Amanda and Nate were wonderful house sitters. We realized a few days before the sit that I had scheduled their arrival a day after we were leaving for vacation. Amanda and Nate were so accomodating and arrived a day before they had planned which was such a relief for us. Mopsy and Sadie enjoyed hanging out with them. Amanda sent updates and pictures during the week, which is always a treat We received pictures of Mopsy sitting next to Nate and Sadie getting nightly brushings from Amanda. We arrived home to find that our house was especially tidy and clean, which was so nice after being gone for 7 days! We did not need to clean anything up upon our return. Amanda sent us a detailed update at the time of their departure! :) We couldn't have asked for better house sitters/cat sitters! We would highly recommend Amanda and Nate.

Santiago Daniel and their family did an excellent job sitting for my pets. We have horses chickens and very active dogs. They did not have a lot of experience with horses, but followed instructions well and took excellent care of them. The house was spotless when we returned. The plants had all been watered and all the pets were happy. We had issues with communication as I did not have service where I was. They managed very well when they were not able to get in touch with me and make good decisions. They were extremely responsible, polite, and very respectful of our home. Joy was phenomenal! I’m so blessed that she was able to come and watch my Taylor. I had lost faith in zeewoi after a horrible experience with my last sitter, but Joy restored my faith in this service. Josh and Jenalee did a wonderful job with the dogs. The communication with the was easy and seamless. They were not shy to give updates and send pictures even though it was not asked of them. The dogs all seemed very happy. They went above and beyond with the tidying up of the house. If they were ever in the area again and we happened to need a sit we would not even second guess going with them again.

Sofia and Nicole were excellent sitters to our 2 playful cats (an adult tabby and a BIG Maine coon kitten). They gave us a couple updates daily with pictures, as we requested. They were easy to communicate with before and throughout the entire sit. When we came home, our apartment was tidy (probably neater than we left it!) and our cats were relaxed and happy. They were also kind enough to leave us with some sweet bandanas for our boys. We were super pleased with the quality of care, and would happily recommend Sofia and Nicole to anyone in need of a pet or house sitter!

I never met Joi because due to her work, she arrived after I left and was gone before I returned home. This wasn't a problem at all. She was very self-sufficient and seemed to find all that she needed in my house. The house looked exactly like I left it and my cat seemed very content when I returned. Apparently they had a nightly routine of Luna getting brushed. Joi is a very experienced sitter and it shows.

Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

We can not exaggerate the care and love Juliet and Laurent gave to our cat, Piero, during his the last few weeks of life. While we left for our trip thinking he merely had a bladder infection, his symptoms turned for the worse a weeks into their sit and later revealed he had cancer. No one would wish their sitter to need to hospice their cat but Juliet and Laurent showed such compassion for Piero and volunteered to be with him when we made the decision to put him down. It was an emotional time for all of us and we will be forever grateful to our two caring cat and house sitters. We have had many fantastic housesitters through zeewoi but Juliet and Laurent top the list. Their professionalism, constant communication and compassion were exceptional. Should you have the opportunity to have them in your home, do not hesitate to book them, you will have no regrets. We do, however, regret that they had such a short time with Piero and had to experience such a painful event.

Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

Our house was in good order when we got back and Steven was kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport. He was very flexible, arriving day early so we could show him around.

Really appreciate the service here for my first visit to Turning Tails! They were able to fit me in to a really early time slot for my schedule and that can be hard to find. I'm sure heelers have some reputation for being hard to manage or mouthy but the groomer raved over my dog and it helped me to feel they took the time to work with him. He looks and smells fantastic, thank you!
Amazing place! My giant dog absolutely adores them and feels right at home there. Even after an extended stay, he comes home as happy as he was when we left him!

I boarded my dog here for ten days. The staff is wonderful and very caring. I think they enjoyed having him there as much as he enjoyed his time there! I opted for two days of "daycare" time while he was there so that he could hang out and play with the other daycare dogs. He must have had a blast because he was worn out. Next time I need to board my Rolf he will definitely be going back to Turning Tails!
As a local groomer who doesn’t offer boarding… I send all of my clients here. I love that they don’t cram more dogs than they know they’re capeable of having at one time in just for the money . The dogs get one on one time and the facility is extremely clean and well taken care of. Your pet isn’t just a number here, when Sammy stayed there they gave me lots of updates which is always appreciated
They were so nice in accommodating my dog! She is a rescue and afraid of doorways so instead of wrestling her in they cut her nails out on the sidewalk so that she would feel safer! It meant a lot that they were so good with my baby. Great employees and they definitely care about your pet! I definitely recommend them!

