Where to start! Eric & Theresa were wonderful from the moment we had our first video call right up until after we got home. Getting an international sitter can always be a bit nerve wracking (they are from the US and we are in the UK) but they made the whole process a breeze. They ensured that they got to the UK the day before so that there was ample time in case of any delays and the whole thing went so smoothly. They had a lot of great questions which showed us that they genuinely cared about the sit and it filled us with confidence. They were communicative throughout the sit, sharing photos and updates on their daily adventures which was so lovely. It was clear that the boys loved them and took to them immediately- they didn’t even seem that sad when we left as they were already settling with their new best friends! Our neighbour has also since commented on how lovely they seemed and how clear it was they adored the dogs which was so heart warming. When we got home, they had left us a very kind note which we really appreciated and the house was beautifully clean with the sheets and towels all cleaned etc. We would 10/10 recommend Eric and Theresa for anyone looking for the perfect sit, both locally and internationally!

We were delighted to have Amanda and Gary sit for us. They were pleasant, communicative, and attentive to our pups' needs. Their stay was unfortunately cut short due to a hurricane coming to town, but through all the communications, they were great. Our girls were well loved while they were here, and we'd love to have them to sit for us again!

Alice and Joe were fantastic dogsitters that we highly recommend and plan to use again! They were great with communication and prompt in their arrival. They took excellent care of our Husky who is getting older and requires some extra love. I could tell that our dog was loving every minute by the big smile on her face in the pictures sent by Alice. We arrived home to find the house sparkling clean plus Alice had left us with homemade chicken noodle soup, chocolate chip cookies and hand knitted slippers! They truly went above and beyond. We appreciate their care and willingness to go the extra mile!

We had the pleasure of having Maggie (for the second time) to take care of our home and beloved dog Frida while we were away for 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier! Neither could Frida! Our big dog is sometimes a bit stubborn and Maggie managed amazingly. We had daily photos and video, and Frida was clearly very happy, comfortable and very well looked after. Robyn was a great pet sitter and house sitter. She went way over and beyond my expectations!!!! She sent a photo of her and my dogs and they were looking at her like they were in love. And my cats are not very friendly, but she won them over also. I would highly recommend Robyn as a pet sitter and house sitter. She is a very sweet lady. I would love to have her watch my babies again and again.

We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. She is such a sweet human, kept in contact with us while we were gone and sent videos of the hikes and walks they went on. I would 100% ask her to stay at our house again

Cyndi was fabulous. I'd describe her as the no fuss no muss dog sitter. While some dog sitters need guidance on every little detail, Cyndi was completely self-sufficient. She left the home in perfect shape and totally adored my pup. I'd gladly welcome her back anytime!

Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.

I could go on forever because Veronica was beyond incredible! We feel so fortunate that she was able to sit for us. Our fur babies were so spoiled with love and attention. Veronica followed their regular schedule, gave our dog her joint supplement, and helped clean her paws with medicated wipes from our vet. Our cat is very shy and sometimes doesn’t even come out for sitters and he loved Veronica! She brushed him and gave him so much love. They were both so happy when we came home. Veronica went above and beyond for us! She even made us masks, got us some disinfectant spray we haven’t been able to find and to top it off she made us bolognese sauce with sweet chicken sausage! She even left us a new box of pasta to make when we got home! We couldn’t believe we got to come home to an incredibly clean house, dinner and such happy pets! Veronica sent pictures and updates daily which made our time away even more relaxing. She took cleaning and sanitizing very seriously which we appreciated so much! We highly recommend her! She treated us, our home and pets just like family. We would love to have her sit for us again and are so grateful for everything she did for us! Also - dinner was delicious!!

We have 2 senior dogs and we never have worry while they are at FAST!! Christie has a senior building for them to stay in and they are loved and pampered there. Their kennels are clean and they have their own beds to sleep in. They can go in and out as they please. She even will post videos of them for you to see while they are there. I would highly recommend FAST!!
My heeler LOVES boarding here! Chris takes the time to make your pet feel welcome and happy. My Marble was a little nervous (he has some separation anxiety) the first time he stayed over but now he goes right through his doggy door and drags his toys out into his yard to go play! It’s low stress for me knowing he’s well taken care of and super happy being there!
Our senior dog loves to visit FAST. He has his own area, can go in and out as he chooses, and gets lots of human interaction and play time, too. They take care of his supplements and special food and give him lots of love!
FAST is not your typical dog boarding facility. Dogs have rooms with ceiling fans, doggy doors and furniture to lay on. They have room to walk around and get to run in a huge fenced in yard supervised. They are not in some small kennel with very little room to move. If you love your dog you will check out FAST.
I just love Chrissy's facility!!! Very neat and clean!! Chrissy's attention to making dogs feel at home with all the love and attention is very admirable . If you are looking for a great facility stop looking, because this is the place for you. Checkout the facebook page she has lots of other training programs. I always stop at Chrissy's on my out west and my dogs just love her spacious property!!
There is no place else I would trust my dogs to be. Chrissy and family go above and beyond. From morning romps in their 2 acre fenced in field, to the climate controlled sleeping area, my dogs always come home relaxed and tired!! Cannot say enough good things about them!! My dogs LOVE their time spent at FAST. The kennels are fabulous, play areas are clean & secure. Chrissy makes sure that all is the dogs gets one on one time every day. So, if you are heading out of town on vacation, take your dogs to FAST for their own doggie vacay!!

This boarding facility is beyond awesome! The animals have so much space, unlike most vet boarding facilities, and it is incredibly clean. I love that they are treated and pampered like if they were inside my house. Thry get exercised daily and lots of loving.. Great job Christie Freiberger-Rincker!!!!!
We boarded three dogs. One an old lab who was given special care (even moved inside where she could sleep on a couch), a pup that was in the midst of potty training, and a young border collie. Couldn’t have found a place any better for two weeks!!

We brought one of our dogs here when we lived in Springfield. He was a fun, energetic and playful puppy at first. After a few visits here, his demeanor changed. He began to hate being around other dogs and that behavior persists to this day. He has confidence issues and flinches when we go to pet him as if he'd been hit. We have never ONCE hit either of our dogs. I'm not saying this place did anything to my dog - but I'm also not saying they didn't. I recall pulling up to pick him up one day only to see him being walked with a pronged collar - not something we ever gave permission or clearance for them to use on him. We don't live in Springfield anymore - but I still wouldn't recommend this place.
Paws down best place to send your babies while you're on vacation!! Our kids loved the Cardinal Suite. I called everyday for a full report. We were even provided a tour. Everyone came home, clean, tired and happy.
I have drop off my cat Eren here for two weeks. When I came back he was well fed (got a little chubbier). The staff is reliable, friendly, and always pick up the phone when I called to check in on Eren. However, his paws were dirty which made me wonder if he was in his litter box most of the time. Overall, I do recommend the place.
We have been looking for some time for a good place to board our boys teddy and leo. And we found it. Our boys were happy, clean and really not all that excited to see us so that tells me they had a great time!!!! We are so very happy we have found a great place the puppies want to go! Just awesome care. Thanks!! Highly recommend !!!!
Very caring people here. Our dog is always excited to go, which tells me they treat her well. The office is bright and clean, and they never hesitate to take you to see the boarding facilities. I will always recommend Howliday Inn!
