This was my first time finding a sitter from zeewoi for my cat, and Nicole immediately made me feel comfortable with the whole process! My first impression during our initial video call was that she was quite experienced with this, she knew all the important questions to ask, and I instantly felt like I could rely on her to take great care of my kitty. She did exactly that! Nicole visited briefly before my trip for a meet & greet with my cat and he instantly bonded with her. She kept me updated daily with photos of my cat and how everything was going. From what I can tell, my cat loved her company! When I returned, she had left my apartment even cleaner than before I left. Overall Nicole was an amazing sitter for my kitty for the 9 days I was gone, and I would gladly welcome her to stay again in the future!

Catalyst for Joy
From the initial contact all the way throughout the sit, Marie was great. She communicated effectively, was prompt, and was just the sweetest person you hope to meet. The animals took right to her. In fact, I think our Molly was a bit sad to see us arrive home and missed Marie. Marie did an excellent job dealing with a few issues that popped up. The fridge began acting up and ahe notified me promptly. I was able to get a repairman out, and it was fixed. Then there was a little leak under the sink, and thankfully, Marie caught it. My son was able to come over and fix that. Then there was the issue of Rascal wanting to take walks with Marie and the dogs. Our cats try and follow us on walks. Anyhow, Rascal walked along a little farther than normal and did not return with the group. Marie notified me right away, and I posted his pic on Nextdoor with the situation. A neighbor reported seeing him in the bushes and gave the address. I notified Marie, and she and the dogs walked over and retrieved him. He came out to her and stayed close to her and the dogs as they walked home. She is quick to notice situations and handle them efficiently. We arrived home happy healthy pets and a garden bursting with veggies. Marie kept everything alive and thriving. Our home was clean when we arrived and let me tell you, after being in an rv for 6 weeks, that is such a comfort to come home to a clean house. We hope to be able to have Marie sit for us again, she is one of the best.

I was very happy with the love and affection that was very apparent when Travis and Shannon met the pups. I received one picture on my trip and was happy to see Shannon cuddled under a doggie pile. Nothing like seeing your dogs being loved by others as their own. Every thing was in its place when I return which was nice. I also received a welcome home gift handmade by them which was very lovely and made my day. I highly recommend them as trustworthy and reliable pet sitters to anyone.

Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!

Lori and Joe took great care of our two dogs and tow cats while we were gone. Our plans changed and we actually asked if they could come a day before we had originally planned to leave and they said no problem! They even stayed over on the night we got home so that we could meet them which was very nice! Lori was very good with communication before the house sit and also during the time they were here. She let us they had arrived safely and then sent us a short text or pictures every day of the animals. The house looked cleaner than when we left it when we got home! Max, our Westie, isn't used to being boarded. He stayed elsewhere once and got very sick. When he went to Out On a Leash he had so much fun, played hard and stayed healthy. I love that he can run around freely in a huge, safe outdoor space!
Great for dogs but if the owner does not like you for a misunderstanding she treats you horrible!! Her employees dictate who the like there and who they dont! Lost my business and sad because the customer should always be first and right. Misunderstandings do happen in Life!!! To get them to call you back is asking way too much !!
If I could give them a million stars I would. They have been so great with our two dogs, both of whom have anxiety in different ways. Highly recommended!!!

SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. I whole-heartedly recommend SnR. It's so amazing to find to such wonderful care for my babies in such a small town.

Best dog boarding experience we have had. They are very good with our dogs and treat them as family. Dogs get plenty of love, attention, exercise and playtime with other dogs. They communicate often on how the dogs are doing and they are constantly sharing pictures. They did great with our high maintenance COVID chiweenie pup. She is used to tons of attention. Our golden retriever was happy and well cared for. Great experience!

Pretty awful to do this in your work van. Everyone knows what kind of people you are. These people of Horton's park in between two handicapped parking spots in Fairwood shopping center by Bartells. Don't even care that the handicapped people in those vehicles couldnt get out or into their cars due to blocking. Dont park on the white stripes between handicapped parking stalls!!!!!
When someone who takes care of your 4 legged child loves him as much as I do what else do I need to say. Our dog Tex loves it there and it is a fabulous facility.

