Adventurous but responsible! I enjoy visiting new places & have 20+ 5* reviews
We can’t recommend Rayna highly enough! She has cared for our two cats on three occasions, and each time, she’s gone above and beyond. Rayna isn’t just a housesitter; she’s become part of our family. During her most recent two-month stay, we had a family emergency when one of our adult children was in a bike accident and couldn’t reach anyone. Rayna immediately stepped in, rushed to her aid, and stayed with her at the hospital until her husband arrived. When we decided to extend our trip, Rayna wasn’t able to stay longer, but she still helped us by introducing our new sitter to the cats and making sure they were comfortable before she left. Rayna’s care and thoughtfulness are unmatched, and we can’t wait for her to come back!

Recent grad working remotely and exploring new areas!
Joey and his friend Rebekka took such great care of Bernard! They took him to restaurants in the area, on hikes and walks around town. Our home was super clean and tidy when we arrived home. Highly recommend Joey!

Experienced Sitters + Work from Home
Would whole-heartedly recommend Jessica, and would happily have her sit again! She was communicative about arrival and departure schedules, as well as with our doggie's status. She also left our home absolutely spotless!

A peaceful, responsible, and loving guy who cares for animals. Non smoker.
Alexander exceeded expectations. He was patient wih our Bedlington Terrier, Lucy, and she liked him. He did take her outside pretty often and kept us informed that she was eating well and behaving as usual. There were no issues with the house or its condition when we returned home. We would be happy to have Alexander for a future sit.

Reliable, mature and resourceful and looking for new experiences.
Came home to happy, healthy kitties and a well kept house. Meeting with Gail was easy and she was very self sufficient while I was away which was great peace of mind as there was chunks of time on my trip I didn’t have phone access.

Caring and respectful, loving and gentle small close family ready to sit for you
Thawn, Mae (&Pitchey) were absolutely delightful. When I was leaving for my trip, they helped me collapse my dog stroller & Thawn started my motorcycle (as I was concerned about the battery). Absolutely so kind, helpful- even left me a couple of small gifts!! They were way, way above expectations! I was soooo lucky to have them!!

Nurse & Pet Rescue Volunteer who will care for your pets & home like my own
Tracy has housesit for me before and she was wonderful then and she was wonderful again this year. Also, Alex is an added plus because he loves my cat Rocky almost as much as I do. They are the most reliable pet sitters you can ask for, and they will love your pet as if he is their own. They waited For me to arrive home from my trip, which was very kind. Do not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Sharla is amazing! She took wonderful care of my nervous Frenchie and apartment for 2.5 weeks this past August. She has a great way with animals and makes sure to keep you informed with daily pictures and videos updates. I know my little fur baby was in good hands for the duration and my apartment well-looked after. I would definitely recommend Shar!

Tidy, responsible and reliable, pet lovers!
Brittany was an absolute pleasure to work with, right from the first communication we had bout my trip and Sitter needs. She's very responsive, professional, kind, caring, clearly loves animals (and in my case, both dogs, and farm animals as I run a Farm Animal Sanctuary for rescued animals). Brittany kept me informed throughout my trip with photos and messages which I very much appreciated. And she left my house as clean, if not cleaner, than it was when she arrived at the start of the stay. Finally, I would highly recommend Brittany for Home/Pet/Farm Animal Sitting services, and would welcome an opportunity to work with her again, and often.

Digital nomads searching for furry, /feathery/scaly cuddles
Yaritza took excellent care of Rochester and Raven. She informed me when Raven had eaten part of a toy and had tummy trouble. My house looked just the way I left it. Thanks for keeping the pups company and texting me photos and keeping me in the loop!
Michele is a great pet sitter for my dog Charley! She keeps me informed and sends pictures. I came home to an immaculate home! I hope she will come back again.
I've always been lucky with my sitters through zeewoi, and this time was no exception. George, Larissa and their four lovely children were the absolute perfection in house guests and I cannot praise this wonderful family too highly. They did all the usual things you'd expect, gave my beautiful girls all the love and care I could wish, walked them at least once every day despite the best the British weather could throw at them, and sent me regular updates and photos so I could see how much love they were getting. They also left the house cleaner and tidier than I think I've ever seen it! I'm a bit worried that all they did for the week was walk and play with the dogs and then clean the house - I'm beyond grateful, the place looks amazing! They really are the very nicest people too, George has a hilarious sense of humour (thanks for the funny texts George!) and Larissa is calm, kind and an inspiration as a mother. I really can't wait to have them back to look after the girls again in the summer and wish the whole family a wonderful trip until then. If they come and house sit for you then you are in for a real treat!
If we could give 10 out of 5 stars for Candace, Brian, and Chris, we would! They were amazing house and dog sitters for Brown Dog and Scout. They were so accommodating with our timeline and had read our welcome guide to a tee! It was so reassuring being gone for 2 weeks and knowing our pups were in amazing hands. They sent us daily updates and pictures and it was clear the dogs were so well cared for! They left the house very clean and even had all of our bedding and towels washed for us when we arrived home. Would absolutely recommend them for a sit and would love to have them back again any time!
Robyn was a great pet sitter and house sitter. She went way over and beyond my expectations!!!! She sent a photo of her and my dogs and they were looking at her like they were in love. And my cats are not very friendly, but she won them over also. I would highly recommend Robyn as a pet sitter and house sitter. She is a very sweet lady. I would love to have her watch my babies again and again.
Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Great sitter and kept in contact regularly. Would gladly have her sit for my dog again.
Ryan is a great house and pet sitter and I definitely recommend him. He took excellent care of my apartment and my dog for peace of mind when I was away. He is professional, friendly, and experienced.
Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. In short, we would recommend Stephanie and Brian to anyone looking for reliable, attentive and proactive sitters for their pets and home. We would be delighted to welcome them back for another sit, should they ever find themselves in the area again.
Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean! Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!
Veronica House sat for us for a month. She cared for our two Dobermans and our cat. Veronica is so enthusiastic about animals. They immediately pick up on her joy and love for them. When some bold alligators made our dogs’ normal exercise routine unsafe, she was faced with the challenging situation of keeping two Dobermans with very different temperaments exercised and entertained in the height of Florida summer with its bugs, heat, and humidity. She met this challenge by taking the dogs for individual outings. She drove our young social dog to the dog park, finding the times when he would most likely have other large playmates and drove our socially anxious dog to the quiet areas of town for walks. This took a lot more time than our normal routine, but it kept our dogs safe and happy. A lasting benefit for us is that our younger dog, once a terror in the car, now rides much more calmly and our anxious dog, once fearful of what the car ride would bring, now happily hops in. Our cat was so content and well-groomed upon my return, it was obvious that she had been getting lots of daily attention, too. Veronica communicated with us on all the happenings with our pets and property every day. I came home to happy and healthy pets and a well cared for home. We feel so fortunate to have had Veronica as a house sitter and look forward to her sitting for us again.

I have an 8 month old very high energy puppy and at times have to work long hours. A friend recently recommended Barklyn Heights daycare. Dory had her first day at daycare today and had a great time! I was able to check in on her on the webcams whenever I wanted which put my mind at ease! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The registration process was super easy! I am so glad we’re part of the Barklyn Heights family!
Our 7 month old lab Teddy had a great day at Barklyn! Met many new friends big and small. The staff was very attentive and I felt very confident about leaving our baby with them! We will definitely be back!
Our little girl loves this place so much she starts whining with anticipation before we even get there and jets off to the front door as soon as we arrive! The person checking their fur friend in also gets a login to the doggy cams. This allows their humans to view a livestream of the indoor and outdoor play areas in real time. It was a great relief to see our girl playing and having fun with all the other dogs from hundreds of miles away! This is just a great place to take your four-foots for a day trip or a extended stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is cleaned and sanitized daily, and our dog at least is always excited to go there and see all her friends. Five stars without hesitation!
Barklyn Heights’ staff is always friendly. Their facilities are clean and I enjoy checking in on my dogs with their camera system/app. Booking daycare or boarding is easy and I will continue going back.
I think you are wonderful I love it that I can watch him while he is there. Beth and your staff are loveable Thank you Dave and Connie M for telling us about this place.First time he did not want to come home with daddy he wanted to stay and play follow the staff Thank you for taking care of my baby.
Barklyn Hts is the best. My dog always gets excited to go there and can’t wait to get inside when we pull up in the car. The people there are so nice, and I can tell by the way she interacts with them that she loves all of them! I got my dog when she was still kind of a puppy, with lots of puppy energy. This was the perfect place for her to play all day and prevent that energy from turning into destructive behavior at home. Highly recommend if you have a young dog with lots of energy. And even though she doesn’t need it quite as much as she did when she was younger, we still try to go at least once a week. She’s a very social dog, so Barklyn is great for her to go and play with her dog friends and get that kind of enrichment that she doesn’t get as an only-dog at home.
My dog cannot contain his excitement when we’re on our way to Barklyn! The staff is super sweet, they have really fun theme parties, and my dog comes home happy and exhausted! So glad we found them!!
The app is janky, but the place is lovely. They are attentive to the dogs and the dogs follow them around. You can tell the dogs like the staff. I love getting to see my baby on the Webcam while I'm away. They gave lots of info about what to expect. Customer service is next level.
Such a great place for my senior dog, she went for her temperament test today and she did great, they gave me an update when i arrived to pick her up. Love that they have cameras so i was able to check on her throughout the day. Both employees i encountered today was so nice, polite and genuinely seemed to care for all the dogs they had/have in their care. Highly recommend
Barklyn Heights has been great for our dogs! We have a 12.5 year old old man and a 2.5 year old very energetic girl. The environment at Barklyn Heights suits both of our pups! They come home nice and tired!
Martha and her team took such good care of my fur baby. Brinks is our 9+ year old Cane Corso (Italian Mastif) who has hip dysplasia social and separation anxiety. Those conditions were no issue for Martha as she took all of that into consideration and cared for my boy so well he didn’t appear to want to leave 😂 she even gave him daily massages for his sore hips! And when he went through all of his food she reached out to us to find out what brand he likes and went and got some more herself!! 5 starts for Martha and Anything is Pawssible!
Anything Is Pawssible Dog Resort is AMAZING!!! My family had to board our 8 month old puppy, Huey, for the first time ever because of a last minute emergency and let me just say that we were HIGHLY IMPRESSED! Not only is it affordable but Martha offers so much! While away your dog will get the highest care, love, and appreciation from Martha and the other dogs around him. It's not just a resort it's a place where your dog can work and learn on his basic skills as well as have a fun time with other dogs! We were so worried that Huey wouldn't adjust well (because with circumstances of the pandemic and then this winter) with other dogs, since he had little to no interaction but Martha had him bond with her first and then the other dogs slowly at a time, even having a best friend in another fur buddy, Titus! Huey and our family were so happy with our results that we're coming back again and everyone with a dog should too!!!