This is truly the top of the line pet care we have found anywhere. Tatiana is very caring and offers an in home facility that is less stressful. our" Nick" got all the attention he is used too at home with his long walks and bird watching. Tatiana treats her pet guests as if they were her own. She made our time away from Nick less stressful for us. This is the only pet care facility he has been to where he actually ate his food without my wife or me being there with him. Thank you Tatiana we will be seeing more of you.
Have been using Tatiana for over a year. She is INCREDIBLE. I have a golden / border collie mix and she is very high energy, on a restricted diet and has to occasionally take allergy medicine. Tatiana makes it all happen and I trust her to keep my baby healthy and safe. She gets along great w Tatiana’s dogs and loves boarding with her. Macey always gets a ton of exercise and attention. She comes home tuckered out and ready for snuggles which is great after a long trip. Tatiana is a saint. She comes highly recommended!!
We have boarded with Tatiana for a little over a year now, anytime we have to go out of town. Tatiana is very professional and there isnt anyone id rather leave our dog with or anyone as trust worthy. We cant say enough about her, she is a great person who truely cares for your dog. I didn't want my dog to be left alone in my home or in a dog boarding kennel while I was away. We had a meet and greet to see Tatiana's home and felt very comfortable leaving our Maddie with her once we left. Tatiana is not only very professional but truly cares about your dog. Great experience!
I have a 14 year old yorkie named Max. Max is a diabetic “he gets insulin injections 2x per day”and is on a special diet. I seen a few of Tatiana’s videos on nutrition and asked her to review the food I was feeding Max. Tatiana discovered I was feeding him a huge amounts of carbohydrates! Yes… carb!! She directed us to a great low carb food that Max loves, no sugar spikes, his sugar levels have dropped and he’s more energetic. I’m so thankful for Tatiana’s knowledge and love for animals!
We have been having Tatiana do drop in visits with our weimaraner for a couple years now! She is very patient and very loving to our older dog! She takes great pride in replenishing her waterbowls and wiping her down after long walks. She always lets us know when her walks start and sends us lots of pictures and if any issues! She lets us know when she leaves! Very reliable and i would recommend her highly!!
Tatiana made it possible for us to take our first vacation in over 12 years. It is our fault. We had not been away from our dog Bama since we took him in as a baby 12 years ago. We coddled him so much so that he does not realize he is a dog. We could never board him after doing this to him. But then we had a grandbabies and we have been missing beach vacations with them all because of our situation. Then one day my mom came across Tatiana’s Facebook page and told me to take a look. I thought for sure she was too good to be true. She was exactly what we were looking for – so we took a chance. It was like Bama was on a vacation while we were. I had a quick 15 minute phone call with Tatiana today because I wanted her opinion of my dog's food that he is on. It is prescription diet that I can buy only from the vet and it is expensive. After our phone call not only did Tatiana go through the food breakdown but she gave me some options to try instead that would benefit my dog and are an even better quality than our current food. I love my dog and only want the best for him and so happy I found Tatiana online!

We left our 5 year old dog at our home in the care of Jenny and Leo for about a week for the first time. Our dog suffers from high separation anxiety and could never get comfortable at the kennel no matter how much extra attention and stimulation I would pay for her to have while we were away. That was not the case with Granville Pet Sitting! Jenny (and Leo) made sure our anxious girl knew she was well loved with all of her familiar toys, treats and cuddles. They wore her out playing outside when they could and made sure she was completely comfortable while we were gone. Our kitten also loved all of the attention he got from their visits as well! We came home to two calm, well cared for pets who were happy to see us instead of giving us the cold shoulder for leaving them. Jenny was great with communicating during each visit and I felt like I knew exactly what was happening with all of the pictures. 5 stars, 10/10, 2 thumbs up service for both our pets and their humans!

I'm so glad to have found Jenny to help with our new(ish) pup! This is the first time we've lived far from family and needed to hire outside dog boarding and care. Jenny was really wonderful! We were living in a strange place, so we were afraid to hire a stranger to watch our 3 cats. Still, we had to travel a lot to visit a dying family member, so we took the risk. Jenny came over to meet us and the cats and helped calm us down right away. She did well with all of them while we were there, then sent us lots of pictures when we were gone. She brought toys and played with them. She even tired our our kitten, which I know the older cats appreciated. She always let us know when any of them were behaving strangely (our older cats were getting used to a kitten, so it did happen), so we could check in and make sure everything was ok. During a really hard time in our lives, it was such a relief knowing that she was there to take care of our fur babies.
Jenny treats your pets like they are her own. When dropping in to care for ours during weekends away, she took extra time with them to play, make sure they used the restroom, and to give lots of pets and snuggles. She always gave me updates which aso gave me piece of mind. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and different breeds as well. I highly recommend!!!
