Carol and Gerry were absolutely wonderful housesitters for my little border terrier Nessie. They made sure they were organised in advance with all the relevant information and also offered a video call before visiting. They arrived before I had to leave so that I could do a proper handover with them and introduce them to my dog. They took wonderful care of my flat as well, leaving it sparkling clean. They were very self-sufficient and sent little updates during their stay so my mind was at ease. Thank you!

This was our first time using Trusted House/Pet Sitters and having Dee and Dave look after our 12yo Kelpie, Lexi was such a great experience!! From our initial phone call and messages before the sit, we straight away sensed Dee and Dave’s warm and caring personalities. We felt so much at ease leaving Lexi with them for the weekend. Lexi settled so quickly! and we know she was very spoilt with cuddles, lots of ball play (her fave) and company as they included her in their days. Dee shared some cute photos of Lexi over the weekend and kept us updated with her activities. We came home to a very content (and a little tired from all the spoils) pup 🐶🤗and a lovely clean home with linen done which wasn’t expected but such a nice surprise, thank you! The special gift we found on our return just melted our hearts ❤️ Thank you so much Dee and Dave. It was lovely to meet you and we and Lexi would really love you to visit us again when you can XOXO

Susie and Gary are a great sitting team! We left them to care for our home and pets for 6 weeks while we went to South America. It was the longest sit we had ever had so we were happy that we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. They arrived the day before our departure so that we could acquaint them with our pets, home and property. Our pets include a very senior dog so it was important for us to know that she would be in really good hands. We couldn't have asked for any better care for her and for all of them. Susie and Gary were very much in tune with our old girl and kept us in the loop as to how she was doing. I really have to stress that we were nervous to be leaving her for so long at her advanced age but once we met Susie and Gary, we felt completely comfortable that all would be well and it was! On our return, they met us at the airport with our car and we had a quick lunch and update as they were flying home later that same day. We arrived home and were met by happy and healthy pets and an immaculate house. I know they had to be up very early in the morning to accomplish this due to the time of our flight arrival so we truly appreciated this. We would recommend Susie and Gary in a heartbeat. As happy as our pets were to see us return, I think they are also missing them. They were their people for 6 weeks! These two are real pros at sitting and provide top notch care giving you a worry free vacation. Thank you Susie and Gary!

I wish I could give them a 10 star review. From the minute they walked in the door the dogs fell in love with them. They were so lovely. Unfortunately while i was gone there was a medical emergency with the dogs (no fault of Triv or Charel). They were amazing with the dogs. They went to the Vet with my sister in law, asked all the right questions of the vet, managed all the pill and kept me updated on their recovery. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. HIGHLY recommend them.

We loved having Lauren housesit. She spent so much time with our dogs and they got so much attention and cuddles, more than they would than when we’re home. The boys loved Lauren and when we came home, they chose to sleep in the room with Lauren instead of us which speaks volumes of the care and bond they formed. Lauren was great at keeping in touch and updating us on the boys and left the house very clean and tidy. We can’t wait to have her return again!

When they went through more litter than I anticipated she was kind enough to go get more. My place was immaculate on my return with food, which was lovely after the very long flight home. Rhia is also very adaptable and relaxed - we had a big delivery arrive at the house while we were away and Rhia took care of it with grace and good humour. Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

Ally was great! We got to meet for a few minutes before I headed out and I felt super reassured that both Goose and my home were in good hands. My cat is picky when it comes to strangers, but he was comfy in Ally’s lap right away the first night! She communicated well and sent cute pictures while I was away. My home was clean and Goose was happy when o got back. I highly recommend Ally as a sitter and she’s welcomed back anytime!

She regularly checked in with updates on moon while we were away on a two week vacation, and seemed to give her plenty of attention, play with her, etc. Communication was easy and she left our apartment spotless after departing. Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Caroline is an amazing sitter ! We were far away, had never left our cat for such a long period of time and we felt really confident with her. She took great care of our cat Honey as well as she did for the house, pool and garden. She was even able to handle the end of the refection of the bathroom which was a last minute surprise… We felt Caroline was reliable and self sufficient. We had a great communication with her during our stay abroad. We even found many nice intentions when we came back from our vacations such as fresh fruits and bakeries for a nice and welcomed breakfast after a night in a plane ! We definitely recommend Caroline for your sittings and we will obviously call her back !

Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.
