Jenny organised her diary to accommodate me and did everything with a warm, generous heart. Archie had a stomach upset for a couple of days, so Jenny cooked chicken until my little boy was better. I'm delighted to have met Jenny. She went above and beyond.

We were lucky to find that Bob and Sally reapplied to stay once more while we were away. They are such a lovely couple and we know that our cats, Minnie and Loulou, are in such good hands. The house was spotless and clean too. They are so thoughtful and left us some wine and food in the fridge. We kept in contact whilst we were away and were sent pics of the cats living their best lives. If you are lucky enough to have Bob and Sally apply to stay at your house whilst you are away you won’t regret it! It certainly will put your mind at rest!

We really could not have been more happy to have Sona come take care of Margot and our flat this summer. Sona was so easy to communicate with and so responsible. Not only was she just a kind and organized person, but she has clearly done this before and knows how to put pet owners at ease. She sent lots of photos of a variety of adventures she took with Margot and we knew she would be responsive if we ever needed to be in touch. Our flat was so clean and welcoming when we returned! Her communications were reliable, she was organised, very caring for Humphrey who has some vulnerabilities and, due to an unfortunate incident for our neighbour went way above and beyond anything expected of her, by attending to him and caring for him for hours, when she could have walked away. Jaana has looked after Lottie and Elsa many times now and her love, compassion and commitment never wavers. The girls adore her which is the most important factor involved. As always the house was spotless when we arrived home and the girls suitably tired after all the games played with Jaana during the course of our absence. Jaana sent us daily updates of photos and videos all of which only confirmed that the girls were happy and not missing us at all! We would give our highest recommendation to anyone seeking a pet carer, she is wonderful.

They were great at communicating before and during the sit, coordinating time to arrive and leave before the sit, and sending updates and pictures during the sit. Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

Chris and Julia were our very first sitters and are the most perfect house/pet sitters anyone would ever want!!! Julia sent video/pictures of our fur babies everyday and we noticed early on that our animals were very relaxed and happy!! This made our trip so enjoyable and stress free knowing that our animals were safe and being spoiled and loved the whole time. They even trained our dog to sit while her leash was being attached and was able to pet and hold our cat that is somewhat nervous around strange people he doesn't know. When I got back from the trip, the house was very clean along with Julia/Chris had washed the bed sheets, bath towels, vacuumed, dusted etc., and even washed the pet bedding. They also left some SE Asia treats for us to try which so sweet of them. Definitely the perfect house sitters!!!

Daniel and Vasylyna were incredible house sitters and we would welcome them back to sit for us again any time they are available! They were fantastic communicators, making sure to work out details far in advance and they sent frequent picture updates of our animals which made us so happy while we were away. When the power went out in the neighborhood while they were here leading to a technology issue with our alarm system, they handled everything well. Upon our return, the house was clean, the garden was thriving and well cared for, and our dog and cat were clearly very loved while we were away - in fact our dog was sooooo sad to see them leave! I had the pleasure of getting to know them a bit before I left, and they are such a kind, adventurous, and great couple. I would highly recommend having Daniel and Vasylyna take care of your house, plants, and animals!

Catherine was wonderful! She took care of my cat and house while I was out of town and left and Jack the Cat very and calm and the house in perfect shape which I so appreciate. I could return home and attend to other things rather than cleaning house. I would recommend her as a sitter to anyone. Raquel was simply terrific! She and her husband, Miguel, had to fill in at the last minute for another sitter who had a death in her family. This meant that the length of the stay and sitting they had originally signed up for doubled. Completely undaunted, they did a GREAT job for us. Our cat and dog got lots of love and affection, and plenty of exercise, food, and rest. Our house and yard were cared for with equal conscientiousness. It was wonderful for us to be able to rely so completely on these super zeewoi. We recommend them 100 percent!

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.
