my corgi gertrude loves going there! owner is very friendly and can tell she really loves animals and is always communicating when needed! i take gertrude 2-3x a week and she comes home EXHAUSTED! price is very good too.definitely recommend for any doggy parents who work and have a higher energy dog

We sent our 8 month old golden retriever to Tina for training for 3 weeks. Tina kept us updated throughout the process. Our dog is now collar trained and doing well. She also loves going to the doggie daycare to see her friends. I would recommend!

Tina got my little baby Anya in for an unexpected weekend trip recently. She was wonderful. Took care of my little girl so well. Hated to leave her, but It felt good to know she was taken care of. Cant recommend her enough.

Tina and total k9 are absolutely amazing! I don’t leave my dog with just anyone- ask my brothers and mom. Everyone there is extremely nice, professional, friendly and you can really tell they all love their jobs. Tina works with my crazy unpredictable schedule every time, even short notice without fail. Gizmo LOVES going to daycare and playing with all his friends. I can’t say “daycare” without him getting excited and running to his leash at the front door. I have sent him for boarding for a long weekend and will again this summer. It was a HUGE piece of mind to know that he was taken care of in a safe friendly and familiar place. I 1000% recommend total k9 and Tina!!

Tina at Total K9 is seriously the best! She is straight to the point with training which makes for exceptional results. Any time I have a question or concern, they're addressed quickly. My dog now goes to daycare 2x a week! The girls work with me on schedule conflicts & really seem to love my dog as much as I do. I even had a last minute weekend trip come up, I was able to board with short notice. My dog got to stay in an at home environment and even got to play in a fenced in back yard. She was on vacation as much as I was! Cost is very reasonable & definitely worth it every penny.

I highly recommend Total K9! Tina and her employees have always been really friendly with me and also my 2 dogs I have taken my Pomeranian, Potter to Total K9 for the past 2+ years. He has done individual and group training classes, and attends daycare for socialization. We also go to Total K9 for grooming. It's really nice to be able to drop Potter off to someone that we really trust. Tina and her employees have always done such a good job with training, grooming, and daycare. Potter loves going to daycare to see all his dog and human friends! Tina also does a spectacular job with trimming nails on my 15 year old Pomeranian, Cooper. She is really gentle and accommodating with his special needs, being that he has had heart failure for the past 2 years.

I have been using Tina’s services for years. My dogs love coming to visit Total K9. My one dog has been attending her training, occasional boarding, grooming and daycare for seven years now! We have built a trusting relationship with Tina over the years to the fact that they know who “Auntie Tina” is by name (I never met her before we started services with her/we have purely a professional relationship).

Tina has trained both of my dogs and because they have very different personalities, she tailored to each of their needs. The easygoing dog did 5 basic doggy classes and spent a week with her just learning not to be shy. He went on to become a certified therapy dog (tested by Tina as well!) and also comes to work weekly with me at a nursing home. Our second dog was much more stubborn and right off the bat she stated his needs would be different. He stayed with Tina for 2 weeks to learn his commands and household Manners. I love that she assessed for the proper services and is straightforward. She does but try to fit dogs into her ideals, but instead does what best for them. We look forward to using Tina for any further services we may need!

My dog LOVES going to Total K9. Their staff is highly responsive, even on short notice. They all seem to love what they do and love the dogs they have come to their facility. The grooming is awesome, my husky-mix always comes back clean and free of excess hair. They are extremely flexible and very reliable. My dog is always happy to go and sad to leave... That says something

I decided to try here again and even the last time I visited it was a very bad experience but this time around it went very well I did only have one dog this time that went but they were very nice and considerate of his old age and were very very nice and did a very good job appreciate how they took care of my old man Chuy

First time taking my dogs here to get groomed and the dogs appeared clean at first and the prices are reasonable. However, both dogs are still wet, not clean, and they smell like cigarette smoke. I’m on my way to the self wash after spending nearly $100 to give them baths because they smell like ashtrays and still have dirt on their bellies and paws. I’m a non smoker and it’s absolutely appalling. I understand this is a facility for dogs and that can come with some smells, but, this is 100% cigarette smoke and it is overwhelming after just spending a few hours there. I won’t be taking them back. I wanted them cleaned not returned smelling worse than when I dropped them off. I now understand why they only take cash because you can’t request a refund for services not completed. I paid $95 for nail trims….

