We were very skeptical about leaving our senior dog anywhere. When we dropped him off, he was trembling. I e-mailed the kennel to check on him. They were very reassuring. Always a fast response to e-mails. My baby was well taken care of and happy when we picked him up.

I can’t say enough good about this kennel. The people are amazing and they take fantastic care of my fur baby! Our baby girl gets so excited when we tell her she’s going to see her friends! Thanks, Nicole, for always making room for Kimber! Tell the rest of the staff thank you as well! I would recommend this kennel to anyone!

First time at Park Your Paws, and it was great! Was greeted at the door for dropoff. Serenity was our groomer, and I could not be happier with the results. My dog looked amazing. Besides being super sweet, she was super fast. Thank you again Serenity.

Our German Shepherd, Colt, stayed here from December 22nd-31st, 2021. It's always hard to leave him when we go on vacation especially with new people. I was nervous bc he's not so great with other dogs or animals. They assured me that he would be just fine! They really are a great place! I was sent pics and updates! He did very well and came home happy! The kennels were clean and the staff was extremely friendly! The prices were great as well! I didn't stress about him being there and I knew he was well taken care of. Our flight got canceled and he needed to stay an extra night and they were more than happy to keep him! We will use them again and again! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone! Thank you again Park Your Paws! You are truly a wonderful place! ❤

Nicole is Amazing! Even though we told them our dogs were ok together outside, they got into a bad fight. Nicole let me know and gave me options. Nicole took my baby to the emergency vet to get stitched. She also checked on my other baby and he was swollen, so she took him to our vet the next day. I can’t thank her enough for the care she gave to my dogs! My dogs are now healed and happy thanks to Nicole.

I wasn’t sure where to send my pets when my old boarding place retired. Luckily someone recommended Bed & Biscuit! Everyone was so kind and took such good care of my dogs, from the moment I booked to the moment I picked them up. When I first called, they took time to register my dogs and answer my questions. Throughout the process, I felt like they were taking time to learn about my dogs and any way that they could better care for them. I’m a nervous pet owner, especially as my dogs have gotten older, but I was put at ease here. I know my dogs had a great time and were well cared for. I even have a great photo of them happily playing.

We are so glad we chose Bed and Biscuit to care for our Dixie. They were absolutely amazing. We will definitely bring her back!

If I could give zero stars I would. I will never book at this kennel.

This is the place for your dog to be! First time ever boarding our dog, he came back so spoiled! Sam and his team took such good care of him. So grateful that we can go out of town and trust Bed and Biscut to care for Eli. We will be back!!!

I cannot say thank you to the people at Bed & Biscuit enough. There were some complications with boarding my dogs, and they took care of them and loved them like their own. It is absolutely terrible to be out of the country and not be able to be there when they're in trouble. I would trust them a million times over. I'm so thankful that someone recommended them to me! Amazing people and an amazing place! ❤️

My pets love the staff and we are grateful for them being so caring and accommodating. The environment is not stressful for our pets and every time we go all the dogs are happy and at ease. We feel very comfortable leaving our furbabies there and their communication with us has always been great. We recommend this place no doubts about it.

Our dogs love this place! Extremely clean inside and out. Wonderful outside play area. We trust the staff whole heartedly. When we picked them up, they were very happy , which made us very happy. Asked for them both to have a bath the day of picking them up and both smelled so good and where very shiny . Thank you for keeping our dogs safe. You are the best!!!

I dropped off a DoorDash order to this place. The woman who received her order was friendly and inviting. The location was super clean, and orderly.

The owner and staff are real animal lovers. They you feel like your furry friend is the most important 'person' in the house. Their prices are on par with others and the facility looks and smells spotless. The groomer is very knowledgeable and sweet with my aging dog.

I can't say enough good things about this practice - medical, boarding, and behavior. With 5 pets, I visit often, and the entire staff takes such good care of us, from routine care to chronic illnesses and end-of-life. Costs are reasonable, and they treat my pets like family. Having worked in pet care, I know a good practice when I see one, and this one is great.

