We originally started boarding him there out of convenience & a great price in 2017 we have since moved but still drive triple the distance to get him there & back because they have been so fantastic over the years. Always understanding & flexible, kind, timely, loving to the pets. They are the best!

Truman comes here several times a year and is always well fed and taken care of on his puppy vacations!

My puppies were safe and loved during their stay. I especially liked the care in which Angie used in dealing with MY anxiety. She was very compassionate and was able to put my mind and heart at ease. It was a wonderful place for my puppies to stay. Clean and spacious. I highly recommend it!!!

Love this hidden gem! Took our mini horse of a dog there for a few days, we've heard horror stories about other places and we're quite worried but not here! The owners were awesome. They take great care of your pet! My doggie came home just as happy as we left him!

I am delighted with our two boarding experiences this year since discovering Doggie Day Kamp. Angie and Joe, along with their staff, truly care about all dogs. The facility is clean and spacious, great exercise areas, and Molly came home happy and was excited the next time we dropped her off. All of this caring at reasonable rates. You couldn’t ask for more!

I absolutely LOVE it here! Its Clean and Affordable. I have take my dog here several times while we go on vacation. They have big indoor and outdoor play areas. The place is very clean. I really like that its in her basement and not some out building somewhere. The take the dogs for walks daily with no extra charge. The owners are great! They post pictures a couple times a week so you can see your dog while they are there. My dog has trust issues with people so I'm careful where I take her. My dog just loves Angie. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!!

This is the first time we ever used this service and I'm so happy we did. We loved the atmosphere and the care that Doggie Day Kamp provided was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be using their service in the future.

What a great place to take your dog(s). Angie takes wonderful care of all the pups under her care. She walks and gives love to all her tenants. Lol. She is amazing with them. My dog Colt would run to her when he saw her. We have moved to New Hampshire recently and I am so concerned finding a facility that will be as reliable with my furbaby as she has been. His longest stay with her was 9 straight days. When we picked him up he didn't want to leave her!! 😀 Thank you Angie we will be forever grateful for your kindness and love you showed Colt. Doggie Day Kamp is very accommodating and Angie is very sweet and goes the extra mile. I hate having to leave my little dog anywhere, especially when I see how uneasy he is when time for pick up. This was the first time I have used DDK'S services and was pleasantly surprised at how in good spirits my dog was. Will definitely use their service again.

Sugarbush Kennels took great care of our dog Scribble while we were on a 10 day vacation. In addition, we just tried their grooming service and they did a wonderful job and were very quick! Would highly recommend!

There's no place I trust more with my pet! Sugarbush Kennels is hands down the finest option for boarding your pet. The staff are super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Your pet is guaranteed to be treated with the best possible care. And they regularly post pictures so you can see what your pooch and his/her new friends have been up to while you're away.

Very professional care. This place is very well managed with a good and caring staff. The owner has show dogs and treats the kennelled dogs the same way. Never had a bad experience. And the dogs seem to enjoy going there. We've been using Sugarbush for many years.

I had to board my 17 year old cat for 10 days. Chewy was well taken care of. I brought my own food (although it was not necessary) which they fed to him on my preferred schedule. I'm sure boarding is difficult on any aging animal, but Sugarbush took great care of him. On our first day home he gave us some loving, and has already settled into his old routine. Sugarbush allowed me to schedule a tour beforehand so I could see where he would be kept and how things work there. I was very nervous because of his age (and he had just lost his brother), but I definitely made the right choice taking Chewy to Sugarbush.

Our welsh corgi, Dash spent almost 12 years boarding at Sugarbush. I always felt Dash was safe and well cared for. He loved going there, having play time with the other dogs and responded well with all of the staff. Jim and everyone there took great care of Dash even when he declined due to a degenerative disease and was taking a fistful of pills. Dash is in doggy heaven now, and we miss our friends at Sugarbush, who made us feel like family. Highly recommended!

