Renate was respectful, tidy and flexible, and took good care of our home and Mazie our cat. She was understanding about me having to shorten the sit due to getting Covid just before we were due to depart, which made our departure a little less organized than usual. Renate is a fine choice for a sit, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Can’t wait to meet you and your furry family.
5 stars all around! Thank you SO much, Sally, for taking good care of the babies (cats) and my home. I appreciated being able to enjoy my trip knowing everyone and everything was in such good hands

Pet lover, trainer, cuddler, and travel enthusiast.
Dane was great! We met twice before the actual sit. The house was left in great condition. But more importantly, my dog Banks was a treated great. I am super happy to recommend Dane and hope he's available for future sits!

Math Teacher looking to expand horizons!
Richard waas the best! he not only took great care of our babies, but also stayed for an extra night when we got stranded by a cancelled flight. As soon as he heard we had a problem, he offered to stay even before I asked. A great guy.

A genuine friend to your fur baby family members AND House Sitter Extraordinaire
Lashawn was great with Cowboy. She was a soothing influence with our nutty, slightly high strung boy. In the middle of this brutal Arizona summer, she used the stroller to take him out to some cool grass so he could get out and about a little. Lashawn sent us photos and updates regularly so we could see he was thriving. We recommend Lashawn highly and plan to schedule her next trip, if she's available.Thank you so much, Lashawn.

We are surrogate grandparents who want to care for your home and furry friends!
Tricia and Steve were great housesitters. They took care of my two cats and watched over my house while I was away for two weeks. I was grateful how communicative and collaborative they were when we had to solve some household issues that arose unexpectedly (HVAC/plumbing). They're very nice folks and super responsible!

Larry and Sandy were excellent sitters. They responded to communications quickly before the sit, showed up right on time and asked great questions before we left. They sent photos and updates every day. They went out of their way to make sure our cat, who like to hide, got some attention a couple times a day. We came back to a perfectly cleaned house and washed sheets. We certainly hope they want to come back again.

We had the pleasure of having Maggie (for the second time) to take care of our home and beloved dog Frida while we were away for 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier! Neither could Frida! Our big dog is sometimes a bit stubborn and Maggie managed amazingly. We had daily photos and video, and Frida was clearly very happy, comfortable and very well looked after. We highly recommend Maggie to anyone in need of trustworthy and dedicated house sitter and animal lover
I’m sure most folks say the nicest things about their sitter, but honestly, if there were a “super star” status available then Denise would win the prize as sitter of the year! From the start, Denise was an excellent communicator. While we were still in the decision phase, Denise was always available to chat either by FaceTime, telephone or text. It was so easy to choose Denise; as you can see from her countless 5 star reviews, she truly is the only pet sitter you’d ever need and the one everyone hopes to have. Denise came to our house eager to meet us, our pets and the quirks of our house. Denise has an excellent sense of humor and immediately put us all at ease. Our pets took to her as if she was a long lost friend (even our finicky Siamese cat was loving on her from the start). While we were gone, our dog had a non-emergency health issue come up and just like that Denise was taking her to our vet, and administered the dog’s meds like a champion (Denise is also a nurse BTW). Additionally, Denise brought our pup to her scheduled groom appointments and even made future appointments for us to make our return home as seamless as possible. Denise was even above and beyond helpful to our neighbors and they appreciated her giving them access to our refrigerator when theirs broke down on Thanksgiving Eve! When we got home we were super impressed by how perfectly immaculate our house was! Most sitters leave the house clean, but Denise met and may have even exceeded our military standards of clean and orderly. Seriously, our house felt like we never left it. Everything was spotless, shinny and clean. She didn’t miss a beat!! Our pets were so happy to see us but honestly, I felt like our pup and kitty were disappointed when we walked in the door (I believe they were expecting to see Denise!). Haha. If you are ever fortunate enough to have Denise apply for any of your sits then I can’t recommend her enough. Seriously, you can stop reviewing applicants and just go with Denise. She was awesome in every sense of the word and I hope she’ll come back and stay with our pets again.
Lori is the best of the best! I would recommend her 100 times over! Lori is great at communicating and our dogs were extremely happy. She was very attuned to our dog’s anxiety and did a great job making the dogs feel safe and loved. The house was spotless when we returned. Lori also had the job of taking care of my numerous plants. I have to say the plants look better when I got home than they did before I left😂 Lori has a green thumb. Lori is so kind and just a wonderful person. Rest assured if you choose her as your sitter your dog and home are in the best hands. Thank you again, Lori! Blessings!
Lisa and Matt were absolutely fantastic sitters for us and our dog, Moose. Not only were they flexible when our flight was changed last minute, they also were able to stay an extra day to accommodate the changes. They communicated with us promptly during the scheduling and planning process for the housesit. They arrived on time on the (re)scheduled day. They acclimated to our dog very quickly and gave us piece of mind as we left by taking him on a walk to avoid his separation anxiety. We chatted every day and exchanged photos of Moose playing at the beach and in the yard. He was so happy! No problems were encountered with the house. Even our neighbors commented on how friendly and kind Lisa and Matt both were and how they really cared for Moose. The house was spotless when we returned. Everything in proper order, better than we left it. We can't thank them enough for the excellent experience!
Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.
Amara was a WONDERFUL sitter for our home and our dogs for the weekend. We were so comfortable with her being in our home, and she provided regular updates and photos of our babies. The house was clean upon arrival home - we would have no hesitation recommending her to others and hope she would consider coming back to spend more time with our dogs!
They took very good care of my pets which involved feeding cats twice daily, fish once or twice a day and filling up fountain for birds. Animals were healthy and happy when I returned. Nothing was lost or broken, and Diane even found a lost grinder part that had fallen into the cats food while I was using it. They are a pleasant couple. They were invited from Wednesday to Sunday. They arrived on Monday so had 3 days instead of one to learn the pets routine. They also informed me that they wouldn't be leaving until Monday morning, but that worked out well since I was mistaken about the end date of my cruise and couldn't get home until Monday. Everything was left neat, but I had minor housekeeping to do (clean sink, fingerprints off glass table, sweep floor). They are older than stated on the profile, which they said only allows 65 as a top age. 68 and 73. Bruce has health problems that requires he sleeps sitting up in a chair that has a leg lift, which luckily I had, so he slept in my living room. They are fine caring for cats, but my friend with a dog decided to find another sitter rather than leave him with them (she was going to pay) because they seem somewhat frail.
I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. I'd welcome Lisa back anytime!
Ranji was a wonderful pet sitter for my dog Zoe and was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed. She took wonderful care of our condo and wouldn’t hesitate to have her in my new home in NJ if she wants to check out a new area.
