I left my cat with Paws Galore over Christmas for nearly a month while travelling overseas. I liked the idea of Milo not to be trapped inside the cage like in most of the other boarding places, but to stay in a similar to home setting. The pet sitter (Marina) had a very good care of Milo! I enjoyed getting the daily photos and videos from them seeing him relaxed and enjoying himself. The pick up and drop off experience was excellent too, as I didn’t have to leave home and travel, which is a great bonus! Thank you Gina for your business!

Paws Galore were great from start to finish, not only will I be using them again but would highly recommend them. Holly was fantastic in keeping me up to date on how my cat Spencer was getting on when he stayed with Janelle, from the photos and videos they became fast friends and he returned a very happy chap. The pick up& drop off service they offer is very convenient and supplying your pets things ensures they have all the home comforts in an unfamiliar environment. This was my first time using a pet sitting service opposed to a cattery, and I wish I tried it sooner!

I highly recommend Paws Galore, from the moment I spoke to Gina to the end she was so attentive she placed my dog Romeo with a wonderful family.They kept me updated with lots of photos daily . Gina and the team looked after our beloved Harry on several occasions. What we love about the service is that Gina matching the right dog sitter with the dog. Harry has stayed with a couple of different sitters, and each time he's had a wonderful holiday. Moreover, the communication from pick up to drop off has been exemplary. We would not hesitate to use Paws Galore again.

I searched and contacted many services to find an option for my puppy for an upcoming holiday and Paws Galore were just amazing from first contact to post the return of my puppy. They went above and beyond from the moment I made contact searching for someone willing to take a puppy on and from there they took care of everything including scheduling pick up and return. During her stay I received regular photos and updates giving me peace of mind and enabling me to relax during my puppies first stay away from me. It could have not been easier for me and it cost less than a boarding service for such a premium opportunity. It was such a well executed service from beginning to end which shows how well managed and operated this service is. I don’t usually leave reviews however this was a truly impressive service that I can not recommend highly enough. Paws Galore is a fabulous pet sitting service that goes above and beyond. They are so helpful, reliable, and professional and bonus - they even include pickup and drop-off services. I was really nervous leaving my dog Rory the first time as he’s a rescue dog that can get anxious at times. I couldn’t have been happier - The pet sitters treated Rory like their own, provided daily photo updates and messages which really put my mind at ease. Now when I go away, I can travel guilt free knowing that Rory is on holiday too. He’s since gone back at least six times, all of which have been fabulous. If you're looking for a pet sitting service that offers reliable, fantastic care, and peace of mind, then I cannot recommend Paws Galore highly enough!

My little dog Bundy has stayed with Lisa and Paul quite a few times. They have made her part of their family and it is evident that she loves them from the way she looks at them. They are very professional and competent and love animals. I am living part time out of Sydney but I have driven down to Sydney just to leave Bundy in their care.

Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)

I was hesitant to board our cavoodle dog to begin with, but the staff were so kind, helpful and assuring he would be well looked after, and he definitely was. Usually quite timid he came home smiling and super happy. It’s affordable and the extra play dates and cuddles are def recommended. Every time I spoke to the staff they were super friendly and I knew he would be in good hands. Thanks Hanrob for looking after our Humphrey!

This was the 1st time we left our dog for a few days. As any pet parent would be nervous but our dog LOVED his stay at Hanrob Pet Hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would. My pup stayed here for a few days earlier in the year whilst I was away. When I went to pick him up, he was in distress and shaking. Initially, I thought it was excitement to see me but by the time we got home, his anxiety increased, and he was physically trembling. When I looked at his mouth I noticed he had cuts in his lips where they had obviously muzzled him. He has never bitten at anyone and has a calm nature. I had to get him ointment to heal his wounds. On top of that, the report I received had said he was well behaved but referred to him as her, so they clearly hadn't taken any notice that he is a boy and wrote the reports with no knowledge of his stay. I was thoroughly disappointed that they never mentioned about the muzzle and left my poor pup in such a terrified state. I will never leave him in that place again.

Bandit spent three days at Hanrob Sydney Airport and had a fantastic time. Lots of cuddles from the attentive staff and lots of play with another crazy oodle. He has returned for daycare since.