I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Martha made sure my dog (and I) were comfortable during my dog’s stay. Prices reasonable. This was my first time boarding my dog, but I will definitely returning. Martha kept me in the loop with my dog’s care while on my vacation. She was very personable and knowledgeable of her craft.
We felt so comfortable with Martha after meeting with her the first time! She really cares so much about the dogs, and is really thorough with her process. Our pups came home happy and calm after their stay. We will definitely bring them back for future visits.
Our dogs had a great time at AIP! The owner, Martha, is highly knowledgeable about dogs and took amazing care of them. She also kept up the training and commands we are working on. She stayed in contact with us and we got some cute photos while we were away. They came home exhausted, which is always a great sign. We will be using them again for our next trip. Thanks, Martha and team!!
Keeps my puppy safe every time I’m out of town & also affordable plus she gives updates with photos 😊 …
We got our puppy at 2 months old and she was a nightmare with a leader of the pack mentality. She also was doing a lot of puppy biting, peeing in the house, and did not like to be controlled on walks which combined caused us a lot of anxiety and frustration. We took her to a different puppy training class which did not help much. However, when we got her back after 2 weeks of boarding with Martha, we noticed a huge difference in her. Fast forward to 4 weeks after boarding, she is a completely transformed puppy. Thanks to Martha, she no longer has accidents in the house, is no longer biting, follows our leads on walks, and is a joy to be around. Martha took time to answer questions and walk us through how to lead our pup in different environments which has made our lives 1000% easier.
What a great experience!!! Martha is very professional. She’s very punctual and presents a safe environment for our puppy. He’s learned so much and is a very obedient puppy since we’ve sent him to the training. He enjoys his stays and the boarding option is phenomenal for our travel out of state. I would advise anyone to use this company and you will reap many benefits for you, your puppy, and your peace of mind.
Martha is a miracle-worker and the reason my family can take vacations without worry. Prior to finding Martha we'd come home to a sick, traumatized dog and didn't look forward to this aspect of our vacations with previous sitters, but some of our fears were alleviated just upon meeting Martha. She was clearly interested in our whole dog - asking us exploratory questions to evaluate character, fit with other dogs and any behavior issues. We shared a couple training issues that we've struggled with since our Malamute was a puppy - and I'm glad we did because it turns out Anything actually is Pawssible when older dogs need to learn new tricks. We returned from a week-long vacation to a healthy, smiling, energetic dog that suddenly obeys commands the first time (BIG deal for a Malamute), and appears to understand (even enjoy) being a dog - not a human that sits on the couch. I'm beyond impressed considering I was only looking for a dog sitter, but will be going back to Martha for more training. I'm even looking forward to planning our next trip - if you want to do the same without stressing about your fur baby then I highly recommend Anything is Pawssible!
Martha Thompson is the most talented, caring, and patient dog trainer I’ve ever met. In such a short time, she was able to transform my dog, Cova, who suffered from extreme abuse and neglect for the majority of her life. She had severe behavioral issues including fear based aggression and resource guarding. After completing the board and train program and follow up lessons with Martha, Cova has become more confident and trusting of others. She loves taking walks, getting pup cups, and traveling to stores. We are able to have people over and take Cova with us everywhere. Prior to Martha’s training, this would have never been possible.
We have used Especially 4 Paws service for over 10 years! Our dogs love their daily walks and we feel better knowing they are getting out of the house in the afternoon and enjoying their day while we are at work! Jen and Ed do a fantastic job finding friendly, caring and professional pet care givers. Our dogs are complete wiggle butts when Sandie, Cassie or Lorrie stop by to take them for their afternoon walk. We also use the pet sitting services and could not be happier! We felt guilty when we would board them to the point did not want to travel any longer. Now the pups stay in the comfort of their own home with their toys instead of wondering why they are locked up in a strange place. And as a bonus - they already know and love the people coming to take care of them. Pat does a great job scheduling our vacation visits as well as our monthly schedule ( thank you for the reminders) Thank you Jen, Ed and all of the E4P family for the outstanding care you have given our boys over the past 10 years! Loren C
My pups love them and so do I! If my pups could talk they’d tell you how much they look forward to their visits. I am very pleased with the ease of scheduling and communication provided through their App. The personalized care they provide my pups is amazing.
We worked with Especially 4 Paws to care for our elderly pup and again for the first six months after we got our new puppy and couldn’t be happier with their service! They came to our house multiple times a week, helping us mange this phase of early puppy energy with ease. They were timely and always provided great communication and we loved the pictures and notes they sent from each walk. Our dogs absolutely adored all the walkers we had, and it was clear they genuinely cared for them! The consistency and dedication they showed made such a difference in getting our puppy on a daily routine and helping us manage day to day. We highly, highly recommend the E4P team for any and all dog walking and in-home pet care needs. Their professionalism and love for animals makes such a difference. We are really lucky to have such a great local team. Thank you!