We take our dog here each time we leave town and have never been disappointed. Terrific staff!

Kayla takes the best care of our fur baby. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The dogs have plenty of enrichment activities and special one on one time to keep them busy. Our Ranger gets excited to attend day care weekly. We love how Sunny Paws loves our Ranger!

The staff at Sunny Paws took great care of our dog! We were a little nervous about leaving our Lab for the first time for 9 days but we got daily report cards to ease our mind on how our pup was doing! I will be coming back to Sunny Paws in the future! Very satisfied!

I took my German Shepherd to Sunny Paws to board for 8 nights and every night I got pictures and a report card recapping her day. It really made me feel at peace knowing she was taken care of and happy. It's such a good idea, and it's so nice they take extra time out of their day for each dog and their owners to do this!

Sent our lab here while we were on vacation- honeymoon and we felt such security with this choice. Animals get report cards and pictures everyday to update you on their stay and she even had our dog paint a picture of our wedding colors. Just a very special place. We will definitely be using again

Kayla Butterfield, owner of Sunny Paws, did an amazing job taking care of my babies. Many of you know that I spent a lot of time at the kennel when it was Sonja's Karing Kennels, and I loved it! It was very difficult for me to trust anyone else with them. With that being said, I am more than happy with the care that was given to my 4 pups. Kayla did an outstanding job! Thank you to your staff as well.

Our dogs enjoyed their stay at Sunny Paws! The app to make reservations and upload vet records was very easy to use. We received daily updates and pictures. Nail trims and ear cleanings were available that weekend, so we took advantage of those services. All the staff was very friendly, and their love of the pets they care for was evident. We already booked two more stays for them!

We took our dog here to get boarded and my goodness the care my dog got was unbelievably amazing. The owner was warm and kind and truly cares about the animals. Board your dog here. It’s the right thing to do when you go away. The love they provide here , they’ll Barkly know you’re gone.

Sunny Paws is an awesome kennel. Everyone was so nice and treated my dogs so well. Thank you for taking such good care of them. My male dog has very high anxiety and they made sure to help him calm down. They get them out of the kennel to have some one on one (two on one, in my case) time for them to chill out and relax with pettings and some tv time. I have already booked their next stay when I have to leave for an out of town business trip. Thank you again for the dedication everyone has that works there.it is definitely appreciated!

So pleased with Sunny paws. The app makes it so easy, the pics and report card is great to keep track of how your pet is doing. This was Rosco's first time being boarded and we look forward to bringing him back and knowing that he'll be safe when we're away. The staff is so kind.

Lola and Murphy actually get excited when we pull in the drive! They know they get a vacation as well! Kayla and her staff are super friendly and obviously LOVE all the animals❤️. I am overly confident in the love and care they are given while we are away!

This place is incredible! The term "boarding house" doesn't fit the love and care that goes into these dogs. The woman who runs it is an amazing person with so much passion for what she does.

They are great at taking animals and taking care of them. They don't put leashes on the dogs they just let them outside in a wide open yard. The dogs are treated great here.

She took good care of baby Diamond .I use them whenever I go back home. I recommend aunt bees I live in Georgia.

I was very nervous to leave my dog. Very professional! Great place, took great care of my baby! Eddie had a good time! Reasonably priced and well worth knowing my baby was safe. Individual kennels, playing time and air conditioned which is a must for my bulldog! Highly recommend!

We have been using Sonja's Karing Kennels for over ten years for our two dogs. Even though we moved nearly 4 years ago, it is worth the hour drive to know our dogs are well cared for. We recently lost one of our dogs to cancer and was boarding just our one dog for the first time since the loss. I was so touched to be greeted by Angie who asked how we were doing since our loss and how our Brutus was handling it. This kennel knows our boys and truly cares about their well being.

Great kennel! One of my dogs is a rescue who was very unloved until we got her and has not done well if I try to leave her. She did so well here, and received so much love from everyone. I will only use Sonja from now on.

