Does not answer calls, or call back. Looking into services, won't even have the courtesy to respond.

The only place that I can drop my dog off at 6am! My dog never comes back hurt or sick and I get updates throughout the day.

Never answers calls or texts so how can we trust these people to care for our animals

They are very nice here. But I am disappointed that they did not notice this large of a popped blood vessel that i picked him up with and noticed immediately. Also, there’s no way that the stench of the one blanket was not noticed and I’m assuming thats why the bag was double knotted up. The second the bag was opened up the stench of pee was the most horrendous I’ve smelt, it was drenched in it . He is a rescue and I can understand that it’s possible he may of had accidents in his kennel but my problem is the stench was very obvious from a accumulation of it gathering over a period of time and sitting in it. I would of preferred to of been asked if I wanted it to be thrown away than to not be told anything and open the bag up to a smell that bad. I know things can happen and i understand that but unfortunately it was the lack of noticing obvious things that is the problem for me.

i don’t like being away from my dog or leaving him for long periods of time but he comes here for baths and he loves it there! the owners and employees are really nice/welcoming. he comes back super soft and smells a lot more better than when he left to visit them. they also did a bath for my dad’s dog and he gets dirty really quickly/a lot and they were very patient with him. i highly recommend them, they always try to help!!

I have a fluffy siberian husky who has thick thick hair, canine villa. Does an awesome job at grooming her. She always looks great. The people there are awesome . Always recommend them.

We recently moved to SC. We can’t tell you how much we miss the team at Canine Villa. Our boy Sandy was so happy there, he always came home the same dog. We have search a 20 mile radius for something similar. We have not found it and the prices are double + what Canine Villa charged. We love this place. If the owners ever decide to move we no a beautiful place for the to take up shop.

if you have a dog and you live in Brevard county this place is a hidden gem. I’ve been bringing my two dogs here for nail trims for over a year and just now got around to doing a proper review. The staff is amazing… my dogs have a hard time getting their nails trimmed, and I’ve listened to them on countless occasions crying out at the vet during a nail trim, but when I take them to canine villas, it’s so quick and easy. The staff is great with them and it’s not as dramatic as the veterinarian. They all have a passion for animals. You can tell that they treat all of the dogs as their own and they really do care . Plus, they sell pig years and I can’t find them anywhere for a good price. Great supplier of Martingale collars as well which are the only colors I use. Give them a try as soon as you walk in you’re gonna get a warm welcome and be very pleased. Your dogs too.

We have a 63 lb baby. He came to us at less than a year old, SEVERELY abused & running amok for 2-3 weeks in the woods behind Pint & Pistol. He was dumped. We've tried three times to get his nails done. Saying he's NOT a fan is a complete understatement!! I was recommended to Canine Villa by another groomer who was unable to pick up more than 40 lbs (temporarily). I let C.V. know that our boy, Chief, was very skittish & scared. (We've been working with him for approximately 9 months with VERY slow progress, but PROGRESS!!) They confidently assured me that everything would be fine & working with difficult doggies was, in fact, in their wheelhouse. When hubs was getting Chief ready to go, I was the proud, but worried, Momma. I took pics like it was the 1st day of school!! Chief & Daddy strolled into Canine Villa. It was VERY clean with a nice pet store area full of collars, leashes, toys etc. Chief went to the back with no issues. We got the call around 11:30a that his bath AND nails were done. I peppered them with questions concerned about how our boy did. Well... according to them? He was great!! NO ISSUES!!! He even hung out in the sun room with the other large puppers!! WHAT?!?! MY BABY?!?! (I later cried as he crossed a MAJOR hurtle & we were sooo happy for HIM & proud!!) When hubs went in to get him? Chief came strutting out like he owned the place!!🥲😍 Our baby came home fresh, clean, handsome & tired. NOT the most important, but this wonderful place charged us $30!!!! YES!!! $30 FOR HIS BATH & NAILS!!!! Btw? We LOVED the KC Chiefs bow you put on his Chiefs collar!! ❤️💛 TO THE STAFF OF CANINE VILLA... You have made our Chief a HAPPY BOY!! The stress you've removed from us?!? I can't even tell you!! You have our sincere gratitude for your kindness & patience with our special guy.❤️ I've already sung your praises & you will soon have 2 other friends joining your clientele!!! We have used Canine Villas this week for our 15 year old pup Daisy. She gets to rest , relax, and make new friends for the next 3 days. We have used Canine Villas five different times now and we just love being able to leave Daisy here. They have the highest standards and are very professional and polite.