I love love love Sugarbush Kennels. My Mia a female Miniature Pinscher can sometime be a little skittish and standoffish but when she goes there she mingles love the employees that work there. I love that they take video pictures of the dogs for me to review on Facebook to see how Mia is doing when I'm away from her. Because I'm a very particular careful doggy mom when it comes to my baby. I've had my other pups in kennels prior to Sugarbush but this is the best one so far. I trust and feel safe when my dog is there at the kennel. And the boss is an awesome very nice man. I can tell by how well run and clean the kennel is that he loves what he's doing with the dogs. Or my baby wouldn't be there. (+:

Amazing kennel. Really cares for all their furry visitors. Very knowledgeable and patient staff. This is our go-to kennel for all boarding needs. My GSD comes back happy and healthy every time and we never have to worry about the care or well being. Highly recommend.

Our pup gets excited when she goes to Sugarbush. The staff is professional and the place is clean. I really like that they post daily pics of the 'guests' on Facebook.

I brought my 5 month old labradoodle puppy here for an assessment. I was so happy with the staff, everyone is so kind. My puppy came home ready to take a nap. She had so much fun. She will be going regularly for daycare. Having an app to make reservations/ cameras to check on my puppy is awesome! Highly recommend.

Tucker loves the days he gets to go play at tails in the city!! He always has the best time there and knows right when we turn on the road that’s it’s located on.I trust very few people with my baby and I definitely trust them! They all know tucker by his name as soon as we walk in the door and they even have cameras you can spy on your dog to make sure they are having fun and playing!

Tails Inn the City is amazing! My dog Pete has pretty bad separation anxiety, but they are so patient with him and extremely sweet. I don’t worry about leaving him for doggy daycare because I know he is in such good hands. I love this place and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

Brought my dog in several times for daycare and never had any issues. However, I used their boarding services for a week and was disgusted. My dog has been socialized in different environments as I worked in vet med. I wrote out a letter outlining his behavior, items left with him, and directions for getting hold of me and letting my brother visit him. I called in a few times to check on my dog and was told he was doing well. My brother stopped to see him and was told he wasn’t allowed, even though I cleared this with the owner and staff before boarding! I picked up my dog a day early and found him to have lost 3lbs! His ribs were showing! He also had raw, bloody paw pads from licking. When I asked about this behavior and why this wasn’t brought up when I called I was told that he ate his food and that no one noticed his paw pads. All I can recommend is that the owner needs to train the staff better and take less boarders if it’s too hard to keep an eye on them. Now I have two dogs and have to find a new daycare/boarding facility, but now I’m paranoid that another facility will do the same as Tails Inn.

We have been taking our Golden Retriever to Tails for daycare/boarding for about a year now and they have been awesome. You do need to call well in advance and I often like to call and confirm our reservation shortly before our trip, but they have been great with our pup. He is always super tired from playing all week/weekend and we love that they offer webcam access so we can watch him play! Thanks, Tails, for loving our pet like we do!

We had a very positive experience with Tails R Waggin! We were in from out of town with our 10 mos old dog and had contacted prior to our trip to arrange for daycare. The staff (especially Sarah) were all very polite and helpful! They worked with us and made the registration process easy. Our dog was there the entire day and had a great time! The staff was great and the cost was very reasonable! Highly recommend using them if you can and we will next time we are in Canton!

Tails Inn the City is amazing. If you are looking to board your pup or just daycare this place is amazing. We have left our dog here for 2 several long vacations and both times he has been tired and happy when we have picked him up. We also use their daycare services which are especially useful in the cold winter months when we can't get him out to exercise as much. When I check in on him on the cameras he is always running and playing and the staff is always taking excellent care of our Bailey. They give our family the peace of knowing that they are caring for Bailey just as we would at home.

I've been taking my 2 year old German Shepherd, Annabelle, here for daycare for about 6 months now. She loves it here! She's always excited to come to daycare, and she's exhausted and content when I pick her up. She has a ton of energy and can be a lot to deal with, but we never have any issues here. It's a great way to get her energy out and entertain her while I'm at work. It's nice that they have cameras that let you check in on them too. The owners and staff are all friendly and professional. I feel like they really watch the dogs and care about them. Highly recommend!

Took my pup here today for an evaluation. The place was clean, fhe people friendly, and the way they discussed how the days and structure work here were amazing. Learning about this place was a welcome change to the routine. I am excited about this doggie daycare, and hope to be a member here. From the little I have seen of this place so far, I am extremely pleased!

This is a great place to take your dog for daycare. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. They have very flexible hours which is great when you are dropping off your dog before work. They have an app with video feed that allows you to check on your dog during the day. My dog runs and plays here all day and comes home very well exercised and very tired.

