderful care of our cat duo; softening their food and even cradling while hand-feeding them for extra comfort. We truly could not have asked for more affectionate and responsible sitters. We returned to a spotlessly clean home, happy cats, and well maintained plants and pool. (They even cleaned our dusty Kitchen pendant lighting, which requires a steady hand and is definitely a time-commitment …We felt like professional housecleaners had been there!) On our way back, Toby & Chloe stayed in communication with us to monitor our arrival time, allowing them to care for our cats until just before we got home. Overall, they are very reliable and trustworthy sitters whose genuine goal is to provide a top-quality sit, while maintaining your household and seamlessly transitioning to your pets daily schedule.

Our house was in good order when we got back and Steven was kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport. He was very flexible, arriving day early so we could show him around.

We take our bunnies in regularly and the price is great. They are super friendly in the store and really helpful. They have the option to put the buns indoors or outside depending on where your buns usually live. Absolutely would recommend for your pet needs.
We are so happy that a few years ago, we had no one we could leave our rabbit with, when we were going away for 2 weeks...Being forced to find a place, we have find the Pets Fayre and since then we are going away with nothing else but a peace of mind. They are absolutely amazing, you can tell that they know what they are doing and how they love all kinds of animals. As for our rabbit he cannot wait for us to leave him there, his suitcase is packed before ours... 😀

Rachel and the team at Pets Fayre are the only people/place that I would leave my guinea-pigs with while I'm away. They are looked after and taken care of so well that I'm pretty sure my piggies prefer staying with Rachel than with me. Couldn't recommend more!

Clare is an awesome walker and trainer. I was slightly apprehensive about my dog being walked by someone else but Clare is so calm and confident and my doggy has the best time with her.
Clare has been walking our doggo for the last 6 months and we’ve noticed such an improvement in his attitude and general wellbeing. He’s much better on the lead for us now and his recall has really improved as well. Very happy with Herb Dog Care, we would definitely recommend ❤️
