Animal adorer and whisperers!
Anne was a really loving friend to our cats while she stayed at our house for a week. She kept us updated a lot and changed her work plans to ensure she could work from home as much as possible during her stay and keep an eye on the cats. She left the house tidy and had made up our bed with fresh sheets for our return. We would happily use Anne again.

Well Reviewed, Trained and Insured Pet Sitter :)
Arvin was great. He looked after the animals well and kept the house clean. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Arvin to anyone that needs a house sitter.

A responsible and friendly Australian couple looking to explore new places
Jess & Matt were fantastic! Communication pre & during the sit was great. We got regular updates and our pets looked incredibly relaxed and comfortable in their care, which was so reassuring. We had an electrical issue on day 2 which wasn’t ideal, but they were so understanding and helpful, and luckily we could resolve it the same day. Roger got a little cut on his paw and they took extra care to make sure it could heal. Really 5* - would love to have them back!

More than just Housesitters
Janet and Larry were fabulous! My girls were all relaxed and very happy when I came home, not sure they missed me at all :-) The house was left beautiful and clean. Larry had very kindly prepared dinner for me and left it in the fridge. The garden got a spruce up and the plants and lawn were kept well watered. Lovely couple who I highly recommend. Hopefully one day they will visit the girls and I again. thank you both. Sharryn

Responsible animal loving Aussie couple looking to care for your pets in the UK
Tracy and Owen were great sitters and carers for Ruby who was very relaxed and contented on my return. Communication was great throughout, I received some lovely photos and updates most days. They clearly understood the needs and limitations of an older dog and the foibles and character of a daxie. I felt totally happy and confident leaving Ruby in their care, they are such warm and friendly people. My house was extremely clean and tidy on my return and treated with respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracy and would welcome her back into my house. Enjoy your travels around the UK!

Debbie & Garry
We were so fortunate to have met Debbie and Gary. They top notch. They took very good care of Evita and I enjoyed spending time with them also. Do not hesitate if you travel in Europe again to contact me. Safe travels and enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Reliable, retired and ready to look after your home and pets.
Heather and Denis are not only fantastic house sitters, they are delightful people. From the first conversation, we knew we had made a lucky find. The communication up to, during and after their stay was excellent. They couldn’t have pitched it better. We returned to find healthy, relaxed pets that didn’t seem too bothered about arrival; always a great test for the type of care and attention they’d received. They had clearly made a huge effort before we got back; everything was immaculate, inside and out. The house was clean, even the car (unrecognisably so) was spotless. Our only regret is that they live in Australia, so seeing them again as friends will have to wait until either they or we make another big trip!

Eugene Wallensky and Patience McCarthy Two Aussie travellers
Zeewoi… what does that mean? That means you leave your pets and house in the capable hands of someone you trust .That trust for us was developed from looking at past reviews. We chatted to Eugene and Patience before the sit. Patience was due to go back home for the imminent arrival of a grandchild, so it was agreed that Eugene would come alone. We felt comfortable with the chat and agreed the sit. Eugene arrived the day before (Saturday 2nd March) and we had a meal together. We showed him the workings of the house and the routine for the cats. We left the next morning (Sunday 3rd March) for a well earned holiday after 2 1/2 years working on our house. We had a couple of what’s app messages over the next couple of days about the cats, and I asked had he been able to get out and about a bit in the local area. He said he had been to Bordeaux the day before (Thursday 7th March) as recommended by us. We knew he was gone around 9 hours because our external security cameras picked up and recorded him leaving around 8 and returning around 5 which we picked up the next day (Friday 8th March). What we then realised was that there was someone else in the car with him on his return. Also on that day we saw both Eugene and another man leave the house on bikes. In hindsight it did seem strange to us when he arrived that there were 2 bikes on the back of his car. Also some bedding was on show in the back of his car, and knowing he was returning to friends where he came from he could have left a bike and bedding there. We immediately contacted Eugene who was totally gobsmacked that we had discovered his deceit. My question was what does “definitely/absolutely no visitors to the house” which is stated in our profile and welcome pack did he not understand! Eugene then said he is his brother in law but then said he was a mate 🤨 during the conversation who he had picked up in Bordeaux and he would only be staying a couple of days!!! We asked where he was sleeping, Eugene said in our spare bedroom as he had some spare bedding!!! Again in our details it states there is only one en-suite bedroom available to the sitter. We told him in no uncertain terms to get the person (in whatever capacity he was there for) out of our property immediately, only to be told by Eugene that’s rather extreme! Errr no, what was extreme was that he thought he could get away with it not telling us the truth! We also said he should go as well once we sorted out where the cats could go. He advised us later his ‘visitor’ had gone and would we like him to stay on till we were due to return home, he apologised for the ‘stuff up’. No what he realised was that he had been caught out! The answer was a definite no and our friends would be coming by in the morning to take the cats to the cattery (which cost us a lot of money) and collect his keys. Eugene had clearly planned this visit in spite of clear directions that no visitors were allowed. Instead of having a break a few thousand miles away, we had two days ruined whilst sorting out this mess. Eugene’s deceit and arrogance that he could get away with this was beyond belief. I guess our question is how many other people who have had these sitters have had other people brought in by him without their knowledge. It’s difficult enough handing over your home to a stranger who you have only spoken to once on video, but to have total strangers come in without permission is like being violated. Eugene and Patience are simply not Zeewoi he abused our trust.

Andrew and Jean
Jean & Andrew were incredibly attentive to our dogs & like wise they loved them. Unfortunately due to Jean’s ill health, they left early but also left a very big mess for our family & cleaner to clean prior to house swapping guests arrival. This caused a lot of anxiety & meant our guests couldn’t arrive due to cleaning at the time they had been given. Saying this I’m sure if Jean had been well our home would have been handed over a lot clearer.

Experienced Couple
Dogs in excellent shape, had been well cared for.
From her promptness to schedule a pre-sit call to her truly thorough tidying of our house, Stella was an amazing housesitter from start to finish!! She read all the info we put together ahead of time, and asked for clarification on just a few things which made us confident that the pup and the house were in good shape :) Stella was really gracious when we admitted to not having a coffee pot, and handling things calmly when there was an incident with street parking. Maybe most importantly though our dog Luke was calm when we came home. I think if future sitters are clear in their expectations around frequency of communication/photos and the dogs needs then Stella is the perfect person to exceed your expectations!
Janet and Bob were great to our pups and our home! They were our first sitters so we weren’t really sure what we were getting into, but they made it an awesome experience! They are coming back to stay with our dogs again in August. Definitely trust them with your fur babies!! 🐾🐶
Sharon was an excellent sitter who I knew was taking great care of my two dogs while away. She walked them, was a clean guest, and sent regular pictures and updates. I’d recommend her to anyone.
Stephanie was fantastic! Very organized and left our house sparkling clean. She also sent daily pictures/messages which we loved receiving. She took great care of our dog and our house. One of the best sitters we’ve had!
Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.
First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.
I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. I'd welcome Lisa back anytime!
The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!
Charlie was again an outstanding sitter for us whilst we were away at a wedding. This is the second time having Charlie and although we have not met face to face we completely trust her with our home and of course our cat, Nala. Charlie left the house spotless which is amazing to come home to after a long day of travelling. She is reliable, good at communicating and trustworthy and we would not hesitate to recommend her enough. Thanks again Charlie, we hope you come back again and there might even be a dog next time😁
Ranji was a wonderful pet sitter for my dog Zoe and was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed. She took wonderful care of our condo and wouldn’t hesitate to have her in my new home in NJ if she wants to check out a new area.