LOVE these dog walkers, and so does our girl! She is SO excited when they come! They are easy to work with, communicate very well, and send us tons of pics of our girl on walks. Great service
Unprofessional. * following their response below, still unprofessional! Info was provided in your extensive online in-take materials (for 3 dogs!), then a follow up phone conversation was scheduled/completed to provide more info from a clinical perspective. THEN you still showed up at our house to do a consultation and gathered even more information on our pets AND our home—I feel better I didn’t give you garage door code at least. Then after they left, you called to say sorry the one sitter didn’t feel comfortable with them and your husband - who was one of the people at our house - had family commitments during time requested and wouldn’t be able to do it either. 🤦🏻♀️ You knew we were last-minute looking for pet sitter and you completely wasted our time. Our time matters as much as yours. Completely unprofessional. For readers…we have 2 senior dog lab/lab mix “brothers” who have fought occasionally with each other in past (7 years together) and a puppy who can test their nerves. (Your husband literally said they actually show extensive patience with the puppy!) So use my experience to save your time…if your family of medium size (60-70#) pets act like siblings on occasion, and you want to be honest about it, don’t contact this company. It’s in their best interest—not every pet care business is right for every pet. One of their sitters is not comfortable and anything can happen with dogs (because they are animals!) We were looking for a Professional company.
E4P is wonderful! We are so grateful for their care of our fur-baby. Cassie is just the absolute best, she's our primary walker, but our dog is in excellent hands on days we have Megan and Ed as well. I love knowing that if someone has a sick day our doggo is well-cared for! They also have a great communication system that's so easy to use. Thank you E4P!
Our family vacationed during the Christmas holiday and left our pups with Especially 4 Paws. They were superb. I was sent detailed updates and photos at every visit. I feel like they cared for our dogs as we would have. I cant say enough about this service. Kathy Boyko
We have been using E4P for about 3 years. The sitters are always professional and take great care of our black lab. We love the notes that they send us after each visit. Very detailed and caring. They are the best!
Cassie did an AMAZING job with our 3 kitties while we were on vacation in October. Always on time, attentive, and all 3 cats (2 of whom are pretty skittish) got to love her by the end. Am definitely going to use Especially 4 Paws on any vacations from now on!! Thank you guys again!!
We love E4P! We needed help walking our dog Clyde and the staff has been wonderful!! We couldn’t ask for better care and communication from Cassie, Lorrie, Ed, Pat and Jen! Thank you
We take our cat here whenever we go out of town. It’s easy. We pay for play time. Sometimes we book a bath and nail trim. They have updated their food policy. They used to provide free food or you could provide your own. Now there is a small fee for food. I pack my individual servings of dry food. Last time I forgot to book the larger space for my cat. They had availability and moved him to the larger suite without any issues. They have a report card / stay experience with daily activities they give parents at the end of each stay. I wish they sent daily updates / photos.
Thank you to all the staff at Pet Palace. if i could give them higher stars i would. The booking of the reservation, to the dog bath, playtime, etc i can tell Oliver had a great time. We are from out of state and they took him in with no questions. i love that they are so personal to letting you bring anything that reminds them of home to getting a report card (it looks like he passed :) i am not going to lie, being from out of state and not knowing anyone we were concerned dog owners, but if we ever decide to come back, we know that Oliver would be in good hands with any of the staff. Oliver slept most of the ride home to Wisconsin. Thank you again for making Oliver and his parents comfortable with this transition Keith & Sandie Frederickson Kaukauna, WI
Not the best experience here. After my dog was injured, they refused to board or groom her, which is fine. What was not fine was that the manager called and told me that she “assumed I would be putting the dog down soon” and said my dog was properly old and would die soon. They have her records so they know she it only 7 and I never mentioned nor had any intention of putting her down. For the record, she is now 90% recovered and doing fine. I was shocked they suggested or assumed I would put my dog down. So offensive and cruel
Horrible they are the worst. They cancel some of our appointments and then try to ask for a deposit saying we have canceled multiple times. First of all if you canceled within a decent time frame such a week or a few days before, that shouldn't be a problem. But remember, they also messed up my time and had to rescheduled us. That shouldn't be our fault because they messed up the times. They are rude and the management love to dodge speaking with you. Not a good experience
The team at Pet Palace was friendly and took great care of my dog! Simon came home happy and tired from having so much fun. Next time I’ll definitely book him a room with a webcam so I can check in on him once in a while. I’ll definitely book with them again.
Pet Palace, where I've taken my dogs many times per year for many years now canceled my one night stay this morning at the time of check in, for an apparent expired Rabies Vaxx. I take responsibility for the vaxx being expired and rules are rules, I appreciate that. I do not understand how the entity who is seeking to verify this info as part of the stay had not discovered this before the moment I'm trying to check in. Between online appointment request and emailed confirmation from them, how did they not see the expiration or the initial missing vet record all together. Once I grabbed the record which is always attached to my PP account the just recently expired vaxx was noticed. And I'm just out of luck sent away, dogs in tow, whole plans scrapped. Super unprofessional. I'll never use their services again.
DeeBo has been attending Pet Palace since July 2023. DeeBo goes to doggy daycare as well as being boarded for days at a time they take very good care of him. I would recommend Pet palace to everyone. I think this is a great place for dogs to go have doggy time with other dogs. We Love Pet Palace all the staff there are amazing.
Our dogs had a great time!! They were able to have 1:1 time for playtime with no problems! Great overnight stay...they came home relaxed with no issues. Thank you!
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable they have lots of sweet animals we went to go get a kitten her name is Cleopatra ! My favorite part is they still welcome walk-ins you just ring the door bell and they put your name on a waiting list. I love this shelter it doesn't feel like the animals are in jail but like a mini hotel I would recommend to anyone looking for a new companion during these trying times 🙂
Loki LOVES pet palace and so do we. We feel safe knowing he will be cared for and spoiled there!
