Boy, did I gey lucky with Rachelle and Lou! I am so happy with their excellent care of our home and our pets. They both went above and beyond. Lou performed a few repairs. They organized my cupboards, creating order out of chaos. They tidied up and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. Our home sparkled. And we were treated to home made chocolate chip muffins. Written communication and pictures were excellent. Our pets, Poshie and Leo, were well fed, loved up and contented. Did they miss us? I doubt it. Rachelle's stated goal was to get my skittish and grumpy cat, Leo, in her lap . It worked, even if it was only for a minute for a start. If they were here longer, he would have made himself at home in her lap. Poshie overcame her skepticism of stangers in the house and cuddled up to Rachelle and Lou. I sincerely hope to have them back for future pet sits. Any time!

Beth was a fantastic house sitter. This was our first time using zeewoi and we were quite anxious about how it would go but Beth put us at ease immediately. Beth is clearly very experienced with travelling and taking care of peoples pets and homes. We left Beth responsible for our dog, cat and gold fish. Our dog can be extremely anxious and Beth handled this really well, keeping in contact as much as was required and asking for as much information as possible to bond with our dog and ensure the stay ran smoothly. She also handled our dog stealing her shoe on occasion and the cat bringing in a live bird as a present - with no complaints! We came home to very happy healthy pets and a lovely clean home. Anna was an excellent sitter - she took great care to understand all of the intricacies of taking care of the house and cats, asked lots of questions, and arrived on time and ready for the sit. This is my first time having a sitter fly in from out of state and it was so simple, stress-free, and didn't affect any part of me getting ready for my trip, leaving for my trip or returning from my trip. Someone was smiling down on us when Kevin and Mary clicked on our very first House Sitter advert. They are straightforward, pleasant, reliable and fun. They kept in touch about their own plans when their flights were delayed. They tactfully left the house when our own cancelled flights meant we were staying a few hours longer than first planned. They sent just the right amount of photos, videos and texts of our cat while we were away! We all loved that. And on our return, oh my word, the house fairies had been to visit! They somehow managed to walk the perfect line between improving everything, without interfering at all. Clean, tidy, replenished. They asked what food we’d like on our return and boy did they deliver! Home made bean stew :-) and different things for the children. Really kind and generous. Communication was clear and also witty..! They dealt with the churn of small mammals our “somewhat independent” cat brought through the flap without complaint. We can not exaggerate the care and love Juliet and Laurent gave to our cat, Piero, during his the last few weeks of life. While we left for our trip thinking he merely had a bladder infection, his symptoms turned for the worse a weeks into their sit and later revealed he had cancer. No one would wish their sitter to need to hospice their cat but Juliet and Laurent showed such compassion for Piero and volunteered to be with him when we made the decision to put him down. It was an emotional time for all of us and we will be forever grateful to our two caring cat and house sitters. We have had many fantastic housesitters through zeewoi but Juliet and Laurent top the list. Their professionalism, constant communication and compassion were exceptional. Should you have the opportunity to have them in your home, do not hesitate to book them, you will have no regrets. We do, however, regret that they had such a short time with Piero and had to experience such a painful event.

Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!

Heidi was an outstanding cat sitter for my Luna! She was very communicable via calls or texts. She followed all my guidelines for feeding and care of Luna. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. We've had many pet/house sitters over the last few years and Cat and Eugene will reside at the top of the list of favorites! From my first email with Cat I knew I liked her. She has all of the qualities of a good house and pet sitter: Reliable, a good listener, organized, flexible, caring, and honest. She and Eugene arrived exactly on time for our pre-sit visit, where they got to meet Maya and become familiarized with the house. It was a delight to visit with them and become comfortable knowing Maya would be in good hands. Our scheduled dates changed somewhat and they were extremely flexible and easy going about the changes. Upon our return home, we found the house pretty much in the exact condition we left it in. I can tell that great care was taken for Maya and for the house. Maya seemed to still be looking for them the next day, wandering around the house wondering where the other people who loved her went. I would recommend Cat and Eugene for anyone looking for reliable, kind, respectful, caring, tidy, and honest sitters. If I am lucky, I will get to have them back to sit for me again.