I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Jenny kept in touch with notes and lovely photos, Geoff cut my grass and I came home to a spotlessly sparkling house ! Thank you so much! Jenny and Geoff are welcome back anytime and I would not hesitate to recommend them as excellent sitters.

We enjoyed and utilized this facility for daycare for almost a year until we boarded our dog for 7 days. Shortly after pick up, she was rushed to the vet. Our vet had informed us that our dog had contracted lice from this facility. After multiple attempts to contact the facility over the course of 3 days, we sent an email along with her most recent medical records to inform them of our dog’s illness. This facility simply responded with that they clean their “suites”/daycare areas and furthermore insinuated that our dog had been the one to bring in lice to their facility. Not only was this absolutely preposterous and insulting, but it was simply not possible and advised by our vet. There was without a doubt certainty that our dog was healthy prior to her stay here and now is unfortunately, very sick. The facility refused to take responsibility and stated there was no real “proof” the infestation occurred there. I would highly suggest taking your dog to any other facility other than this. Not only will you be blamed for an illness, but spend hundreds of dollars on your dog post-boarding. In addition to this, you will have to fumigate your home - with absolutely zero compensation nor sympathy. Keep your animal safe and find another facility.
We love love love this place! We have been taken our dogs here Cheyenne (who has since passed) and our current dog Max "Handsome Boy" since it opened. The Staff are amazing and the owners are the best! If your looking for a place for your pups to play or to board while on vaca...this is your destination! Hope this helps.
My Westie, Lily loves going to ‘play’ with friends at Every Doggie Has Its Daycare. The facility is clean and well designed for play. The staff is outstanding and really love the dogs left in their care.
Our pup loves going here. He drags me in the door and once inside goes over to the door to go back. Always plays well and comes home tired!
EDIT: Over the weekend, I had my dog here for boarding. I received a phone call that, letting me know that my dog has been banned for "provoking" a fight with another dog. They informed me that she was put in time out, brought back out and then it happened again, with the SAME dog. The kept her in her suite until I picked her up. The morning after I got her home, I noticed that she had a bite wound on the inside of her hind leg. While I'm not upset about that happening, because like kids, dogs who play hard, are going to get hurt. It happens. She has been boarded there before, without any issues. I've taken her there for half days to keep up her socialization and I was never informed of any issues or hard play. I couldn't figure out why all the sudden, she went from being fine to suddenly not being fine. Once I saw the bite wound, it all made sense. That's the circumstance that changed. She got hurt, got mad and got snappy. Some dogs are like that. They didn't bother to check the dog over to see if anything was wrong. Some dogs act out when they're in pain. I spoke to them today and was told that my dog likes to "play hard" and initiate "hard play" and most dogs will play along with it. She's a large breed dog but not full grown yet (11.5 months old german shepherd). I was told "it wasn't safe" for her to be there. I asked them to relay a message to the owners regarding what happened. We'll see what happens but now I'm on the search for another boarding facility. I toured multiple boarding facilities and I came across Every Doggie has its Daycare. I toured their facility and instantly knew this is where I wanted to board my puppy. The front staff is very welcoming. They took great care of my puppy while we were out of town. I love how I can see pictures and videos of her on social media. It makes me feel better knowing I can see her. My girl comes home happy and exhausted from all her playtime with the other dogs. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and daycare.
There are no Words to describe the excellence of Every Doggie Has Its Daycare. They treat each dog as if it were their dog. When I take Bindi there, as soon as we get within 3 blocks she starts getting all excited. She absolutely LOVES it, and I wouldn't even think of taking her anywhere else.
First the good.. they are a great option for daycare. My dog went to day care at least 8 times, he did great, it was nice to have a place where he could play with other dogs. All good until We left him for boarding. He “misbehave” thats what they said. He did “not listen”. To me this was rare since he is trained. Once we got home, I noticed my dog did not eat for two days… he was hungry and very thirsty. When I pick him up all he wanted was to get out of there. There were many dogs in the lobby and he did not care, all he wanted was to get out. He was not treated with love. I would not recomend this place for boarding.
I was impressed with the cleanliness of this place. I took my dogs for an evaluation which they passed . They want to be sure dogs visiting this place , get along safely with other dogs and this is a great idea. The staff and owners are amazing too, they answer all questions and concerns. My babies will be staying with them soon for a dew days.
I am very happy that I found this boarding facility. It is clean, the rooms where my dog stays are nice, the staff is great, and my dog has a good time. My dog stayed there for the first time over the holidays and did get sick(not their fault) because he was anxious and didn't eat. I mentioned this to Sarah the next time I boarded him, and she has personally sat with my boy and hand fed him to ensure he ate. Sarah is wonderful, she really cares about the dogs, and is great with us dog parents too. I also appreciate the daily social media posts to perhaps catch a glimpse of my dog playing that day, it helps me feel reassured that he is having fun while I'm away. Thank you!
Since I have given a two star and whoever responded to my rating decided to put my business out on the internet I will describe my experience (which I was just going to move on from). The staff were absolutely wonderful! They were nice and described everything to me. Now the part that was frustrating as a dog owner… my dog is very anxious. I wrote it on the sheet of paper when I came in so it wasn’t a surprise. I was told my dog had failed a temperament test an the reasoning was anxiousness overall. Understandably so they did not want her boarding there because of the safety of other dogs and staff. Although this was a shock for me because my dog has boarded at another facility before and hasn’t had an issue I wasn’t going to argue. So the staff got a five star from me! My biggest thing was situation itself. They don’t do one on one play time for dogs who don’t quite fit in from what I understood. They are more of an easy going facility that wants all the dogs to play and get along together. I would recommend if your dog is easy going and gets along with others. I wouldn’t recommend if your dog has anxiety, aggression, or anything else that may require them to need one on one attention. They did recommend furshire which was very helpful!
Tammy is amazing with our 6 dogs and 3 cats and she loves them like they are her own! We trust her 100% and highly recommend her services. She has become a very dear friend to us! We love you Tammy and your website is awesome. Very professional and fun! Big hugs Mayo and Erin.
We had Tammy stay over the Christmas holiday with 3 of our dogs. She came over for a meet and greet and the dogs loved her. She sent daily pics and updates. Came home to happy pups. Highly recommend!
Tammy spent her first stay with Sydney this weekend and it was a big success! Sydney had great walks and playtime! Tammy kept us up to date with texts and photos. It’s so nice to leave our fur baby with someone who loves dogs!