We have been taking our 9 month old Doodle pup, Henry, here for about four months now and couldn't be happier! When we first started going, the owners gave us a tour of the facility - it's super clean! He gets so excited when we pull up to the location and, to no fault, it's hard getting him to leave! We've been super pleased with everyone's kindness. We're able to schedule in advance via phone or email. We've even called last minute for day care options and they're so flexible! I highly recommend!
I was worried about finding a new doggy day care / kennel for Jax. We tried one closer to home, but it wasn’t a good fit. Jax loves Bed & Biscuit!! They have small dog day care 2 days per week. This place is immaculate and the owners are very hands on. Both day rooms have their own attendants. And the space has separate outdoor areas for little and big dogs. So happy Jax found such a great place. I’m happy to see him run inside every week wagging his tail.
We tried Cleveland bed and biscuit on the recommendation of a friend, and could not be happier! The owners and staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. My dog Jake has been amazing since he started coming, no more crazy energy at home. He meets lots of friends and is always exhausted when he gets home. Whenever I pick him up I get a solid report, and they are always accommodating if I am there a few minutes early in the morning. I could not recommend this place more, definitely a hidden gem! Attached is a picture of Jake after a day at day care 🐶
Reasons we have been going there for a few years and won’t trust any other place with our Yorkie -They gave you a tour of the facility on your first visit - You bring your pup in for a day stay so they can assess how they behave around with other dogs - Big dogs and small dogs are separated to ensure safety and they have their own play area outside - Each dog has their own suite instead of being caged - You can bring in your own dog food, treats and medication, they will feed your dog according to your instructions - Very accommodating in terms of scheduling, drop off and pick up times - Quick response through phone, email or instagram - Pool and sprinkler to add to fun times during the hot days, birthday celebration and playing dress up for Halloween - Videos and pictures are available pre request so you can check up on your pup during their stay
Wonderful daycare for our dog. The owners and employees are very friendly. They take great care of our fur-baby and take pictures on a regular basis.
Best day care and boarding facility in Cleveland, hands down. Tidy, clean, secure, and spacious facility with a beautiful outdoor area that allows plenty of shade for hot summer days and room for play. The staff is wonderful and pricing is very reasonable. 100% would recommend.
Our family loves Cleveland Bed & Biscuit! We just had our Charlie Brown booked for a 6 night stay while we went on a trip. We have never boarded any of our pets before because most of our trips were a car ride and they come with us, this was a plane ride to the west coast. We made arrangements for him to have his trial day as well as 2 full days of doggie daycare before his 6 night stay! He came home so content from a full day of play with the pack, and gets so excited to go! We will be using their service in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for an enriching environment for their four legged loved one!
The owners are wonderful and the staff takes such good care of our babies. Your dog will be well taken care of and enjoy himself. This will burn off the extra energy a young dog needs and all while making new puppy friends. I Love this place it is kept very clean and safe.
I’m on 2 year secondment here in Ohio and had to return to Europe at short notice and had to leave our GSP Pepper at Bed & Biscuits. We cannot fault the service and care our dog received whilst we were away. She seemed really content and well cared for and we will certainly use again when we holiday in Europe at Christmas. A very friendly and personalised service where your dog is at the heart of everything. Thank You . 😘😘
Cleveland Bed & Biscuit is the only place to take your dog for daycare or boarding in Cleveland. I’ve used a few in the area and no one will treat your dog like their own like B&B. The price is very reasonable - comparable to all surrounding options. There are safety rules in place that we respect (see requirements on their site). These things are there to keep everyone safe - dogs and humans alike. Cleanliness is one of the main reasons we love it there. When I pick up my golden retriever after a long day at work, I don’t want to have to feel like he needs a bath. B&B even offers baths and if they bathe him, he’s kept clean until I pick him up. The owners keep their own dogs onsite with them. If they’re willing to have their own pups spend their days there, that should tell you something. 5 stars without a doubt.
I can’t believe I haven’t wrote a review for this wonderful place! My Apollo has been coming here since he was a wee lil pup. Maybe 3 months old in …
We have been trusting the wonderful people at Nuzzlers since they bought the business . Weve always had good and positive results with our dogs favorite hotel!
We had been looking for about 2 weeks for a place to board our newly acquired rescue dog and Nuzzlers was the last place I found and I am so happy! Every other place told me no because my dog wasn't comfortable being in a pen with 15+ dogs, I mean I wouldn't like that either! Michele and her team without hesitation took our girl for 4 nights. I was nervous at first but when we picked her up she was so happy and I could tell she enjoyed her stay! We will definitely be back and I would 100% recommend Nuzzlers to my family and friends! Thank you so much Michele and staff!
Definitely recommend taking your animal here! Arlo enjoyed his stay and will be returning in the future ❤️
The staff at Nuzzlers is amazing! When we were expecting our baby and needed a plan for our five dogs they were more than accommodating. They had them for daycare to prepare them and when our baby was a month early they quickly accepted all of our dogs. They let us focus on our son while knowing our dogs were taken care of.
Great place. Dog got really good care. Reasonable prices. Very professional and caring staff. I had to unexpectedly drop my dog for ten days. They got him in right away. Also dog had some burns from my electric fence ( just installed) and needed to clean them every day. I asked them to do it, when I returned, all was healed up and dog was in super good shape. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place
We needed to find a new boarding place since our usual place was booked and a bit far for us anyway. We were happy with our dog’s stay! Staff were very welcoming and sent text updates and pictures whenever we asked. We were able to arrange a late pick up which was as great for us since we came home early from vacay and were happy to get her home. We know she was comfortable there because she actually ate a decent portion of her food- something that normally significantly decreases when she’s away. We will be using again!!
