We have been relying on Penny, Liv and Wiggles n Wags for over 5 years now. I can’t rave enough about their services and level of care they provide to our 3 cats when we are away. No issue with medicine, the cats are extremely well cared for (including play time!), we get daily updates with pictures from each visit, and everything is neat and tidy when we return home. They are very professional and respectful of my space, and best of all they seem to genuinely care about my animal and his welfare. My cats are my fur-kids and when I go away Penny and team are the only ones I trust to take care of them. One of my boys is diabetic and requires insulin injections and with the Wiggles and Wags team on duty I rest assured knowing that they will be taken care of. Great service!

Our family confirmed in home services 6 months ahead of our son’s wedding where we could not travel with our dog. This reservation was reconfirmed to us 3 weeks before the June event. Over Memorial Day weekend Penny backed out of that commitment by phone and told us she could not honor our reservation due to an employee leaving her company.

Pets Are Inn took wonderful care of our cat while were were traveling for 2 weeks. They picked her up at our house, placed her a loving home where she was clearly well cared for, and then dropped her off at our house at the end of her visit. Driving around trying to enjoy the rainy day with my family and was tailgated by this company’s vehicle, license plate “pet paws” they were inches from our bumper and were driving very reckless… would not trust my dog in this vehicle if THATS how youre driving around, we also witnessed them tailgating several other vehicles once we let them in-front of us and going well over the speed limit. Do better.

We just had our first experience with Pets are Inn this past week with our 5 year old pug. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The service was exactly how it was explained to me on our initial call. The transportation was super convenient and I loved that I could send him with familiar things such as his bedding, toys and food. I received daily photos of my dog to let me know he was ok. Overall, I spent the week enjoying my vacation and not worrying about my dog thanks to Pets are Inn. They will be my first call for our next vacation!

Ben and his great crew are the best! Our two dogs are very well taken care of and Doylestown Dogs are super flexible with changes in schedule, unexpected travel, etc. It is a much better alternative to boarding in our view and experience. Our girls get to stay in their own home and aren’t faced with the stress of a kennel.

Ben and his team took great care of our dog Rita while we were on vacation! She had always been cared for by family members when we would travel so it was our first time working with Ben. Rita is shy but his patience and kindness allowed her to realize she was just as loved. The company provided great communication about the visits.

We took our 11.5 month old boxer puppies to Holiday House this week. We have 2 males and our trainer recommended day care and having them in different groups. Holiday House took care of them in their VIP group and let us know halfway thru the day how they were doing. Some part of the day they were with other dogs, taking nature walks or playing with the staff. We also received a written summary of their day! They were very professional and the puppies were very tired! We look forward to sending the puppies again soon!

My dog Jax stayed at Holiday House for the 20 day training with Mark and his team. Overall, it was a great experience. Jax had a lot of fun and learned so much from Mark and the team. He worked on basic obedience and leash walking during his stay. I see a big improvement from when I first dropped him off with his leash walking and command skills. Thank you Mark and Holiday House!

Once again Holiday House Pet Resort exceeded my expectations. We have our border collie bathed and groomed there. Our technician is Joann and she is the best. Missy does not like us to brush her. Her hair gets out of control very quickly, and don't get me started on the shedding. Joann does an amazing job. Missy not only looks beautiful, she is calm and relaxed after the experience. I highly recommend this business ... and Joann.

My dog is so anxious and hates spa day typically. But this was our first time here and he seemed much more relaxed and looked absolutely stunning! I couldn’t be happier!! And it was cheaper than PetSmart! ♥️

Our pup, Ripley spent 15 days for a stay and learn program with Mark and Skylar. Mark put us at ease right away with how much he truly loves dogs and what he does and it was obvious our girl loved him right back! Mark and Skylar were communicative, honest about Ripley's behavior and what can and can't be accomplished, and we are so impressed with what Rip did learn while in their care. The entire experience with Holiday House- from the initial contact, through the check in, during our vacation, through pick up- was fantastic. Everyone was kind, genuinely invested in our girl, which made it so much easier for us to leave her there. Thank you Mark and team!