I highly recommend Tammy to you as a caregiver for your pets! She has always been a great help to me with my own dog. Tammy is knowledgeable about pets, including training strategies. She truly cares about all animals and is genuinely concerned for their well being! I would feel extremely comfortable leaving my fur baby with Tammy! Sincerely, Loren Carey
Paw Nanny Tammy is the only way to go if you treat your pets like family! Tammy is dedicated to making your pets feel comfortable, she genuinely cares about your fur babies! I have 4 dogs, with 4 personalities, Tammy takes the time to know your furry loves and what makes them happy! Tammy is the BEST, call her for all your pet sitting needs! Trust me, the peice of mind knowing your animals are safe and loved, is worth it's wait in gold!
Tammy is a dog whisperer! Especially for dogs that can be difficult or have some issues. And she is super experienced, a real pro, not just someone who does it on the side or as a hobby. My dog is a senior going on 13 who isn't too keen on new people anymore. Tammy put her right at ease from the moment she met her. I haven't seen my dog take to someone like that other than her immediate people in a long time. Tammy is one of those rare souls who just "gets" animals and how to be with them and how to gain their trust. My girl takes time and she totally respected that, and really took the time to get know my Lucy and what makes her comfortable vs. uncomfortable. Tammy is also so good at making me feel at ease, that everything will be great while I am gone, and I dont have to worry about anything. She's got this! I highly recommend Tammy as a dog caregiver to anyone looking for someone who loves and understands animals, who is reliable and trustworthy, and who comes with so much hands on experience in dog training and caring for animals.
We never even got to the point of her watching my dogs. She was highly unprofessional. She scheduled a meet and greet with our dogs and then showed up two hours late with no apologies or even acknowledgement that she was late. I kept getting strange texts from her at 12 am......I suspect that she was drinking. We decided to not even use her because of all the red flags. My neighbor used her and said that she didn't even give her elderly sick dog all her medication as directed and then came home to find her washing her fine linens from Europe in the washing machine. I suggest you keep you looking if you want professionalism because this girl isn't it.
Paw Nanny Tammy is the best pet sitter in Scottsdale. I have some crazy pets and they are even better behaved after Tammy stays at the house to watch my crazy pack. Tammy is one of the most professional pet sitters in Scottsdake that I have found. She is now part of the family. I think my dogs might even like her better than me! Lol 😂
Our 2 big mutts loved Tammy and had a great time while she house sat and hung out with them. She did an awesome job of keeping everything under control while we were gone (including our koi pond and plants). It was really nice to be able to leave town and not have to worry about our home or pets! ❤️🐕🐕🦄. We'll see you next trip, Tammy!
My Remi is a special boy that has found his forever home with us. We didn't know much about him other than he was not too social with other dogs. But he adjusted wonderfully with us and just fell in love with the grandbabies as extended family when they visited. However not so much with the grand-furbabies. We had a vacation scheduled and couldn't cancel so we asked our vet for recommendations as Remi must have suffered some trauma which made him a bit unpredictable to leave with anyone. Tammy came with and met him and he just fell in love with her. Tammy has been wonderful to spend the time with him and work with him on his traumas and just love on him. I would not trust just anyone in my home with him but Tammy, and my husband of course. She has always been accommodating with any sudden times and would also update us on his time with her. Tammy has also been able to advice us on times when Remi has been having one of his stressed moments with fireworks during holidays. She is a loving, caring and patient woman that has been a God sent angel to our Remi and to us. Remi always looks forward to spending time with his "Aunt Tammy" playing ball or just cuddling in a blanket with her.
Amazing, loving and supportive staff! From the rep who took my call to the in office staff everyone was really nice and I could tell these people are genuine dog lovers! I took my little Dinero here and the team was very communicative, they explained how his first visits go, how they introduce him to other pups and everything the meet would involve. When I called to check on him they gave me a great update of everything he was up to. The staff was flexible with my schedule and offered extended time if I needed to go past the original time I set, which I thought was nice. Overall it was very comforting to know my pup was in great hands. I heard great things about this place and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely bring my dog back.
The staff are very accommodating and I could see their support for my babies. I have never boarded my puppies since I adopted them. They are friendly and caring makes me feel that my babies will be fine.
Willow loves coming to Glendale Dogs 24/7. She is always excited to see her friends and is worn out by the time I get her. The staff is always helpful and courteous. And I LOVE all the special events they have for the pups!
Scotch & Badger both love Glendale 24/Dogs! Both are still very young (ages 2 & 1) rescues, and Badger, especially, has anxiety issues in public. Those disappear the moment we arrive here as both know they are in for a day of play, play, play and people who love dogs and love them. Badger, especially, usually doesn’t like to be with any humans except me, however it’s evident he has trust in the humans who work here, and that’s a huge worry off my shoulders when I need to leave them. We love everyone who works here, but we are especially fond of Shannon, Natalia, and Makena who in addition to being sweet people, have helped me keep my boarding packages updated. It’s a huge money saver to buy packages, especially with multiple dogs, but they are expensive and I’ve had to stay on top of my purchases and sort through them with Shannon and Natalia, who are always extremely patient and helpful. Sometimes I think the computer system there could use an attitude adjustment, but the humans are nothing short amazing. My vet also offers boarding (and it’s cheaper!) which I will use in a pinch, but my babies always come back happier from Glendale 24/7 Dogs. To me, that’s more important!
Woodrow has never been away from me and I was more worried for him being away from his home and me than he was . However , after the first day, I went and picked him up and he was in a very good mood and the next day he was excited to go there . I think that he is having a great time there I would suggest anybody who has a dog that needs to be watched to take them to dogs 24 seven they are true dog lovers.
My sweet girl Brandi has the absolute best time here!! Being a vet student with demanding hours has created long days for me and knowing she is getting the best playtime, cuddles, and care makes me feel so relieved! The staff is always so happy during our greetings and I can tell they truly love what they do!
highly recommend! I love that I can call at any time to make a reservation for my dog. They take such good care of my rocket 🚀 He loves coming best part of his day while his pawrents are working 💗 …
I have been taking my pup Milo for a few weeks. The staff has been so patient and caring with him and his unique stray anxiety. Milo and I are very happy with the staff and everything else her. Thank you Glendale dogs 🐕! …
Glendale Dogs is an amazing facility for our beloved dogs! The staff is wonderful, and so very caring. They take such delight in caring for our fur babies. If you look at other websites the staff are sitting or standing around watching the dogs. At Glendale Dogs they are playing and interacting with the dogs. Huge difference!! They took such good care of my senior German Shepherd Rica, and do the same with my wild child Asha. She’s always sooo excited to come play with them! I wouldn’t leave her with anyone else!!
