Actually I just have to repeat myself: Simply the best. Even if this time there was only Claudia taking care of Freddie & Gigi, there was of course no lack in nothing. She provided us daily with pics and actual state. The last few days she was joined by her husband which was highly enjoyed especially by Gigi😅 Our returning home was extremely nice and easygoing as our cat boys were totally chilled and the house was super neat and tidy. I hope so much that Claudia enjoyed the stay like we we enjoyed being on tour knowing home and cats in her care. Thank you so much 😊

Michelle is a really nice person and I could tell from our first call that my two cats Dallas and Chico would love her. I was right, they enjoyed her presence a lot, were asking for her cuddles and for some play time together as well. She paid attention to all the details of the welcome guide, had great questions during the handover of the keys to ensure she understood it all correctly, their routines would be followed as indicated and the house would be well taken care of. Michelle also sent me lovely pictures to keep me updated while I was away and that gave me great peace of mind. I returned to a clean, organized and tidy home and two very happy and healthy cats. I totally recommend Michelle to anyone who is lucky enough to receive her application and we would be happy to have her in our home again!

Nana did a great job taking care of our two cats for a week! We had the opportunity to meet in person to hand her over the keys, which reassured me a lot, as she has a very friendly character and you can see that she likes animals :) The communication was easy, and she provided us with regular updates, as we kindly asked her to. Julia has taken care of our two cats a few times now, and they adore her so much that we invite her directly without even posting dates on the platform. She’s so easy to talk to and arrange everything with, and we could really relax knowing our cats were in such loving hands. Julia clearly understands our cats' personalities and quirks :) We really enjoyed reading her updates and seeing the lovely photos and videos of them playing and relaxing. She even looked after our plants, and everything was spotless when we got back. Sandra was tremendously self sufficient. Sarasota is not an easy place to get around in without a car. Sandra rented a vehicle and took Sawyer on many adventures. Dog beach, which was a favorite, dog park, even Myakka State Park! Sandra kept the hose neat and tidy. Betsy also enjoyed Sandra’s care. Sandra is amazing, you won’t be disappointed if you get Sandra as your pet sitter.

Susa ist die PERFEKTE Katzensitterin!!!! Einfach grossartig! Sie liebt und kennt Katzen und ist eine sehr sympathische Person. Die Kommunikation vor dem sit und auch während des sits war wirklich sehr gut. Sie hat uns während des Urlaubs täglich Fotos gesendet und upgedatet,was grossartig war. Und sie hat neue Spiele mit unseren Katern erfunden, die sie toll fanden. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber, wahrscheinlich mehr als vor unserem Urlaub!! Und unsere Kater waren super gut drauf als wir heim kamen und nicht beleidigt. Sie hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir können nur sagen : BESTE KATZENSITTERIN!! Würden Susa sofort wieder fragen und sie wirklich jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen, um für Katzen zu sorgen!! Vielen Dank liebe Susa🙏🥰! !!!!!!!!!!!!

"A relaxing and long time away from home made possible by the best pet & house sitters we could have asked for!" Judy and Steph went the extra mile over their entire one month stay at our home. Both our cats became fast friends thanks to the care and dedication provided for them. We were routinely updated with spectacular photos of our furry girls throughout our leave that helped us be anxiety-free the entire time. Even our older shy cat spent time sleeping on their laps or hanging out on shoulders. As for the house, Judy and Steph left it even cleaner than when they arrived! We had a few tasks to maintain the lawn and potted plants outside, which were completed perfectly. They even tended to our vegetable garden where needed! During a 'risk of severe hail storm' alert, Judy and Steph kept us in the loop and went even further to place potted plants under shelter out of harms way. In summary, we recommend Judy and Steph and would happily have them return again if our schedules cross paths.

Julia was an amazing sitter and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From our first contact to when we arrived home after our trip, communication was excellent and we were able to enjoy our time away with complete peace of mind that our pets and our home were in good hands. We particularly appreciated how clean and tidy everything was when we got home with the linens and towels all washed and dried! Lindsey was super communicative, friendly, responsible, and an excellent sitter for our two cats. When we returned, our home was clean and our cats relaxed and happy as if we had never left ! She sent us photos and updates every day, as requested, and when a random mishap occurred in the apartment, she let us know right away and was proactive in handling issue. We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Laura came across the country to sit for us. She arrived a day early and from the moment my pets met her our Lokie was smitten. We have one shy cat Luna and she was out and about on the first night. Laura kept us updated and shared her Adventures as well. We do live in a small hideaway of a town so seeing that she was able to enjoy herself was nice. We returned to a clean home, laundry done also, and very content pets. Lokie was sad for a few days as he missed his friend. We would recommend Laura as a sitter to anyone and would have her back again. 5 plus stars. ⭐

Lindsey watched our cat and dog for a long weekend when we went out of town. She was a very communicative sitter sending frequent pictures and voice notes with updates. She did a great job of following their schedules and giving them attention. The animals seemed to be happy and relaxed when we returned home and I believe Lindsey enjoyed getting to discover all of the eateries our town has to offer. A win-win for everyone!

She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

Elrond and Steffi from Pet Care Nürnberg are the best pet sitters you can find in the city. They love all the dogs as they are their own and take care of them with love. Our Juno was always happy and tired after he spent an afternoon or a few days with them. They take them for long walks and let them sleep in the house. It wasn't problem for them to pick up our dog at our apartment or drive him back home. They always sent us pictures and updates of Juno. We couldn't ask for better people watching our Juno and we will miss you!

We are looking for holiday care for our guinea pigs and were so happy when we received an immediate response to our boarding request. But when it came time to take a look at them, the contact left a lot to be desired. At first they said they wouldn't be there on the proposed weekend. So a new suggestion, no answer, inquiry 5 days later, answer that it had to be discussed with Schwmutter, otherwise no one would be there (who looks after the animals??), you get in touch. 11 days later an apology and we could stop by the following week. Again we suggested a day (which would have been yesterday), no response for 5 days. If you're looking for a dog boarding facility, you've probably come to the right place; there seems to be more interest there. Because collages and pictures of the dogs are posted at least almost every day, there seems to be enough time for that. It's a shame, but with this lack of interest and unreliability, I wouldn't leave my animals there anymore anyway.
Steffi, Elrond and Elke have been looking after our rabbits during our holidays for years now, initially at our house, now on site...rarely have I met such nice, competent people, our dwarves feel very comfortable, they are really upset when they go home again OK...vacation for stuffed noses and staff, what more could you want...I wouldn't trust my two to anyone else, but everything is just right here