Wouldn't trust My pups at any other place Marlo is amazing and my girls love being able to socialize with a variety of different pups and I love that can get a bath and groom why at daycare love this place so much ❤️

I took my one year old Lab to the day care for some much needed socialization. Upon walking in, first thing I noticed is the facility is very clean and well cared for. Owners are super nice, and slowly introduced Jake to the group. Took him a very short time to become one of the pack! I love that they post videos throughout the day. Was great to watch! Needless to say, we have found our day care. Jake had a blast and came home extremely tired from all the play time!

Excellent customer service! I was a walk in with my two dogs for a nail trim after leaving agrivated from Bevans down the street. The blond haired lady was so nice and did an excellent job on the nail trim despite me being septic all about the grinder. I will definitely go back!!

My blue heeler Bella loves going to the Krazydoglady house. I think she looks forward to us taking vacations just so she can be at the krazydogladys house. She is so smart and knows when we are most there. She gets so excited to get down and play. Bella hates when we pick her up. 😂 …

This was our first time ever boarding our frenchie. We were out of town and in a bind. Krazy Dog Lady LLC answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our baby for the first time! She kept in touch the entire time and sent us pictures/videos. She answered every text I sent when I was checking in while we were away. Pricing was super reasonable! I felt like I was leaving my frenchie with family. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be repeat customers.

Britanny was amazing with my dogs! They always had the best time while they were at doggy daycare. In the mornings, they’d cry (actually- my aussies love to talk) whenever they saw the street we were turning on and they came home ready for bed! She responded quickly every single time I’ve messaged her and sent me photos every single day! My pups always had so much fun! If I was in Cleveland again, I’d totally be taking them there every day! 10/10 recommend the Krazy dog lady!

Britanny was recommended to us by a friend that used her services for her dogs. She did an incredible job with our lab, Finley, and was so welcoming and accommodating. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch my dog! Brittany and her husband are so kind and genuinely care about each dogs comfort! I’m pretty picky with who I trust my dog with because I’m a professional dog trainer so I am very cautious, however I truly trust them and can always tell my dogs happy and well exercised there. I also did training with some of Brittany’s dogs and I loved her and her husbands eagerness to learn more and apply it to their boarding business. Such great humans 🫶🏻

I was putting off writing a review until we were several months into the company’s services. I’ve been with them for four months, and don’t have a single bad thing to say. Britanny is always on time, quick to respond to texts, acknowledges any of my concerns or changes, and I can tell my dog is well taken care of. Our little 3# Rita evidently fell in love with Brittany and family, since she barked at me when I picked her up. She defines covid pup, but upon meeting Brittany, allowed here to pick her up within a minute. I brought home a happy, healthy pup who in the end, was giving me lots of puppy kisses. I’m pretty particular when it comes to the care and love of my Boss Hogg! You can say I AM THAT DOG MOM!! There are many details to not only my home but Boss himself (see he has mast cell tumors👎🏽👎🏽 so that complicates things)! Britanny comes over to hang with my guy, let him potty, play and give him lots of scritches and love! They play many games of hide and seek or “let’s spoil Boss Hogg today” as I like to call it! We came across this dog sitter on an app and are so happy! They are very responsive, caring, and our pups always come home exhausted! Whenever we are heading there our pups always know and get so excited. It’s so nice to know we have someone available to take care of our dogs so we can leave town. It has been fantastic to have someone willing to learn how to care for chinchillas for me. To have someone check in on my fuzzy potatoes and make sure they are okay. I had been looking for someone I could trust to take great care of my cats while we are away and Diana has been the best! The communication is great. Yesterday’s visit was at the grooming salon. My Rescue Golden Retriever looks beautiful and I had some Paws Points, so the price was nice. We have boarded dogs at the pet resort in the past and have been very pleased with the service. I can travel worry free knowing that my dogs are in good hands.

I took my dog here for boarding, I was super nervous but the whole process was a breeze. Everything went amazing from my knowledge and my dog was so tired out after getting home I guess she had a lot of fun lol. I highly recommend this place thus far! It’s owned by the same people as Avon lake animal clinic and makes me feel great knowing there’s a vet not even 1 minute away if anything was to happen.