We were looking for a place to take my 5 year old golden retriever so that we could go on vacation. She is not very socialized because we adopted her right before the pandemic. We set up a meet and greet to see how she would do with the staff etc. The staff are very nice and the building was very clean and modern. She did great with the staff but then she was just placed in a large room with a bunch of other dogs and she couldn’t handle it. It’s not their fault that she is so shy and scared but I didn’t like how she was just put in this room where she was obviously uncomfortable and just left to defend herself. She wasn’t attacked or anything but the other dogs were just all up in her face and she had nowhere to go to get space. They said some dogs can be this way and it gets better after time but I just felt really bad for her. I ended up taking her to another place where they keep the dogs separate and she was much happier. I don’t recommend this place if your dog is not socialized or scared of other dogs. If your dog is ok with other dogs, I would give them a try. I thought the place was nice and the staff was friendly.

I like the environment of Dogtopia and the employees are caring, friendly, and they keep the rooms clean. However, I can’t drop my doggies off for social interaction until after 2 PM when the whole day doggies are let out from their naps at noon. I just wished I could get a complete half day of doggy daycare for what I’m charged for.

Dogtopia is worth gold. I have a puppy who is the most challenging dog I have owned due to her having excessive energy and she has anxiety. She cannot sleep through the night unless I take her to Dogtopia. This includes when i take her to the dog park or puppy kindergarden she does not sleep through the night. On only our second time coming to Dogtopia, my puppy knew where she was and was extremely excited. I was told about another local place and when I called they were cheaper. However, Dogtopia screens the dogs for temperment and if a dog is not friendly from my understanding they do not stay. The other place keeps all dogs and just provides time outs. With my puppy already being anxious I want to be sure she only has positive experiences. It is worth the few extra dollars to bring her to Dogtopia. Also, they have events for the dogs on different days such as lick art, bubble baths, etc. The cameras help me keep on eye on my puppy and I am very grateful for Dogtopia.

Our dog Max loves it at Dogtopia. He plays hard and comes home exhausted (which says a lot for a husky). We appreciate that we can watch him on camera throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with our over-all experience at Dogtopial

Dogtopia is the best! They do so many fun activities for the pups and you can tell the staff really loves them! My dog gets so excited when we walk in that he forgets I exist and runs straight to the staff to go back and play! The onsite spa services are so convenient—I love being able to drop him off for a play day (or a weekend) and pick him up with a fresh bath! Having access to the webcam is great—I love being able to check on him and see him having a great time playing with his friends while I’m away!

I dont recommend going here because they mainly have the dogs pee anywhere inside and after taking my 1.5 year old dog there a couple of times she was peeing on the carpets in my house after never doing that since being housebroken as a puppy. So i spent a couple weeks and a couple hundred dollars including professional help to try to get the pee out of the carpet and have had to retrain her again. Everyone was super nice here and seemed to be good with the dogs however. Its just not a good business policy to have them pee inside but thats how they have it set up there. Was iffy about it off the bat and was told dont worry it wont make them pee inside your house caus its like the dog park here and obviously i should have not tried that because it was not true

Dogtopia is the highlight of Benard’s week! As soon as I say “do you want to go see friends?” He flies to the car and starts crying in excitement when we pull into the parking lot. I take him for a few hours once a week to be around other dogs and have no reservations in knowing he is being so well taken care of. All of the staff are warm, wonderful, and welcoming; the facility is clean and well equipped; and Bernard loves it. I cannot recommend them enough!

We love it so far, our dog loves to go and she, being a energetic ball of fur has had great experience being with other dogs. The price is good and we love the fact we can bring her for half days or full days. The people there are great and caring.

We love Dogtopia daycare. They have taken great care of little moose for the last year & he has made lots of friends in his time there.

Hattie’s was a HUGE lifesaver for me!! My dog was scheduled to be boarded elsewhere and upon dropping him off on my way to the airport it was in the middle of an active fire & I had to find a different place. On Sunday morning Hattie’s was the only one open and took him in with open arms!!! Hattie’s was amazing with taking my nervous phone calls to check on him while I was gone. He came home & crashed so he clearly had a great time! Will 100% use them in the future!!