I am absolutely disgusted. I picked my dog up and ever since she’s been acting so weird you guys cut her too close to her skin. She’s freaking out and won’t stop biting herself and I have to take her to the vet because the way you guys have cut around her privates its horrible

Howl house did a fantastic job with our two boys. I found myself needing pup care last minute and they had no problem stepping up. I had no worries, really friendly, professional and excellent communication! I would definitely use them again!

After talking our dog here for a few months we can truthfully say how wonderful this place is. They are caring and our dog loves to come here. He gets excited each time. We feel safe when we leave him. Great place!! Safe place!!

10/10. Definitely recommend. This company has been in business for a long while, and it's really nice to know that you're sending your pups to a place that has withstood the test of time! When you first walk in, the reception area has several small dogs hanging out with the lady behind the counter. They all seem to get along well. The receptionist is knowledgeable and quick so you can get in and out without a lot of fuss. They keep your pup's food and stuff in a little locker so that you can be sure that they're not giving your dog someone else's food or meds. The groomer/owner is amazing. She does such a great job. My pups look great! I wish I could trim their nails as well as she does, but they do NOT sit still for me. When I got the chance to talk to the owner on my last visit, she told me all about the HUGE hermit crab tank full of some of the biggest hermit crabs I've ever seen. You can tell that she's truly passionate about animals, and I know without a doubt that my pups are safe in her care.

My dogs have not only been groomed but participate weekly in puppy daycare for more than 7 years. They love it!!!

I've only used this place to board my dog twice, but both times were great. They let me do a dog daycare trial first for 4 hours to make sure he would be a good fit. The staff is so friendly and the last time I dropped my dog off, he saw one of them come out to greet him and got super excited. That's a great sign. He seems to have fun there. They also knew he attended dog training so they worked with him on staying off instead of jumping in people. I appreciated that! The only things I would change is being ale to drop off before 8:00 am because I'd love to let him go play during the week but I have to be at work at 7:15, being open on Saturdays if you want to drop off or pickup, and having video so you could see your doggies during the day. Those aren't deal breakers, though. I'll continue to use them for boarding and when I'm off in the summers to let him go play with his friends.

I believe these are loving people at the resort. The problem is that they didn’t follow medication directions which led to my Kobe passing while in their care. I can’t say that was the reason alone as my dog had health issues and was 15 years old but I feel it sped up the inevitable and he would have been ok till we got home. In good conscious I don’t believe we can continue to leave our other dog there when we go out of town as he too had his meds messed up. My heart is breaking.

Do not go here. Our 7 year old dog got a horrible Kennel cough for the first time after being here for 5 days and she was vaccinated. They didn’t think to call us either. She almost died. Ghe vet bill was over $1,000. We told them and they did nothing, they didn’t even refund the stay!

Me and my wife are from Canada and came on a vacation with our dog Zara. Our dog Zara is just like our baby, very precious to our hearts and we love her soon much. Me and my wife were looking for a place to get our dog Zara babysat during the day for 3 days to go around the town to visit. We came across this doggy daycare online and after reading the reviews, we decided to bring our dog Zara for the doggy day camp. Just to note, at first we were very scared, as we never brought our dog to a camp or boarding, as Zara comes everywhere with us. When we first arrived, the staff were great, assured us that our precious Zara was in good hand. After the first day, when arriving to the establishment, Zara was exited to go over again and looked like she really enjoyed her time there. We even got her cleaned there, Zara is a purebred Siberia husky, and the staff did an amazing job cleaning and washing her. 5 out of 5, we loved our experience here and when coming again on vacation, we will certainly go back, as this place is amazing and make your feel very at ease to leave your pet in the staffs hands.