Dana was a godsend to us when we recently moved to Bradenton! We were looking for someone to train our rescue dog, Charlie, who has some unique issues with resource guarding and getting along with other dogs to name a few. Dana has done an amazing job and has gone out of her way to personalize a training plan for Charlie that is working! She is a wealth of knowledge, has a passion for animals, is reliable and dependable, and Charlie loves her! So do our 3 cats! We plan to have her do pet setting for us, she even does overnights! Dana was awesome helping us train our rescue dog, Nola. Dana was kind, patient, gave us lots of tips and was constantly sending us videos and articles to assist with the training at home. I highly recommend Dana if you need someone for training your dog. She's the best and extremely affordable. She even comes to your house which really helped to have Nola in her own comfortable environment.
so, I met Dana when we got our new puppy who was only nine weeks old and has been with us every week since and he is now seven months old! She is fantastic with him, and I know Juno just loves her. Dana is...absolutely one of a kind. There aren't enough words to express how wonderful she is. If you're looking for someone who doesn't JUST walk your dog(s) but connects with them, builds their confidence, and loves them wholly then you've met your match. My husband and I desperately needed a dog walker who could handle our 3 rowdy pups of all different breeds, walk styles, and temperaments (and who are on the stranger danger side!). Dana was more than happy to do a meet and greet with them. They're bit challenging but Dana reassured us she loves a good challenge and all three seem to adore her so much. She responsive, is always willing to answer your questions, and sends so many updates of their walks! Really couldn't ask for a more perfect match. She does have a busy and jam packed schedule so if you want her, gotta reach out to her asap!!

Dana is the most hardworking, caring, and thoughtful person I have met. She has done outstanding work with our two dogs and our cat. The training she has done with them has helped us out so much, she was even able to teach me, my mom, and our 12 year old dog some new tricks and brings his puppy energy back out every-time he sees her. We’ve now used Jeannie several times and every time we are extremely pleased with her services. Our two dogs love her and she takes great care of the dogs and our home. One time a syringe that we were using for an ear infection broke. Jeannie drove to our vets office to get a new syringe so she could keep up with the ear medication. That’s just one example of the care she provides.
Hi everyone, We left our Miniature Purebred Poodle Lilli with Jeanne Holm for a week to travel to NYC for our son’s wedding. Michael and I were both nervous wreck's. Never was our Lilli (22months Old) left with anyone. I have to tell you that after meeting Jeanne our fears were gone. Jeanne exudes confidence as a Pet Sitter Lilli loved her right away. The two warmed up to one another immediately. Jeanne is a professional and has all her paperwork in order to be filled out online. My husband as a retired physician appreciated that everything was discussed and written. She is truly interested to know about your pet. Jeannie was recommended recently to us by friends of ours in our neighborhood in Bradenton. They went away on a 30 day cruise and Jeannie took care of both of their dogs while they were gone. They had nothing but good things to say about her so we asked her to watch our pup while we were out of town! Jeannie went above and beyond to make sure that our little girl was safe, well taken care of, and happy. She was very thorough in gathering information about our dog before we left her with her and thought of everything! Even things that I hadn’t….such as reaching out to our veterinarian to let them know that our dog would be with a sitter in the event that Jeannie had to take our pup there while we were gone. She was very accommodating in keeping Gema on her normal schedule, giving her medications, feeding her as instructed, etc. I was even able to FaceTime with our pup on a couple of occasions while we were gone, which gave me so much peace of mind! Our flight got in rather late in the evening, so upon our return, I asked Jeannie if she could drop Gema off at our place after dinner so that she would be here when we came home. Jeannie was happy to do this, and we were thrilled to see her a little girl when we finally got home! We appreciated everything that Jeannie did, and the communication while we were gone to let us know that everything was going well. Couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of our pup! We highly recommend Jeannie and trust our little girl completely with her!!! :)

