We follow the platinum rule: treat others as they wish to be treated.
Rebekah and Matt were excellent! Very detailed, organized and clearly caring animal lovers. We were able to meet in person before we left town and they were thorough with any pre-sit questions or concerns. Rebekah sent photo updates of the pups on a regular basis so we could see our happy dogs. She notified us about a couple of possible health issues they might have been experiencing (thankfully all ok) but we very much appreciated the attentiveness and concern for them. Our trip was extended a couple of days so a friend stayed after Rebekah and Matt were committed for another stay but pics showed us a totally clean house, bed changed etc. Anyone would be fortunate to have them sit for their fur babies - thanks guys!

I love doing life with precious fur babies, and I can't wait to care for yours!
Shanda was an amazing house/pet sitter. We cannot say enough good things. She left our house completely spotless, she was so above and beyond with communication; we received videos and photos with an update about our pets every single evening. She took our dog to the park for fetch every day and we were gone for almost 2 weeks. I wish we could have Shanda stay at our home for every trip we go on. She's the best sitter we have ever had! Thank you Shanda!

Responsible animal lover, looking for mid to longterm stays in Texas
We loved having Staci take care of our precious Livia and our home. She went above and beyond to make everything lovely for Livia and the house. She picked figs in the garden, she fed the fish in the pond, she watered everything, and loved Livia as if she were her own dog. We couldn't be more pleased.

* GREAT PEOPLE ARE GREAT TO THEIR PETS *
Samuel did a terrific job sitting with our fur babies, Zoe and Pistol! He sent videos every day and took the pups on lots of walks. The house was sparking clean when we got home. We highly recommend Samuel and would love to have him back again in the future!

I was very comfortable leaving our pets in the care of Meredith and her partner, Forrest! Pictures and updates of the animals were much appreciated and the house was left clean! I would highly recommend!!

Enthusiastic, reliable, and pet-loving caretaker!
Dan was beyond wonderful to watch our dog Demi while we attended a family funeral. After meeting via Zoom, we had true peace of mind that all was going to be fine at home. Dan sent us sweet pictures of our dog that made us smile. Our only regret was that we weren’t ever able to meet in real life, since it turns out we had a lot in common. Luckily, we won’t hesitate a single moment to engage Dan another time to watch Demi in the future.

MG and Leif were some of the best, most kind and wonderful pet sitters you could ask for. I received daily pics and got lots of updates which made my heart feel a bit more at ease being away from the puppers. Our home was spotless when we got back and the pups were very happy. Would host them again!