We have had wonderful experiences with this business. The staff here are true animal lovers. They treat our dog as if he was their own pet. We have used this business for both grooming and weekend boarding. The building was recently remodeled with a nice new kennel room for the boarded pets. I like knowing my dog is in a safe, comfortable, climate controlled room while he is there. I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants the best for their pet.

Most caring pet sitter I've ever had!!

We have been proud Townies since January 2024. The staff and owners are amazing and truly care. They have lots of events and give back to the local rescues in the community often. If you want your pup taken care of and to have the most open time play of any daycare in the area - go to Houndstown!

I love hounds town in Rockledge and so does my dog. The entire team is great and really care about all the animals they take care of. I am always greeted by name and with big smiles and the owners always have different events going on to make it fun and special. I know Jett is always in good hands and has a lot of fun. He comes home happy and tired after all the playing he does with his friends. He hops in the car and passes right out when I pick him up.

We were so lucky to find Hounds Town for our pups. The staff are so friendly and helpful and know our pups as soon as we walk through the door. Our two pups are so excited to go to Hounds Town to play with their friends. They always come back home happy and tired. We never have to worry about our pups whether they are there for a day or for a week. I know that they are receiving quality care from the wonderful staff that truly care about each pet as if they were their own. Thank you Hounds Town!

I have had my best buddy, Tucky, at quite a few places in the area. Hounds Town is the best by far. I believe those who work here really love dogs (and cats) and are doing much more than just babysitting. They also support many community activities and make thier presence known. I love all the photos they share each day.

I have taken my pup to daycares across the country since i’ve had him, and hounds town is by far my favorite and his favorite! These are some of the most caring, compassionate, and wonderful group of humans that love the animals they care for so much. I feel so comfortable and safe bringing him here. We take our pup to Hounds Town at least twice a week and we absolutely love it there. Our girl comes home absolutely exhausted, usually she falls asleep on the car ride home. They’re so good to our girl there, they know us by name, they have the cutest parties for the pups which always include the cutest pictures. We’ve boarded here there before and we know she’s in the best hands. We love hounds town!

The staff here is amazing! My dachshund thrives here, I was worried because she’s a needy girl. She loves the staff, her friends, and especially the party days! Could not recommend this place enough!

Having senior dogs for so long, we adopted a young 3yo cheweenie. Playful & active Chi Chi is, but I felt she needed more interaction & socialization with other dogs. Hounds Town is close by and friends take their dogs there, so I decided to give it a try. It's wonderful! We got a free trial day, actually 3 free days since Chi Chi was a rescue & a free bath. The staff is super friendly & helpful. Always a genuine smile from all employees. Photos on the website are posted throughout the day, of all the dog fun. Chi Chi comes home worn out. She eats her dinner and crashes. She was just at HT Thanksgiving party and left with party favors. We signed up for the Christmas dog party & Santa! When you consider the long hours they are open, the great care the staff gives, the availability to just pop-in with your dog w/out an appointment, the bathing options, it's well worth the money you'll spend. Being retired and maybe not as active as we once were, it's a good feeling to know our Chi Chi can go have an active, fun time with her K-9 peeps, to wear herself out and come home safely to us.

I have a rescue dog that's extremely people shy. Ever since coming to this daycare, she's absolutely blossomed. The staff are so patient and I can tell my dog trusts them. I have peace of mind anytime I need my dog to be taken care of. Can't say enough good about this place.

Best place to board our dogs. The people all care about our dogs and take care of them almost as well as we do. I only say almost as well because they have more dogs to take care of then just our three. But our dogs come home tired but not traumatized.