Mosse has been going to doggy daycare(Glendale Dogs 24/7) for over a year, sometimes he will go for 3 hours and other times for 12 hours. One thing I know Moose is always welcomed and is provided exceptional care every time! I know Moose is playing with other dogs while being well supervised by the staff(ok the staff is playing with the dogs). They truly love their furry friends. I’m very thankful for Glendale dogs
We've absolutely loved working with this company. Our dog went through training bootcamp and we are thrilled with the result. The lessons are clear and Kim is very knowledgeable, it's obvious in the first 2 mm minutes of her being around your dog. The facility is very clean and our dog got a lot of exercise while he was with her. We will absolutely be repeat customers!
Kim Kim Kim 😍 my dad was a wiled one. 1 momth with Kim and people don't believe it's the same dog. Thanks Kim your the best 👌 look at this she is so well behaved again thank you Kim …
Kim is absolutely amazing! She has taken dogs most people have given up on and turned them into obedient well-trained loving family members. Kim your a gem in the dog training world!
Kim is a GREAT dog trainer. She is very patient and knowledgeable. She comes to the house and works with us on how to train our Cocker Spaniels. She asks you what commands are the most important to you and then we work on them. It is fun and rewarding. We highly recommend Kim!
Excellent boarding facility with grass and dirt areas for potty breaks. Spacious with someone on premises 24/7. You don't get around the clock coverage at most boarding facilities. Kim is an excellent dog trainer with common sense tactics. Keep in mind the owner is the one being trained to elicit the desired behavior from your dog. Rewarding bad behavior can undo training. Group classes are always fun and helps you learn watching other dog handlers training their dogs.
We got a rescue, that was a fear based dog, I called Kim, she came to our home, and gave my husband and I several tips on how to train and make the dog a good fit in to our home. The dog is great with people now, we are still in the training session, but she goes to Day Care then , and loves it , comes home tired and exercised. Kim's home is very clean and dog friendly, I feel safe leaving our pup there with her. She is number 1 in our book.
If you are looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST dog trainer, you have come to the right place. We adopted "Daisy", a 9 month old lab mix from MCACC. We thought she would be calm, loving and playful like our other Lab who had recently passed away...WRONG. Daisy had severe (destructive) separation anxiety and other behavioral problems. After several months and at our wits end, we were ready to return her to the shelter until an acquaintance at a local store recommended Kim Baer to us. What a blessing Kim has been. We had tried several other dog trainers before finding Kim and did not have good results with any of them. Kim takes what she does very seriously and is passionate about her work. She is always there for us even if we have just a question or if a behavioral problem arises. Kim is also very accessible to her clients meaning she doesn't hide behind email or voice mail and always returns our phone calls and texts promptly. We have boarded Daisy with Kim and would trust her with any of our dogs. I am very proud to say that we did not give up on Miss Daisy and have had her for over a year now and she has blossomed into the sweet loving dog we knew was there all along. We are so grateful and thankful for Kim, her kindness, compassion and her training methods. Kim truly loves dogs with all her heart and takes her work very seriously. You will get 110% from her all the time. Please give Kim at" Now Who's The Boss" a try...you will not be sorry.
Kim is fantastic! She always has great advice for handling our pup and easily demonstrates everything she suggests. We have tried a couple other trainers and she trumps them all. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
Our Labradoodle puppy was out of control she would bite, jump on you, run into to you and knock you over, steal things off the counters, ate sock and much more. Kim saved us. She is an excellent dog and people trainer. Our Bailey is now a very well behaved 10 month old labradoodle. We are complemented on her behavior all the time. We highly recommend Kim. Jim and Sheila
Kim is the best with Dogs. Trust her more than anyone else with them. Also, my family and I are on our 4th jack Russell ( all from now who's the boss) they are amazing and have no problems at all. Great place, great dogs, great people.
AZ Tail was is the best! Their communication is awesome and the live updates are much needed. Alex and Christina treated Blue as if he was their own. Will definitely use them in the future!
Christina is wonderful !!! My dog loves her. I'm really happy to have her !
Probably one of the best dog sitting experiences we had in Arizona. Receiving updates via their portal, havijg relevant text message chat's, and supplementing pet love by anticipating/resolving unexpected problems is a rare feat in the world of service these days. This has become our new Goto dog care service carrier.
100% satisfied with AZ Tail Wag. They are highly responsive to emails and understand nervous pet parents. I love the text messages and emails that you receive with every visit and the date stamped photos of your pets. Our sitters were terrific and we came home to dogs that had missed us but were well cared for in our absence. Would highly recommend AZ Tail Wag. Big thank you from Mishirou and Akari!
AzTailwags is awesome! On time - every time, great communication with the app and through messaging. Our two Berniedoodles loved Christina and we felt very comfortable with the service she offered us.
My experiences with this business have been nothing short of excellent. Anytime I have a concern or question, Christina is on top of it. She obviously cares greatly for all the pets in her care and her team is flexible on stepping up to help out. All of my interactions with the team have been professional and well received, always adding a personal touch to show some love to my pets however they can. I love the spirit they bring to my pets and my home. Thank you AZ Tail Wag for all that you do!
Great dog walking and drop in service! They have gone above and beyond to help with our new puppy! ❤️
I have a large Anatolian who likes to push boundaries. If you try to take him home when he wants to keep walking, he will turn inexplicably deaf, and when the dog is 140 pounds, that can be a problem. Christina is wonderful with him. She can set boundaries and get him to listen while still being one of his absolutely favorite people in the world. He cries and dances from foot to foot when he sees her truck pull up. She's great.
Christina took such amazing care of our three fur babies over the holiday! She was very professional, responsive and gracious. We received regular updates and photos and we know our pups were loved. We will definitely work with her company again!
Christina is absolutely amazing! My dog loves her and was taken care of very well during my time away. I highly recommend her and would leave my pup in her care without question.
Update to our first review. Had a follow up in home session for doorbell training. Can't say enough about David's knowledge, ease of training and his love for dogs. We hired David for our two bulldogs sisters for basic training as well as aggressive behavior between them and toward other dogs when walking them. They were with David for almost three weeks and have been home for about three weeks. They love to take walks,"properly", they lay together, they can have treats with no fighting. We still have some sessions to be sure "mom and dad" are doing continued training correctly. We just want to say David has been so kind and loving with us and our girls. It really is like having "better dogs". Thank you David. We are looking forward to our continued training.