My Boxer mix loves Hanrob daycare. Great outdoor space. Staff are lovely. Convenient location for me plus close to airport should I want to board him if I need to travel. He loves seeing his friends and making new friends.

I using Jetpets to fly my two dogs from Australia to LA and they had a two day stay at Hanrob. I spoke to Stacy repeatedly and she was absolutely lovely. She encouraged me to call as often as I wanted, and every time I called, she put me on hold to personally go lay eyes on the dogs. She got updates from the carers and passed along info about their eating and sleeping and outside time. She made an uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. Thank you so much Stacy for being so kind to me and my monsters.

The staff here did an above-and-beyond job of looking after my poodle "Ninja". They helped nurse him back to health from a skin condition I discovered only 2 hours before needing to drop him off and go overseas. It was extremely stressful to leave him there a bit sick, but they took care of him 100%. He came back totally recovered. They also adjusted his washing, stay options and playtimes to make his stay as good as can be - as a first time boarding user I didn't quite get the options right, but Hanrob provided him what he needed despite what I picked. Truly an exceptional place in my opinion. One downside is that walking was not available here, but they seemed to adjust for that too, with extra outside time, etc. The take away is that their focus is on looking after the dog as best they possibly can and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hanrob Airport Kennel.

AVOID!! If I could give zero stars I would ! My dog stayed at Hanrob Sydney airport for 10 days before his flight to Hong Kong. He arrived with a scratched nose and horrible sores on his elbows which I blamed the long trip in the crate for, where he couldn't really lay on his side. Today he had surgery because the sores where so big he was risking and infection!! Just to be sure I went back to check the photos I received as "update" and zooming in I realized the sores on the elbows where already present at that time during his stay! No one mentioned them though, everything was kept silent! God knows where he has been kept all those days to get such wounds. The last thing my dog needed after such a trip was being put asleep to fix this, not to mention the stress it causedhim and the vet bill. Shame on them! AVOID AT ALL COST

Had our dog cared for at fairly short notice. Nicole was lovely. Came by to meet our dog. Sent us some lovely photos while we were away. Everything done as promised. When she dropped the key back to us our dog was so excited to see her.

We booked Pawshake pet sitter for our cat over the Christmas holidays. It was a real positive experience we found trust worthy, reliable sitter to come our house to look after our cat. Pawshake was a easy way to find and book a sitter. Communication through was excellent and the Pawshake website and App was easy to use and navigate.

Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

We loved the Pawshake experience. Reviews helped us trust the choice and the system of meeting first between booking was good. Great day care while we did tourist and family things.

Love Pawshake!! Our holiday plans changed last minute and we could not book our Pugalier into the kennels he usually goes to, or find any that had availability. Came across Pawshake and booked him a stay with such a lovely pet sitter called Amanda. He was totally spoilt, had so much fun with her dogs, had visits to the beach, and we were sent videos and photos everyday. He was very well looked after. Very happy with the care my elderly dog received at Blayney Barkers Boutique Holiday kennels. Pearl sent me photos of my dog and gave me dog biscuits and car airfreshers when I picked him up next morning. Will use her kennels again.

I just wanted to commend Renae at Deepwater Boarding kennels NSW for the excellent care she took of our 14 year old, (very particular and fussy) Maltese Shitzu , Mr Boots. He was happy, healthy and full of beans after a three night stay playing with Renae’s other small doggies. We will definitely leave him with her again

Jessica really did an amazing job for my puppy. It was my first time coming here for grooming. She took almost 4 hours doing such a difficult job of removing all the debris from my pups hair and dematting her furs. I will definitely come here again.

Good service but prices are higher than what other groomers are charging around the area for the type of service provided. Service is good but for this price I’ve had much better services offered elsewhere. May want to consider adding an extra pricing level to cater for extra small dogs that are less than 5kg to make prices more competitive. Would recommend if price is not an issue for you.