Highly recommend for boarding! We were visiting from out of town and left our senior pup for an overnight stay (25hrs). We chose a VIP suite so we could have access to the cameras and monitor her. She gets nervous when we aren’t around and she genuinely seemed to enjoy it. Plenty of space for her with a bed and toys. Outdoor access and food offered morning, afternoon and evening. We also chose for her to be bathed before pick up and she was ready for pick up. Staff were very friendly and thorough. Would definitely use their services next time.

Absolute worst unorganized vet office you could ever go to. This place is a joke. The staff is completely oblivious, uneducated and contradict themselves everytime I been there. I wish I could give them zero stars.

They won't let you bring your own pet bed but when your pet chews up their bed, they make you pay for it. $100!

This is the first place we have taken our little dog to stay overnight, and I was impressed. The inside is clean, no smell, just clean. The girls we talked with were super sweet and listened. They explained how they would take care of him and said we could call anytime to check in. I was very happy and impressed by the extra care they took to make sure he was safe and spent time playing with him. I feel good knowing there is a place where we can know he will be taken care of and be safe. Thanks to everyone that took care of our Teddybear.

Great place! Great Staff! Clean Place! Very Professional. Pictures were sent to us on a regular, updating us on their every move. Every thing was explain to us when we took the dogs there. We knew the dogs would be in good hands. We had reservations to go else where. They left us in the cold 2 days before we needed them.

This was our first time boarding our dogs. We have 2 labs and a golden doodle. They asked about special request such as feedings (we feed the doodle separate from the labs) they were able to accommodate that. You can bring your own toys/bedding or they provide it. They have different selection of rooms to choose from, we picked a larger room with access to a patio since we had 3 bigger dogs in a room. The staff was very friendly and informative! The facility was very clean. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs there in the future!

I took my little dog kapu here to stay for one night and he liked it a lot. They treated him with a lot of love. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely leave him there again, he will be in good hands, thanks for taking such good care of my baby.

Terri and her team are the best! We have always had a relative to watch our pets when we go out of town but unfortunately the situation changed, and we had to figure out what to do. When I was at the vet's office, I mentioned the situation. As overprotective fur baby parents we knew we definitely didn't want to board them. They suggested we look for a pet sitter. I went online and found Pet Nannies and I am so glad I did. From the start Terri put us at ease and let us know our boys would be taken care of just like they were theirs. We have used the service now numerous times and couldn't be happier. We get two updates a day which include pictures and movies. They feed, play, exercise, and keep them company on each visit. Terri and her team are absolutely amazing. It was the first time we’ve ever used a pet sitter and they completely put our minds at ease while we were away. They sent pictures and videos every single time they visited, which was just so nice to see our dog so happy with them! Our dog is pretty shy when she meets new people, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Terri and her team. They were very professional and were even able to work me in for an extra visit when my plane was delayed and I couldn’t get home in time to feed her. They are the best and we will for sure be using them every time we have to leave our sweet girl!

I booked with Pet Nannies twice, once over the week of Thanksgiving and the other during the week of Christmas while flying home for the holidays. I have a chinchilla and she requires very specific care with regard to environmental conditions, playtime, food, etc. I’m honored to have the first chinchilla they’ve cared for because they did an absolutely fantastic job. Terri (owner) is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and compassionate with pets. I had verbally detailed to her the care my pet needed during our meet and greet, and she had sent me back a comprehensive list of everything I had explained from memory! She also sends sweet messages and artistic pictures of your pet to let you know they’re doing okay. Julia and Loren also did an awesome job caring for her and sending check-in messages and pictures every time they went over. I have never had more peace of mind being away from my pet, so if you are in their service areas, don’t even think twice about booking with Pet Nannies!

What a wonderful experience we had with Ms. Terri! Finding a pet nannie for our Manny cat in Fl was hard. Between the extended time away from the home and someone in which we could trust to come to the home. Ms. Terri and her team provided us this and more! From the start of the process ( meet and greet), to the regular updates while we were away from the home and the feedback when we arrived. Our Manny cat was in great hands! We will be using her team for all trips in the future!