My fur baby LOVES coming here to play while his humans are away. The staff is fantastic and take great care of all the doggies. He plays SO hard and always comes home tired, but ready to go back.

I really feel good about leaving my Sophie here. They take such good care of her and she gets to play and play with other dogs her size. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It's also clean and fairly priced.

We take our dog Memphis here quite a bit. All we have to say is Hattie's and she is running to grab her leash and harness. She loves it here both boarding and daycare! We can't say enough about this place. Between the friendly staff and all the tail wags, we recommend trying them out!

I don't like to board my fur baby often, but when I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else other than Hattie's. I have taken 3 of my dogs over the years to Hattie's, including our most recent fur baby who we adopted in 2023, as well as my 2 late beagles. The staff is wonderful with our little man, who has separation anxiety and sometimes gets nervous around other dogs (but he's improving!). You can tell they have the dogs' best interests in mind. The peace of mind that I get with boarding my dog here is worth every penny. And the mission of Hattie Larlham makes choosing to board my dog here, rather than other facilities in the area, a no-brainer. Keep up the great work, Hattie's!

Our dog Ruby loves going there and every time we do the staff loves on her. You can tell they love to take care of all the dogs there. They just had a dog Christmas party and got ice cream.

I called and the staff are super disrespectful and unprofessional. She told me she didn’t have time to inform me on the steps to take to enroll my poodle because she has “better things to do like take care of this overload of a dog show” when I I tried to say I’m interested she literally told me “we’re not interested go somewhere else” and hung up the phone. You guys definitely need better staff , and if you’re not interested in boarding dogs you should change your business.

We love bringing our puppy here to wear her out. Much more importantly, the pup loves it. We boarded the pup here a few times and she’s always excited to come back. And they love her too. She’s always met with open arms!

Wish I could give it a zero. My dog who has had zero issues with other dogs was taken for a temperment test. After less than 30 minutes, I received a phone call that they will not be able to keep her because of dog aggression. They claimed that in that 30 minutes, they had attempted 3-4 dog "rooms" with her. I'm going to bet there was zero chance for the dog to decompress during this short time. The woman who called said my dog was wonderful with people, but then in the next sentence said that she was fearful for her staff's safety with her. And then specifically mentioned my dog is bad with Goldens. So strange since my dog plays with a Golden down the street off leash. She has also gone to PetSmart pet training with zero issues with dogs and is boarded with other dogs when we are on vacation with no issues. This all leads me to believe that this business has no idea how to introduce dogs who may be a bit skittish to other dogs. If your dog is not a "perfect" dog, do not go here. Oh, and the staff member's demeanor on the call leads me to believe that my dog will have very little care unless I go get her now (which my husband is doing). She said they will basically put her in a room with water because of the danger she poses to staff. Absolutely unbelievable. I'm so sorry we drove 30 minutes for out dog to have somme time with other dogs.

Our pup had an excellent experience at Hatties! The staff are so friendly, professional and give you peace of mind. We got awesome updates when we checked in with them. Our Myles came home exhausted from playing with all of his new friends! Definitely recommend this place... its a step above the rest!

We love Ellie’s Place!! Very friendly staff who do a great job of taking care of my pup. I really like their system and the pack has a lot of really sweet dogs, and they give you access to the security cameras showing where the dogs are and you can check in on them to see how they’re doing while you’re away. If you’re boarding your pup, they provide you with access to a camera of your dogs nook where they sleep. My dog, Dora, always love going here and when I pick her up she’s always happy and content :) Thank you Ellie’s Place for always taking good care of Dora!!

We used Ellie’s place to board our dog overnight and it was a great experience! I chose them because of all of the excellent reviews that clients wrote about them. Being able to see our pup on camera at any time is so cool and was funny to watch! We’ll definitely take Louie back there! They really care for the dogs like they are their own!

My two dogs recently spent the weekend at Ellie’s place and it was the best boarding experience I’ve ever had! The cameras are so nice to have so we can see them during the day. The pen they were kept in together was very spacious and clean. They came home super tired from all the fun they had! We will definitely be coming back to Ellie’s place again :)

Our Great Dane puppy, Hagrid, loves his time at daycare every week. The staff is so wonderful to him and even sends pictures throughout the day to keep my heart happy. They also have cameras to check in through the day and allow me to peek at how much fun he’s having. They also give me updates on developmental milestones he’s reaching as a puppy and are wonderful sounding boards on stages of development and give great advice. We won’t go anywhere else for help with our pup!!