We love Nuzzlers and their team!! They are so kind and patient with your puppy! We can’t contain our puppy when we tell her we are taking her to daycare she gets so excited. They really do make you feel like your animal is safe and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
I have a little 6 month-year-old puppy and she is my baby. We left for TWO DAYS and she had a good experience. The workers gave her the meds she needs, along with applesauce, and plenty of play time. She got feed her own food which was very comforting. The reason I have 3 stars is because when we picked her up her fur was matted in urine and she smelled horrible. The other thing we noticed was she all of a sudden had a begging problem that she didn't have before. I'm not positive that it was because of the Nuzzlers but I have a good feeling it is.
i am writing this being a previous employee. as much great things I could say, the bad completely outweigh the good. the cost to board and daycare are low and match the quality of care. me, along with 2 other emplyees were all fired due to nuzzlers not bringing in enough money to pay us. we were fired through text with no notice to find ourselves a job or to be able to afford basic necessities. we were told several times that when an incident occured that if there were no noticable issues/injuries to not say anything to the pets parents. there is a specific event that has completely stuck with me since it happened. the day was a very hot day, 85 degrees or higher. we had a somewhat larger pitbull boarding this day. on my job list i had to check to make sure everyone had water before i had left. another employee ensured me that the part of the boarding area that the dog was in had water and i was good to go. being who i am, i decided to check anyways. i had saw that the pitbull was not in their suite and my first thought was "maybe they were moved" and for a split second i was about to just leave to go home but i just wanted to double check. after looking and looking i decided to check outside. when looking outside i saw the pitbull aggressively panting and struggling to breathe. i obviously brought the dog in with a full bowl of water and she turned out unharmed. given the dogs weight and heat, it wouldve been maybe 10 or so minutes before the dog had succumb to the heat. the owner/manager was the one to have left this dog outside. if i hadn't trusted my instincts, its safe to say this dog would no longer be with us given no one wouldv'e returned for hours after we had left. i used to make excuses for this business and the way it ran but having so many eye opening experiences like this, i will never recommend anyone to go here. the owner/manager and her son have 4 dogs between them two. in the whole year that i have been there i have seen 1 leave the building and that was for vet visits after him becoming so sick and close to death. this dog also only went to the vet after i had said something about him being so sick. this dog has a chicken allergy and has almost full access to several foods containing chicken due to the kennels having gaps in the walls and food all over the walkways. if your dog has an allergy to something in dog food, chances are they will get ahold of someone elses food. its hard knowing that i worked and supported this business when these animals deserve so much more than nuzzlers. these are just a few of several stories i could go on and on about. to anyone who may read this, do yourself and your furrbabies a favor and pay the few extra bucks to take them somewhere else. you and them deserve better than this.
Auntie Jenn did a great job caring for my rabbit Shoes. The most thorough and detailed sitter I have ever hired. I needed someone to care for my rabbit when I went on summer vacation for a week. Auntie Jenn came to the rescue. She really tried to understand Shoes needs. She offered her own insights and experience caring for her own rabbit in the past which influenced me to do things differently with caring for Shoes. She left a dog playpen for Shoes which Shoes enjoys exploring. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because food was given to my rabbit outside of what we had discussed. I had a dog that got diabetes from being overfed by another family member taking care of my dog so I am sensitive to the foods being fed to my pets. Though, I found it interesting to see that Shoes likes carrots more now which Auntie Jenn gave Shoes. Shoes didn't care much for carrots in the past contrary to thinking that rabbits like carrots in general. It seems her food preferences can change. When I came back from vacation Shoes was in good spirits, heathy, and alive which was the most important thing. I think Shoes had changed and was more relaxed after Auntie Jenn had taken care of her. I will definitely consider hiring Auntie Jenn again in the future when I need a sitter for Shoes.
Auntie Jenn is the most wonderful sitter there is. We always have the best staycation because of her. It isnt so bad when Momma and Dada had to leave for a few days sometimes because we have the bestest time with Auntie Jenn. We always look forward to her visits! -Darrell, Steve and Haley
Auntie Jenn was amazing! She treated our pets so well. I really loved the twice daily updates. They were detailed and included pictures and videos. She was fantastic!
We recently hired Auntie Jenn to take care of our 8-month-old, high-energy velcro puppy for a week-long vacation. It was our first vacation away from him and I was terribly stressed about leaving him… Until we met Jenn! During our meet and greet, it was clear our puppy would be in exceptionally capable and caring hands. She was beyond qualified and demonstrated a calming disposition and a genuine love for animals. We booked Jenn to stay overnight and visit for several hours during the day. She kept us updated with regular messages, photos and videos, which made us smile and offered peace of mind while we were away. Our puppy quickly exhibited his idiosyncrasies during her stay—further confirmation that he was comfortable and happy. Upon our return, our puppy was noticeably calm and content, a testament to Jenn’s excellent care. To top it off, Jenn even laundered sheets and towels! I am grateful for her attention to detail, respect for our home, and the extraordinary care of our dog. Jenn absolutely surpassed our expectations and we will definitely use her services again. We highly recommend Auntie Jenn is Here to anyone seeking professional, top-quality care for their pets.