Our dog loves this place! We have been going for over a month now, and our dog has learned daycare days. He gets excited in the morning to go, and grabs his leash. The owners are fantastic, great genuine people, treat them like their own.
Amazing place and staff. The owners and the staff truly love what they do and 100% care about the dogs. I've worked at a few daycares and no other daycare has cared about the safety of the dogs and is as strict about what dogs are let in. It really is all about the dogs and not the money with this couple. That's rare. I would trust them with my dogs 100%.
LPC boarded my dog (and she had never been boarded and is 6 years old) with love, great care, and kept me apprised of her well-being while I was overseas for 7 days. It is the first time that I have ever felt 100% at ease while boarding a dog. The owners and their staff are top notch at what they do (taking care of dogs) and the facility is 5-star. My dog was with the "medium sized, lower key, dogs" which was a perfect fit for her. My dog did need some extra "love and attention" and LPC owners made sure she got it! LPC is the BEST dog boarding facility I have ever used.
Love this place and love the owners. My dog enjoys his daycare experience there very much. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The dogs get lots of room to run around and be silly.
My mini Aussie loves playing at LPC! Theresa and Charles love their daycare dogs and give them a great workout each day. They even give them a rinse after a hard day of playing outside.
Our chocolate lab loves staying here. Always comes back happy and tired. We've used them for years now and it's always been a great experience!

She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. Linda has been walking my two German Shepherds for a couple of months now, and I have been very happy with her services. She communicates consistently and sends a cute photo collage and update after each visit. The dogs love her and we are so glad to have her feed them and take them out on the days when I work in the office. They are big boys (around 90 lbs each) and she walks them at the same time. She takes great care of them and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Linda is such a wonderful caregiver to my furbabies! My senior dog has special needs, and Linda is always there for her, making frequent visits and giving her (and my other dog!) extra attention. She is loving, arrives on time, is extremely organized and very dependable. I never worry for a second when I leave my dogs in Linda's loving care!
I would highly recommend Linda for any pet care needs. We used her care services for an out-of-town emergency and didn’t want to drop our old English Sheep Dog (Winston) off at a kennel. Linda took the time to get to know Winston before we left and his special needs. While we were gone, she sent us updates on every visit along with pictures, a nice touch. She played with him and sat and loved on him as well during the three daily visits. I cannot recommend Linda enough when it comes to entrusting the care of your furbabies to someone. She clearly cares deeply about providing the best care possible to your pets and making sure that you are included in that process. The preparation was incredibly thorough, and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. In addition to providing excellent care to our cats, she also sent us daily updates while we were away which was a great personal touch.
Had to find a new pet sitter, and I got Linda's name from my old sitter. She was very organized and professional in getting the booking setup. It was clear she likes animals and knows how to handle them (even my shy cat came out for her). I really appreciated the daily updates. I have booked her while I'm away on my next vacation.