I started taking my puppy Frankie to daycare when she was about 5 months and I am so glad I did my research and found Ellie’s place! I couldn’t be happier. The owner and her employees are wonderful! They treat each “four legged student” as if they were their own! Frankie has been so well socialized by being here. I also board her there when we go on vacation and I sleep well at night knowing she is in perfect hands. They don’t charge extra to let her outside or take place in daycare during boarding. Her charges are so reasonable and I love that she doesn’t nickle and dime you for everything she does with the dogs/puppies. I would not trust anyone else looking after my precious family member.

I have been using the same kennel for almost 2 decades and unfortunately, they recently retired. I will say that Ellies Place exceeded my expectations at every turn. They were so good to my pups, plus, I had the reassurance of seeing them on camera during the day and also having a view into their kennel at night. They even messaged me one day with a picture and let me know that they were adjusting well since my dogs had never been in a daycare type situation before. I am so excited to have a new kennel for my dogs to call their home away from home.

We needed a place to board our one year old dog last minute after discovering the place that we had initially booked was not what we had thought it was. Thankfully, Ellie's Place had availability. We really loved that the dogs had their own kennels and were not to be kept in crates for overnight sleeping. The kennels are all very spacious. We really liked being able to see our dog on the cameras playing. The facility itself is clean, the staff is wonderful and our Parker boy can't wait for his next stay.

Needed a place for our 3 pups to stay for a few hours while we visited the NFL Hall of Fame on a Sunday afternoon. Ellie’s was able to accommodate our special needs (a 7 month old puppy, a 12 year old blind dog and one that isn’t totally comfortable with dogs he doesn’t know). The pups had a great time and so did we knowing that they were being well cared for 😊 Thank you!

I feel soo lucky someone told me about Ellie's Place Pet Daycare. I had to board my dog for 4 days. I could watch her and the facility on cameras at any time and I could watch her at night. It really helped me to see what she was experiencing. The employees there truly care about dogs. They are constantly with the dogs. It's the cleanest daycare/boarding facility I have seen. My dog really enjoys being able to hang out with other dogs and being able to be both inside and outside whenever she wants and is not locked in a cage most of her visit. You can really tell the dogs love the freedom they are given there. I feel comfortable knowing my dog will be well cared for if I need someone to watch my dog for me. I highly recommend Ellie's Place.

I have a few daycares available to me but I drive a little extra to go to Ellie's Place because this place is worth it! Love that my pup Penny gets to play and zoom both indoors and outdoors. Staff are keen to observe her temperament and behaviors and place her in the appropriate size group depending on who's there that day (she is small right now but has big dog mindset!). She has a blast here and I can rest (and work) assured that she is well cared for. Highly recommend!

I have been using the BowWow Bungalow for Doggie Day Care for a few years now, probably around 4 years, and am very satisfied with the service and peace of mind knowing that my dog Rosie will be cared for by an experienced and very caring veterinary technician in her own home. There are fenced kennels in the back yard and areas within the bungalow for dogs to play rest and eat until their owner can come over and pick them up. Overnight care is available and I have recommended to friends who now exclusively use the services here.

Very knowledgeable and compassionate. After meeting with her we had no worries about leaving our two dogs with her for a week. She took great care of Killer and Molly and the cost was very fair. We highly recommend the Bow Wow Bungalow!

Just picked up my dogs after just over a week and gasped at the total! She has doubled her prices! They were even in the same kennel the whole time! and smelled really bad, they are also covered in pee and now I have to get them to the groomer which will cost even more but they are so gross! Like they’ve been in it the whole time! Caked yellow fur is not a good sign. She was accommodating to get them in kinda last minute so I gave 2 stars. I will be looking for another boarder for next time