First time and will definitely be back. We boarded for 2 nights and it was evident that our pup was taken great care of. His report card was a nice touch, and it was relieving to see how happy he was the whole time. On top of all that, it was affordable and the property is bucolic!

Mark at Holiday House was truly the best! Rocco, our 4- month-old Frenchie really thrived under his direction. He knows all of commands and it was just impressive to see how much he improved. Rocco did the 20 day stay and learn and it was definitely money well spent! When we picked Rocco up, you could see the bond Mark and Rocco shared.

Our two year old chocolate lab was at Holiday House for 20 day training. Mark and his crew trained Arthur on basic commands and walking behavior. I picked Arthur up today and was amazed at the transformation. Mark taught Arthur basic commands, and taught us the verbal and visual commands to make Arthur a well mannered dog. Arthur was reluctant to leave. Mark and the Holiday House staff took wonderful care of Arthur. Well worth the investment!

Quite the nice facility. Staff is plentiful and courteous. We always get the bath before picking up after a week stay. It's so nice to pick up GSD Victor when he's all happy and nicely groomed.

We have 6 Labrador Retrievers who we had never boarded before. We were nervous to say the least. Holiday House took EXCELLENT care of all my babies!! They were happy and smelled and looked amazing after their baths. All the employees were SO NICE. I have peace of mind knowing they are safe and happy when they are there! THANK YOU TO ALL AT HOLIDAY HOUSE !!!

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Trish is with my fur baby Penelope (Penny). She doesn’t just come and feed her and leave. She hangs out with her and plays with her toys and gives her lots of love. And one of the best parts is she sends me pics everyday while we are away. Trish is the biggest animal lover that I have ever seen. I will use her again and again and feel safe knowing my baby is taken care of.

Trish has been very helpful in walking my dog, while out of town for extended periods, and the dog is under the care of my older inlaws. She provided updates and cute photos which I appreciated while away. My inlaws only had positive things to say and appreciated the support she was able to provide. Would recommend!

I've used TLPC for a few years now. I know my older pug, Gus, just adores Brett. Gus is normally very excitable around guys, but when we first met Brett, Gus calmed down in about 30 seconds--Brett's energy was just right, and that told me TLPC was right for my pugs. He took care of Gus and my beloved (now passed) Jazz and now Gus with Chica, my most recent pug addition to the family. Though it's never easy to travel and leave either or both of my pugs behind, I know they will get the best care from TLPC!

I have been using TLC for 10 years, since Brett started his business. TLC offers all the services we need including overnight boarding. TLC has a great staff of walkers who always accommodate MY schedule. They also leave a Status Card after each visit, so I know what time they arrived/departed and what activities were rendered during the visit (walk, pee, poop, treats given, etc). I take great comfort in knowing my precious dog is in good hands with TLC.

This is by far the best group of fetch I have used. They treat my little fur baby like a queen. SO DEPENDABLE. I had them for 1 hr during that hr they attended to Izzy by taking her for a walk - then bringing her in and sitting on the couch with her - Izzy felt so comfortable she would fall asleep in their laps. I wish when I move I could take Victoria and Jean with me. Only downfall was I wish fetch offered doggie daycare in their homes. It would have been nice for Izzy to have been able to be in a workers home playing with other dogs. Fetch was a great choice for us because I wanted to her to be in a calm environment. Thanks Girls you made our lives so much less stressful!!

Couldn’t be happier with Fetch! I love the pictures and summaries of the visits. Covering holidays is huge since I travel, it’s truly a life saver! Victoria is wonderful, between the great communication and compassion for my cat Ivy, I feel at ease traveling and leaving Ivy in her care. She is very thorough and is always on top of things if any feeding/care instructions are changed. Would absolutely recommend!!