Dave spent a lot of time with my dog. My fur baby was a big ball of anxiety and he would go after the males in our house. He tried different methods to find the one my dog was most responsive to. I appreciate all his effort. My dog is now a confident and StressLess dog. He has gone above and beyond with my dog. I live about 40 minutes away from him and he has come to the house at least 6 times to do training with us. He took the time my dog and I needed to help my baby. You can definitely tell he really cared about my dog. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you
David helped us train our rescue shepard, Ralp. I was worried Ralph would feel scared and abandoned, however, Ralph came back with inner peace and confidence. David also spent time with us working with Ralph and helping to socialize him. I highly recommend training with David.
David was very patient and attentive with my exceptionally stubborn husky! Some of my main concerns were leash pulling, having no hierarchy established, jumping, getting proper socialization etc. Shep has come back so much more receptive to listening. Our walks are so much more enjoyable! He’s doing great with distractions, and following other commands. David is easy to communicate, with very easy to work with, & is the right guy for the job! He also gave us exercises to practice at home with stay/place etc and Shep is doing very well. Thank you so much, David!
David is the best! My dog was having sudden aggression issues. I had just brought home a newborn and had to put an end to that immediately. David lead private lessons from my house. He was great with my timid dog, made him feel comfortable the first session. Within a few sessions my dog was more calm, listening better and overall a better family dog. I was not looking forward to the dog training process but David made it painless. Would higher recommend!
My Belgian Malinois recently spent almost 4 weeks at StressLessDogCare. Not only was David professional, and communicative he did everything to make sure we knew our dog was in the best care. He sent us videos and photos on a regular basis and updated us weekly on his progression. Upon picking our pup up we were shocked how well behaved our pup was. David taught us everything he did with our dog and how to keep up the training now that he is home. We are still able to contact him if anything occurs that we need help with. I highly recommend him to anybody if your dog needs some training or even extra training. My dog was happy and cared for as if it was Trainers dog. Thank you for everything!
We first reached out to David to have someone watch our dog when we had to go out of town. We warned him about our dog having some fear based aggression towards people. After leaving our dog with David for a couple of days at a time, we noticed how our dog was always happy and calm to return to David’s place. Recently we had to go out of town for a longer period of time and David worked with us in creating an ad-hoc training schedule for our dog, based on what our concerns were. David took the time to learn as much as possible about our dog and to make sure to build trust with him. David was great at sending us updates about the progress and once we went to pick our dog up, we were so amazed to see how comfortable our dog was around other people and the great progress he made in only 2 weeks. David came to our house for a follow-up lesson to show us how to keep working on what our dog learned and how to manage some of the behaviors we were looking to get corrected. From the way our dog behaves around David, it is clear that he is an amazing trainer. We are so grateful for him! I am a very apprehensive dog parent and I do not trust a lot of people with my dog, but when I leave him with David, I have great peace of mind.
I have been taking my fur baby, Hades, here since I rescued him in September. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else for boarding and day care. Every time I drop him off I have peace of mind, knowing he is well cared for while I work or travel. When I pick him up he is so worn out from all the fun he has, and is happy as can be! Recently, he went through the training camp they offer as well, and the results were so impressive. He is a great dog, but was not very well behaved. I struggled with walking him and with him excitedly jumping on guests or getting into things he was not supposed to. Since going through the 3 week program he and I both feel better equipped to handle every day life together. Not only did David work hard to train my stubborn dog, but he trained me too! He gave me the tools I need to keep up with everything Hades learned. Since he got home everything has been smooth sailing! Highly recommend!
David did such a wonderful job with our mini-Aussie! We brought Norman (10 months) to David because he had fear aggression and anxiety issues that my husband and I weren’t equipped to handle/train. Norman stayed with David for 4 weeks. We also have an English Bulldog (9 months) who will be going to him at the end of March for basic obedience (2 weeks). David has different training packages depending on your dogs needs. The drop-off transition was easy and smooth. The dogs stay at David’s house in a climate controlled kennel area, and he only trains 3-4 dogs at a time so he can give them the one on one attention they require. I actually preferred Norman staying with him because I knew he was getting consistent daily training that I couldn’t provide at my house. The pick-up was good as well. David worked with us at the pick-up so we knew what Norman learned and how to keep it up. He then does follow-up sessions at our house over the next couple of weeks to find any trouble spots or things that still need to be worked on. The difference has been amazing. Norman’s leash obedience and off leash obedience are very good. His house manners (counter surfing, barking, etc) are good. He isn’t reactive to things anymore (vacuum, mop, etc). Norman now ignores dogs out in public and no longer jumps on people. We can bring him to restaurants on the patio and he lays down the whole time. He does well in stores also. David gives ALL AROUND training to each dog. I really liked David’s approach to training and his outlook on a dog being a part of your household. He uses many different training tools/collars/etc that make it easier in all different scenarios with your dog, from obedience in your quiet home, to getting your dogs attention when it’s distracted outdoors. We have always let our dogs on our furniture and taken them everywhere as they are a big part of our life, but now there is more order and obedience to the household, which is better for the dogs and us. Great communication before drop-off and while Norman was in his care. He answered ALL of my questions in depth. I highly recommend David and am so glad we were able to help our little Norman!
We hired stress less to board and train our new puppies. We waited till they were 6 months old and sent them off for 45 days. Every once and while we would get pictures or videos of them waving on a leash and all looked good. But when we got them dropped off, they didn’t mind David which was our first red flag. He had to put a shock collar on them to mind at all and even the. They did not 100% of the time. When I messaged to come back and work with them there was no follow up and when I wanted to board which is a “ benifits for clients” the price goes up every time. We started at $30 per night per dog, the next time was $45, and the next time was $50. We have 10lb dogs full grown. How is it $50 a night. Not to mention we paid $4,000 for dogs that are not trained. There are probably better trainer’s/companies out there that will follow up and ensure you get your moneys worth of of training. Update… After David saw the review he then said if I take down the review he would train the dogs, but later said he will not work with us anymore. So to recap, he took the dogs for 45 days, they came back partially trained and when I reached back out for home training he denied it. Beware of Stress Less Dog care- there are many trainers in the valley that can do this work and will be more honest for the money, if you do decide to go with him, get EVERYTHING in writing.
FurBabies & Friends has been awesome to work with. The owner, Kristie, is easy to work with and communicates very well. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!
Kristie and her team are the best! She’s very communicative and you can tell she loves the fur babies. She came out to meet us and the pups before we left on our trip. I really appreciated getting to know her and all the services she offers. Every time she or one of her team stops by, we get lots of pictures and an update. I use Kristie any time we are out of town.