People beware!!! I bought an AKC registered pup from Susan. I went to register her on the AKC website and found out that the puppy has limited registration. Meaning the puppy cannot participate in AKC registered events and if we chose to breed her we could not be able to register any of her puppies. The seller was not upfront about this and is very deceitful. I didn’t buy my fur baby with any intention to breed her, or show case her. But the fact that the breeder wasn’t upfront about this makes me wonder what else is she deceitful about. Vets recommend one liter for dogs health reason. So if we decide to breed her I would have to give her puppies away or sell them for cheap. Which will attract people who may want to use the pups as backyard breeders like Susan. I should’ve read her review how dirty her place is. I experienced it first hand. She lives in a very dirty place it looks like trailer trash. Her grooming place is disgusting. I would never take my pup to that place. The ceiling is falling apart. Susan fears the same practice she is doing with her pups. She doesn’t care about the pups she just breeds and breeds them and sells them for profit. She has several dogs on her property that she uses for profit. It’s sad what is going on and she definitely is the definition of a backyard breeder. I’m just so happy and blessed we were able to save our pup from such a horrible person. ***Response to grotesque breeder/ groomer: First off I saw your grooming salon and it is disgusting and dirty, with the ceiling caving in. After viewing your salon why on earth would I use your grooming salon for my fur baby seeing how nasty it is. I am entitled to my opinion of seeing such filth and not having to use your services. Second I never had any intentions on breeding the puppy as she is spayed 6 months after I obtained her. I have two other fur babies both spayed. I NEVER!!! bred any of my dogs nor have I ever had any intentions on it. You know damn well you're a liar and very deceitful. You lied about the AKC papers and I can't register my dogs as an AKC dog for the amount we paid for her. You and I are not the same you are backyard breeder with inbred dogs and that is the reason your puppies can't get full AKC papers. My puppy has health concerns as well as a crooked tail which the vet stated it is due to inbred dogs. So stop your lies and making me out to be the one that wants to inbreed dogs because again all my puppies are spayed. Your business is dirty and so are your practices. There is no need for me to be vindictive. I am just warning others of your deceitful ways and your dirty place of work. And yes my friend who is a realtor wanted to obtain a puppy from you until she saw what an inbred puppy I ended up with that is why she changed her mind. She was smart enough to run from you and your inbred pups. Unfortunately I wasn't. As for my feedbacks your researching I see you are a stalker now way to put your business out there. Also I am very happy and it shows. I don't live in a filthy, dirty, smelly home like you. It's called cleaning try it some times and your appearance over weight, unhealthy, stained clothing lady please your appearance, your dog grooming salon, your home says and shows who the unhappy one is. My home is clean and so are my dogs ask a real, clean groomer who grooms my pups. First impression says it all and you scream of deceit, misery, rudeness, uneducated, dirty, and just a nasty human being. I was referred to you by someone I know and from day one of meeting you I told her how rude you were and nasty. But I kept my composure because I always try and give people a second chance and that's my downfall. I never go with my gut instinct. ***AND ACCORDING TO YOUR PAST REVIEW FROM OTHERS THEY ARE SAYING THE SAME BUT WORSE ABOUT YOUR FILTHY BUSINESS***

My dogs adore Sue. We kennel with her multiple times a year. Her prices are fair and my pups LOVE to go there. I know they are being taken care of.

This place will double the price without telling you before or when you drop them off. They will also smell so bad you can’t bring them inside without bathing. I can’t review her grooming skills which may be stellar but the boarding side is unbelievably crooked.

Decent for the price. Got our young golden doodle groomed here a few months ago. As golden doodles can be susceptible to ear infections with the long ears, they should have their ear hairs plucked, or else they are very likely to get an ear infection. Didn’t pluck the ears at all, and he ended up getting an ear infection which we now are treating. She did do a good job at regular cleaning of the ears though. His hair was matted in a few spots, so she completely shaved him down. As golden doodles are double coated breeds, they should never be fully shaved. It can cause sunburns, and even heat strokes. I know it would’ve looked quite odd, but I would’ve understood if she just shaved the matted parts, but I am disappointed that she didn’t know that. He also came home with quite a few cuts on him from her shaving him down. Overall, it was a decent experience. She was very nice, the price was decent for the experience, but I personally will probably not come here again.

My dog has cancer and she treated him with love and was gentle while trimming his nails. I would recommend her to everyone. You can tell she has a heart for all animals.

We have been using the Magic Donkey for several years. They are always so welcoming and my dogs really enjoy going there. Will not use any other facilities.