Great dog walking care! The dog walkers are very professional and leave descriptions of the walk, plus the route they took on the walk and tons of pictures! Also very flexible with work schedules. There’s a section in the notes when you are scheduling where you can add helpful notes for your dog.

Victoria was so great with all our girls. She was always prompt and engaged with the dogs. She was very polite and courteous, while on the job and incredibly efficient with her time. Will definitely use her services again in future.

My two Samoyeds are very active. Heather has them playing a lot and walking a lot which is exactly what they need. They came home happy. She communicated frequently and sent a few photos. I've been with Heather for a long time and am pleased with her care of my fur babies.

Heather is the only person I trust to watch our black lab Cody. She understands that each dog has their own needs & she does whatever is needed to meet those needs. Her outside play environment is perfect for our energetic dog. She even makes sure to send picture & video updates to give you peace of mind that your pup is doing great while you’re away or at work! Cody is always SO excited when we pull into her driveway & so sad when we leave. I’m so happy that I found Heather when I did & I would recommend her to everyone!!!! :)

Heather and her facility is outstanding. I take my pups Lulu and Ricky for multi-day boarding for long trips I usually have to make for my daughter's tournaments and when I come back to pick them up the pups are so happy they act like they never want to leave Heather's place. They are always excited both at drop off and at pick up. Heather's facility is very clean and well designed. The gated dog park is a plus with lots of room for them to safely run free. I know my dogs are safe, well taken care of, and will have fun while there, I never have to worry. Heather's Happy Tail is a warm and inviting place for your dogs and we are so blessed to have found this hidden gem!

We have boarded our dog several times with Heather. She has really enjoyed her time there. Heather lives for dogs and their care. We got frequent updates and videos of our pup playing with other dogs. It is a relief to get these updates when traveling. We already have scheduled our next stay with Heather and have recommended friends and family do the same when they need to board their pet friends.

Heather is awesome! I have a young Bernese Mountain Dog and a young Husky (both about 2 years old) and to say they can be a handful would be an understatement! The dogs love their time there and get so excited every time they arrive. They have plenty of space to run around and socialize. Heather’s accommodating given every request, always flexible, and she genuinely loves dogs. I know my pups are in good hands whenever we leave them with her! Highly recommend :)

Our mini bernedoodle Finn has found his happy place at Heather’s Happy Tails! Heather does an awesome job with boarding and socializing the crew of dogs under her care — and her backyard set up is amazing. Finn loves to run and play with his buddies and can even lounge in the shade or cool off in the splash pools set up in the summer. It’s a doggy oasis! We trust Heather and crew completely with our fur baby and he comes home happy and exhausted after every stay. :) Highly recommend!

Our dog Finnegan LOVES spending time at Heathers. We have tried multiple dog sitters as my fiancé and I do not like to put our dog into boarding. Heather keeps us up-to-date with photos and videos a finnegan when we’re out of town. She is the only person we bring him to now when we need our dog watched.. She is very affordable. Heather is extremely communicative and Finnegan always has such a great time. I haven’t experienced any other dog sitters who have transformed a space at their home the way Heather has. I recommend her over and over again as her and her family are so kind, welcoming, and take such great care of our dog!

Steve was AMAZING! He took such great care of my brother’s dog like if he was his own! Pictures and video everyday to update us and give us peace of mind. He is so genuine and caring, I would not hesitate to take our dogs to him!

