Cat Sitting in Sumar

This was honestly the first time I've ever felt comfortable and totally at ease with a petsitter. We were a long way from home, and Stefanie looked after our 4 dogs fabulously. She even took care of a post foot-op recovery with absolute ease. She sent little video updates of them regularly, and honestly they were as happy as they normally are when we are at home. This is a first, as they normally pine for us for the first few days and then give us a bit of a sulk when we return, but we had none of that. We also had a lovely meal prepared for us upon our return. Stefanie is self-sufficient and reliable and I would totally recommend her as a babysitter.

Yvonne and Hans filled in a gap in house-sitting cover when we at short notice had to extend our stay in UK. Although they only stayed for two days, we were able to arrange video calls with them and also including the previous sitters, to plan for the handover. This all worked very smoothly, and our house was spotless on our return, and our cats were happy and well cared for. Yvonne sent great photos during her short stay, clearly the cats had charmed her and Hans, and got their own way - as they do with us! We would be delighted to have them to sit our house and pets on another occasion...

A big thank you to Ina and Will for looking after our doggies and our home. Unfortunately for them, Betsie had gone into season days before we left and it was quite a challenge for them when Beau (our neutered boy) got so confused. But, they rose to that challenge and handled it admirably. We have returned home to three very happy dogs and a lovely clean and tidy home. And they even helped do some weeding in our garden. More than happy to recommend them to look after your pets.

Caron and Arie have been excellent housesitters, taking great care of 'princess' Mila and the house over Christmas. It was our first time using the zeewoi service and Caron and Arie soon dispelled any concerns we had, they are professional and personable and we hope to use them again. Mila obviously enjoyed their company and was very content with the care and attention she received, to the extent that she was still talking to us when we got home. We have no hesitation in recommending Caron and Arie.

Jaap and his wife are really lovely people who looked after our property, animals and plants with as much care as if they were their own. It was a delight to meet them and have dinner together before we left and we felt completely reassured that they would take care of everything, and also had similar environmental values to us, which is very important as well. We hope they will come again.

Thomas and Olena were a complete pleasure looking after our dogs so well and keeping us in touch. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Just want to start by saying that Lisa and Koen have been the best pet sitters we had so far, and all of them have been excellent, but coming to a spotless home (better than we left it) and a groomed and happy dog and cat was beyond our expectations. They were very communicative sending us daily updated with pictures as we requested. They are tranquil, clean and friendly. Our dog and cat were extremely chilled and happy on our arrival. And our dog got spoiled with some lovely hikes and trips to the lake (his favorite activities). We’ve been always selecting +50 couples, but Lisa and Koen has widen our age range with the outstanding care they took of our pets and house. I can’t recommend them enough and would love to have them back each time. And anyone who get’s a request from them can be reassured that they will deliver an outstanding sit in all ways.

Alex stayed with my cat and a dog for a weekend. From the very beginning it was a smooth and clear communication between us. She is a very friendly and understanding person. Alex took a great care of my dog who has trust issues and it was very clear to me that she has experience handling pets with different personalities. She regularly sent me updates and photos of my furries proving that they're in the proper hands. I have never worried for them, it's a natural trust that Alex oozes. After we came back, the house was spotless, the cat and the dog were happy. I highly recommend Alex as a sitter for everyone.

Bambina and Shark had a nice time with Natasha and her kids. We asked them to be one day earlier and it was not a problem for them. We kept in contact with Natasha every other day and she sent us pictures and videos about the kitties. They left the house clean and organized

Anja was brilliant - she was very conscientious in caring for our slightly temperamental cat, and she kept the house and garden in lovely shape - she even made some improvements to our wayward garden, which we really appreciated. She was very good at keeping us informed about how she and Sooty were doing, and was not fazed by a few small problems with the house, which she addressed very capably after consulting with us. We came back to a happy cat, a lovely clean house and tidy garden and we would be very happy if she was able to cat-sit for us again one day, Thanks so much, Anja!
