Line and Hoyt did another extended sit for us. They were dream house sitters as always. (When we returned my son said the house was "better than new," which pretty much sums it up.) Line and Hoyt were a joy to interact with all summer, sent plenty of updates about Zoey, and left the house in terrific shape. They also welcomed us home with an amazing homemade quiche and some sweet Belgian treats to boot. But the best part of all was the love and devotion they showered on Zoey. It could not be more obvious from Zoey's demeanor that she had the summer of her life, swimming in love and attention. Z--who normally dreads our departures and lives for our returns-- moped around for several days after our return looking for her best buds Line and Hoyt to come back. And she was notably more relaxed and well behaved--a summer of getting taken everywhere by Line and Hoyt has made her a much better companion on our outings with the kids. I am so grateful Line and Hoyt agreed to come back this summer to give Zoey the best staycation of her life!

Nancy and Gerard couldn't have been nicer. I was ill and unable to go out of town as planned, and they adjusted to my occasional presence when I was able to drag myself to the kitchen for food. Nancy never failed to ask if I needed anything while they were out. She kindly not only stripped the bed, but put the linens in the washer and got that started for me at the end of the sit. I'm hoping to see them again when they're coming to the Berkshires and I'm my normal self!

Danielle is a warm and kind person with so many interests. She is extremely efficient and kept me informed of her arrival times, the dogs welfare throughout our holiday and her departure from the sit. She is so calm and nothing seemed to phase her. An added bonus was coming home to a lovely drawing of our older dog that Danielle had done. We so enjoyed meeting her and having her take care of our house and dogs. This was the second time Huda and her daughter Amilia stayed with Bo. The first time a few months ago, we were able to meet them beforehand and we knew that everything would work great. Amilia and our daughter hit it off straightaway and Huda was very calm and reassuring. She also has a great sense of humor and is very easy to communicate with. They both love Bo and he seems to love them back from all the videos and photos that Huda regularly sends. Both times, we returned to an impeccably clean house and lovely little notes and chocolates left by them. Kendra was a great cat sitter to Genepi and she truly is a cat whisperer. Genepi usually takes 4 days to make friends with a new person but she came out and made friends with Kendra Day 1! Kendra regularly sent wonderful videos and pics of Genepi purring happily. The apartment was neat when we returned and our garden was blossoming. Would absolutely ask Kendra to sit again and highly recommend her. Thanks Kendra!!

Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Kathy and Ron are the most accommodating sitters you will ever find. At my request they arrived a few days early and also made it clear they would be willing to extend their stay as needed. While at first they were a little uneasy about giving pills to our cat Sparky, they soon got the hang of it and did an excellent job caring for both cats even though the cats have very different schedules and needs. Kathy was great about keeping in touch with us and we knew they would be just fine for the several days when we were out of communication range. I would gladly invite Ron and Kathy back anytime and highly recommend them to you for your next getaway!

Luna is a trustworthy person, who is passionate about animals and knows them very well (she is studying to become a veterinary assistant). She took care of my labrador several times, especially when he was sick: she was perfect and it was really very reassuring to be able to entrust your dog to someone so caring and competent. She is reliable, friendly and generous. I highly recommend it.
Very disappointed!!! Good reception on the phone by a young person (doing not speak French but English) Lots of good will but unable to satisfy my request (catsetting chat 11/21 to 12/19 - I have to undergo an operation), she contacted a colleague to find a solution. There I received a terse text message from my contact informing me that the person contacted already had too much work with his other clients. And they left me there!!! So very disappointing 😏😏😏

Well, Pet Squad is literally the second home of our little buddy, Kupi. So it is kind of difficult to write anything without superlatives… In short, as practicing puppy parents, we all know how challenging can be to leave your little one in someone else’s hands while you go to work or on holiday. This is not the case with Pet Squad BXL. You should see Kupi’s propelling tail anytime we step in the house, he has his best time ever at Anny’s. ❤️😊

We brought our 15 year old Labrador, Aslan, here for the first pet hotel stay in his life. The team here are absolutely incredible. They showed so much love care and attention to Aslan. They were also super cooperative, communicative, generous and kind. Because of his age Aslan was very sensitive and fragile, and we had nobody that could care for him. It was such a relief that he received such good care, that it was as if they knew him his whole life. The prices might be higher than other places, but they are 100% justified because your pet cannot get better care! We wish you all the best in the future and send you our thanks!

It’s all-inclusive service from dog-sitting, dog-boarding, to grooming, food and other advice, to sending videos of my dog playing and enjoying herself. It is my go-to place when I leave for work or go on holidays. My dog runs with a joy to get to pet squad and I never worry when she’s there. Sylvie is very good at her profession. Our dog, who is quite anxious, does very well with her and his washing and grooming is always in order. He has also boarded there and judging by the photos, he immediately felt at home. Sylvie is someone with a big heart for animals where their well-being comes first.
I do not recommend this salon for a Labradoodle, very disappointed with how we got our Labradoodle back. It was our dog's first haircut and apparently his coat needed to be shorter because there were tangles behind his ears and on his belly (we need to comb more thoroughly). However, we got him back completely shaved, there was no pattern at all and the recognizability of a Labradoodle was completely gone. In addition, the groomer indicated that she cuts all her Doodles this way... We will certainly not go back with a Labradoodle.

After some time my cat had tangled hair that made it impossible for her to wash herself. Sylvie helped us very professionally and gave us advice. We haven't had any problems since then. Top lady with a heart for animals
This lady says she can't do anything about my dog because she has tangles. I ask her if she wants to take it out and she says no. Then she says I should leave. While I had an appointment on Sunday 20 June at 2pm. The lady simply sent us away. Everything but customer-friendly and professional. I've never experienced this before.