Perfect! Steve has impeccable timing; he answered our first call fast and was even able to sit my puppy for almost three days at last minute. He gave frequent check ins through videos, photos, and messages. He always responded quickly. Steve has three dogs and they made my puppy feel so comfortable. My puppy's never been around dogs so up close before and for so long but she was able to play with them and even sniff them! My puppy's also not a huge fan of adults but she adored Steve and his partner, Randy. Their house and backyard was the perfect space for a puppy's vacation. It was like they gave her V.I.P. service! Steve gave her plenty of love, affection, toys, and treats! Definitely an amazing and wonderful first experience with a pet sitter. 10/10 will certainly come back again :)

Me and my husband used Steven’s doggy services to look after our 3 cats while we had a vacation in Italy for a week. He went above and beyond everyday and even sent photos and videos to us. Unfortunately he’s moving to a new area so we will have to find a new sitter in the future. But whoever has the opportunity to work with Steven will not have to worry about anything at all. I can’t say enough great things about Steven and his way with my dogs! My 2 dogs are dog aggressive and Steven has helped me tremendously over the last 6 months get them to be calm and not go into attack mode when other dogs pass. My dogs love him and can’t wait for his daily visits. He genuinely cares for my pups as if they were his own! Truly the best!

We have used Steven's services a few times with our beloved cat Georgie. Being that George has severe separation anxiety, we worry about him on the frequent business trips we must take. Steven's care seems to do something a little extra to make our boy seem happier then when we left him. Prior to his service, asking family members or friends to tend for him, he seemed very distressed and a bit "destructive" when we returned. Since using Stevens, he has seemed much happier when we returned, has greatly reduced his destructive "incidents", and overall seems like a happier cat. When I was searching for someone to come walk my dog during the day while I was away, I reached out to Doody queens and our experience was wonderful and easy. We’ve always had family and friends watch our previous dogs but with our new high energy puppy, we knew that would be a lot to ask. So glad we found The Doody Queens! Jenna is absolutely amazing!!! We kept our puppy Margo with Jenna for a weekend last month and another time for daycare and we could not have been happier. We have been using Preppy Pet in Warminster for over 8 years now and it’s nothing short of FABULOUS! The staff are courteous, they have great customer service and it’s evident how much they love animals, by the way they take care of everyone’s fur baby! I have been taking my dogs to preppy pet in warminster for over 12 years and have to say this is the best place ever. They treat my dogs like their own and I always feel comfortable leaving them here. I don't think I could take them anywhere else!! I love thay they also do baths, grooming and nails. It's like a one stop shop. I really appreciate that they stay on top of the vaccination records too, we had a bad experience somewhere else before we found preppy pet, so it was a relief. Would recommend to everyone!!

If I could give them zero stars or -0 stars I would customer service is horrible! I called the place yesterday and asked about bringing my dog in today. They told me I could. They emailed me an application and asked me to fill it out with the vaccination records perfect. Was having a lot of trouble with the email and couldn’t get it to send back to them filled out, so I showed up this morning telling them this and the gentleman at the front desk was rude as could be and told me that he needed the application and I said OK that’s fine. I can fill one out now and he said well. You can fill it out now but I can’t let your dog stay?? Why not? Well, I need the application back…… OK well I can fill out the application now the vaccination records I have the vaccination records. I can give them to you while you can’t stay again I ask why not they sent you the application and you need to send it back to us? What? What difference does it make? If I emailed you last night the application or if I filled it out here he’s like well. You can fill it out here. I just can’t let your dog stay… i’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. If you’ve already told me that I can bring my dog in and I have all the necessary records. Why can’t my dog stay because I didn’t email it back to you last night sense to anybody cause it doesn’t make sense to me so they’ve lost a customer, and by the looks of the place, it didn’t look that great anyway my dog has been doggy daycare before and I’ve seen much better places. There was poop out on the sidewalk that nobody bothered to clean up when you first walk in, which is disgusting, it looks old and decrepit, the outside area that I could see didn’t look that much like any fun it’s just a fenced off area. You could hear all the dogs were inside just barking and barking and barking and barking and barking. So glad I didn’t take my dog there….