Jeannie was an absolute dream of a pet sitter. We were out of the country for two weeks. We never had a worry. She sent us photos and videos everyday. When we returned home our house was in better shape than when we left. Jeannie stayed at our house and took perfect care of our dog, Lady Di. Our adorable little girl is not always the little angel she is for us. She was a rescue and is extremely fearful of people. She has been known to bark, snap and growl at anyone who approaches her. Jeannie has been caring for my 3 dogs and 2 cats now for quite a few months and I would recommend her to anyone!! I have three senior dogs who all require a lot of specific care and medicine. We’ve used Barksbnb several times on our trip to Florida. The boarding facilities are fantastic and our big guy had lots of room to run and play outside. The second time we took him he couldn’t wait to get away from us to go hang out with the owner, Caroline! We will definitely use them again. They are wonderful people and provide top notch care. I also love that they they are very involved in the rescue community and take in doggies waiting for their forever homes.
What a great place! Caroline and Michelle are awesome! The "rooms" are clean; and there is plenty of space for the dogs to play and run. Our German Shepard puppy, Jaeger had the best time! We were also able to visit and take him for the day. He was happy and well cared for. We highly recommend!
Caroline took amazing care of our two dogs and helped accommodate our every need. We had a dog on medicine who needed special treatment and Caroline assured us that he would be completely taken care of as well as helped us with a last minute situation that came up on the day we were dropping off our dogs. I had to leave out of town unexpectedly and I decided to board my dog here after reading the reviews. I was a little nervous at first since I’ve never boarded him before but after speaking with Caroline on the phone, I felt so much better. She explained to me what their schedule looks like and that they only board a few dogs at a time. Whenever I texted her to check up on my dog, she quickly responded and gave a thorough update. I know my dog had a great time there and I’d recommend it to anyone.
We boarded our two 50-pound dogs for several days. Before reserving, we checked out the place (with our dogs) and were very impressed. Large fenced yards, clean and organized kennel building, friendly and caring owner (Caroline) whose family lives on site. We were very comfortable and confident leaving our dogs in her care. All went swimmingly well. We highly recommend this business.
We moved to Florida almost a year ago and were worried about where to send our pup when we go out of town. We are beyond thankful to have found Caroline and Barksbnb. Not a fan of kennels for my two little dogs but this one is the exception! New to FL and took a chance. Intimate setting...Caroline is a loving doggie mom! Clean facility with a nice fenced in area. Dogs have their own little “room”...no crates. My two share their cozy space. I have peace of mind that my dogs are safe and loved when I have to travel.

This pet sitting service was recommended by my vet; if that doesn’t say it all about what a professional company they are I don’t know what does. I was gone 5 months. Two amazing sitters took turns caring for my 20 and 8 year old cats. Daily they were in contact with me letting me know how everything was. They sent pictures and videos everyday. They were very good about telling me when my pet supplies needed to be reordered. I felt so at peace knowing they were in good hands. When I got home, the cats were very peaceful, the litter boxes were immaculate and everything in my home was in order. EXHALE! I HIGHLY recommend this company😸😸

I had Susan for my cat sitter and she was AMAZING!! She sent me pics of my babies daily and would sit and play with them. She even left them a feather toy and laser pointer with a Christmas card. I will definitely be using her again.

Very disappointed with how staff handled this. I have been taking my 3 year old yellow Labrador here for daycare several times a week for 9 months without any known issues. He loves going and allowed him to interact and play with other dogs his size. Monday I dropped him off as usual only to be called an hour later and told I had to pick him up because he pinned down three dogs by the neck. I was mortified and went right over to pick him up thinking he wasn’t feeling good. After getting him home I realized he was just fine and then questioned what had happened. He has been to dozens of days care facility around the country while I traveled and has never once had this happen or shown ANY signs of aggression towards anything. In fact he was sometime placed with the smaller dogs because he is so gentle. I then called the Woof this morning to see if I could take him over and was told NO because they had new dogs coming in and it would be to much. I now know that he was only playing and that the problem is the young lady who called is not properly trained to handle situations and overreacted. Additionally they are taking way to many animals in at once and either need more space or less dogs per day.