What a great place! I dog sit a doggo that goes here for day care, and he has a blast! The staff is friendly and always remembers the dog I bring, and immediately shower him with love. He gets playtime, swimming time, makes friends with other dogs and is absolutely whooped at the end of his day there. They send a daily report card of who your pet played with and his activities, which I think is really cute and informative. The dog I sit has never had any issues with other dogs being mean in any way, or has come back with any scratches or anything. All around a fun and lovely time for your furry friend

This place is great! They take great care of your pets, the animals will be as happy as they can be (without their parents), and you can know that whole you're away from them they are getting the next best care.

The team at Polished Paws is amazing. They care about my pup and it shows from the moment we walk in the door. They recognize her and she does a full body wiggle to greet them, which is saying a lot considering she doesn’t like a bath! They go out of their way to make her comfortable and even have fun puparazzi moments (see photo of Elton-Ophelia). I would recommend this caring crew to everyone. We’ve been boarding our Yorkie Bichon at Paws By The Lake for six years whenever we’re traveling. He goes in and comes out happy and healthy. We especially like that he can have play time with other dogs while he’s there. We also appreciate the ability to do online requests for lodging as soon as we know we’ll need it.

Ronnie does a great job with our Great Pyrenees. She has given helpful advice over the years regarding sensitive skin and feeding changes (which made a big difference) as well as alerting us to possible issues underneath all that fur! Schedule regular appointments. They book quickly.

They take such good care of my rescue dog. She is fearful of other dogs and wary of new people. They are very patient with her.

Left our large dog here overnight while staying at the nearby Kalahari resort. Our dog was picked up with the same happy disposition we dropped him off with, clean and taken care of. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with, accomodating a request for an additional night with no issue. There's lots of room for the dogs to run around, nice quiet country setting. I hired Amanda to pet sit our 3 cats at the end of March as I was going away for a week on vacation. One of our cats recently had become ill and I needed extra care that could offer more of a routine other than our usual cat sitter (our friend's 11 year old daughter). During the 3ish weeks between hiring Amanda and us going away, I was still trying to determine what was wrong and let Amanda know upfront of the issues happening at home, also knowing I had some unknowns yet to figure out, including potentially having her administer medications. Unfortunately it did not come to that because when I finally received the diagnosis, I had to put my cat down, which was the day before we left on vacation. Amanda was so great and so understanding through the whole ordeal. Of course we still used Amanda for the week to sit the other two cats and I am so glad we did. I haven't been away from home for more than a few days at time since before the Pandemic so it was comforting knowing the furbabies were well taken care of and someone was routinely at the house, especially since I was out of the country. Amanda is extremely thorough and made recommendations I would not have thought of, making sure every aspect was covered, from emergency situations to knowing where their hiding places are. During our time away she sent daily updates through Facebook Messenger, which is something else she recommended given I was not in the states. She also recommended the emergency vet clinic that was finally able to give me a diagnosis after multiple vet visits and getting the runaround from other places. Shortly before my trip, one of my cats became ill and was prescribed supplements to be given with his food. Amanda handled everything easily and kept in close touch with me (sending pics and texts) about how both cats were doing. It really put my mind at ease knowing someone was providing such excellent care and checking on the house while I was away. I highly recommend Amanda and her company - give yourself the peace of mind that your pets are in good hands!

We asked Amanda to babysit our baby (cat) for almost 3 weeks and it was fabulous! Amanda set up an appointment before we left on vacay and explained everything to us about the process, our cat’s habits, her philosophy about caring for your pet. She was very clear and upfront about the cost and it cost $25 for each day (which included the $5 for any Med administration) and $30 for the weekends and holidays. It’s very convenient to pay Amanda as she accepts cash/check/Apple Pay. Amanda sent us pictures of our cat every single day and took care to administer her meds. She also played and showered her love on our pet. It was fabulous having Amanda and we will be asking her to watch our pet again!

