They are well experienced, professionals in this field and this showed in the way our property and pet were cared for during their 3 month stay. Our house and gardens were pristinely maintained, and maintenance issues rapidly dealt with. Of importance was when our cat was in need of urgent medical attention, Steve & Helen quickly and competently attended to his needs and continued to do so when he was convalescing. We had an immediate rapport when we first met Steve and Helen, and this continued throughout their stay. We hope to continue this friendship in the future. Rachel and Nick were awesome looking after our dog Cooper. They kept us up to date on him while we were away and sent us plenty of pictures. When we got home our place was clean and well kept. We liked Liz and Geoff very much. They are a lovely, honest, straightforward and reliable team. We had no qualms about leaving Puffin and our house in their hands. We exchanged some photos and conversations during our week away. Sadly we did not see each other on our return, but found that both the house and dog had been well cared for. We would certainly love to see them again and can highly recommend them as zeewoi.

Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.

My partner and I left our cat Mango in Lindsey's care for a month so that we could get married. We were going from FL to ME, so it was a long way from home. We were gone for a month. Picking the right houses sitter was important. We are so glad we picked Lindsey (and she picked us). From before Lindsey got on her plan to fly down, until she was back home again Lindsey was communicative, considerate and positive. We felt like we had a family member staying at our place and because of who she is, Mango and our home's well being was a weight off our mind during the wedding. The Ruff House is great! Our dog is always excited to go. We have some day care and boarding and could not have been any happier with our decision. They take great care of our pup and always leaves with a smile on her face!
Ruff House is the best part of Winston's day. He has been going here since he was a puppy. The staff here are great at training and provide updates on of his day.
Baxter loves the care he gets at ruff house! It’s a great environment for him to make new friends, and the daily report cards we received while we were away, complete with pictures and stories of how his days have gone were entertaining and reassuring. Even came home freshly bathed!
My dog Harper Roses loves Ruff House and so do I. She is so happy when she arrives there each day. The staff is full of love and good cheer.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. All the workers are so kind and my dog absolutely loves it there! He's so excited every morning to go! The first time i picked him up to go home he cried (rude) lol but he is always sad to leave all the fun and comes exhausted! Loves all his friends and is clearly well taken care of.
Ruff House is the best place for your dog. My dog is leaping out of the car to get inside when I drop him off. Once pick up time arrives, he is nicely tired, and happy. I enjoy that they post on social media to see the doggo's in action during the day. The staff is unmatched! Everyone is friendly, attentive, caring, accommodating and always upbeat- and very responsive via email. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a daycare.
The RHDC has been a life-changing experience for Hank and me. Hank is a young, active husky mix I adopted last year (2023) and very challenging as he is still basically a puppy and needs a lot of activity. The day I took him to RHDC for his evaluation was very stressful for me as I was so afraid he might not pass, but he did with flying colors! RHDC is very careful about introductions and makes sure they are safe and as stress-free as possible for the dogs and their humans. Nowadays Hank goes to day care at least once a week, usually twice, and he loves it so much. He is eager and happy when we arrive at day care in the morning and tired and happy when I pick him up. The RHDC is always trying new things and seeking to improve, including a new option to add "enrichment day care" where your dog can get added attention and hands-on activities. Hank loves it! They often post photos and videos on social media so you can see your pup in action. I've also boarded Hank overnight at RHDC and was very happy with the experience. If you are on the fence about trying day care for your dog, please jump into RHDC and try it out! I can guarantee you that you wont' be sorry and your dog will be much happier.

The Ruff House Center is the best place for your pup! Friendly staff, quick and responsive, and my dog Archie has a blast every time he’s there. I would highly recommend!
We have been using the Ruff House once a day for the last few months. Our dog loves it. The staff are great. However today they went above the normal service. I was contacted by a staff and they told me our dog going to town one his paws. They check it out and notice an open soar. Then they cleaned it and contacted me. That is truly fanomial service. Thank You . New Post 11/15/24 Today, we took Finnegan to Ruff House. We do this at least once a week. This morning, we got a call from Ruff House. They told us they noticed blood on Finnegans butt. They check it out. They treated it by cleaning it and treated it to prevent infection. They called us and told it was a scab that was bleeding. That made sense because Finnegan had a procedure that would have caused the cut. This is why we feel Ruff House doggy day care is the best in the area. It's truly amazing that they noticed this. And Ruff House, thank you for continuing to look after Finnegan.