Wonderful, caring, and detail oriented service. I just relocated within Brevard County and needed new pet sitter for our two kitties. We have a senior (18 y/o) cat and one younger cat. I was concerned about finding a good sitter for our senior. I hate leaving our babies. I was really impressed with Terri and her team. The initial in-home consultation left me feeling much better and I knew we found a good fit. They even had some good suggestions to make our kitties more comfortable during our absence. This team of wonderful people really cares about the animals they are taking care of. We got daily pictures with updates and some enjoyable videos too! They have amazing communication. I felt so much relief knowing they were taking good care of our kitties. When they visit, they don’t just quickly do the minimum. They do what’s needed and more. It was nice to come home to kitties and a home that was well taken care of while we were gone. Best pet sitter by far!!! We have no worries when leaving our furry family home alone, Pet Nannies is always on time and responsible, sending us videos and photos of each visit. Excellent puppy care. Just look at their happy, adorable faces. Denise is wonderful with the puppies. My fur babies always come home happy and worn out from all the activities throughout their day. Denise gives you updates on how much fun your puppies are having. She also offers overnight boarding, which is very useful in case you need to go out of town. A place a dog can go be a dog. Your dog will come home having played outside, exercised and socialized with other dogs. It’s like a home daycare, so the dogs get the love and attn of an actual grandma. No astroturf and kennels here. They play outside in a horse pasture and run around all day. Prices are very reasonable and add ons for nail clips and baths are very helpful. Look no further for an extremely high quality of care.

I brought my 16 week old dachshund puppy here for Daycare for the first time and Denise was so sweet to her and sent me updates and pictures and videos all through out the day. My puppy had so much fun with her dachshund, Opal, and the best part is she was exhausted when she came home!

We love sending our dog to Denise and Oasis Pet Resort. Denise treats every pup like her own, giving them plenty of outdoor play time and activities. We even get photo updates during the day! My Labradoodle, Jersey, loves going to see Denise and all of her dog friends! I’ve used the boarding services multiple times, and even though I am anxious anytime I have to leave my pup, I feel at ease knowing she’s at a safe place having lots of fun.

Denise has the best doggie daycare and overnight place to stay I have ever used. She is wonderful with the dogs and they love going there. It makes me feel a bit better when we go on vacation to know they are having so much fun.

Denise has an absolutely wonderful setup. Picture updates of our dogs while on vacation was amazing as well as the baths the day of pickup from the long days of playing with the other dogs. Great location away from major noise and highways allows the dogs to experience the outdoors with minimal distractions. Denise has always been great to our family and highly recommend her daycare or overnight boarding services!

Anna has been nothing but amazing! I have been boarding Riley with her for almost a year now and every time he goes, he is just so happy. Anna really truly cares for your pets and their well-being! I’ve never had someone take care of Riley the way she does. It’s like his second home.

Anna watched our fur baby while we went on vacation. He is always barking and scared of people he isn’t familiar with but he adjusted quickly at her home. She sent me daily updates and well as pics and videos, so I knew he was fine while we were away. Highly recommended and I will always book for my pups to stay there over the local kennel. 🤗

Ana is amazing. My wife and I were visiting from out of town and came into a situation where we needed a dog daycare since the hotel booking just didnt work out with the animals. She may be running this business out of her house, but you can tell shes passionate about what she does and truly enjoys the time with the animals. If we are back in town we will definitely bring our two big pups over to the Happy Paws Pet Lounge.

My Peach spent a week with Anna and she had the most amazing time! Anna sent me tons of pictures and videos of Peach playing with the other dogs and treated her like her own. She had a wonderful time and definitely recommend 100%

Anna took care of our x-large dog and a litter of puppies like she was superwoman. She went above and beyond and for that I will always be grateful. It’s very obvious that she loves all fur babies and if I have any pet care needs in the future, she will ALWAYS be my first choice.