Amanda is wonderful. Reliable is an accurate name!! She’s never not shown up for my kitties or cancelled on me. She sends me pictures and videos every time she visits them. She also waters plants, cleans up any pet messes, and plays with them. She’s available on weekends and holidays (when you really need a sitter!) for a small additional fee. She was also flexible and compassionate with me when I had to cancel a booking due to my cat’s terminal illness.

Amanda was GREAT at caring for my 3 kitties and my rabbit. She took lovely pictures during her visits and sent me daily updates. Grateful she was willing to care for my bunny. Many places don’t take on small pets. Will definitely use her again

We've known Kendra for years and were psyched when she took up a grooming space at Stay (another great place for pups!). Kendra groomed our late Aussie Max and our current little rescue Oscar for awhile. Now she and Amy have taken on our puppy mill breeder rescue mini Aussie, Fozzie Bear. They are so patient, gentle and sweet with him and understand his shyness and nervousness in the big wide open world. Our experience is nothing but stellar with this team. And the fellas always come home looking good, too! Thank you so much to Kendra, Amy and the Stay Spa!

I can’t say enough positive things about Kendra, Amy, and the Stay Spa staff! They take such great care of my little shih tzu mix every six weeks for her grooming. My girl always leaves the happiest with a bow in her hair and a bandana around her neck. Plus, she smells and looks amazing! Do not hesitate on adding color to your pup’s grooming package! Kendra is an artist and will take all my crazy ideas and run with them to artify my dog into a masterpiece, especially around Halloween or any major holiday. The Stay Spa is the best groomer in Cleveland. Highly recommend!!!

Me and my dog maverick absolutely LOVE stay. The people working are genuine and have always done their job. I get little report card and they show.when they walk him or if he's playing I'll get little videos, just like if he were my kid. There are options for comfort in your dog's stay. Basic crates, cute little living room set ups. I have never had an incident. We will always be back. Oh so we can drop in or we can schedule time to come in. Super flexible. And when my dog stay overnight he never has seemed nervous to return

My heart beams for Stay dogcare. Sam, Amy, and the entire team are wonderfully geared towards individualized care and attention to the dogs. They treat them as their own. Stay is trustworthy with food and medication protocol and attuned to behavior/ moods of the animals to give them whatever they need within a reasonable framework. They are also flexible with dropoff and pickup times (24 hours!!) and you can text them for updates/changes at any time. You can bring creature comforts that make the dogs happy and Stay will accommodate. They do exit baths upon request which is a cherry on top. Their daycare updates and photos are adorable and just like obsessive fur baby parents, we will sit at a hotel on vacation and look on our phones waiting for report card updates from the day. Also you can access those photos anytime on their app which is an impressive amount of cloud storage for a local small business! I wish every service team had a sliver of the compassion and customer service acumen that Stay has. I have lived all around the country and never experienced a better animal care service.

We absolutely adore Stay! They have always been so kind and very accommodating! We look forward to seeing the pictures they post as well as the report card. Cooper is always so excited as soon as we pull up to the building and can’t wait to get inside. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Stay has been great! Both of my Siberian Huskies have made friends matching their energy levels respectively. The staff are all very much dog people and take care of everyone as though its their own dogs. Its amazing watching my boys light up when they see some of the staff. Not to mention they know just about every dog by name. Knowing my dogs with severe separation anxiety find some comfort and fun here is all i could ask of any daycare. Will never go anywhere else.

I've been taking my dog, Poppy, here for daycare and for the occasional overnight stay and I have nothing but good things to say about Stay!! Poppy can tend to get overstimulated and have her social battery run a bit low during daycare and they've been amazing with accommodating that and giving her the breaks throughout the day that she needs. She comes home after daycare absolutely tuckered (which is amazing when I'm also exhausted from work lol) and is very happy when she realizes where we are when I'm dropping her off :) The report card pictures and videos are absolutely adorable and everyone I've spoken to has been so nice - I'm so glad there's such an amazing doggie daycare near me!!

Our dog has lived in Brooklyn, Long Island and here in Cleveland. We have never found a place that our dog loves to go to more or that is more accommodating (24/7/365). The owners are amazing all of the staff make us feel like they love our dog as much as we do. This place is really unique and as healthcare providers (both I and my partner) our irregular hours make a place like Stay a life saver. Included with the review is a picture of our dog... because. Amazing staff and the only 24/7 dog daycare and boarding in Cleveland! Recently got moved back into the office after working from home and didn't want to crate my dog all day. Thankfully Stay, gave me the option of dropping off and picking up around my hours! The prices are affordable and I like being able to see my dog on the webcams while I'm at work. Anyway because this is a dog daycare enjoy the attached picture of my dog Buttercup!