My dog Biscuit has been going to Kristie since she was a puppy. First she trained her 1:1 and then Kristie took her for a board and train for 2 weeks. She did such an amazing job setting boundaries with her and teaching her commands. Since then we always board Biscuit at Kristie’s when we go out of town. We joke that it’s her dog Disneyland because she truly loves her so much. Kristie treats her as one of her own and is amazing at sending daily updates. We are lucky to have found her and would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. She uses a gentle positive approach and somehow still manages to set firm boundaries that work like magic.
FurBabies & Friends are incredible! We booked them to take care of Sarge (He is a Germanshepard/Husky mix who is 10.5 years old ) Our trip was 9 days long so we wanted Sarge to be home and enjoy his own space. Kristie came to our house and met our family and Sarge. She was so personable and answered all my questions. (Sarge loved her too) Kristie then put together a schedule of who would visit each day and what time. Fast forward to the dog sitters—the team was amazing! We had a group text that we communicated with each other throughout the week. Each visit included a walk, playtime, and feeding. I was also provided with daily updates….pictures, videos, and texts about how each visit went. I am so grateful for meeting Kristie and her company. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my trip because I knew Sarge was in great hands. I highly recommend FurBabies & Friends for your upcoming pet needs
I have been using FurBabies & Friends for boarding and training for several years now, and I wouldn’t trust my precious dog Rosie with anyone else! Kristie genuinely loves and cares for my dog like she is her own. She is highly knowledgeable and attentive, and I never feel anxious for a second when leaving Rosie under her care because I know she will be safe and attended to 24/7. I call her home “doggy Disneyland” because Rosie always has a blast and never wants to leave. She has been so dependable and gives me immense peace of mind knowing my dog is in responsible and attentive hands. Kristie also has helped Rosie come out of her shell from being a scared little rescue pup to a more confident girl who will play well with other dogs. Kristie utilizes positive reinforcement techniques to instill positive behaviors, which was a breath of fresh air when other trainers I tried before insisted that Rosie would need a shock collar to learn to behave. Her methods are kind but firm and have helped to transform my dog. If you are in need of a trainer or boarder for your fur baby I cannot recommend Kristie and the rest of the FurBabies team enough!!!
Kristie was amazing. We adopted two pups within a month of each other, both of which had spent the majority of their young lives in a shelter or on their own and lacked socialization. We signed up for some in home sessions and group basic training. The change in my dogs from our first session to the last is almost like night and day. We started off having to stand far away from the group and by graduation our pups were walking with the group and following commands with other dogs around. Kristie was a constant cheerleader and support, reminding us that the road wasn’t a straight line and to keep consistent and celebrate the small victories. Kristie is full of invaluable resources and always has recommendations and suggestions to support your furbabies. Our pups still need some work but our home is a lot happier and less stressful thanks to Kristie.
Fur Babies And Friends has been absolutely amazing. They have perfectly cared for our baby numerous times. We always go with the overnight sitting option. We’ve had four different sitters over the last two years and they have all been so amazing. We even had a sitter watch our baby while we were away for two weeks in another country. Our dog loves all of the sitters. The sitters always post three updates a day with photos, photos, and videos. They follow all Instructions that we have for our dog and our home. Anytime we have a Furbabies And Friends sitter we don’t have to worry about Our pup at all. I highly recommend working with Kristie and her team of incredible sitters.
I had the BEST experience with Fur Babies and Friends a few weeks ago. I am a pet sitter on the side, but I didn't have anyone I trusted to watch my fur babies when my family went out of town. They exceeded every expectation and treated my sweet puppy like their own I have 3 cats, a snake and a dog and each and every employee who checked on my animals were so loving and caring towards each and every one. Every time they went to check on our pets, they took and sent photos and gave a lengthy update. I will definitely be using them for our next vacation!!
Kristie and team are incredible! She provides such great services and is hands on! We found FurBabies and Friends in late 2021 / early 2022 after we rescued Brownie, our Chihuahua/Cocker mix. Kristie’s training style, using positive reinforcement, was so so helpful and successful with Brownie! He had been living on the streets for some time and then fostered by a rescue organization, but still had a huge fear of people and was very aggressive towards them. To say that Kristie transformed him is an understatement!! Brownie is now so much more trusting and comfortable with others. The change is remarkable! We also have taken advantage of FurBabies & Friends’ pet sitting services. Kristie and her team are professional, caring and respect one’s home by providing such great care and love to Brownie and also our older dachshund named Spunky. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kristie and her company for any needs you have whether training, overnights or drop-ins.
We found this company while trying to find somewhere to board our cats but wanted something better and safer. The drop-in cat-sitting is great because we are able to keep our cats at home to prevent any stress or exposure to other animals, and the prices are very reasonable!! We love that with each visit we get a text and photo summary. Kristie and the team make the process so easy: we had an initial visit to go over details of our cat’s care, sign paperwork, ask questions, and now we never have to worry about who will take care of them while we’re away. So pleased with their service and ease of communication!
Danmar is a like a second home for our puppy, since they treat him with such fantastic care! Each dog gets a lot of personalized attention and group play time. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, especially Kayla and Adriana who have gone above and beyond for us! In addition to daycare and boarding they also have great grooming services. I couldn’t be happier with their services and care for my puppy!
Our experience boarding our two huskies was amazing! The staff was great with them, and we are now bringing them back for their second week long visit. Love that they send videos of the dogs playing and gave them baths before checkout! Thank you Danmar Pet Resort for taking good care of our dogs!
We have boarded our 2 dogs here yearly for the past several years. Our experience has been nothing but great and exceeded all expectations. Staff would send videos periodically which was a great bonus . We have also used their daily day care a few times and it was always a great experience. Highly recommend.