We have used Sue's services at the Magic Donkey in Louisville for a few years now for our past and present dog. She is fantastic to work with and does a great job. We have used grooming services as well as boarding services. Even with emergency notice, she has always been able to get our dog Peepers in with no problem. Our dogs have always come back looking good and with a good disposition. The rates are extremely reasonable as well!

We have been using the Magic Donkey for 12 years for grooming and boarding. Our dog is very tempramental and Sue has always been amazing. She listens to our needs and accommodates. We highly recommend her.

My 11 year old cat, Tipper lost her appetite and as a result, lost a lot of weight. She lost interest in her toys and had no energy. I thought I was going to lose her. We brought her to Belpar as a last effort. Dr. Michael McAndrew checked and tested her. He had such a nice, gentle way with her. He was very informative, helpful, and suggested several medications, which we gave her. It is now around 3 weeks later, and she's back to her old self. She's gained weight, is eating, and playing with her toys again. I'm so thankful to Dr. Michael for giving back her health. Everyone at the Centre was friendly, and helpful.

Great staff! Knowledgeable vet. The care team is fantastic and they will remember your pets, including their history! They're wonderful.

The absolute most amazing people and clinic. They go above and beyond to make sure our pets are healthy and well cared for. And they have plenty of belly rubs for our fur babies!! When our dog was diagnosed with cancer, they supported him and us through every step. I was blown away by how much compassion and comfort they gave us. We moved an hour away, and still came back to Belpar because they are who we trust. I cannot say enough about these wonderful people!!

Kay takes the absolute best care of my boy while he stays at the “kitty hotel” aka their boarding. She loves on him as if he were her personal animal and sends picture and text updates to let me know how he’s doing while he’s there. What a great experience it has been these last few times and we will continue to go there as long as she is there! The rest of the staff has been wonderful as well saying how much they enjoy my cat being there and loving on him. Thank you! I feel at peace knowing he’s being taken care of and the updates are a bonus!

Belpar is the only place I trust with my kiddos. Every person there cares deeply for the animals and it shows with every interaction.

This is by far one of the most caring and professional vet clinics I've ever been to. I unfortunately had to put my 20-year-old cat down, and was already stressed about having to do this at a new place, but from the second I walked in everyone was so kind and understanding of the situation I was in. I could tell that it broke their hearts just as much as it broke mine to see what was going on with my baby girl. Thank you to everyone that helped my baby cross the rainbow bridge, and for being such wonderful and compassionate people.

The girls here are so good with our boys! Copper & Marvin love getting to see Miss Kelly & Miss Tashia. My Golden has sensitive skin and they are wonderful with him. We have also boarded them multiple times and have always came home to happy healthy pups!

If you are looking for a place to board your fur baby, look no further. I recently had to board my dog for a trip and after searches and calls I found this place. Everyone there is extremely friendly and very much caring for the animals. After picking up my dog after 3 days he was running around and crying acting like he didn't even want to leave! Even when family and friends watch him he's ready to go when I pick him up but he was nothing but chipper and playful and I could tell he really likes those who watched him. Cannot sing their praises enough!

Our 1st time experience was ah-mazing! They are so kind & sweet towards my sweet baby, Smalls! When I picked him up he smelled so good, had a nice trim, and I could tell he was cared for with loving hands while he was there! Can't wait to take him back! 🐾 …

They do such a wonderful job with my pet, and he absolutely loves going there. They are so good with him. They have great prices and are just amazing people! I have boarded him here as well, when I went away for a 2 week vacation. He was happy and healthy when I returned.

First time boarding for two days. U can tell staff love dogs. I did notice her personal belongings were saturated with dog pee. I didn't notice til I got home and took them out of bag. Will mention at next visit.

Disappointed at my wait time. I had to wait 6 months to get my fur baby's Spa day. Then I wasn't informed to have her there at 8 am. So she turned us away.

Absolutely wonderful. She was so kind when I called for a checkup in the middle of my trip. And I could tell she took care of my pupper. I also heard music playing for him in the kennel when no one was there. Edit: My puppers stayed here again and they couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

Great groomers! Very reasonably priced. I have not used their boarding yet but 2 relatives do and are satisfied with the arrangements.

I recently boarded my small, very spoiled, pampered girls, all five of them! Kelly and her staff took excellent care of my girls. I totally trust Hill Top and highly recommend them. I will never hesitate to go on vacation again!