Reliable Pet & House Sitting Team
This was the second time we have had Jen and Nathan stay for us. They are consistently very helpful and communicative, we would absolutely recommend them and would love to have them sit for us again!
It was my first time using zeewoi so I was slightly apprehensive, but as soon as I heard from Kendra I knew both my cat and my apartment would be in safe hands. Kendra was great with communicating and coming back quickly, very friendly and clearly experienced with sitter jobs. Whilst staying at my place she sent me regular updates. Once I returned home the flat was spotless. I would highly recommend Kendra and I would certainly use her again. She’s great!
I feel that Julia is simply the best person and pet sitter I could ask for. They really cared for our cat and gave him lots of attention. She is flexible, upbeat, reliable, considerate and great at communicating. I highly recommend Julia and Chris.
Elisabeth was an excellent sitter for our cat. We were away for two weeks and received daily photos and notes from her about Catman's activities (i.e., sleeping and eating). She is definitely a cat lover and that was evident from our cat's calm behavior when we returned.
Daniel and Vasylyna were incredible house sitters and we would welcome them back to sit for us again any time they are available! They were fantastic communicators, making sure to work out details far in advance and they sent frequent picture updates of our animals which made us so happy while we were away. When the power went out in the neighborhood while they were here leading to a technology issue with our alarm system, they handled everything well. Upon our return, the house was clean, the garden was thriving and well cared for, and our dog and cat were clearly very loved while we were away - in fact our dog was sooooo sad to see them leave! I had the pleasure of getting to know them a bit before I left, and they are such a kind, adventurous, and great couple. I would highly recommend having Daniel and Vasylyna take care of your house, plants, and animals!
Windy & Dustin are some of my top go-tos! They are wonderful sitters who I can trust to take care of my cats and goats and love them like their own! They are so respectful of my house and are always flexible with me when plans change last minute.
If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!
Tracy was an ideal pet sitter when we left for 12 days. She was communicative, friendly, and most importantly took perfect care of our two cats and our house. I would highly recommend her for any sit!
Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.
My husband and I reached out to Toby & Chloe after reading their profile and impressive reviews only a week before our trip, since our scheduled sitter had to cancel at the last moment. They were very friendly and quick to respond to chat from the very beginning, and ended up exceeding our expectations during their two week stay. It was evident they had thoroughly read our Welcome Guide beforehand, as they arrived knowledgeable and prepared to care for our home and pets. They were very willing and happy to take the necessary time with us to walk through the house and meet our cats, as we got them acclimated with our daily routines and answered any questions. Shortly after we left, our city had a heat wave come through, and after immediately notifying us, Toby went beyond the call of duty and inspected our struggling AC unit to pinpoint the issue. As far as cat care is concerned, we have two seniors (who have more sensitive tummies) that can get irritated after a fur ball or swallowing anything out of the ordinary. When this occurred, Toby & Chloe stepped in and took wonderful care of our cat duo; softening their food and even cradling while hand-feeding them for extra comfort. We truly could not have asked for more affectionate and responsible sitters. We returned to a spotlessly clean home, happy cats, and well maintained plants and pool. (They even cleaned our dusty Kitchen pendant lighting, which requires a steady hand and is definitely a time-commitment …We felt like professional housecleaners had been there!) On our way back, Toby & Chloe stayed in communication with us to monitor our arrival time, allowing them to care for our cats until just before we got home. Overall, they are very reliable and trustworthy sitters whose genuine goal is to provide a top-quality sit, while maintaining your household and seamlessly transitioning to your pets daily schedule.
Chris was a fantastic cat sitter for our elderly and high maintenance kitty. Chris was the perfect combination of responsible and on top of her medication needs while also being calm and relaxed about her picky eating habits and the need to monitor her food and medication consumption. He was prompt, easy to get a hold of, responsible, and overall, a great sitter. I would definitely recommend him and most certainly hope to have him stay with her again.