Bill was wonderful! My Great Dane, who is picky about his people, loved Bill too! He did everything and more that I asked for. He came three times a day, walked Ramsey, threw his ball, fed him, gave him treats and lots of attention. He sent me pictures as well. I could not have asked for a better caretaker and will def use Bill again in the future😊

Bill came to my house, and even though one of my dogs is extremely shy and introverted. He warmed right up to Bill. My other dog loves everybody and also loved Bill. When I left, Bill walked my dogs three times a day while I was gone which is more than what they get when I’m home . He sent me pictures and updates and responded to any messages that I sent him asking how the dogs were doing. The peace of mind, knowing that you’re beloved, animals are in fine and competent care is huge. Now I know that I can go anywhere and not worry about my pets. Bill is amazing and responsible and truly cares about the immense responsibility entrusted to him with our animals. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Been using Bill to watch my two angels for a couple of years now, and I get to my destinations fully relaxed and confident Vinny and Cornelius will be well taken care of. He sends me frequent updates and pictures, when I get home they are happy, healthy and seem unbothered by me being away. Bill is both professional and caring, exactly what you want in a pet service!

Thank goodness we came across Dan and Bill! Six years ago we called them not really sure what to do with the two little dogs that were dropped in our laps! They were at our place in minutes and walked our pups ever since! They are so knowledgeable and kind, they’re the only people we’d ever trust with our pets. They are always there when you need them (seriously, dinner running late- Christmas, anytime). We appreciate them so much, they’re a part of our family. Definitely choose them.

Nicole has been walking our dogs (3) for 6 months now every weekday and on some weekdays 2x and she is a pleasure. The dogs love her. Every time she comes by they run to the door and are eager to get the love and attention. She is very thorough, considerate and always goes the extra mile. She even brings packages in for us when there is something at the door and has been known to put our frozen dog food away if it gets there before we get home from work. If you are looking for someone reliable, friendly, professional and to always be there look no further.

Bill has been taking care of our 2 cats for a few years. He always takes wonderful care of them, plays with them and keeps us informed after the visit. We couldn’t be happier with anyone else taking care of our family members while we are away.

I moved to the area with little to no support and found myself needing pet sitting services for my dogs and cats. I have two senior dogs, one which is very anxious. Bill came over, met the pups, was very friendly and I have used him multiple times since then. The relief I have knowing I can leave and my animals are in great care is amazing. Thank you Bill and Daily Dog Walkers. They are the absolute best. I had to go out of town for a family emergency. Within 20 minutes of calling, Bill showed up for a meet and greet. He delivered on every aspect of their services. I have two indoor/outdoor cats, three dogs, an Amazon Parrot, and an African Grey. They were well taken care of, he took pictures daily to make me feel at ease. I highly recommend them. Call them today.

First time grooming visit for both my fur babies here. She did an excellent job! I think I've finally found a groomer I can stay with. ❤️

Took my 1 year old German shepherd to get groomed and nails cut. The owner was very nice and very informative, giving me alot of insight on some of my pups behaviors, and had great ideas for improving her social skills. Got a text a couple hours after dropping her off, that she was drying off and would be ready for pickup soon. I couldn't believe how great she looked. I thought she got a haircut, but Ellen (the owner) said it was just because the high velocity dryer helps shed the dead hair. Nails were done perfectly and my dog was in great spirits so she obviously trusts Ellen and I will be back! Thanks so much again Ellen we really appreciate it all!

Ellen is a wonderful and knowledgeable groomer, I have been taking my little Zoey to her for grooming ever since she was a little puppy!!!

I took my 60 pound standard poodle and my 13 pound aussie doodle. Was very happy with the cut, price, and wait, which was shorter than our prior groomer.

Ellen is an excellent groomer and trainer. So knowledgeable in animals care and well being.

Ellen is the best. Only person I have trusted my Molly with for over 12 years.