Kelly's Creature Comforts is the only place we trusted to leave our yellow lab Gunner with! Kelly and everyone who works for her are amazing. Gunner had allergies and they were always happy to give him the care he needed. He loved staying with them. Now apart from boarding your dog they also have an incredible Sniff Park. You owe it to yourselves and your dogs to check her out.
Kelly's Creature Comforts was so perfect for my sweet Annie Oakley who was not even a year old. I felt like she had a "home away from home " feeling for a whole week. It is such a wonderful facility that provided my Annie with a spacious indoor play area along with lots of room to run and play outside and socialize with other dogs. She had her own little room with comfortable bedding and toys. Kelly is very knowledgeable and passionate about dogs (animals) and ensures a safe, very clean & lots of FUN environment for them. I live an hour away from Kelly but I would drive however long it took me to leave my Annie with her!! I highly recommend Kelly's Creature Comforts!! I can't wait for our next vacation so Annie can get some more "Kelly LOVE"!!!
I took my dog, Luna to Kelly's CC this summer while I was temporarily living in the area. Kelly was extremely warm and friendly. After our initial call, I knew that Luna would be in good hands with Kelly - a true dog watching pro. Luna had a few overnights with Kelly this Summer. Luna is a little bit of an anxious/ nervous girl, and Kelly went above and beyond to make Luna feel comfortable, and helped her eat when she was too nervous to eat. I have been a big fan of KCC since my first use of their services six years ago. What started out as stopping by to see to the needs of my five cats morphed into using at-home walking services when I got a dog. I don't think a kinder, more loving group of people who show uptmost care and respect for animals and my home are available in my area. If my non-vocal Husky would talk he'd howl them high praise!
I love Kelly's Creature Comforts. This place is clean, Well organized, loving and is like a real home away from home. My 9 yr old Shepherd,who doesnt like me to be out of her sight, feels at home here and is treated with sensitive care and concern. Kelly really understands dogs and knows how to manage each one. Kelly makes sure that meds are given as prescribed and needed. The bedrooms for each dog are true luxury. There is clean room to play inside and out and sofas for dogs who like to feel at home. This is the only place I would have my dog stay. Thank you Kelly's Creature Comforts Team.!!!
My boy loves the time he spends at Kelly's. He is very social and has alot of energy. I never have to worry about him cause I know he is well taken care of. Kelly's know their dogs!
I have used KCC several times to board my dog and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great facility for the dogs and I know Kelly will treat my pup with great care. She loves to romp with other dogs and KCC gives her all that and more. Cage free fun!
Highly recommend Kelly’s Creature Comforts! They are the best around. My Australian shepherd loves going to dog daycare each week. She gets excited when we get close to Sharon’s and always comes home happy and tired. I know my dog is cared for and loved and gets plenty of exercise. Forever grateful we found Kelly’s Creature Comforts as we never have to stress when we take a trip as I know our pup is getting the best care and feels at home! The best place for your furry best friend!
I really enjoy having Kelly's to take our dog to. He always enjoys himself, and comes home tired after having such a good time. Kelly is great with communications when she has your dog, and is very good at making sure your dog is the right fit for her place. She's definitely made it a home away from home for the dogs that visit.