Jagger is very patient and understanding with my dog. My dog got trained and boarded several times. We had a great experience with lucky paw dog training.
I have been using Jagger to board my Zoey & Winnie on the recommendation of a friend, for a couple of years now & he does a fabulous job! First, he picks them up at my convenience & returns them as well. They absolutely love him & he seems to have a special knack with dogs. I understand that he’s also a trainer, though we haven’t used those services. I highly recommend him!
Jagger was awesome in assisting in trying a Farrell dog we adopted. His ability to train Maggie through positive reinforcement in our home served to not only benefit her but ourselves as well. I highly recommend his services in helping your dog adapt in a personalized manner. During each session, he asked what was important for us, and maintained each session with no agenda while always keeping my objective in mind.
My family is so happy to have met Jagger! We have three golden retrievers that have completed group classes led by Jagger, board and train, and continue boarding with Jagger today. Each of our retrievers have specific training goals and needs. Jagger has been diligent in helping us identify strengths in each dog, and in helping us work through some challenging behaviors. As a business owner, Jagger’s customer service is top notch. We are confident that our pups are in good hands with Jagger, as they are always happy to see him at pick up and adjust easily back to our routine at home upon drop off. He truly cares for our dogs like they’re his own!
I’m so glad to have found Jagger! I have a lovely dog I’ve been fostering who I couldn’t take on a recent trip. He provided a wonderful environment for her to hang out with him and to intersect with his while there. There was time for outdoor play, but there was indoor boarding. She was kenneled at night, but otherwise allowed to move about the home. During these hotter temps, that was really important to me. I will definitely be using his boarding service again.
Jagger did amazing with my high energy Newfoundland, Molly. She was resilient when I tried training her myself. She would sit, but wouldn’t stay or hold a sit for any means. She is a very large girl, so it was imperative to fix her jumping and counter surfing issues. I help run an animal rescue, and would highly recommend his services. He let me tour his home and sent me frequent updates and photos of my girl. I have complete confidence in his skills.
Jagger loves our furbabies, Moose and Scruffy and they return the love full heartedly. We do not and have not allow our boys to be under the care of other individuals without us present until they worked with Jagger around us and we saw the joy they had during their training sessions. They learned quickly and happily. They now go “joyfully “ for play and learning days. I would fully recommend Lucky Paws to anyone that wants their pets to learn with love not stress.
I had my very people reactive pitbull see jagger and it was my last hope for her being that I’ve tried everything after a month of training my Stella she is so much better around people and very happy being around people he turned her around to a whole new pup and I would highly recommend boarding and training with him!
Before I begin, I want to say that I was a student of Jagger’s (dog training); I learned from him and I trusted my animals with him and watched him work with them. I enjoyed seeing his passion for dogs. I am writing this review based on facts and not emotion, nor a ‘soured friendship’. I shared his home with him for about a year, and he expressed interest in working for my small business as a trainer. Before hiring him, I offered a probationary period where he would train two of my client’s dogs and I would train the other two. He had another job at this time but eagerly accepted, this was a two week board & train with basic obedience. Within days, I saw neglect: not letting them out for potty breaks, putting them back into soiled kennels, not feeding at the proper times or at all, and I witnessed compulsion in how he trained the dogs. Both were young and needed positive engagement to succeed, but he would roughly correct them, raise his voice, not offer food rewards, and ended up building a soured relationship with both dogs. I took over their care (feeding, bathroom breaks, free time, etc.) while he trained. I regret not taking them back completely, but they were progressing in training and by the end of the two weeks they could do their obedience but avoided eye contact, would break stays once he dropped the leash, and required being told ‘no’ a lot. This isn’t how I train, and could see he was not the right fit for my relationship-based business. After he started Lucky Paws, I had seen three of his personal dogs reach a weight I would deem emaciated, I have seen him carry a dog by the collar (no paws on the ground) across the house, I heard profanity towards the dogs nearly every day, I saw unopened food bags from clients days into the dog’s stay. Many days I didn’t see the dogs in his care at all. I was on the side of the house with access to the yards. He kept his dogs in kennels for 23 hours a day, he even lied to us once and said a puppy (under 16 weeks) had gone home but I could clearly see the puppy on our boarding cameras. It was being switched (picked up by its scruff/neck) from one kennel to another after it soiled itself. It would not be seen until he said they ‘dropped it off again’. But during those four days that he said it wasn’t there, we never saw it, we never heard it, but I could see it on the ring camera. I saved the footage. Separately, he forgot two client dogs outside and left the house. One was a Rottweiler in the middle of summer. I had to text him on both occasions. He would constantly forget his personal dogs outside. If and when he would take his dogs to the vet, their prescribed medication would sit on the counter untouched. I uprooted my life to move out of his home, ended my small business, left all of my clients and their pups, because I couldn’t stand his care towards the dogs anymore. I now am living in a friend’s basement 600 miles away and have no business. There’s no reason for me to leave this review except to warn others of his care. I hope this sparks change. This neglect happens when you don’t see him with your dogs. If you use his services, opt for private lessons instead of boarding, daycare, or a board and train.
Jagger was absolutely amazing with our Luna. She was an absolute shark that would not listen for fun before we took her to him and now she is everyone’s best friend… including our cats!