Used many times since the facility opened. Clean, comfortable, and compassionate sum up my many experiences with Sonya and her staff whenever the need arises to board our dog. Long term or short, our comfort level is intact knowing the care our pet will receive.

Our dog was there for three days and was healthy and happy when we picked her up. From what we saw they are caring people who love dogs. I recommend this place.

We started daycare once a week for our 6 month old puppy. Everyone was so sweet. I liked their plan to introduce dogs and find a play match for them and if it’s not the right match they don’t push it. Very dog led. We plan to use boarding services soon as well.

Will definitely be bringing my dog back! Their rates are super reasonable, the care is high quality and my 1 year old Golden Retriever LOVED it! The staff is super kind, knowledge and extra responsive - you can almost guarantee regular photos of your pups playing via FB along with a report card after visit. Having done other boarding places before, this one is very secure and clean with both indoor and outdoor spaces. These guys are also great because they start off with a thorough intake and ensure to ask for any extra care instructions upfront so if you have a high-needs / medicated dog, they will get the upmost care without the feeling of being a traditional vet boarding facility. 10/10 would recommend!

I had my 14 year old dog groomed 4/1/24. She is frightened of other dogs and has arthritis is her back legs. Nicole did an outstanding job. My dog was calm, well groomed and very happy as am I. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Ruff Luxury Inn at the Dunes is just amazing. My 8 month old German Shepard Chewy goes to daycare 2 days a week. It is such a nice establishment and the employees are all wonderful. They treat the animals like they are their own. The minute we pull in the parking lot, Chewy is so excited to jump out and go in and see all of the employees as he already knows it will be fun and play time! I always feel so relaxed when I leave him there knowing he is being taken care of really good. Thanks RUFF LUXURY, you are ALL just the BEST EVER!!!

This is an amazing place! They truly care about your pets. So many choices for food, toys and treats.

Horrible experience!!! I have a 12 year old Pomeranian and they told me that he had health issues which he does not then they made me come and pick him up to take him home to brush him because he was “too matted and they were concerned about his breathing”. I have taken my dog to groomers and I have never had a groomer tell me to pick up the dog and brush him out myself…. They are inexperienced, the so called breathing issue is when a Pomeranian gets excited they will do what is called a reverse sneeze and it happens more frequently when the dog has lost some teeth. Trust me my vet gave him a good bill of health before I could take him to get groomed. They are just lazy

We have on a lot of occasions use the Valpo Inn, but now that At the Dunes open up, we're so happy the Ruff has accomodations so close to our home. We used their day care and every time we pick up Blu he's happy. That should tell you your fur-baby is in great hands.

First time taking my dog here, and will definitely be back when we need to board her again! Owners care and are very accommodating. My dog was happy.

Family and I went on a cruise and we used Kranes kennels. It was absolutely a terrific experience and choice I did not once worry about my four legged babies. I know first hand how they could be but Kelly and John know there stuff. The dogs loved their stay, my kids always love going to see nacho and Elvis in her backyard lol but all of her other four legged friends are very welcoming and I definitely recommend using Kranes kennel services if you are going on a trip and can’t really bring your pets with, Kranes kennels is the way to go. This for sure is my dogs new hotel away from home THANKS AGAIN!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst boarding place ever! My poor frenchie is actually traumatized. She and her bed were soaked and dripping with urine. I have bathed her 2 times and her underbelly and legs are still discolored yellow. She is white with black. Do not use!!!!

We take our dog for grooming here and absolutely love the experience every time. Lacey is a giant baby about taking baths. She is a big chunky Shepard mix that sheds like you would not believe! So it's nearly impossible for us to bathe her at home. We always go to Kathryn at Krane's, Lacey loves her. Every time we bring her home she's like a new dog, shiny coat and smells fantastic! Definitely recommend this place <3

We've used this facility numbers of times. Nothing but great experiences n our Dogs have NEVER had an issue. I've just called today again with an emergency need to board Barrett. Kelly responded very quick n told me , Bring him over whenever I can. It's that type of personal care n service we love about Kranes. We love Kranes Kennel, wouldn't go anywhere else with our Boy !