Always happy after leaving Puppuccino at Wolli creek. The staff are really friendly, the booking system is super convenient and there aren’t any ridiculous waiting times to book your pup in. I travel from out of area to bring my dog because I can always manage to find a time to squeeze him in at Wolli Creek. The team listens to what Finn needs done on the day and are fairly price relative to groomers in the area.

We get out four (4) dogs … yes you are reading correctly FOUR - groomed here for the last few years. The service is excellent and never once has there been a “bad hair day” … they always come home with tails wagging and looks great. Attached are some photos of our younger dogs after their “Summer” cuts today. Just in time for the 40C days. Alfie and Astro say massive thank you!! 🐾

The service was excellent. My dog doesn't like going to be pampered usually but she seemed a lot calmer when I picked her up. I think as it is a personalised service with only one dog getting groomed at a time it's not as noisy. I will be going back and would certainly recommend them.

Do NOT come here for cat grooming or boarding!! My cat was injured BOTH times, and I should’ve learned my lesson the first time, which is when I sent Duke here to board for 9 days and he came back with injuries all over his back (no photos but vet notes available). The manager of the chain called me shortly after I posted my review to request that I delete it, claiming that a “miscommunication” had occurred. When I resisted, she offered me a free grooming session at the same branch in exchange for deleting the review, so I accepted and went. At first, I posted a review praising the manner in which the company resolved my issue, but then I noticed that his hair was roughly clipped and he was even cut to the point of a wound showing on his back (pictures supplied). Thankfully his injuries were minor. Nevertheless the groomer should have informed me as soon as I picked him up that this had occurred, or called me. It’s common for cats to get nicked during grooming but this is the second time Duke has been injured at this shop and the rest of his fur is very roughly cut, indicating a serious issue with the groomer’s competence. I have never experienced this at other grooming places.

They did a great job with my cat he is not always the best kitty when it comes to grooming and she got the job done quickly his hair turned out great he was so happy he didn’t complain on the car ride home friendly staff easily to get parking and a short walk to the shops for a nice lunch while I waited we will be definitely returning when his long thick hair grows back

Ollie my 3 month labradoodle loved the staff at Puppachino. He was so happy with them. They had him the whole day and he loved it. Would highly recommend.

I have been sending my dog to DIT Marrickville since she was 4 months old and she loved it from the very first day. The team are all super friendly and genuinely care about your fur baby. The day care facilities are so bright and colourful. I get video updates through the day and they always have themed events and fun and games for the dogs. My pup had her first birthday there with a cake and all her friends. I also use the grooming services and the team do an excellent job. The entire DIT team are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. It’s great knowing that I am leaving her with people who love her as much as I do! Thank you DIT !

What can one say about trust! I leave my princess, Sara Blu, with Dogs in Town when I travel. She is home boarded, is pampered, and lives her best life. Her care is unmatched and I trust DIT without reservation! I recommend them for whatever your pawfect pup needs!

Oscar attends daycare at Dog in Town twice a week, and it’s his favorite part of the week! The facility is clean, the staff is professional, and my lab gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. (Maybe he’s excited to see Zabdy, one of the doggy attendants he loves) I love seeing him make new doggy friends too while I’m at work. Highly recommend!

We love Dogs in Town Marrickville! My Chihuahua, Peanut, absolutely loves daycare here and their indoor space is perfect for small dogs. The staff are so gentle and caring. Drop-offs are quick and hassle-free with convenient parking right outside.

Dogs in Town Marrickville is the best dog facility ever! My energetic Spaniel, Bruno, looks forward to daycare at Marrickville every Monday. The spacious indoor play area and cheerful decor make it such a fun environment, and the staff’s passion really shines through!

Every time I have taken my pup here it has been incredibly disappointing. This time was the worst.. they just didn’t groom his legs, at all. He has a broken leg, which we asked them not to touch. Instead, they didn’t touch any of them. This is an example of the miscommunications that happen - you’re not talking to your groomer when you check them in, you’re talking to the reception staff. It is 30 degrees, and he just came back from the groomers with 2 inches of fur on his legs. One miscommunication, fine. But four? That’s worth a review.

Ziggy had such a great time here. The team is so cool - love the vibe, and his coat looks perfect now. Thanks for taking such good care of him!