My dentist told me about this facility and I'm so glad I checked it out. My family and I looked at a few other places but the staff here were so friendly as well as this facility smells and looks clean. Others did not smell so good. My byrdie girl gets so excited once we get close and she wiggles her entire body when we go in and see the staff. She loves going to daycare and playing with her puppy friends. Anytime I have had questions or concerns they are so accommodating. They make me feel good about leaving my baby to play while I work hard lol. Take your pet here, I promise you won't regret it. I am editing a previous post I meant to update sooner. I had taken my dogs here, and not had the best experience. The manager saw my review online contacted me immediately and let me bring my dogs back in. This time they cut them right it was a cute even cut. I'm not sure what was going on with my dog's groomer personally the day before but I didn't appreciate the unprofessionalism that she took out on an animal. However the manager calling me back did make me feel much better and that my dogs were in good hands.

My dog loves Preppy Pet! He always comes home happy, clean, and relaxed after daycare.

My husband and I have brought our now two year old German Shepherd to Preppy Pet since he was three months old. Hunter goes regularly to day care (approximately 3 times per week) and has stayed overnight multiple times for both long weekends and extended says. It is a great relief to know that our dog is well taken care of and that his specific needs are always met whether we are at work or out of town. The prepay bundles for day care a great and all overnight stays are very reasonably priced. We cannot say enough pleasant things about the facility and everyone who works there. Special thanks to Elaina, Hope, Morgan, Lyndsi, Kiera, and Jackie. Hunter gets super excited every time we pull in the parking lot. We love Preppy Pet and how much they care about our dog.

We recently boarded our 2 labs at Preppy Pets after recommendations form our Vet. The communication was great and even though I was a little nervous leaving our dogs there for the first time, they did great. The kennel is clean and they offer group and individual playtime as well. Great service at a reasonable price!

UPDATE: We spoke with Elaina, the owner, this morning regarding the problem we had with our pup at Preppy Pets on Saturday. She spoke with us about the situation and the confusion that her younger employee had, and that she was going to review the tapes to see where she was at for us. Elaina let us know that her employee told her the same story that he had told us, and that he recognizes he should have been looking to see where our puppy was throughout the day before telling us he didn't know where she was. Elaina sent us over timestamped photos and videos of Honey out in the runs with the other dogs, which has helped us feel so much better and a lot of relief to the discomfort that we had. She was really reassuring in that she understood our panic and was apologetic about the confusion and assured us that the younger employee was going to receive additional training to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future with anyone else. I greatly appreciated that Elaina took the time to make it right by us and reassure us and investigated the situation, even though she had been away for her wedding this weekend. ORIGINAL POST: We took our puppy over to Preppy Pet for the first time today, and we will never be returning. She’s a four and a half month old bernedoodle and she’s still pretty shy and nervous. The person at the desk was highly judgmental that I wanted her to try out group play as I’m working on socializing her and she will get involved as she warms up, and he acted as if we starve her when we said she may not eat the food we packed her because she is nervous and that there is a nutrical supplement to give her if she doesn’t. He seemed upset and like he wanted me to only pay for individual play which is more money. He said he would let her relax for a few minutes in a separate room before putting her in and we were okay with that. We kept checking pet cameras, but Honey never showed up in the few hours we were looking between being at an event with some friends. By 430 we called because no dogs were out anymore and we wanted to make sure she was okay. Turns out they forgot about her in a cage, and didn’t even know who she was. When I questioned why she was in a cage, when I was told it was a cage free facility and I was paying for her to be in a suite, they immediately tried to back track and say they didn’t mean cage. I told them i was coming to pick her up because they forgot about my terrified puppy in a cage for hours…It’s almost like the person at the desk was so mad I wanted her in group play that he took it out on her. I will say the young employee did try to make it right by us because of how upset I was even though there was no making this situation right. He stayed a little late to make sure I could come pick her up early because I had a two hour drive back, and he didn’t make us pay for it. He also had her out and sitting with him on a bed with her pillow waiting for us at the front office. But it still doesn’t take away from the fact that they still forgot about my dog for hours in a cage. We will never be back and I really hope that this review helps others be weary of where they are leaving their pets. No puppy deserves to be forgotten about and left in a cage when they’re scared and away from home and their family.