The Woof on Cortez has become our new favorite boarding spot for our dog! The staff is super friendly! The hours of operation allow for a lot of flexibility in dropping off and picking up, and best of all, our dog gets to socialize and play with the other dogs while there! I liked that there is a required trial day before boarding is allowed to be scheduled… to get to know a dog and make sure it is social and not aggressive. All in all, it makes me happy knowing our dog has a place to play and have fun while we are away instead of being stuck in a kennel somewhere for a couple of days!
The Woof is the BEST! My pup loves running and playing with her friends! I feel so comforted knowing she’s well taken care of while I work a full day! They take pics of your pups too so you can check in and see how your fur babies are doing!
The woof is an awesome place. I boarded my pup for five nights when I went out of town. I was a little nervous since my mom is the only person who ever watches her. All of that was relieved immediately with how attentive and accommodating the staff and owners were. I received pictures via text several times a day and she looked so happy (and she is sometimes on the anxious side). Anytime I texted the number for an update I got an immediate and friendly response. The staff was awesome and very nice. They also offered a bath as an add on and they did a great job. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. I had a great experience with them and absolutely would recommend!
The folks at The Woof are the most caring, attentive people I have ever met in the industry. Since they opened they have built an amazing relationship with my family and my dog, who I never liked to leave with anybody! This is now my furbaby’s favorite place and it’s such a blessing!
The Wolf on Cortez is the best place to home your dog in the Bradenton area. They’ve got all the activities and really love on your pup while making sure all their needs are met. We have nothing but good things to say about them and trust them completely with our boxer. If you’re looking for a place to home your dog while you’re on vacation or just wanting them to get some socialization at this is definitely a place with the right prices and the right crew. My dog loves playing, im told shes the last to settle down, however, i picked her up one day after work and was told she hurt her leg trying to jump the 6 ft fence. I brushed it off, then i boarded her for 9 days, on the 9th day they call me and tell me shes really sick and cant find a vet. Apparently my vet died while i was out of town. My dog didnt just wake up sick that day, she was pretty sick when i got there. A place thats caring for animals should ALWAYS have a go to vet. They did offer to pay vet bill which i thought was odd. After getting her healthy, i figured she could go daily, no more boarding...well 2 weeks later she got sick again, thankfully i caught it quickly. My new vet suggested a cleanliness issue. After 600+ dollar vet bills, she wont be back. Id like to add that i never met the owners, saw a lot of employee turnover, which makes me wonder if staff is properly trained.
The woof is the most amazing daycare not only a place where you can feel safe, but a place where they will love your dogs like you do when Walden became sick I was immediately telephoned and Mandy the manager met me at my vets office to make sure my puppy was well taken care of I cannot say enough about this place they will love your pets as you do how lucky I am to have a place so close to home! What amazing, compassionate people so lucky to consider them the second home from my puppy
We love knowing our fur baby is in great hands here! Always willing to take him in for a day of daycare or boarding when we go away for a weekend. Our dog loves going and bolts to the door each time! We reached out to her on a weekend, less than 24 hours before leaving for a 10-day family vacation after our previous care arrangement let us down. Cheyenne called me back right away and, within a few hours, was at our home for a meet-and-greet to ensure we and our kitties felt comfortable. Her communication was impeccable—she kept us updated twice each day with detailed messages. She spent quality time with our cats, informing us about their eating habits, potty routines, and included plenty of photos. Our older kitty, who is usually shy around strangers, was completely comfortable with her, as evident in the pictures. Cheyenne, truly an angel. Cheyenne watched me two dogs in her home while I had a trip out of town. She has previously helped with walks and met them at my home, but this was my first time using her as a sitter. I'm always nervous with new sitters but she did an amazing job and my dogs clearly had a wonderful time! I appreciated how thorough her paperwork was at getting health information, preferences, etc. Super professional. She gave me updates while I was gone at the perfect frequency and I had complete confidence that everything was going well. 10/10, highly recommend, would absolutely use again!
Our River had the best time at Shiney Day! We are always so nervous to leave our baby! Cheyenne kept me up to date with how River was doing. She sent me lots of photos too! We will definitely use her services again!
Kaitlin Newman is amazing! As someone new to the Port Charlotte area and working long hours I was nervous bringing a new walker into my home. Once meeting Kaitlin those worried were instantly over. Jacque (my French Bulldog) can be a handful at time but Kaitlin took on the challenge. She treats Jacque as if he is her own. She finds joy in each and every visit with Jacque. Additionally, her communication is never lacking. She makes me aware if she will be running behind or if there is something alarming going on with Jacque. I look forward to her summary and photos daily, which is always lovely to receive during a stressful work day. Kaitlin has even hosted Jacque for two overnight boarding session in which he has been on his best behavior. Jacque is not socialized often with other dogs, so I feared having him around 5 other dogs at once but Kaitlin had no issues acclimating Jacque to the new environment. I knew he had the best of time when he would get home and sleep for the rest of evening and was even unwilling to do his usual walks the following day due to the fun filled weekend. I highly recommend Kaitlin and the Shiney Day company!
Cheyenne has taken care of my two house rabbits many times over the past several years. Between her vet tech expertise, her love of animals of all kinds and her super organized scheduling/communication platform, I always know the rabbits are in good hands. Cheyenne is great! We were searching for a sitter who could take care of our furbabies while we are out of town. We have 2 aging cats with minor health issues. Cheyenne and Shiney Day Pet Care are the best! Not only was she extremely quick with communication but also very accommodating with last minute changes. She loves animals so much, which makes me happy as an owner because then I know my cats are in good hands. And if you have a sick animal, she knows how to take care of them. Walter and his crew are amazing. Our dog has done overnights a few times and I often wonder if our pup is sad to see us come get him. There is great communication and care throughout the entire stay. So thankful for this great company, highly recommend this company and their services!