We used Bellevue Per Sitters while I was in the hospital having my first human baby. We loved getting feedback after every walk letting us know how our puppers was handling everything. Our dog walker gave a detailed report on her visits with our dog, including photos for each visit. She even vacuumed in preparation for us arriving home! When we got home, there was a card on our refrigerator congratulating us. We highly recommend Bellevue Pet Sitters.
Anna did a great job taking care of my fur baby, Garbo. My cat sitter, June did a great job!!! Overall I'm very impressed by this company and will absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. I was very impressed by the online profile they have you fill out in addition to the owner, David coming by to visit before you leave town. I wasn't nervous at all about leaving town. David does an amazing job with both our dog, Edison and cat, Mesa. He always makes sure to spend quality time with them, with lots of play and affection. He has fantastic communication and leaves daily updates on how the pets are doing and goes above and beyond with toys and treats. We have used Bellevue Pet Sitters extensively over the past two years and have been very happy with our decision to do so.
I have used Bellevue Pet Sitters for 2 years in a row when I had to travel out of state for 2 weeks and each time I was pleasantly surprised to see how well my kitties were taken care of by June. Everyday June sent me a pet journal and photos to let me know they are doing fine. The best part of it was coming back home to a clean home and happy babies. When we arrived home after our vacation everything at the house was in good order and the cats couldn't wait to play! Everything went swimmingly and I must say that my husband and I are very very happy with the Bellevue Pet Sitters care for our cats. This is the first vacation we've been able to go on without our male cat having a urinary tract infection when we got back (from stress). We definitely plan on using their service again. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Even when the road wasn’t plowed and had to walk to get down to her house, she still made our cat and his health a priority. We are beyond grateful for her dedicated care and services. Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.
Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. Trusted our dogs with Happy Tail this past month and it was their first time at any kennel. Happy Tails did incredible! One of our two dogs has severe people anxiety but the team were positive, patient, and caring. They suggested a trial night and took their time letting ‘Z’ warm up to them in his own time. After the trial and the full stay, when we came to pick the dogs up, Z was wagging his tail, running to them, and just a happy guy. With the space to socialize safely with other dogs, run around, and generally be comfortable, our dogs basically had their own vacation! Thanks team!
First time dropping my boy off overnight. I was more anxious than my dog Spock (husky/shepherd) was. These guys know what they are doing! Ensured my dog was up-to-date all vaccinations and fecal tested prior to allowing him for test night. Dog was happy to see me and taken well care of. Will use Happy Tails for sure! ~ Greg LaMadrid
This is what a tired puppy looks like after a day at Happy Tails. Today, we introduced our seven month old GSP named Bullet to Happy Tails. We dropped him off in the morning... Paul took the time showing us his facility and operation. We had a very good impression and were excited for our pup to spent the day in doggy paradise . It’s great that the dogs get to play and socialize with each other all day in a wide range of spacious areas. During the day, Paul kept us updated how Bullet was getting along. After pick up, he gave us a quick recap of the day. When we got home, Bullet got a nice brush and immediately went into deep chill mode. A good dog is a tired dog! We’ll continue to bring our pup to Happy Tails. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Was a relief while traveling to have our three dogs here. They have huge fenced fields for outdoor running and play. We left our dogs here for about a week and they were great at keeping communication via text message throughout the stay. They also provided videos/pictures of the dogs. Our dogs are picky eaters and one started refusing food and they worked with us to adjust their feeding and try different additives and things to get them to eat. They play area is outdoor with some coverings but this is western Washington so they came back honestly cleaner then we were expecting but definitely don't expect them to be spotless. Be realistic with your expectations and know your dogs are in good hands. Would love to have our dogs stay with them again in the future.
The people and services at Happy Tails are both top notch. We've been a long time customer and have recommended Happy Tails to many others. They have been a trusted partner and truly care about the well-being of each of the dogs they care for. Their facilities and large yards are great for providing the exercise our little guys need, and they always come back looking happy and like they had a fun little vacation from their parents!
Excellent.! we have 2 Rotweillers and they treated them like they're own. Anyone who knows Rottys know they are not shy. And you would be able to tell if they didn't have fun. I think our Female would have stayed there if she could. She played with the other dogs the whole time. Our male likes people more than dogs and they knew that so he stayed with the staff. Most of the time. They know how to handle our pups. And they are better dogs from the experience. I would highly recommend them. And anyone who knows Rotweiller owners know they're not shy either. I had heard and read great things about Happy Tails initially, and was excited for our dogs to spend a week in their care; but unfortunately in our case the hype did not live up to it’s name. Paul and Tina were great on our trial visit, and the place seemed clean and we were happy with what we saw. Upon pickup however, the condition of our dogs proved otherwise. One dog came home with the goopiest, yellow eye infection that she certainly did not arrive with; so bad that one of her eyes was swollen and crusted shut. It was also clear that no effort was made to dry them off (they have long, wirey coats) after running around in the wet muddy yard, which means they came home with matted/stinky/itchy fur (I’m sure this probably contributed to the eye issue as well). I was disappointed that no effort was made to treat the eye problem, despite their claim to administer veterinary care should it be needed - the medicine was $20 and I would’ve been happy to reimburse. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.
After a terrible experience with hobodog in Bonney Lake I found Happy Tails in Enumclaw. Upon arrival to check the place out I notice large fields of grass for dogs to run and play in, nicely separated to keep the big dogs with the big dogs, and the little ones with the little ones. They were happy to show me the inside of the facility so I could see where my rottweiler Zeus would be sleeping. The inside was modern and clean. Each dog has a good sized kennel for when they're not playing. When Zeus stays there, one of the workers often times takes pictures of the dogs playing and posts them on Facebook. It's nice to see while I'm gone that Zeus gets to have some fun with other dogs. I can tell that the workers at Happy Tails are responsible people and love their dogs. I trust them with Zeus.
