. We were absolutely delighted with the care Summer provided for our cats. Without a doubt, she is the best cat sitter we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her attentiveness and genuine affection for our cats were evident in every interaction. Throughout our holidays, she kept us constantly updated with daily pictures and detailed updates, which gave us immense peace of mind. Additionally, she maintained our house in immaculate condition, keeping everything clean and tidy. This level of consideration and dedication went above and beyond our expectations, and we deeply appreciated her efforts. I never met Joi because due to her work, she arrived after I left and was gone before I returned home.  This wasn't a problem at all.  She was very self-sufficient and seemed to find all that she needed in my house.  The house looked exactly like I left it and my cat seemed very content when I returned.  Apparently they had a nightly routine of Luna getting brushed.  Joi is a very experienced sitter and it shows.

Anna was an excellent sitter - she took great care to understand all of the intricacies of taking care of the house and cats, asked lots of questions, and arrived on time and ready for the sit. During the trip, she checked in with updates, and upon returning home, left the space tidy and clean. The cats were happy and healthy, and seemed to have had a great time during the sit. Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. 

A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. 

Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. 

Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash  their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. 

We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Summer was a very top-quality pet sitter and house sitter.  She not only took excellent care of all four pets (three cats and a dog) but even achieved a very close bond with one of the cats.  She went over and above the call of duty with our dog, who developed a serious skin condition while we were gone.  We're so grateful that Summer was able to identify there was a problem, took the dog to the vet several times, and ended up having to apply topical medication and give pills and even keep the dog dressed in a t-shirt, which she did flawlessly.  She communicated with us frequently, sending photos and updates, and the house was spotless when we returned, even cleaner than when we had left.  She did an amazing job, knew how to handle any situation, always had a very upbeat and positive attitude, and we really enjoyed getting to know her right before we left and right after we returned.  We would very very highly recommend Summer in all respects!

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better house sitter experience. Thank you Karen!

Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!