Fetch! Pet Care Sarasota is awesome! Our cat sitter not only fed our cats and cleaned their litterbox, he also provided mental stimulation and physical exercise each day. Lots of photos were taken and really made us feel comfortable while we were away. I would HIGHLY reccomend!!!
I have used Fetch Pet Care for over 3 years and have never been disappointed with the care provided. Most recently, Tammie and Sara provided extended coverage sending daily updates and pictures of my feline “children “. They took care to ensure our home was clean of the kitty litter which the cats tend to track around. They provided additional services such as watering our plants and setting out the garbage as we left a few days before. They even asked if they should be getting the mail though we had stopped it. It’s a comfortable feeling knowing we can leave and our loved ones are being well taken care of.
My dogs both have special needs, one has tons of allergies and the other one has hip dysplasia and arthritis. Walt and Jillian are really good at following all the medicine and individualized feeding instructions both of my dogs have, and its a lot! Plus they have a very dog friendly home and they spoil my dogs with love while they are boarded there.

We love Shagri-La Pet Resort! My dogs, Patrick and Magnolia actually run out of the car and into the building just to see everyone. They LOVE the girls!!! When we pick them up they smell amazing from their baths and they are very happy! When Hurricane Milton happened, we didn’t have power and we had to leave our home. We didn’t have any other option. Their team took in our dogs and made sure they were safe, even though they were also going through their own issues during the storm. We are so grateful for their service and the amount of care they put into their business. My mom also brings her dogs there and loves them! Highly highly recommend!
My puppy stayed at this resort for a week when I dropped her off she was so nervous but when I picked her up she was so happy you can just tell she had an amazing time and she loved everyone, she was very happy going up to the staff for pets, we will be back for any future boarding. Thank you for being so awesome!!
We have left our 2 German shepherds with Shangri-La a bunch of times, and every time, the pups are happy! The girls working there are amazing, sweet, and you can tell they love the pets they care for. Best place around for sure! Kona, Kratos and family thank you for your kindness, and recommend them to everyone!
Our pups boarded for a few nights with Shagri-La and came home very happy. I wish that I could leave them a 5 star review however, the owner took it upon himself/his staff to not stick to the one thing we asked them not to do during our pets stay. Our Dalmatian has been VERY food aggressive with our smaller dog in the past. We asked upon making the reservation if he could be separated for meals and were told it was no problem. When we dropped them off, the owner seemed to be slightly annoyed that we were asking for him to be separated at meal time but said he would give him 15 minutes to eat then take the food up. When we picked them up I asked how their time there had been. The owner stated it was good and said “the Dalmatian isn’t as food aggressive as you might think. We left the food out for them and they did great.” I am extremely thankful that nothing happened but am very upset that they took this risk without so much as a phone call to us. We have had our Dalmatian since he was 8 weeks old and know our dogs well. This was not a decision that should have been made by a boarder and because of this we will never use Shagri-La again.
Jeff and his team are the BEST!! My pup has been going there for 5 years and when we turn down the bumpy road, he gets super excited. I hate leaving my pup, but I’m so thankful to have such a great place to care for him when I’m gone.
Excellent place! This is going to be the only kennel I bring my GSD moving forward! She came home very happy! I paid extra for a couple of swims, which she loved, and I was also impressed by the bath she was given. Very large kennels, very clean, and friendly staff.

First boarding experience anywhere with our career changed guide-dog pup so I was a bit nervous. All in all, he came home safe and happy as a clam. The rates are reasonable, the building looked super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. What more could you ask for?
This place is nice. I felt very comfortable leaving my one year-old rat terrier here I dealt with Jeff he was very nice and accommodating explained everything what I loved about the place is my dog was in her own safe space always I didn’t have to worry about her getting attacked. by any other dogs when they let them out individually, they can run and play and still see the other dogs in their own space I highly recommend this place.
Even though there was a mix up with the reservation, they were gracious enough to board my Auggie. He also got a nice bath before coming home at a very reasonable price. I will recommend.