I brought my dogs to get groomed with Kayla and she did such an amazing job!! She actually cares about the doggies instead of just trying to get them in and out like the other place I used to go to! It’s also more affordable than other places which is greatly appreciated ☺️
PLEASE DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!!! FIND A PLACE WITH LIVE CAMERAS LIKE DOGTOPIA! If you want to support a family owned business , board your dog at BOULDER FALLS PET RESORT!! Very close by location to Danmar and the care they provide is AMAZING! Their work is centered around your pup having a good time and TAKEN CARE OF WITH CARE!! I have personally worked at Danmar. And yes the girls appear very nice but the amount of unprofessionalism and neglect these animals are put through for how expensive it is, NOT OKAY! I have worked in the back and recently quit due to what I witnessed in the two months I decided to keep working there. I will see staff that are in charge of rotating the dogs, close the gates, leave the dogs in their rooms for hours, so they can take a nap in the office recliner with the blanket. I will see them barely take out the Alones *dogs that are not allowed with others* sometimes a total of 10min from 7am-6:30pm. There was one time I came in to a complete mess, water bowls were disgusting, nothing was cleaned, dogs with diarrhea all over their rooms and getting pink eye from lack of cleanliness. Found out the day prior the manager Kayla’s baby father showed up to the job so she spent most of her shift in the parking lot going back and forth with him. She does grooms so she had left the bathing area a complete mess and instructed me to clean everything, meanwhile shes on arguing with her baby daddy. Most of the girls hate cleaning so they will leave the dogs room a mess, shit smeared everywhere, and get rough with them if they are misbehaving. I addressed all these concerns with the manager and he word for word said the girls have been with the company for 6 years so I could be the one to leave. If youre okay with the lack of cleanliness and knowing your dog is going to be in a kennel all day and only outside for a little than go ahead. But i have worked at other dog daycares before and your money is much well spent elsewhere. It is sad how much they do not care about the animals and care more about taking naps or gossiping in the office. Find a place with cameras, sometimes they will only take out the dogs to get a decent video to upload to their vimeo and put the dog immediately up. I hear staff like Abby and others say they hate certain dogs because “theyre annoying” and purposely push them off them in disgust. If you look at past revjews you can see this is a pattern. If you cannot see what is actually occurring once you drop off your dog i would not put in a good review. THESE ANIMALS CANNOT SPEAK about their experience, of course your pup will always be happy to be picked up do NOT LET this business mislead you. Absolutely saddening to watch some of the sweetest dogs treated with such neglect and the owner does absolutely nothing about it. Owner messaged me and even confirmed those issues were occurring and “fixed last week” When I voiced my concerns, he simply ignored everything i said about the neglectful care and only wanted to focus on the fact i arrived at 7:02 for my 7am shift, meanwhile one of the managers showed up after me close to 7:20am to open resort
I was very nervous about boarding my dog for the first time but he had a great time here. They treated him incredibly well and made sure all of his needs were met! I will definitely keep using them in the future.
My original review was from 5 years ago when I picked up my dad's dog from boarding. Today, I took Gamora (a 40lb half chocolate lab/half pitt) in for her first ever daycare experience, and she had a great time! We'll be back soon. The picture is of her about 30 minutes after we got home. She is all tuckered out. (You can see by her blurry tail that she is a HAPPY girl!)
My little dachshunds and I only recently moved to Arizona and I was so worried about finding the right boarding facility for them in a new place. Our experience with Danmar was fantastic!!! Total peace of mind during the whole thing. Gumball & Darwin were in excellent hands and they will be back for sure :)
Dogs were well taken care of and were nice and clean when I picked them up. Staff was super friendly and I will be back again. Update the dogs have been there numerous times now and we will keep coming back. Great team and dogs come home happy and clean!
I love this place. My dog Kody always loves going here. I never worried about him when he was here. They are great people and care for the dogs like their own. I can't wait to take my grandson dog here to have a fun day.
Very happy with the nail trim service I received today. We had a very bad experience this weekend elsewhere ( see my reviews ). This required us to take my daughter's dog to get his dew claws trimmed because the other place couldn't be bothered knowing they were digging into his pad. ( Main reason he was taken )Thank you so much Grand Pet Hotel for treating our dog with care and for allowing me to be present to see how " aggressive " ( other places words ) he was. He was nothing but sweet ( scared due to prior experience ). We will be returning. Pictures are before and after
We loved this place. We have 3 small dogs that are taken care of as they were our children, because they are. Alice gave us a tour, was so knowledgeable about dogs and made us feel comfortable leaving our 3 babies for the first time. Extremely affordable rates and a clean, well supervised environment. We are so glad we found this gem.
We had our dog stay here for Thanksgiving until Saturday. Upon picking her up, she was limping, had a laceration on her ear from another dog, bloody paw pads, and then told us that she had blood in her urine. They didn't bother to call to tell us the concerns. I have called a few times trying to speak to the owner and was told that they would call me. It's been almost a week and nothing. The workers that I spoke to just confirmed all that happend to our dog. She is now doing better. But that is not the point. You pay a business that is supposedly reputable to take care of your family member and it seems they did anything but.
The place is so clean, friendly, and caring. They truly go above and beyond for all of their special guests. The new owner goes above and beyond to ensure all guests are well cared for and keeps the facility extremely clean and organized.
Clean,; friendly staff; tour offered; reasonably priced doggy day care available; cute decorated dog suites with raised beds; very nice outside play areas with water misters to keep dogs cool; Indoor playroom for rainy days; No reservations required for daycare=drop in Ok;
Not only did they take amazing care of our puppy, Moose... but he's home and already behaving better than he was before we went out of town! We feel like this is a testament to the time, love, and care he was shown for his 3 day stay. We appreciate you all so much!
We moved here and checked many places for grooming. We found the most loving caring groomer that you can imagine. Julie is the only one that my dog Tank gets excited when he hears her name. He can't wait to go see her and he always comes out looking great!
Great place to take your babies, knowing that they're being loved and taken care of just as you would at home.
Love this Pet Resort Always so accommodating to our needs for Zoey. As Snowbirds its the best place we have ever experienced great service
We WILL be using them. Even with the extremely high prices, we believe their team will tale good care of our princess
Duke's K9 Lodge is amazing. They stayed at our home and took exceptional care of our fur babies. Got text updates and pics daily with progress reports. I could tell Jason had spent time with them and cared for them. Medicine had to be given to one fur baby and it was no problem. The house was secure and locked. Everything was in perfect condition. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. We will be using them again shortly. Fabulous!!!!!
Had a great experience boarding my dog @ Dukes K9 Lodge for the weekend. They made everything so easy, From the initial consultation to the scheduling and booking as well as pick up and drop off. I loved getting updates and videos of the dogs playing! It really gives you a sense of peace knowing how much they care for the animals and how they consider your dog part of the family during the stay. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again for any future day care or boarding needs. Thank you Jenn and Jason!
We recently used Duke’s K-9 Lodge for pet sitting services in our home while we were on vacation. The entire process from signing up for an account online, to their initial communication, meet/greet, and care for our dog in our home was streamlined, easy, and made for a great experience for our family. Jason communicated every time he visited our home, confirmed the care services rendered, ensured our home was secure, and most importantly, gave our dog exceptional care and love while we were away. We highly recommend Duke’s K-9 Lodge and we will certainly use them again!
I had a wonderful experience! They took care of my babies like their own. I had both in-home sitting for my older guy and boarded my girl with them. I received constant updates on both of them and felt like they were in the best of hands. Our girl had a foot injury right before boarding and they were wonderful with her. She also had a bit of anxiety as it was her first time being boarded since she was rescued and they were super accommodating to her so she felt comfortable. All in all, wonderful experience and we will be using them again for our babies!
