Cat Sitting in Wigton

Caroline and Rob are the best the house sitters you could wish for. They were very flexible with our arrival and departure times due to our flights and nothing was any trouble. We did not worry about Teddie for a second as we knew he was in great hands and was being spoiled rotten. Caroline and Rob sent daily video's and photos of their various walks, tea shops and walks to our local pub. It was such a joy to know that they were enjoying their stay and Teddie was as happy as larry! Caroline and Rob are fabulous and very caring and 5 stars are not enough! When we returned home the house was immaculate, and Teddie was beautifully groomed and very happy. We cannot thank Caroline and Rob aka Auntie C and Uncle B enough for their care, patience and the genuine affection to our Teddster. We are all looking forward to seeing you in March. Thank you so very much xx

James was an absolute delight with our little dog who loved him and enjoyed their time together and many walks. His communication to us whilst we were away was excellent, texts, photos and videos, and never frightened to ask about anything he was unsure off. It was lovely to meet such an easy going and kind guy and to listen about some of his adventures. We wish him all the very best in his many future adventures, thank you James 🙏🙏🙏

I would highly recommend Deborah and Brian as sitters. They were amazing. This was our first experience of having sitters and they looked after our fur babies extremely well. They kept in touch throughout the visit and were not phased by one of them being poorly. The house was spotless on our return. Thank you so much Deborah and Brian!

Gwyn and Darrin were super house and cat sitters. Pre arrival communication was excellent and it was great to meet them in person before we left for our holiday. They sent regular updates while we were away and it was clear from the photos that the cats were totally happy and relaxed with them. On our return the house was clean and tidy and I don't think the cats even realised we'd been away! I'd highly recommend Gywn and Darrin

An excellent sit by Helen and Stuart - we highly recommend them. Prior to the sit, Helen’s communication was brilliant and very reassuring. On the day, they arrived well ahead of schedule and ensured that we felt at ease. They asked a lot of questions to ensure that they understood Chester and his needs, making sure that they could provide the best care for him. Whilst we were away, Helen provided regular updates - both messages and pictures - which was lovely. Upon returning, the house was spotless. We cannot recommend Helen and Stuart enough. Louise is a kind, caring, thoughtful and conscientious person and we felt really lucky to have her pet and house sit for us. She gave us regular updates on how the animals were getting on, and made sure that our anxious elderly dog felt re-assured by her presence. Louise came with her own bedding, towels and even tea towels which meant the house was just as we left it when we returned with the addition of a bowl of fresh fruit from her garden! Thank you so much for looking after everyone so well 😊

Rose & Michael have a tremendous back catalogue of great reviews: the reason is simple. They are truly fantastic house sitters! Thank you both for looking after Finn and Arthur so well. From the initial contact, through our video chats, our WhatsApp contacts prior to the sit, our 24 hr handover and then during the sit itself when for me the contact and updates from home were just right, Rose & Michael fully met and exceeded my expectations. They are caring, thoughtful and kind people. I travelled with full confidence Finn would be having a great time too - and so it proved. To top off the sit, I have returned to a sparkling house and two very happy pets. Thank you both again and do come back anytime!

Jane was everything you could want from a house sitter. I knew from reading her introductory message, her reviews and chatting to her on the phone, that Jane was a conscientious person and a real animal lover. Jane took great care of our cat, Ollie. She was very sensitive to his needs and his temperament. Whilst Jane was housesitting there was a sudden problem with the lock, meaning it was difficult for Jane to unlock the front door. Jane was understanding and stayed in to deal with the locksmith. We got home to a happy cat and an immaculate home. Jane was very thoughtful. After a long and exhausting journey we arrived home late evening. I realised we had no food and I'd need to go out again to buy bread for breakfast. However, Jane had already thought of this and there was a loaf of bread waiting for us! I'd highly recommend Jane.
