Heather was a pleasure to have in my home to care for my two dogs. She was interested in the fine points of their care, food, medicine, sleeping etc, with complete acceptance of their routine. Heather communicated with me daily about her day and her day with the pups, along with adorable photos so I knew what was going on at home. Before leaving, I went over a few household items, such as trash out days, yard clean up after the pups, etc. there was not an issue with following these directions. I travel alot for ski clinics, and there have been prior issues. But not at all with Heather. She was sweet and kind to me and the pups, let me know if there were food issues with the pups, if we were running low, or if one of my pups did not finish his food with medication. Also, Healther took immaculate care of my home. Sheets and towels were washed, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned. I appreciated her level of care, especially arriving home after a long travel day. I was able to come home to a perfect house, along with a thank you note from Heather. Also, Heather left me a de-brief text. Wonderful housesitter!!! I welcome Heather back next ski season....

Victoria and Hayden did a fantastic job of looking after my two aging kitties while I was away for two and a half weeks. I was particularly grateful to have such reliable sitters as one of my babies has reduced kidney function and needs extra attention and dietary supplements. Victoria and Hayden managed to give him a paste (which he hates and struggles to get away), and fiber powder (which he is also not super keen on and thus needs some coaxing) every day while I was away and never expressed any difficulties. At one point, Bailey was eating less than normal and they let me know and together we tried another approach to get him interested in his food again (which worked and they let me know how he was doing). Communication was good before, during and after the trip. I really appreciated Victoria and Hayden making the extra effort to arrive the day before my departure so that we could meet and go over the cats' routine together. It was immediately evident to me that they would take good care of my two kitties and look after the house, and that is exactly what they did! Not only did Victoria and Hayden do a good job cat and housing sitting, but they were also incredibly understanding when the hot water heater stopped working and we were unable to find a solution to the problem working together over the phone (indeed it ended up needing to be completely replaced!) Overall, a great experience for both the kitties and me and I hope they come back again in the future!

Kendra was great with communicating and coming back quickly, very friendly and clearly experienced with sitter jobs. Whilst staying at my place she sent me regular updates. Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content.