Duke's K-9 Lodge is AMAZING!!!! Jennifer and her husband are the absolute best! They treat my dog, and my daughter's family dogs as if they are their own!!! Talk about play time, oh my gosh, what a play area they have!!! Quiet time, yup, they have separate cozy areas for quiet time. We received lots of pics and videos throughout each day! When it's time to come indoors, well they have doggie doors to allow them to freely go in and out. Indoor, time to settle for bed, is with Jennifer and her husband watching TV!!! How much closer to home can you get than that???? I honestly can not say anything other than, SCHEDULE a meet and greet!! You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I just love the care my pup receives each and every boarding visit!!
I hired Dukes K9 Lodge to come to my house for visits to take care of my 2 dogs for 3 days when we went out of town. Jason was great. He sent arrival and departure texts and he also sent pictures of my dogs at every visit! He made sure my home was secured when he left. It was very comforting knowing my dogs were in good hands with a trustworthy company. I will definitely be hiring again and also recommending their services.
So ... my young cattle dog has been to a very expensive, multi-week, in-house k-9 Military School that shall remain nameless. Results were ... limited. The same dog came back from a two week "renovation vacation" at Duke's K-9 Lounge like a whole 'nother animal ... in all the best ways! Aggression is WAY down. Attention is WAY up. Behaviors I couldn't fix ... appear to be fixed. They sent photos every day ... and by the start of week two, Jason and Jenn were BOTH getting the "eyes of love" from a dog that has never cared for anyone but me. Remarkable stuff, and I am so pleased to have found these folks!
Great company with great people! They were super communicative and sent photos and videos of our babies while we were away! 10 out of 10 - highly recommend
Very professional and accommodating. It is a great relief to know my pets are well cared for when I am out of town.
Jenn and Jason at Duke's K-9 Lodge were amazing! I left town for the holidays and could not have asked for a better experience for my husky mix (Jagger). They regularly sent me updates and photos/videos to ease my nerves while I was on the other side of the country. Jagger spent plenty of time playing outside with the other pups and even got some personalized human time. Thanks again!
We boarded our dog here for 9 days, and they were absolutely fantastic! The staff is friendly and professional, the price is reasonable, they provided excellent customer service, the facility was immaculate, and the owners have a real passion for what they do. They took such great care of our pup, and she actually made other dog friends!!! When we picked up our dog, she was clean and ridiculously happy. We could tell she loved her stay, and that made coming back from our vacation so nice. I have recommended Mama Bear’s to other family and friends, and it will be our go-to pet sitter anytime we need additional care for our fur baby. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Mama Bear’s!
I take my dogs to Mama's Bears for day care and grooming! For one, my dog's absolutely love it. They are excited the moment we pull up. The staff is so friendly and treat my dogs as if they were theirs. They know them by name, know their personalities and go crazy when they see them arrive. As a pet owner you want to leave your pets with people who love them like you do and the staff here does. When I pick them up I get updates into their day and who they played with. The groomer is amazing. I have recommended so many people to Mama Bear's whose dogs need not only baths but full blown cuts. They love Mama Bear's as much we I do. Your pet will get great treatment here!
We have known the owner of AZ Mama Bear Pet Care for many years and would highly recommend their services to anyone who cares about their pets getting love, attention and safety. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, flexible and reasonably priced. Our puppy has enjoyed many day and overnight visits and can't wait to come back again soon. Keep up the great work!
We were anxious about leaving our two dogs with anyone as our older dog is pretty anxious with people she doesn’t know. Rachael put us at ease right away and both our pups did great while with her. While there, our puppy was not feeling well and Rachael showed so much concern, communicated with us and handled the issue with care and compassion. They went above and beyond to keep her comfortable and both dogs were so at ease in their home when we returned for them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!
We've boarded our dog here several times now and she always has a blast, to the point that she doesn't want to leave when we go to pick her up. Rachel and Will are great about sending pictures and updates and they make sure that our dog gets lots of personal attention. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future!
I take my dogs here weekly and they absolutely love it. I have 2 high energy mini schnauzer's and they jump out of the car to run inside to play! One of them is an 11 month old puppy who is impossible to tucker out, but when he does for the day he comes out absolutely zonked and rests for the night. It's restful for my husband and I as well. I do regular grooming with them and well and they always do a great job.
Awesome pet service! Love the care given to Mia. So thrilled to see the photos sent of her having fun and interacting with the other dogs. Mia loves their dogwalker, Ryan! She gets so excited to see him. Rachael takes care of Mia as if she were at home and I truly appreciate all of her support and guidance in dealing with a 7 month old labradoodle puppy. I highly recommend their service . . . you'll be thrilled with it! You won't find a more caring, knowledgeable person than Rachael to care for your "fur" family members.
I have know Rachel and been boarding my dogs with her and AZ Mama Bear Pet Care for the past 7 years now. We recently boarded Rocko at their newest facility on 19th Ave and Thunderbird. What a facility they have over there...brand new, clean, great staff and more importantly the absolute best care for my dog that I could get. Anytime I head out of town on business or a weekend get away, I look no further than AZ Mama Bear Pet Care to care for my 4 legged child and I highly suggest you do the same!!!
You will never find a more trusting pet sitter! Rachel and her staff are amazing! They take care of your pets just like they are their own. The nightly email updates and random pics showing that everything is "Ok" while you are away is their added touch in hopes that it makes you feel at ease while you are away! Give them a try, you will not regret it and you will be hooked on just the customer service alone! Sherry
Beside the rudeness of the owner, Rachel, who constantly interrupted my speaking as I tried talking to her, here are some additional and indisputable facts: I was refused when I requested for ID on her employees. I never once asked for their personal phone numbers. And even if I did, that would only for the purpose of getting questions or updates on my dogs from the dog sitters, which was how it has always been done between me and all the other dog sitters that I have had. Another business information she refused to provide to me was her home-based business location. I don’t see why Rachel would consider that it is ethical for her to refuse a customer this information. Once she decided to use her home as a place for her pet care business, that’s no longer private information, nor should such information be withhold from me as a customer. I have been working with other pet sitting agencies that have never had any concern or issue with providing me their information. I have also been invited to their home business locations, given tours of their home where they care for the dogs without any issues or concerns. Whatever reasons Rachel claimed to deny me such information, my belief holds true: When a business or a company who would react so defensively and so reluctantly in providing information about itself and its employees, its certainly Not an ethical and not a trustworthy company to do business with.