Kranes Kennels went above and beyond in a past medical emergency involving my best friends dog, Quinn. Their prompt response and compassionate care not only saved her pet's life but also provided immense comfort during a stressful time. Took my two large dogs to Krane's 4/2/21 to 4/5/21 and they did really well. We called everyday to check on them and owners were very responsive. The owners even offered to send pictures of our two dogs to us every day we were gone. Owner's genuinely appear to be animal lovers and very kind people. I would definitely take them back. Rates are very reasonable.

Distrust the recent reviews in reference to the lost dog Rocky, they are full of disinformation. The pet owner made verbal threats and took to fakebook and other social media to attack this business for an accident, making it impossible to work with the owner of the kennel to make things right for them. Do yourself a favor and get both sides of the story.

We absolutely love Kranes! They treat our babies so good and even remembered our foster dog (we fostered failed him) Jack and gave him the extra space he needs and have also made room for him on a last minute issue that arised that required us to leave town. Great people!

Monica’s pet sitting service is great! We have been using her service every week for several years now. She also watches our dogs when we go on vacation. She is reliable, affordable, & truly cares about our dogs. Just a few weeks ago we were out and had a small emergency…we needed Monica’s help last minute and she dropped what she was doing to go let our dogs out, it really eased our minds. Monica is very reliable. Pays close attention to particular instructions about your pet. She treats my pet as if it were her own. I met Monica one year ago . Monica has been my petsitter taking care of my dog Reggie and my cat Kallie. She has been an exceptional help to me - I have had to go out of town on short notice and she has always been there for me and my pets. My cat Kallie especially has been special needs -Monica has assisted with administering sub q fluids. Monica has been a great asset to me and my pets -without her I don't know what I would have done. I highly recommend her pet services.

Monica was nothing short of amazing. My mother was hospitalized for two days and Monica took over care of my mom's pets until she was released. But then, my mother took ill again about 2 weeks later. I live in California and could not fly home immediately. Monica agreed to look in on my mom, and felt, based on her clinical background, that my mom should go to the ER. Monica was absolutely right as my mom was in acute heart failure. Monica then continued to take care of my mom's pets until I could fly back from California. Monica is caring, sensitive, knowledgeable and proactive. I would use her for pet sitting, house sitting, patient wellness checks and transportation. She has been a godsend. Thank you Monica!

Great place! Real, educated, caring, adult employees. Clean place unlike some other place in Northwest Indiana. It’s definitely a safe place to take your pet and not have to worry about it getting injured by another dog or not being properly cared for if you board or board and train. Great place, trainers are really friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to love their jobs. They are great with my Rottweiler pup! I use the daycare/dayschool services so far so good. I definitely recommend!

Stoney Run is a great place to bring your dog when you need to go away and this place also has great dog training. We bring our dog here and we can tell that she is very well taken care of and very tired from all the play time, which is a nice bonus :) We have also trained with our dog here and seen great results!

Our dogs are never boarded. One had previously been there for a few days, but our 2 little ones had never been kenneled. When we picked them up, they looked happy and healthy. I was very comfortable using Stoney Run Kennel.

Great place, great people. Educated trainers that definitely give you your moneys worth. Wrangler loves to go to barn hunt and Lisa Bataska makes nosework super fun for dog and handler. LOL Highly recommend them for training of any type.

I gave one star because we got our dogs back alive. However, the owner of this established waited until the last day of their 6 day stay to call and rudely accuse me of bringing dogs with fleas to the kennel. Our dogs did NOT have fleas prior to their stay and when the owner spoke with my husband and I she made it very clear that customer service was not of importance to her! Draw your own conclusions if you dare to take your pets to this very unprofessional business.