Auntie Jenn is our pet sitter and walker for our two doodles. Our doodles enjoy their daily walk and visits from Auntie Jenn. Auntie Jenn has been walking our doodles for five years. She is kind and has a passion for taking care of animals. I love the daily communications from her app that gives me updates and pictures from her visit. Auntie Jenn always gets a tail wag and is greeted by a doodle with a toy in their mouth ready to play with Auntie Jenn. 🐾♥️🐾
We love Auntie Jenn ! We have been using her services for over 2 years and we are extremely happy, our dog & cat are well taken care of, and we have peace of mind knowing she's with them when we leave ! I can not recommend her enough! Also, the updates & pictures are the best part of the day when we are away ! 💕 …
Thank you!
Amy and her team took great care of my babies! I am so glad I found her place. I can’t wait to bring Luna back for daycare and I know they will be safe and happy if we have to leave them overnight again. Thank you for my peace of mind and thank you for treating them so kindly!
My pit bull terrier plays here 3x per week and looks forward to it. The staff and owner are amazing and it's 5 minutes from my house. Excellent service, excellent pricing, excellent care. Highly recommended!!! Making friends, playing, and exhausted when she gets home.
First time going to get my yorkie groomed here and they cut her to look like a schnauzer dog which I’m very upset about. I was expecting her to be cut down short but not to look like another breed. will not be coming back again
Cooper is healing. It was red and raw by his tail. They gave him 2 shots a d pills and spray which he doesn't seem to like.
We have boarded our 2 Siberian Huskies at K-9 Kingdom a few times for long weekends. The dogs really seem to enjoy themselves and come home tired. I do NOT like their new policy of no collars allowed. Both my dogs have Fi GPS collars on them. I use the collars to track their activity. With both of them not being allowed to wear their collars, I was unable to track them. Which gives me peace of mind that they are getting their necessary activity.
Our family recently had an unfortunate experience with K9 Kingdom. I am writing a negative review to share our experience and hopefully prevent others’ pets from negligence. We did research before choosing this kennel a few years ago and had a few solid recommendations. It seemed like a reputable and safe place to leave our goldendoodle while we were away. We went away for an extended weekend over the 4th of July. The last day of our trip out of state, we received a voicemail from the kennel informing us that our goldendoodle had been bit by another dog. We were told that our dog was administered “first aid” and then returned back to group play after a brief separation. We had to requestion documentation/photo evidence of the bites (which ended up being several punctures and lacerations), we asked them that they take him to the vet next door to get examined by a professional, and we had to demand that they isolate our dog from the other animals for the remainder of his stay. *What should have been a standard protocol for a bite incident, wasn’t a consideration for the kennel. After cutting the vacation short to urgently return home same day, my husband arrived at the kennel and was shocked to see the condition our dog was in. He is a large goldendoodle with a thick coat, which made it almost impossible to see the extent of his injuries before he went to the vet to get examined/shaved. He had multiple injuries and was clearly scared. There was no apology from the staff, over the phone or in-person at pick up. They failed to properly supervise the dogs and had allowed them to interact without proper precautions or vetting other dog's behavior prior to group play. Most worrisome, they failed to provide proper medical care (until we demanded it), as our dog clearly needed professional medical attention and antibiotics due to the bite(s). While I appreciate them paying for the vet bill (which the owner initially stated was “unnecessary”), it does not change the fact that my dog suffered physically and emotionally because of their negligence on handling the situation. Accidents happen, but how they handled the entire situation and care afterwards was despicable. The kennel’s lack of compassion and care for our goldendoodle was inexcusable. Had we not advocated for him (while out of state) to be seen by a professional, further infections could have developed. Had we not requested he be removed from group play, another bite could have occurred. I strongly advice pet owners to think twice before entrusting their beloved furbabies to this kennel. We are still having follow up appointments with our current vet to monitor his wounds, continue additional antibiotics, and administer laser treatments to encourage healing, blood flow, and new skin growth. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing and traumatic for us and our dog. I hope that by sharing our story, others may find another kennel where their dog is prioritized and treated as a family member instead of as income for a business.
They worked amazingly with our dog, who has arthritis in his hips, but is a busy body. They gave him breaks throughout the day, so he would not stiffed up. We are quite happy with the way he was when we got him back, after aa week.
Great place lovely lovely people who are very understanding of our weird four legged member of our family. Dogs love it always come away worn out
Our Siberian Husky has been here for daycare and we boarded him here for 3 days. The staff is very attentive, someone is there 24/7. They do not crate the dogs they are allowed to run free. My Buckeye loves the swimming pool. Prices are reasonable.
First time to groom our elderly dogs here. Our male is deaf and senile. They were so gentle and calm with him. Our female has heart failure and easily anxious. They were wonderful with her too. Good cut and also cut and dremeled nails. Great job from Danielle and her husband. Will come back even though its 25 minutes from where we live.
We live in Seven Hills and ALL NIGHT LONG ALL WE HEAR IS DOGS BARKING/YELPING!!! WE have a dog and the barking/crying disturbs Not Only him but ALL my other children as well as us parents. It is 7am now and All you can hear is A Dog Barking from your place!!! Please Do Something About that!! We would All Appreciate it. Thank you.
Our dog was boarded for 10 days at Beacon Hill and had excellent care there. When we picked up our dog he was clean and thrilled with how he adapted to being in a kennel for the first time. We will use them again when needed!
My family has been using Beacon Hill since the 1970's!! I trust my dogs to almost no one, but I rest easy when I'm away knowing they are in a clean facility with people who know dogs and are passionate about this family owned local business. Can't recommend it enough, and probably shouldn't lol, bc I never have to worry that they can't take one of my dogs, last minute. 5 stars! And my furry friends are always happy and never upset about coming or going!
