We were understandably apprehensive about leaving our home and animal in someone else's care but Carolyn and Jeff were absolutely the BEST experience we could've asked for. Our 110 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback, Bodhi, had a few special needs which Carolyn and Jeff handled as well as if he were their own. It's always a little nerve-racking to leave your fur-baby behind (especially when you fall into the "dog crazy" category) and Carolyn and Jeff were amazing at alleviating those fears. We had confirmed their stay three months out and their communication leading up to the visit was phenomenal; we really got to get a great feel of each other during that time. I had invited them to come get settled in the night before, have them over for dinner, and get to know one another and it turned out to be a great dinner party with lovely guests. Even when they pulled up in our driveway I felt that I could already trust them as we had such good communication prior to their arrival. So when we left the following day, it was a relief to know my dog and house were in good hands. While we were on vacation, they sent pictures of Bodhi daily (and sometimes more than once!), with regular updates on his eccentric and goofy behavior. They took him on two walks a day and had no issues feeding him his special raw food diet as well as his midday bones for teeth cleaning. When we got back from the trip the house was in great shape and I could tell my dog was not only relaxed but even missed his temporary guardians! As a very gracious and generous plus, Carolyn and Jeff left us some lovely flowers and a beautiful card. If we ever have a chance to use them again in the future I won't hesitate! We could not have wished for better or more trustworthy people.

Gerry was incredible! When we met him with Wagner, there was an immediate connection between the two of them. During our trip, we felt very relaxed because every picture from Wagner showed him looking very happy. Additionally, Gerry left the apartment clean and tidy; everything was perfect! His energy was the best, and he stayed with Wagner until we confirmed that our flight was on time and we were going to arrive home with him. We would love for Gerry to stay again; we are sure Wagner already misses him.

Loved having Janet and Al take care of my puppy!. While I was overseas, they would take pictures of Aoife and go to McDonald’s and use the Wi-Fi to send them to me since I have no Wi-Fi – simply can’t afford it and do these mission trips. At My request they actually stayed overnight a couple of weeks before my petsit d/t they had two pets sets further south. Aoife warmed up to them immediately! They made sure they played ball with her and walked her every day, even though it rained a lot of the days they were here. She was well taken care of. I never worried the entire time I was overseas. My house was very clean when I got home and Janet left me little flower .arrangements and a wonderful dessert for me to enjoy! You will be completely satisfied having them pet sit for your beloved pet! I hope they come back again!!!

Kaia and Jamie were excellent house and pet sitters! They were wonderfully communicative before, after and during their housesit. They left our home impeccably clean, the plants watered, and you could tell that the animals were well cared for. Sofia and Nicole were excellent sitters to our 2 playful cats (an adult tabby and a BIG Maine coon kitten). They gave us a couple updates daily with pictures, as we requested. They were easy to communicate with before and throughout the entire sit. When we came home, our apartment was tidy (probably neater than we left it!) and our cats were relaxed and happy. They were also kind enough to leave us with some sweet bandanas for our boys. We were super pleased with the quality of care, and would happily recommend Sofia and Nicole to anyone in need of a pet or house sitter!

It was the first time we had left both our dog and our cat with a TH sitter and Kristi went above and beyond. She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Kathryn was such nice and kind sitter that both of my boyfriend and me were grateful to have, including my cats!! My cats seemed having great time with her, being around her, chilling on couch with her, or even sitting on her. I got several photos of my cats from her with whort updates. I’m thankful that she let me do facetimes with her when I missed my cats. The house was clean and tidy when we came back. I definately will ask her again to sit my cats and house when I need. Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!
