Daniel and Lana and true rock stars! My poor kitty is just devastated they are gone and we are back home. I suppose our dog must miss them terribly as well! Both pets were really living the dream with Dan and Lana just lavishing attention on them. It was like a vacation for the pets, too! They were so sweet to keep us updated while we were away, and handled anything unexpected that arose during their time here. They even kept our butterflies well taken care of!

After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Upon returning home, the cats were chill and the apt was left spotless, as though he hadn't even been there.

Kimberly was a wonderful sitter who watched our two cats for us while we were out. She was willing to come a day early to help acclimate herself with the animals, and this was exceedingly helpful in making sure the cats would be comfortable with her during our absence. Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Angel was absolutely the best house sitter we could have hoped for. She is a very warm, open and diligent person and our two cats adored her. She looked after our house and garden with really conscientious care. She won over our very timid cat, Billie, and sent regular photos of both cats looking supremely content which gave us perfect peace of mind. The house was completely spotless on our return and the garden was fabulous... no mean feat since there was a heatwave while we were away and she kept everything watered and in great condition. We would have Angel back at the drop of a hat and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better house sitter experience. Thank you Karen!

Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

Apart from not recommending this veterinarian, I would like to know why there was so little ethics in the care of my pet. I took her since April 3, they told me she had a stomach infection and internal bleeding, I took her 3 times a week for injections, they gave me pills to give her at home, then they changed the treatment, because they told me it was his infection is very strong. It is worth mentioning that she also remained hospitalized and there was no improvement, she still did not want to eat, vomiting and defecating with blood, and, despite that, they never did any studies on her. When the second treatment ended (04/22) and I did not observe any improvement, I decided to take her to another veterinarian, who, upon examining her and performing an ultrasound, detected that she had a tumor. She was hospitalized to undergo an operation to remove it but unfortunately it was not possible, so yesterday my dog had to be put to sleep. It makes me helpless to know that you could have done something to alleviate his suffering and you only saw your interests, it only increased his agony. I hope no pet has to pass through your hands.

Bad diagnosis, I took my dog due to being run over, they told me that she needed a bandage and that for that they needed to examine her body and see the state of her organs... they told me that she only had a hip fracture and they put the bandage on her, she died The next day due to internal bleeding, they were able to be honest and they just took the money from me.
The truth is, very bad clinic, they don't know how to treat animals, I took my kitten and they only hurt her, because they don't even know how to draw blood from the poor animals, bad treatment and they only take money from you and they don't do their job well, they are starving. .
I took my kitten for a check-up, they made a very bad diagnosis, and they prescribed things that they shouldn't have, if it hadn't been for the fact that I took her to another place, it would have made my kitten's problem much worse.
Very good service, always concerned about our pets, they only need to have a number to call in case of an emergency with our pets.

Laura and Carl are the best! They treated our little Yorkie, Murphy, as if he was there own and Murphy loves to hang out at their comfortable home. Laura sends lots of pictures and videos and is very quick to respond to emails and messages. Thanks for loving our wee man, we will definitely be back!

My labradoodle, Minnie, can get a little stressed when she encounters new environments but I could tell how happy she was at Pawsitively Perfect Day Care. She adjusted quickly - mostly because she was treated with kindness. And I was happy to get an update that night from Carl. He let me know she was doing fine and sent a pic of Minnie snoozing with one of her new buddies. She'll definitely be back - I highly recommend this doggie day care!
We are so grateful to have found pawsitively perfect dog care. Laura and her husband took perfect care of our fun, loving, crazy lab. They were very reliable, responsive and sent photo/video updates daily. I felt very comfortable leaving our baby with them and will certainly use them again in the future.