We have been taking our Pups to see Jen for years. We would not trust anyone else. I leave two happy puppies and I come back to find two happy puppies. Jen treats my girls like that are hers. She has a great facility and keeps it impeccably clean. I would 100% recommend Beacon Hill.
I have boarded here before a couple of times with 2 dogs. Even have recommended kennel to other dog owners. Kennel owner was very attentive. He even told me the last time I boarded my dog that he did not poop while at facility, since he wouldn't poop on cement. Owner was worried for my dogs' health. Which I was VERY APPRECIATIVE that he was so attentive and concerned. Just tried to book again at facility with my 3 dogs, having a back up of my step son coming to walk dog if needed so my dog would for sure poop, and was turned away. Was told to go to another kennel because it would be too disruptive. Very disappointed.
Great owners, you can tell they really love dogs. Mine came out after a week with them and looked almost sad to leave! Nice price, too.
Great people!! Always clean and care for the dogs like they are their own. Our dog had a medical problem while in their care, they saved his life! Thankfully they are very watchful.
Friendly and our dog loves it. And when your dog doesn't want to leave, that means Beacon Hill did an excellent job
Judging by the way my dog's tail wags like crazy when I pull in is all the review you need to know how much dog's must live it there.
Absolutely a local gem!! Kind, thoughtful service. Just plain great people!
My dog loves the place and the owner is wonderful. Can recommend everything from the boarding to having your pup groomed. Safe and clean areas for the dogs Never have to worry about your dogs safety or comfort
Just used her for our 1 year old dog. It was her first boarding experience and she was so helpful and accommodating. The grounds are amazing and very very clean. She was able to accommodate us with only a few days notice and allowed us to pick up on Sunday. She communicates with you anytime you have a question or if you just want to check in. It was also very clear they she had an excellent rapport with animals and truly loves them. Take a tour of the place and I am sure you will never want to take your puppy anywhere else!
We now live 1 hour from Misty Meadows, but still use Jamie to board our dog anytime we go out of town. She truly treats our dog like he is her own, he is so well taken care of, is always happy to arrive at her home, and she offers grooming services before pick-up so the dogs are so soft and smell amazing when you pick them up! She has flexible hours and runs her business from her own property, so if your travel plans change or you need to pick-up on a Sunday it is no problem. 10/10 recommend!
Best dog groomer in northeast ohio. She gives perfect haircuts and can even make your dog look cute if he needs to get shaved. She’s so friendly and reasonably priced and I feel comfortable leaving my dog alone with her. She also offers onsite pet sitting service though I’ve never utilized that. Overall this business is a gem in the community
There is no better Groomer in the area. Misty Meadows Farms is amazing all around. The service they provide and quality is great. The dogs love it there. As most immortally I trust to leave my dogs there knowing they are in great hands. I will always refer anyone to Mist Meadows Farms!
I boarded my 9 month old boxer puppy at Misty Meadows in June of 2021. The owner seemed very nice and knowledgeable on dogs. If you’ve never owned or know a boxer they are high energy. My puppy is all boxer, as sweet as can be but very attached to me and very energetic. We brought him to the barn with a harness on because he pulls. I was told to take the harness and leave him with a collar. Fast forward to picking him up 10 days later. We go into the barn to get him and she just lets him loose. Then continues to stand there as I try and get his harness on, on a very excited puppy!! I thought that was strange but ok. Well, we get him home and he’s coughing and gagging. I take him to the vet and they assumed he had kennel cough, I put him on antibiotics and after awhile his coughing went away but not completely. Two months later I brought him back for the day while we went somewhere. She has me bring him in her house this time and has me remove his harness. As I am leaving she grabs him by the collar and holds him up as he is trying to get to me!! Then she screams in his face that he’s hurting her!! As I left, I realized what I just saw it became clear. That is why he was coughing and gagging after the last time! I hated to leave him but I had somewhere I needed to be. When we picked him up she said he dragged her from the house to the barn and she tied him to a post for awhile. Needless to say he again was coughing and gagging for days. My opinion is she does well with calm well-trained dogs. If your dog is not she is a nasty person. Whenever I think about how my dog was treated I get so upset. I can’t imagine how much trauma she caused by pulling on his collar and probably holding him in the air. He stills coughs occasionally when his throat is pressed!
This has got to be one of the most beautiful pet grooming/day care facilities I have ever seen. It's a private residence that has acres of land that houses lots of animals. Extremely clean with the most friendly and caring operator. You can see and feel the love she puts into the care of each visitor she gets. She is knowledgeable in the care of the animals . I can honestly HIGHLY Recommend this facility. Located in Grafton she is reasonably priced and once you meet her and see the place, well....I don't think you will ever want to go anywhere else.
I was coming in from out of town and my original boarding plan cancelled on me two days before so I called here - she was so responsive and able to get me in last minute. She is so caring w the animals and took great care of my pup who is a very nervous and anxious boarder. Wish I lived closer to use her again, def recommend!
Jaime has been very accommodating with boarding our dogs on short notice. They love it there and always come back tired. Both are rescues and one has some anxiety when she goes to new places but that is not the case here. There is so much to smell that I don't think she even realized that I was gone!
My Toby's a feisty little guy and Jamie did a great job of being patient and helping him calm down and make it thru. He also came out looking so handsome! LOL! By the end she had won over a new friend!! Definitely planning to come back!
