Bridget (Bee) sat for us for three weeks this summer. This was the second time she had looked after Maggie and our house, and we have asked her back again this Christmas, which I think says it all! Bee is warm, friendly, kind and considerate. Her first priority is always to make Maggie happy and feel loved, and we have come home to a very content dog, who I think is missing Bee a lot! Bee sent us photos or videos on a daily basis while we were away, telling us what she'd been up to with Maggie. She looked after our garden beautifully - we came back to a perfect lawn and a well-watered, happy garden. It was wonderful to know that she was enjoying the house and garden while we were away, and she left everything spotless. We couldn't recommend Bee enough and fingers crossed she can sit for us again! x

Communication was just right- not too much or too little and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our holiday without any worries. We would be delighted to have Ali and Matt back in the future.

I recommend Caroline and Barry without hesitation. We had a phone call before we met and talked through their experience and our expectations. I had no concerns from that point forward. They messaged shortly before arrival to check all was as planned and to arrange a time. We had dinner together and a long walk with Laz to check all was OK before we left the next day. Barry and Caroline are independent, resourceful and clearly capable people. The house was as clean as we left it, towels in the wash. I couldn't have asked for more. Barry responded quickly to any messages, asked how much contact we would like and sent some lovely reassuring photos and messages of them out with Laz. Laz was in great condition when we returned after a week away, coat shiny and obviously well exercised. The photos of their days out together were evidence of how much he was included in Barry and Caroline's stay and exploration of all that mid Cornwall has to offer. Laz is a great car traveller. You don't know he is there and he is happy to go for days out, especially if there is fuss and food in with it! They are friendly, sociable and easy company. I'm really glad that they applied for our sit. They endorse all that zeewoi hopes to provide and I would be very happy if they could return another time. For those lucky enough to have Barry and Caroline apply to sit, accept! You won't regret it....

Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

She got on well with my neighbors and even allowed my friend to come visit Suley while she was there. Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Heidi was an outstanding cat sitter for my Luna! She was very communicable via calls or texts. She followed all my guidelines for feeding and care of Luna. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. This review is left in faith Les will change his ways and realise he needs to take a good hard look in the mirror. The establishment is fine, and this review is of Les the owner himself not the business. If your bringing your dogs here keep doing so, there is no issue with the care of the dogs. The staff are all lovely and all love dogs at heart. Unfortunately the main member of the team Les bullies the staff in particular the young staff and volunteers. I was the latter and wished for a different outcome but after facing les with the issue of name calling and putting me into impossible situations I left and wont go back. Les you will loose all your staff if you keep treating them like what comes out the rear of the dogs you look after. Take a long hard look at yourself man and change your behaviour towards your staff for the better.
We had an unexpected trip to Torquay and needed somewhere for our dog to stay for the day. She loved it, came home tired out and happy. We'll definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Bailey, my puppy loves doggy daycare. They really do look after the dogs on their care. Staff are friendly & contacted me when Bailey was unwell. Bailey gets very excited when he attends 2/3 fays a week.
Wonderful staff who provide an amazing service! My 9 month old staffy adores the interaction with other dogs, the supervision and the enrichment! And they take pictures so you can see what the rascals got up to. They have safeguards in place with COVID so you feel safe dropping off your pups and picking them up. Faultless and flawless!
Holly loves her weekly visit to see her friends at Happy Dogs R Us. The staff are wonderful and the dogs love them. Like the fact that they post pictures of the dogs daily so you can see your dog having fun during the day.

Elle is a godsend! Contacted her super last minute after I had to go away urgently and had to find care for my two elderly cats. Stevie and Becky go above and beyond to help you and your pets. My terrier was very withdrawn after losing his canine pal and it made his barking at every other dog he passed worse. They took the time to introduce him gently to other dogs on walks and they are so patient with him when he goes on his 'play dates' with other dogs (Barkers Social). It has really improved his confidence with other dogs (as well as his recall at the age of 11) and I can't thank them enough. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, as I love how responsible and trustworthy they are too. My dog absolutely loves them, which is great!

Would highly recommend. We have been using their services for many years to take care of our cats and have always been very happy with their services.
